Solid hotel
Pretty good deal for a really nice hotel. Things I liked: The Casino had a little bit of the old, a little bit of the new, I found it cozy but not antique. Loved the bathroom and the big walk in shower! Bed was a little too firm but furniture was nicely aranged. Things I did not like: The Chinese restaurant. Tastes like the food was frozen and thawed, for those prices I expected better. The elevators are old and slow.
3 out 5
The hotel was very clean, but no hot water on your last day. When I called the front desk and told them, they make it sound like that’s normal.
Great Hotel
Really enjoyed and will recommend the Virgin to friends !
We love the decor, love the Ruby tower room & view, and love the juice bar in the second floor I love having healthy options. It will be now my to go when travel to Vegas
This was a great hotel for the price!
Clean, affordable and had great dining options.
It was okay and bed was super comfortable. Not walkable to the strip but easy rideshare there.
Hidden resort fees for nothing
I was blown away at how they incorporate dogs for their hotel. Still smelled so clean and no odors. The room was beautiful and so spacious! Did I mention clean!! I did call down to the front desk and they didn’t have a wine or bottle opener for my Friends celebratory wedding in my room. Other than that 10/10 experience and will come back to stay
The Virgin Hotel staff were all very helpful. The room was well arranged for us with the two children.
🤗
If you don’t like the congested crowds on the strip this is a great place & location. The whole property was great but I didn’t like the bed. It was too firm for me.. I kind of had a hard time sleeping.
I had a fantastic stay with my girls! The hotel was spotless, beautifully designed, and had a luxurious feel. Our room was spacious, with stunning views and super comfortable beds. Highly recommend for a perfect Vegas getaway
Great location for us considering it was walking distance to TMC for basketball tournament. I had multiple rooms, but Canyon tower elevators were down from 3 to 1. Very slow to get to and from room. No attendants, and rude people staying that step in front of you and take elevator regardless how long you waited. Told staff and they said sorry, can’t do anything about peoples behavior.
Very well maintained property
Unfortunately I had a beyond bad experience at this property due to the fact that I had to call Security three different times in the middle of the night for noise and what I believe was an awful domestic situation happening for three days/nights straight directly next door to my room. I honestly would like to be refunded for this stay as it was not okay.
Loved how clean and quiet the room was! They also had free parking which is very hard to find in Las Vegas! Will definitely stay here again!
We had the most amazing stay! Got upgraded to a suite, the staff was amazing. Pool was under construction so we didnt get a chance to use it. Very clean, made us feel so fancy! Thank you so much for the hospitality!
Room was clean and spacious!
Aside from the elevators not working it was amazing.
Everything was great!
Recommend
It was amazing and the concert my we came for was so convenient. Amazing experience!
Rooms very comfortable
Road trip stop over.
We stayed 2 nights. I have a fractured ankle and was using a knee scooter to get around. We were "upgraded" to a room with a roll in shower which was a nice thoughtful option by the front desk. But, the room was dank and had a view of the roof. Bummer! By the time we got there I was too pooped to try to get another room. The parking is far for someone to get to on a knee scooter.
great staff!!

Awesome Rooms
Housekeeping kept the room spotless and all the hotel staff were very courteous and friendly. The room was plush and had a great steak salad at Kassi.
Check in was easy, loved the room set up and very pretty. Would stay again!
If you don’t stay in the strip, this would be the perfect choice.
Excellent property and location! Very well maintained and safe. This is a fun hotel for weekend trip!
Location seemed like it was new. Beautiful pool area, restaurants, and meeting spaces.
Great property!
We had a great time there! Lovely!
Great stay!
Favorite day ever!
We had an amazing stay. The hotel room was so nice and comfortable. The views from the 16th floor or absolutely gorgeous. The restaurants inside of the hotel had delicious food and we were in a great location. Thank you for the great hospitality!
My room smelled bad like smoke they charged me for something i didn't do or use it was bad from the minute i valeted my car they couldn't give me a bell cart it was a horrible experience i will never stay there again
This was a great option off the strip. 20 min walk to the strip and 30 minute walk to the Sphere and we felt safe the entire time. The hotel is in great shape. At checkup we were offered an upgrade to a suite in the Ruby Tower for $43 and we took it and we’re glad we did, the BR, LR and BR were huge (750’ room). The 2nd floor gym and coffee/juice bar were excellent and very convenient. Highly recommend this hotel.
Great Property
Nice hotel for the price
Renovated and updated nicely. I loved the room and the bathroom/shower (a hotel shower with a rainfall showerhead AND handheld wand really is high on the list for me). The lighting all being controlled from the room entry and by the bed was also great. Spacious and modern.
I like the new look of this hotel... has a simple clean look... restaurants are ok, service is great but the food can use a little better flavor. We tried kasibeach and lucias restaurants.
As long as you stay on property, it’s very nice. Not in the best neighborhood though.
Great Stay
Great
While the hotel is lovely - and the restaurants are wonderful - the staff is not welcoming at all. We stayed in the Ruby Suite Tower - there was staff at the front desk and concierge, and of the many trips we walked through this area, not once were we greeted by staff - many of whom appeared to have free time on their hands. We were told there was a heated pool - pool areas was closed. This was disappointing.
Room sheets and blankets could be way better
Great resort and definitely one to recommend when it’s pool weather/season. Nice, clean facilities and a good range of eating/drinking options. Very on brand for Virgin (which we like). The airport noise was significant at times (unfortunately 6-8 am) and not noticeable others. Construction around also added some noise issues but the weather wasn’t really conducive to outdoor time. It’s about a half hour walk or a few mins drive to the Strip.
Hot water shortage
The bed was comfortable. The pillows were great. There wasn’t hot water for a shower. The water stayed lukewarm, barely tolerable, and never got hot even though I turned it all the way to hot. You wouldn’t think a hotel would run out of hot water at 6am.
I thought the parking was difficult. Too long of walk to rooms
Super clean rooms!
Amazing service, rooms, and staff in general.
The sorroundings from the hotel was terrible, there was multiple employee protests at the moment I was there
The bed was the most comfortable bed we've ever slept in. Amazing! The room was nice. Had all basic items (ironing board, iron, nice TV, etc.). What would have been nice? A microwave, a refrigerator (that wasn't a mini-bar only—contents can't be moved or removed, because it's weighted and charges upon moving items, so no room for "your stuff". Extra blankets and pillows, and a coffee maker were also absent. Basic, comfortable room, good!
Just okay and possible bed bugs
On my long drive home, I started itching and realized I was covered in bites (bed bugs???). It was miserable. The room wasn't as clean as I would have liked upon arrival. There were random hairs everywhere. There was no shower gel. The housekeeper showed up so late on my last day (I was gone all day, but returned to the room well after 3:00 and pretty tired)...I opted not to have the room cleaned that day. On a positive note, I loved Lucia Mexican Grill downstairs. The service and food was great. I'm not sure I would stay again for the price I paid.
We enjoyed staying here.
Loved our suite with lots of space and huge restroom and bathtub.
Great place but slow Casino
We had a wonderful visit. Hotel room was wonderful. Pizza place was great. Breakfast was good at the restaurant. Casino was slow.
Great property in between the strip and the airport. Clean rooms and friendly staff. Resort fee is a little steep when amenities seemed under construction still.
Super clean. Good restaurants and friendly staff
Good value for a great property
I loved it perfect for a solo trip spent my birthday weekend here and everything was perfect!
We had a amazing comfortable stay definitely will come back and stay ⭐️
We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. However, we weren't informed majority of their pools were closed, and there was only one of them open - which we didn't attend until our last day's stay. This is something we would've enjoyed every day, but no one told me, even being a Hilton Honors Gold Member. Furthermore, we didn't get any room service until our last day, moments before we left. We typically enjoy ourselves at Hilton's properties, but this one was slightly annoying for those reasons. Otherwise, everything was as expected - clean, good tasting, accessible, and inviting.
Seemed like they were missing some employees at the Check in desk... line was unnecessarily long.
Big hotel
Stay at the Virgin
This is our second time staying at the Virgin Hotel. The service and hospitality are excellent and the steakhouse is amazing. Great live entertainment to be enjoyed. Would stay here again.
I think this hotel was great!! Maybe a hidden gym. It was not crowded at all.
Beautiful room with the latest in technology.
Quiet, clean and accommodating. Nice outdoor area to relax.
The hotel is dated, the casino was dead, hardly anyone there. Needs a total revamp, interior is very cheesy.
It was terribly disappointing since counter asked us to upgrade however the room was not properly constructed for sound proofing. We couldn’t sleep until 11 pm. We called guest service 4 times to send someone to check next door where the noise was coming from. After over hour nothing has changed so I called again with crusted voice and she got so upset and told me she couldn’t handle and let manger to handle which I have mo idea how she can do that. She is not train to work for hotel.
I expected much more!
This “resort” was a Carnival cruise, lots of young loud people. Music loud everywhere, even in a quiet restaurant. Only thing worth eating was Forte Pizza - we tried three places. Only other positive was simple & free parking. Far from everything, 3 of 4 pools closed, just not recommended for a 40+ couple. I’ve stayed at dozens of hotels in Vegas over the years, this one was among the worst.
I can't believe there was no restaurants open
It's very new so everything was in great condition, view was fantastic (saw the strip) and a hop/skip from the airport. Good options were amazing and the staff was great Will definitely stay again
Fantastic time!
Peaceful experience
This is our go-to Vegas hotel, always. Can’t love it enough - off strip but accessible to all, FREE self parking, quiet and calm (well, for Vegas), juice bar and GREAT pools. Wonderful views of Sphere and great deep bath tubs in Ruby Tower.
Constantly harassed by security. They did not like having to assist me i a wheelchair. I was threatened and abused by security at the hotel. They refused to even acknowledge the American Disability act,let alone abide by federal law. Just wrong
My overall rating should be excellent, but I also wanted to point out the bathrooms by the sink could use a towel hanger. A coffee or expresso machine so we did not have to get up and get dressed to go downstairs or out to get coffee at odd hours. Wishing the pool was still open during cold seasons. Some people do prefer to be in hot tubs or warm pool even if the weather is in the 60s. Anyone staying at the hotel is paying for amenities and that should be the option to the pool.
It never felt crowded. The property was kept very clean. We were super impressed with the high quality (and expensive) complimentary toiletries! However, the pool and pool area seemed to be closed during our visit - bummer. :(
I enjoyed the outdoor spaces where there were choices to be in or out of the sun. The Hotel was conveniently located to have quick Uber access to the Vegas Strip, yet it was far enough away to be quiet and restful.
Came for a knights game with some of the family. Love the virgin for the rooms. Love how they are set up with different areas.
Room facing airport. Extremely loud. Front staff receptionist was unfriendly.
ok
Decent property. Rooms plain, no fridge to store food purchased and Mexican restaurant was closed the entire time. Pool was also closed.
No Frige or Microwave
A valet would be in order due to the distance to your room. I paid for an upgrade for a view of the strip and my view was of the airport. my friend was checking in next to me and her check-in agent was amazing telling her about all the things that she could upgrade to and and other amenities and very friendly.. I had to listen to my friends agent and then ask my agent about those upgrades. She just seemed like she did not want to be there, very disappointed. Not impressed with check in. The restaurants at the property are good but not Vegas stellar. The circle bar was fun, good drinks, music every night. I’m going to state again how disappointed I was with the view after paying for an upgrade. would i stay again, maybe??
Could provide more instruction for new guest for working the room tech. Also the beds can be a little cleaner (had hair under my mattress)
Good 👍
The most important part is the way they look
I loved the hotel, only thing is there’s no convenience store in the hotel, you’ll have to go outside the hotel for that. The hotel is 5 min from the airport which is a plus but they charge $400 for a deposit which is a con. I would go back though
Great for a vacation or staycation
It was the perfect stay for a couple. Recommended the ruby tower of your single or a couple having people over bc there’s a wall that separates the living space from the bedroom. That was a plus. Enjoy
Parking
Perfect stay.
Amazing resort, close to the strip for the LV craziness but nice to come back to some calm. Super comfortable beds. Stayed in the ruby tower with great views. Great restaurants, breakfast buffet was perfect. My only complaint and it’s a small one, was why no coffee maker or kettle in room? Especially it being a suite.
Love to stay here every time in Vegas! Free parking and fits oversized height cars.
Great hotel! The rooms are beautiful and extremely clean! Close to everything but away from the strip which we liked. Would absolutely stay here again.
Life is Good!
Loved the staff…all were so friendly and helpful! Room was really eclectic, fun & comfortable.
Great hotel
Went to vegas to hang out with friends. Hotel was in a great area food places walking distance from the hotel. Cvs across the street an 711 over all definitely book again in the summer time

This hotel is close enough to the strip, but far away enough from the craziness of it. Everything seemed very well maintained and staff that interacted with were nice. Rooms were modern and updated. A few complaints with the rooms are the lack of hooks in the bathroom area to hang hand towels or rags in the shower area. The door in the room to separate the entry area is a nice touch but can get annoying if you are having to walk back and fourth quite a bit- I was not able to keep it open in anyway by itself. If you have a good pair of walking shoes and like to get steps in, it’s about a good mile and a half to 2 miles to the strip. 1.5 miles to the sphere with a decent safe area to walk. My reasoning for the drop in rating was because I paid for a strip view room and did NOT receive that. Granted I know this property is not on the strip, I figured the next best thing would be to have a view of it. While it wasn’t that much, it still is money and I would expect to get what I paid for.
