Minimalist hotel, does the job for a short stay

Perfect economy option

Breakfast was top notch, I was truly impressed by the selection of the meals. Rooms are nice, clean and comfortable. Staff is really nice, we spent only a night here, but had a really pleasant experience. Free parking!

Disappointed

Was disappointed with the superior room. Very narrow and had to use step ladder (provided) to see out of the window. Dark room and quite claustrophobic. Kitchen area for guests to use was not very clean. Staff were friendly and breakfast was in a clean area and was ok.

Nothing fancy, not a bad walk to old town, 20 minutes.

Ok stay

The hotel is an okay hotel given the value. A few points - it could do with a bit of a spruce up, as its both tired, and aging. - the towels aren't dirty, but no longer bright white through age. - one day on returning to our room, it had been missed in the cleaning round. The reception staff were very apologetic, but it was disappointing. One thing to note, is that whilst its not too far to the Old Town, its a reasonable walk (for Vilnius), and does appear to be in a bit of a depressed district. Altogether okay given the stay, but I would probably have paid a bit more to stay a bit closer and in a bit more modern hotel.

Hotel has now changed its name to City Vilnius Hotel.. About 10-15 minutes away by Taxi from Airport (Get a price 1st about 10 Euros) There is a bus from the airport No.3 but it stops at the Bus station (10 mins away) Area looks a bit plain Receptionists are pleasant and helpful Rooms are clean Free WiFi Breakfast is Very Basic 10-15 minute plod to old town abd about 30 minute walk to stadium

Not what we expected having read the description

The price-quality ratio seems ok but we definitely expected this hotel to be something more after we have read the description. The pictures differed from the reality. In fact, this is a very basic hotel. Pretty noisy if your room window faces the street. Not very central. The rooms are clean. The plumbing is awful - really old as if from 1950s. The staff are quite indifferent. The breakfast is basic.

Fantastic hotel (10 min walk to old town)

The staff was really great and the room was great. It was a bit out of old town - prob 10 min walk, but the wonderful breakfast energized us for the day. We were really pleased.

Below Average

The hotel is locacted in an area that I've walked through before on my last trip to vilnius. The hotel is basically located above a cafe with the main reception behind the building. The hotel rooms are located on the 2nd floor accessible by lift. Overall the rooms are basic plane, not immaculately clean due to the fact that the furniture and beddings are old. Overall these rooms need to be refitted because it is basic and not pleasant to stay in. The tv in my room wouldn't work and was given keys to another room. Beds narrow, wallpaper striped and overall not a great room to stay in. Breakfast was okay, given a menu by a freindly staff and chose crepes with jam which was nice, rounded with two nice cups of coffee. Overall unless you are on a budget or just need a room to sleep in then this hotel is ideal. However it is dull, depressing and the hotel needs a makeover. Luckily I stayed for only one night and would recommend another hotel.

Value for money!

Very friendly reception staff. Comfy bed/room although maids nevr visited room to change towels, sheets, replace toilet roll in 4 days of being there. walls were thin, any noisy neightbours in other rooms, you could hear. Location, 15/20 minute walk to old town bars, wouldn't want to walk it alone or if was female!

Reasonable lodging in Vilnius plus a good breakfast

The Europolis is walking distance to many of the wonders of Vilnius and being on a major boulevard, easy to get to from the airport or train station. The neighborhood at first seemed a little dodgy but it was the first trip for us to Eastern Europe and Vilnius has some shabby areas. Yet, once we got accustomed to the area, all was fine. The hotel itself is a bit of mixed bag, excellent breakfast, friendly and helpful staff who have at least a fair ability to speak and understand English, since we arrived knowing 2 words of Lithuanian. The room was heated by a radiator in the bathroom which had a broken knob and could only be turned on and off by the front desk staff. They were happy to oblige once they understood what the problem was. The bathroom was fine, hot water was hot, and everything was clean. For the price we got through Expedia, the room was good. The wifi only worked downstairs, so you had to hang out in the restaurant or on the divan halfway down the stairs to use it but it was free as advertized. When we go back to Vilnius, we will likely stay there again.

good choice for budget short term stay

We spent one night in the hotel. Hotel locates not far from the center – about 10 min drive. It’s good in case when you need some space to sleep but you shouldn’t take it in case you are planning to stay in most of the time – our room had 4 beds with narrow path in the middle (hardly enough to fit our bags), old tiny TV and a wardrobe closet. The window was so high from the floor that even 6 feet tall person couldn’t take a look outside. Plus it was facing street. Not much traffic but noisy at night. Sailings are high and that makes the room not claustrophobic. The room and bathroom were clean. Breakfast was included and was served in the café downstairs. Breakfast wasn’t buffet style but was served by a waitress. We got bread, two slices of cheese, two slices of “kielbasa” and one slice of ham plus two fried eggs, glass of juice and coffee. I’m not sure if you can ask for more food for free - for us it was enough. Food is great in Lithuania in general.

Customer service by staff was generally good. My roon didn't have air conditioning, but all rooms should have it. I was able to use the fans in the room, but seems far from enough.

Es gibt eigentlich nur 3 positive Dinge vom Hotel zu sagen: die Nähe zur Altstadt, kostenloses Parken und ein günstiger Preis. Der Rest ist zum vergessen. Ob das lieblose Frühstück, die laute Straße oder die Zimmer, nichts ist empfehlenswert.

Dernière nuit sur Vilnius . Intérêt de cet hôtel prix contenu et parking gratuit . Literie confortable mais un côté un peu chez fenêtre à atteindre par un escabeau. Salle de bain jolie mais sanitaire léger . Petit déjeuner acceptable … bien pour une nuit . Attention bruit important tant dans l’hôtel impossible à in’dentifier de même en extérieur .

L'établissement est accessible jusqu'à minuit et il se trouve bien positionné géographiquement. Un arrêt de bus a proximité relié l'aéroport en 10 minutes.

La chambre côté rue principale est bruyante malgré le double vitrage. On entend la circulation et les sirènes d'alarme des pompiers (la caserne est de l'autre côté de la rue).

Un hotel anche se non costa tanto, deve essere pulito: qui ovunque moquette vecchio e sporco, in camera avevo la finestra aperta, dopo che l'ho chiusa, al rientro in camera c'era un odoraccio di moquette per anni impregnata di fumo, a parte il fatto che x chiudere la finestra si deve arrampicarsi su una taburete opositamente fornita :) e se lasci la finestra aperta si sente troppo il rumore proveniente da una specie di fabbrica dietro al hotel; la doccia con un po' di muffa in mezzo alle ante; alla colazione invitano gli ospiti di mettere via i piatti sporchi su opositi carelli, quindi i tavoli non vengono puliti;

The hotel portrays itself friendlier than it is. Lobby is dark and so are the hallways on the 3rd floor. My room (309) didn't offer any foreign TV wheras the neighboring room (311) had several international TV channels on the same kind of TV. Staff were unwilling to reprogram. In room 311 the smoke detector was missing. For a no frills stay the hotel is ok.

Rommet var ikke helt som forventet. Badet var ikke helt rent, og vinduet var langt opp og dårlig luft på rommet. Bedre forklaring av frokost tilbudet i forhold til turister. Veldig lite utvalg av brød og pålegg. Å drikke. De i resepsjonen kunne vært hyggeligere.

God beliggenhed og Comfort til prisen

Ligger fint i forhold til transport til lufthavn - bus 3G stop Sparta og trambus 17 til dem gamle bydel. Dejligt og roligt værelse, god morgenmad og professionel personale i reception. Savner dog normal høflighed mht. Goddag, farvel osv.

Отель чистый, бесплатная парковка, в номере уютно, но вернуться не хочется из-за отвратительного завтрака, после которого было не очень хорошо, желто-синий омлет, салатов в 10:00 утра уже не хватило, хотя завтрак до 11:00, но еда не добавлялась, позавчерашние блинчики и химический срк, стаканов в одно утро не было. Если не брать завтрак, то впечатление было бы намного лучше, персонал отзывчивый, в комнате тепло, недалеко есть прекрасный ресторан литовской кухни.

πολύ βρόμικο

Μείναμε για δυο βραδιά . Θα τολμήσω να πω πως είναι το χειρότερο ξενοδοχείο που έχουμε μείνει ως τώρα . Αυτό το χάλια ξενοδοχείο δεν φαινόταν στις φωτογραφίες των sites αλλά και δεν ανταποκρινόταν στην βαθμολογία του . Είναι ένα πολύ βρόμικο ξενοδοχείο με βρώμικες μοκέτες , αράχνες και άσχημη μυρωδιά στους διαδρόμους ( μάλλον δεν έχουν ανακαλύψει ακόμα σε αυτό το ξενοδοχείο τα αποσμητικά χώρου ). Το πρωινό παρά πολύ φτωχό και η αίθουσα του πρωινού δεν έχει καμία σχέση με αυτή που δείχνουν στις φωτογραφίες . Η περιοχή όχι και τόσο κοντά στο κέντρο και ούτε και πολύ καλή . Το μόνο που ξεχώρισα είναι το πολύ καλό και εξυπηρετικό προσωπικό στην ρεσεψιόν . Τέλος με τίποτα δεν μοιάζει για ξενοδοχείο 3 αστέρων που βραβεύτηκε .

Good place and great value for money paid

Close to the city centre, it is in the walkable distance so approximatelly 20min walk and you are in old town centre. Very nice and quick accommodation registration. Breakfast good and plenty to select from what you want to eat. If you not expecting five star thing you are ok and will be happy, definitelly when will be back will choose again. The walls are bit thin so if you have noisy neibours you may hear more than you like, but I had no problem with that.

Det var litt dårlig luft og varmt på rommet. Ingen mulighet til å justere tempratur. Vindu mot vei, så litt støy og ikke gunstig med åpent vindu.

Hôtel correct, personnel sympathique. On peut regretter qu'il soit un peu éloigné du centre de la ville.

Огромное спасибо, что заселили намного раньше 14:00 без доплаты, после ночи проведённой в автобусе, это было очень кстати. Отель находится в пешей доступности от авто вокзала и Старого города, в тихом районе. Очень порадовала цена, обслуживание и номера превосходят ожидания. Вкусный завтрак, выбор не очень большой, но наесться точно получится. Очень быстрый интернет и ни разу на пропадал сигнал. Ковёр в номере был не очень хорошо пропылесошен, но в целом все чисто, есть все необходимые туалетные принадлежности. Супер удобная кровать и невероятная тишина. Идеальное место для сна и отдыха.

Huone tosi epäsiisti. Sänky painunut. Lakanat ja pyyheliinat nuhruisia. Kaapin ovi kiinni yhdellä saranalla ei voinut kaappia käyttää. Yöpöydän ovi jäi käteen. Matkustamme paljon ja kokemuksellamme tämän hotellin taso standarhuoneessa oli huono. Varausivulla huoneen luokitus oli kolme tähteä, Vinassa kaksi tähteä. Hotelli oli tosi rauhallinen. Valitettavasti muuta emme voi kertoa huoneesta. Henkilökunnalta saimme asiallisen palvelun.

Laba, bet pieskatiet

Ļoti laba vienkāršā viesnīca, kas ļoti der darījumu braucieniem. Pārsteidza brokastu kvalitāte - izcila! Mēbeles numuriņos gan vajadzētu salabot - noplēstas eņģes, brūkošais krēsls... Bet gultas ir ērtas un spilvēni, no spilvēndrānām izvilkti ārā, bija ļoti ērti! Mazliet nepatīkami bija palikt dūšā ar auksto ūdeni vien, bet nu mazgāšanās jau gāja uz beigām. Viesnīcas izvietojums pilsētā ir ideāls sasniedzamības ziņā.

Соотношение цена и качество!

Небольшой отель, чистый, аккуратный. Выбрали его из - за удобной, охраняемой парковки, удобного расположения не далеко от центра и невысокой цены, так как необходимо было переночевать . Неплохой домашний завтрак с утра. В целом понравилось. Рекомендуем тем, кому необходимо на день или 2 дня остановится.
