it was sooooo loud there was a beach club right outside and the base and music didnt stop til very early in the morning. the hotel itself was great and so handy having food and coffee right downstairs and the location was perfect for us. we just needed more sleep :(

It’s basically a resort. Not charming at all. Hotel staff was not very helpful

39 floor seafront hotel. Great spa treatments. Good breakfast buffet. Lots of Korean influence and food. Limited loungers on beach. Good central location.

This is a really nice hotel and the location is as good as it get with relation to the beach. The staff were all friendly and respectful. The breakfast buffet is huge and gets really busy. The only things that were negative is as follows. 1. No iron provided in the rooms 2. The Korean BBQ buffet is terrible. Doesn’t taste good at all. Although it’s super cheap, it was definitely not worth it. 3. The hotel rooms and Hallways are starting to look a little outdated.

We book 3 personal for the room reception bring extra bed for us 5 star hotel the bed look like 2 star we did take a picture bring down to the front desk to show them they are Apologize and changing for us we received the second a little better @ at the elevator the right railing hand side almost fall out final for my opinion winpearl customer care not enough for rating 5 star hotel

The hotel is in a great location, within walking distance to everything. There’s even a Starbucks downstairs. The reason for 4 stars is that most of the staff did not speak or understand English. I haven’t had this issue in other hotels.

Great location, good breakfast (don't miss it), comfortable bed, good size room with balcony, excellent views from the grand suite. The rooms are a bit dated and the cleaning staff need to be supervised because they don't do a thorough job... for example the kitchen bin was full when I checked in, the floor and other bits were not cleaned when I requested a clean on my second day and the complimentary bar was not replenished. Other than that I'd stay here again.

Beautiful hotel, great staff and facilities . Wonderful breakfast buffet. The only disappointment that stopped this being an excellent rating was the very limited number of sunbeds on the beach.

The good: * The property is facing the beach. * The breakfast buffet is good. The bad (stayed in 4 different rooms): * Very noisy – at the front of the hotel (at the beach, Sailing Club) there was loud music every night until midnight. * Two different rooms had problems with air conditioning - the a/c vent was dripping water when thermostat even at 22C. They came and repaired it each time. In another room, the a/c was blowing directly at the bed pillows making it difficult to sleep. * In another room, had a problem with the lock which they never repaired. * I checked out 4 days earlier and moved to another hotel (lost about $360) !!! Because my room (on 29th floor) started leaking a lot from the ceiling, they said it is coming from the outside. The paddle was on the floor. I also noticed bubbled up but dried out spots on the floor an indication that the water problem was not new. They came and suggested to put a cloth on the floor to keep absorbing the incoming water and for me just to keep living there. I disagreed and insisted to get a new room. Only then they gave me the room without the ocean view (my reservation was for the ocean view room), they said it was just for a day. But nothing changed after a day. And all looked like nobody cares. Hence, I checked out early. * The doctor in the clinic had no sufficient knowledge to be useful. * The ticket to Vin Pearl Land that I bought at reception was not recognized at at park. About me: I am a Platinum member at Orbitz.

Love the service. The staffs were super helpful. Amazing stay complete with ocean view upgrades, spa and sauna treatments. The breakfast buffet was also quite good. Would love to visit again!

Gorgeous hotel but slow service

A gorgeous hotel with amazing and clean 5 star facilities. Service however was very very slow and poor, possibly due to low season? It took a very long time for the waiters to serve us on both occasions we visited the restaurant and 30 minutes for 2 drinks to arrive. However, a very stunning hotel and would recommend to friends

Value for money! Very busy beachfront hotel, friendly staff, convenient location, big very busy breakfast buffet. Fairly close to Vinwonders amusement park on island utilising free Vinbus transport.

Recently completed a 3 night stay in a grand 2 bedroom suite The room was nice and roomy with a great view. Sufficiently clean and well equipped We had a hiccup on arrival which the hotel staff recognized and apologized for. Nha Trang we found out is home to tourists who possess pushy, abrupt and demanding natures so the experience at check in was not necessarily the fault of the staff but the fact that most establishments in the city tend to cater to these behaviours. Overall the hotel is great Staff was friendly Breakfast buffet was plentiful and tasty The noise from the street does carry , so if you want quiet on the ocean view side this will not be the case. But if you want a city stay with city options the location is great!

Nice place!

I found the staff at this hotel to be very rude and unhelpful. When trying to get an airport transfer on arrival from the airport, they quoted me at over 3 times the actual price of what it costs. Staff were always on their phones and would ignore us when trying to talk to them about issues and enquiries.

The position is good, The staff is extremely unfriendly and money-hungry Not interested in solving problems, They canceled the accommodation and then charged more than $500 more for the same accommodation. they did not know who was in charge of the hotel.

Great location, walkable, lots to see and do. Endless food options. My favorite was the view from the buffet..

My husband and I spent three days here on our honeymoon and we wish we could have stayed longer! We had Grand Studio Double Ocean View room which was an amazing room with spectacular views ! The hotel staff was excellent and very helpful! We also went to the spa for a 90 minute couples massage (best massage we have ever had!). The other amenities like the gym and the pool are also very nice and well kept ! The breakfast buffet boasts a variety of food for all palettes. The hotel is also across the street from the beach and the Sailing Club which is nice for a drink on the beach. Vinpearl has definitely been a worthy experience and if we return to Nha Trang, there is no doubt we would book a room at this hotel again.

Clean and good hotel. Right next door to the vincom centre supermarket. Would be nice if there was a better convenience store nearby for after 10pm snacks. Pool water is colder than expected but tested regularly for cleanliness.

This is a beautiful resort right across the street from the beach with great views from the balcony. The staff were all very friendly and helpful and the breakfast buffet was giant. They even made us lattes and brought them to our table.

Right in the centre of Nha Trang

Hotel is beautiful from the outside and rooms are a nice size. A couple of minor things let it down. Bathroom in small so only one person can use it. Zero soundproofing and there is late night noise from nearby nightclubs until 2am etc. and early morning construction noise at 7am as there is loads of construction nearby. Finally, the complimentary slippers were absolutely fithy and should have been in the trash. Bed was super comfortable and the room has seating for watching TV etc. Breakfast was decent with plenty of choice for food and beverages. Finally, not a 5 star by western standards, more like a 3.5 or 4 star.

There was a lot of loud music very late at night from the night club across the street. I couldn't sleep at all the first night so I did call the front desk and complained. The Service Manager offered us to move to another room with better soundproofing the next day.

Upgraded upon arrival for very reasonable price. Staff were delightful; polite and always willing to help with cars, communications, water etc. housekeeping was fast and efficient. Location was great and close to everything we needed.

Beware of outside noise to midnight, from nightclubs on weekends. It’s VERY loud and we were on the 30th level. Otherwise everyting else was really good about the hotel.

The staff and everyone on the property is what makes this an excellent hotel. Front the front desk, to the therapists in the spa, to the buffet ladies, Vinpearl beachfront is amazing! We had ocean view room but it was too loud at night. The ladies at the front desk immediately changed our room with no issue. The breakfast buffet is awesome!! And the whole property is kept so clean. Loved that the spa is available to guests as well! Also loved that its connected to Vinworld. And they have face recognition in Vinpearl world and in the buffet!!

I have a great time staying at this hotel clear and easy to access around.

Beautiful beachfront location. Walking distance to night market and lots of good restaurants. The hotel is clean and quiet. The breakfast buffet is very good and has lots of choices. The service is good. We had one problem on the last day when they forgot to clean our room even after we reminded them twice. The night manager named Phong came up to our room to apologize and make sure it got cleaned. Very good hotel. We will come back next time.

Good service

Perfect location on Tran Phu. We have an ocean front room and the view is so beautiful. Very clean and spacious hotel. Great customer service. The breakfast is very good with lots of choices for the whole family. We only had one problem when we requested our room to be cleaned twice and they forgot. We called to complain and the manager name Phong resolved the complain quickly. We would come back next time when we visit Nha Trang.

Staffs are super helpful. We had a medical issue at nighttime and they helped us from the beginning to the end. They even asked us how we feel in the morning after.

The hotel is beautiful with great spa and pool facilities. We booked a beautiful two bedroom oceanfront suite however I didn’t realise that loud rave music with a DJ is played every night until at least 1am and it’s impossible to sleep. I would stay here again but would book a room as far away from the beach side as possible.

The hotel is lovely, the ocean view 2 bed suite was very nice and comfortable but if you want a nights sleep You won’t get it. We stayed for 2 nights and there is a loud rave party with a very loud DJ that shouts and plays loud music until 1am. It is awful. Ask for a room at the back of the hotel not a beach front.

This was a great place to stay. The room was spacious, and clean, the staff was friendly and professional, the breakfast selection was good and most importantly the beach view from our floor was amazing. I plan on staying here again in the future when I visit Nha Trang. My only issue was the noise at night during the weekend. It can be hard to sleep when there is loud music being played until 1 am.

We stayed here for 10 nights recently and could not fault. Staff were amazing, location was prominent, buffet breakfast was great serving both local and western dishes. 10/10! Will be back here next year.

We checked in one day later than scheduled due to our flight delayed and was told by hotel receptionist that they will get back to us about the check out date. We never received any communication from them but when inquiry was told we need to pay extra 3.6 million for 1 night but no breakfast included. Went to check the price on Expedia was still only $99 which around 2.6 million for the 1 extra night with breakfast included for the same room. But we decided to move to another hotel nearby. The room also was very noisy, loud music from the beach past midnight and the bathroom was so tiny. No couch in the room either and no way this hotel deserves 5 stars rating. The most would be 3-1/2 stars. Stay away from all Vinpearl branded property!

Do not spend money on ocean view apartment The noise from the Sailing Club across the road is so loud. Music until 2am every night . The apartment is spacious but has no kitchen facilities, no plates, no cutlery only a kettle and 2 cups. The hotel facilities are great pool is nice and views are great however due to the noise I would not recommend this hotel nor would I stay again

Everything was wonderful! I loved the room, the staff, the views. The only thing I would change is having the glass around the pool area cleaned to improve the view!

Check in felt very underwhelming, barely realised I was checked in as there was no communication from staff. My phone was taken to get booking details and then staff were distracted onto the next thing, and then giving our keys to room only to realise they had not even given my phone back until we were in the room. With a tired sleeping baby, this was very inconvenient when checking in at 1am in the morning. Very loud street noise and music can be heard every night. No sound proofing. Great views from the ocean corner room and hotel is in great location, however if you are after 5 star service and it is important to you choose another hotel. The bathroom size was very small, considering how big the room was. Air conditioning barely works if not at all throughout the hotel lobby, lifts and room. Fridges barely work to get your drinks cold. Also travelling in a family group, quite a few of us got sick and felt like there must be some kind of bacteria in the air con as it just did not feel right. There was definitely something off which we cannot pinpoint.
