Excelente serrrvicio y ubicación

Es un lugar pequeño pero muy confortable y bien ubicado. La habitación muy pequeña, pero bueno, es Europa. Lo más rescatable es que está muy bien situado, cerca del metreo, de restaurantes, del 4 seasons y de la Plaza del Sol. Muy caminable y seguro. Taxis y camiones en minutos, y que el servicio fue excelente de todos quienes trabajan. Muy probablemente me volvería a quedar ahí.

They were doing construction on the room next to my room. They didn’t notify me and they worked all day which definitely didn’t allow me sleep. Overall it’s a good hotel but they should’ve never give me a room next to constructions

Very Nice hotel centered in the historic area of Madrid. Within easy walking distance to all of the attractions. When I arrived I was not feeling well and inquired about a local physician. They informed me they had a physician on call and to wait in my room for a phone call. Within a hour there was a knock on my door and the physician paid a house call. 30 minutes later, I was at the local pharmacy picking up a antibiotic. I am very thankful to them for the over the top service and assistance I’d highly recommend this hotel

I was given what i imagine to be their smallest room on a lower level, ac is old an aparently doesnt cool enough, no smart tv and worst the wifi sucks..so overall i would not be staying here as htere are far superior hotels for less money.

Quick getaway. Great location. Very comfortable bed. Very nice blackout curtains, but with window in the bathroom, daylight still came in.

All and all this was a nice hotel for the price. I booked it last minute and was pleasantly surprised. However, it seemed as if the floors were not swept upon my arrival. The bed was well kept and the bathroom was mostly clean (except the floors). Again, for the price it cannot be beat. I would stay again.

Average property. Not a bad stay but definitely not a four star hotel. Three stars would be appropriate.

Property was great, staff excellent. Only complaint was short bursts of loud music (like we were next to a gym class or disco). Fortunately it didn't go on late. Otherwise great stay and would stay here in again.

The hotel was located right next to theater, very noisy, you could hear music playing, audience roaring from behind building till late night, the building needs better sound proofing, you could hear everything from next room.

We enjoyed our short stay here. It was a very clean cute hotel close by restaurants and shopping. It was only about a mile walk from train station.

I had a issue with the AC, but Paloma took care of me and switched my room right away.

Nice clean room. Unfortunately inside with a window to inside but then that also made it very quiet for sleeping as I did not hear any street noise. Very friendly front desk staff. Super easy to get anywhere from this location.

This hotel was situated in the center right near gran via shopping and many other tourist heavy places. Very convenient to get to where you want to go and explore the city. Hotel very small and quiet.

Good location near gran via Air conditioning took hours to cool down the rooms. Equipment and thermostats seem old and outdated. Safety box only works with the room card of a credit card. We were afraid of leaving stuff inside because of this. Rooms are very small. If you plan to just sleep there just one person with one piece of luggage is ok. We were 2 with 2 pieces of luggage and carry ons and the room size was a struggle. I stayed in the economy double room and booked this hotel for the prize. Now I get why is cheaper compared to others in the zone. Staff was friendly. Specially the guy servicing breakfast.

Our stay was a great experience. Desk staff were very helpful with directions and general information. Loved the addition of morning breakfast…great way to start a busy day. Location was right next to the metro and very convenient.

Everything was great except for one staff member.

Everything would have been perfect except for the woman with the bright red hair that works in the breakfast and bar area. She was consistently rude and treated me and my elderly mom like we were inconveniencing her. Each time that I went down I would try to avoid her and not eat/drink there. On our last day there Saturday June 17 at around 7:30 am my 76-year-old mom wanted a coffee and was looking for someone, the woman with the red hair came out and yelled at her saying "Can't you see the lights are off! We are not open yet!" and proceeded with my mom described as "ya me reganaron" which means "they scolded me". The cleaning lady saw the interaction and deeply apologized for the interaction and made my mom the coffee. I could hear the cleaning lady asking red hair woman how to work the coffee machine, and the red hair woman rudely giving her instructions. The cleaning lady/or cook I think made it right and was very apologetic to us. She represented what I think the hotel would want all their employees to show, kindness, professionalism, and outstanding service. I see so many hard-working immigrants in Madrid that would love to have this job and would do it with happiness and professionalism, unlike the woman in this example. Elvis was great, and so was Ruth the evening server. Jorge and the two other male concierge were very professional and welcoming.

Although well located, it is an overpriced hotel. Rooms are small, only good of you are a single passenger. Rooms are noisy (even with door closed you feel like sleeping in the access hall) or in the neighbour's room (snoring, shouting and sex life of your neighbours will happen as no walls would be in place). Smelly front hall, extremely tight and slow check in. Never ever to repeat... unless I am a single pax and rates are half the price (Be aware of website pics because your room won't match'em at all)

The hotel is in close proximity to many of Madrid’s main attractions. We walked to the museums and the old Madrid area. It’s a block away to Segovia’s subway station and taxis and buses are also easy to get. The rooms are modern and roomy. The staff is very helpful.

Great location, friendly and helpful staff and good breakfast. Room rates reasonable and room clean and in good order. It was a bit noisy at night with my room overlooking the main road at the front of the building but didn't spoil my stay. I would highly recommend this Hotel.

check in progress is smooth and fast. Hotel staff is smart and helpful. Room is good and quiet. Bed is comfortable. This is my second booking of the room, of my return to Madrid city from a short business trip. They offer free storage of my big luggage if I have second booking, so I reserved. Otherwise, there is Euro 5 charges per day for most of the hotel here.

Hotel is in very central location, just next block to Four Season Hotel. Famous spot. Restaurant, shopping and with walking distance to famous spots. Bed is comfortable, room is clean, it is bath tank in washroom. Nice. A bonus is lobby provides free fruity water and candies for guest, it's kind of nice treat to guests especially we are thirsty after transportation. Hotel staff are professional and helpful. I have booked my second reservation here already. Definitely recommend it to others.

The hotel is in the heart of Madrid and locates in a side street, walking distance to quite a few major attractions and shopping (Plaza Espanza), close to Metro as well. The buffet breakfast serves a lot choices, friendly staff, we asked for few tips on the recommendations for local going places, all good.

Location is excellent. Staff is very good including and Jorge in particular was very helpful and pleasant. Rooms are quite small though

The street facing the front of the hotel is very noisy with a nightclub and a pelican crossing constantly making noise but the hotel itself is lovely

Not a Perfect Stay …

It was Ok, nothing notable to say or report. The bedsheets were clean and crisp, the hot water was warm.The thermostat could not be adjusted so a warm room to sleep in was not a comfortable sleep. I’d like to say “you get what you pay for” but in this case it was just Ok. I recently stayed in two Vincci hotels in both Santander and Bilbao and was very happy and satisfied at both locations. Would I stay here at this particular location again? I think not …

First they said they have parking available and it wasn't true, they use another parking around 400m away and you have to come with your bags from there. Then the staff have a very bad attitude, they were rude and finally the air conditioner didn't work.

Reasonably priced hotel close to city center

the hotel was very nicely decorated and modern. Our room was very nice with a comfortable bed. However as many others have stated it was painfully hot, even with turning the heat off it could never get cool. And there is also no real window. The only window is to a sort of tower in the inside of the building. But this also allows the hotel to be very quiet in a busy neighborhood which is a plus.

Excellent location, near La Puerta del Sol and Plaza de Cibeles and La Gran Vía. Modest size room, enough for two people. Nice bathroom. No free water bottle but mini bar had some to buy.

Travelling through Europe

We got lost trying to find the apartment so I messaged Antonio who manages them and he came, found us and directed us to the property and also helped us with getting the car in the car park as we had a large car. Antonio also helped us with where to go, what to see and booked us tickets to a Flaminco Dance Show. He also gave us directions to get out of the centre to the main highway. The apartment was in a fantastic central spot, minutes walking from many Tapas bars, restaurants and cultural attractions.

Nice hotel. Quite small. Location is OK. Nothing amazing to say but also nothing bad to say.

The location is great and the staff excellent. My original room was so hot I couldn't sleep - no air and the air conditioning wasn't working. When I went to the front desk to ask to change rooms, they clearly knew there was an issue with the room. But at least they changed it. The food in the restaurant was terrible, I'd find somewhere else

A night in Madrid

Only there for 1 night but I was very happy with everything

The service with Carlotta was excellent. She also arranged a cab for us as we had a very early morning flight. Rooms were small but very clean with everything we needed.

Difficult to sleep and rest

I booked this hotel hoping to have a good night's rest. Unaware of the construction site next door. I arrived late and was given a room on the first floor looking out on the street. Slightly noisy I eventually managed to fall asleep. Until a few hours later when they started drilling. When I realized I was given the room just next to the construction site, I was surprised and felt dissapointed. I then left to another hotel The hotel it self was nice and the room nice too, clean and all. Staff friendly too but none of that matters if you can't get a good night sleep.

Room was small but clean and great bathroom with robes.

DON'T STAY HERE

WORST PLACE EVER!!! In the middle of a construction zone, with nothing around there to enjoy re sightseeing, restaurants or shopping. A depressing area. While I was checking in, 4 people complained their AC was not working. I told them I didn't want to stay there and Hotels.com tried to get me out of the reservation but "Laura" (worst Manager ever) refused, even though I had just made the reservation at the airport an hour before.The so-called restaurant looked like a school cafeteria and the food, the same. The staff is extremely unfriendly. Room was clean but small! Due to last minute need for a hotel room, I had to pay $900. It was worth $50.
