6/5 star banger hotel

This hotel is absolutely amazing. From the drinks, to the staff, to the food, to the location, all of it is top tier. Quick and easy access to the promenade and beach, very very close to Malaga'd airport. We loved everything about this beautiful hotel and we will definitely be back if we are ever in the Benalmadena/Malaga area. Can't recommend it enough.

An excellent hotel and the staff make the stay fantastic

Wonderful hotel and staff

Beautiful location. Rooms were spacious, modern. I strongly recommend sea view rooms. It has a private access to the promenade on the beach. The views from restaurant are spectacular. I think parking is challenging but the staff took care of parking the car and taking the car out. The parking fee is 20 Euros per day. Above all service was fantastic. They also have a spa on the venue, which offers sauna, massage and other services. Overall it was great experience

What a stunning hotel. The staff are absolutely fantastic and so attentive without being intrusive. The guests were also so polite warm and greeting, a reflection the hotels staff and culture. One of the best breaks we have ever had. Will return very soon

Sun, sea and service

Great hotel, with amazing service. We had a duplex room, which was amazing, as you get a really big personal sun terrace, which overlooks the beach. Staff make a real effort at a more personal service, and it shows. If you’re in this area then this would be a choice you won’t be disappointed with!

Excellent location to relax and super service

This was without a doubt the best hotel I have ever stayed in. Excellent room, excellent restaurant, excellent staff and service, excellent facilities and they even had the rare excellent free breakfast that was a real breakfast. Highly recommend and look forward to staying at one of the sister hotels in Seville next year.

This hotel is stunning, location, amenities, accommodation, staff, food everything about the hotel is simply five star!

I had a delightful stay at the hotel in Malaga. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful, making the experience truly enjoyable. The food was outstanding. However, the non-soundproofed rooms were a downside, as noise from neighboring rooms, particularly the sound of moving chairs, was a constant disturbance. Despite this, the overall experience was fantastic due to the exceptional service and delightful cuisine.

My girlfriend and I only had two nights here, but it still exceeded our expectations. The young guy on the front desk Borja I think his name was; he welcomed and briefed us upon arrival and was outstanding, really made us feel welcomed. We had the room facing the ocean grass level next to the outdoor spa. Very clean and tidy. The spa welcomed and guided us through the various stages of treatments and she was very polite, I could have dosed off in there all day. We didn’t stay in for lunch or dinner but the breakfast was excellent, anything you want pretty much, all nicely laid out and also a menu to choose from with top quality ingredients. Overall a very good experience. We are all quick to complain about poor services, so I thought this hotel definitely deserved some praise. Would definitely stay here again.

4th visit.

Fourth time we stayed here, magnificent hotel, staff treat everyone as family. Service is outstanding, they do the little things very well.

I never write reviews! If I could give this hotel 10/10 I would. This is a must stay at hotel in the middle of Costa Del Sol. We stayed for 6 nights and drove around to see South of Spain. All the staff are amazing, friendly and very helpful. Big thanks to Borja who was very welcoming. He greeted us from the beginning at check in with complimentary drinks as we arrived early and also upgraded our room. I had emailed the hotel after reservations that we are celebrating our anniversary and they responded promptly with romantic options to decorate the room etc. What a treat it was to open our room and see the beautiful decorations and the breathtaking views of the Mediterranean!! The location of the hotel is perfect! On the water and in the center of Binalmedina. With walking distance to restaurants on the beach with fun and family friendly night life. First night at Aleysa / (every Tuesday) there was a dinner with a flamenco show overlooking the sea!!! And it was spectacular!!! A must see! Food and customer service was excellent! Breakfast buffet was good with variety of options, great customer service and again the views were amazing!!

3rd time at the Aleysa

This is our 3rd time at the Aleysa, the service is always top top class, nothing is too much trouble, all rooms are large, beds huge and super comfy. Breakfast outstanding. I cant fault the hotel.

It was very nice hotel in a great location. We stayed in a superior Double Room with see view and it gave fantastic view throughout the day from sun rise to sunset. Staffs were very friendly and the room was very spacious and clean. Definitely recommendable.

A place to really relax

Benalmádena is quite vibrant/busy place it was great to come back the Vincci and feel the calm wash over you the staff are friendly and officiant a great place to chill out

By far was the greatest hotel I have ever been with spectacular view and superb staff . They treat you like a royal family with welcome drink and a gift. Hotel’s amenities are great with high end materials.

Needs to be an Adult Only hotel

Hotel and staff are excellent, very friendly and courteous, Great location with excellent views. The spoiler for us was the screaming babies. It would have been nice to be able to sit around the pool but the noise from the babies made it not worth while. Even in the restaurant they screamed, spoiling our meal and other peoples.

The property is excellent for polite and professional service Facilities and rooms were excellent nothing was too much trouble for the staff members who strive to make your stay pleasurable

Fantastic service and location in Benalmadena

Fantastic location. Greeted by friendly staff who showed us to our seafront room. Everything was immaculately clean, with fabulous firm pillows provided. We made use of the electric courtesy car during our stay which was a wonderful added benefit. Breakfasts on the outside terrace area at the restaurant was amazing. Would definitely stay here again.

Fabulous hotel in great location

Fabulous time at the Vinci Seleccion Aleysa Hotel. Customer service was excellent and a special mention to Sonja who went above and beyond. Room was spacious and was serviced every day, nice touches such as flowers, fruit and chocolates. Great location. We will be back.

A must go hotel - luxury!

The welcome was amazing, champagne with meats and cheeses. The room and the location were amazing with such friendly staff. The free use of the electric car was brilliant for a trip out. The complimentary spa was beautifully calming with great facilities and fruit. All in all a gorgeous stay!

Best hotel experience of my life

The staff were most excellent and very friendly. The property is very clran and modern and well thought out. I was less keen on the pools being saltwater but it wasn't an issue as it was too cold to swim whilst we were there.

Great service, large and beautiful room with a stunning view of the ocean. We would highly recommend this hotel for a nice relaxing vacation. Breakfast and spa services were also superb.

5 star hotel with 6 star staff

Excellent hotel. Great rooms, food is exquisite and the spa is a brilliant place to relax. But the stars are the staff. From restaurant to housekeeping and front of house to spa, I haven’t been in a better hotel anywhere.Highly recommended

Great location and stunning scenery - really lovely hotel to rest and relax in. All the staff were very welcoming and helpful.

Upon arrival the check-in was exceptional. By time check-in completed my bags were already placed in room and car was parked for me. Receptionist took us to room and showed us everything. We also had booked couples massage, which was fabulous!! Will stay here again and would recommend to all.

Perfect for Complete Relaxation

The staff was very helpful to get us from the airport to the hotel and to promptly help us in reserving a late dinner. We found every comfort we could want as well as a lot of privacy. This hotel is not very big, so often times we were the only ones at the pool. I did not feel a need to leave the hotel much, so you can completely relax and have all you need without ever leaving.

The property is well maintained and all guest are given special attention Its a small place and that helps to get good service as well Excellent staff

This hotel was beyond our expectations. Friendly staff, quick service, took care of the entire family and had great restaurant. To me this is a solid 4 star hotels that someone who travels a lot will like and who enjoys 5 star hotels. I could definitely stay here again if i happen to be in town again.

This luxury boutique hotel is very intimate and comfortable yet a 5 star experience all the way.

The area, the privacy, the quaintness, the politeness, we enjoyed. The only negative aspect is parents not controlling their children’s behaviour in the pool.

This place is amazing. From the beautiful rooms, the generous breakfasts, the unbelievable spa and spa facilities (sauna, steam room, turkish baths) and the helpful and kind staff. The location right on the water provides breath taking views and it also provided us with access to public transportation and proximity to the departure point of several group tours of the Costa del Sol region.

Everything was perfect the only thing it is missing is for the outdoor swimming pool and hot tub to be heated

The best hotel on Costa Del Sol

Our stay was fantastic from the check in to departure. The hotel is beautiful, the staff are attentive polite and extremely helpful. The food is the best gourmet experience I have ever had. The rooms are spacious and luxuriously furnished. The spa and hotel facilities are first class. I would recommend this hotel 100%

Hotel and staff where amazing, we have stayed in a few 5star hotels but this was up there with the best.

Great hotel,my only complaint is having to pay €15 per day to park. This is not stated when booking my stay it just states parking, very misleading.

Had an amazing time at this 5 star hotel worth every penny; from the comfort of the rooms and the helpful mannerly staff; to the beautiful food , the beds are amazing, and lovely complimentary toiletries of a high standard ,and great service all round would highly recommend anyone to come here, we can only talk highly of our stay

Perfection

Stayed here for a long weekend over the bank holiday. Stopped at quite a few 5 star hotels including other Vincci hotels and this is miles ahead of all of them. Staff friendly and cannot do enough for you. Will be returning next year - perfect 😀

Cannot rate this hotel highly enough. From the minute you walk through the front door until the minute you leave the staff cannot do enough for you. Best breakfast anywhere. Freshly cooked and wholesome. Short walk to the marina. Love this place and can’t wait to return

Great property, fantastic and friendly service, top notch restaurant for dinner with spectacular views! Only critique are the hours of the beach club (10 AM to 6/7 PM when we were there in late June/July). The sun is out until 9+ PM and it'd be nice to be in control as to when we leave the beach on our vacation.
