Great 3-night stay and so nice to have so much space.

Cheap furniture, uncomfortable seating. Streaming services not working. Complaint not followed up. Property had a smell like stale food and bathroom smelt unpleasant. Expected more for cost of $2,000 a week.

Milk & butter in fridge. Cereal, jams, coffee, and tea in kitchen. All amenities and cleaning products included. Wonderful accommodations.

This is an amazing place to stay modern and clean and good parking I would recommend this accomodation to anyone wanting to be in a self sufficient holiday stay that’s close to everything.

Great experience

The property was great. Homely and had everything we needed for a relaxing holiday. One issue was the internet/tv remote/access to pay per view tv. The manager came quickly to try and sort out but it became frustrating to try and use so we reverted to free tv. Mould in shower may become a future issue. But we would happily stay again and promote to others.

Beautiful villa, spacious and clean. The owner was very friendly and even greeted us with homemade bread! I wish we could have stayed here longer than one night.

What great accommodation. Check in was great and the sourdough was a lovely touch. Really well equipped you had everything you needed to cook. Accommodation was much bigger than expected. Would definitely recommend

We stayed at the property for 3 nights with kids and it was great. Step out of the property and there’s the Esplanade. The owner had thankfully stocked jam, milk, vegemite, cereals etc as well which was very handy - there was always food when the kids got hungry at odd hours and most places were closed due to Easter long weekend. Highly recommend!

A nice, well maintained two bedroom apartment walking distance from “downtown” Kingscote. Kevin, the property manager was especially helpful. We really enjoyed our stay.

Great place for our family of 5 staying in Kingscote.

The owners of the property were very accommodating with us checking in “after hours.” They even gave us a loaf of delicious, homemade fresh sourdough bread! House was spacious and clean with a nice patio. Kitchen was stocked well enough for our family to cook dinner. Great location! Perfect for a family! Would highly recommend!!

Bryan and the team present a fantastic beachfront property (across the road). Bryan a local is full of knowledge and pointed us in the right direction for nearby sights. We look forward to returning to KI and staying at Villas on the Bay.

Run by a lovely couple, Place met its needs for some friends traversing the island

Enjoyed a 3 night stay at this property. Found the property immaculately clean and tidy, lots of room and very comfortable. Only recommendation I would make is to add some more glasses/tableware as 4 of everything doesn’t last very long before needing to switch a dishwasher on or wash up, but this is a very minor issue and certainly wouldn’t stop me from using the property again.

Excellent location - waterfront is just across the road where you can watch sunrise/sunset. 3-bedroom unit has only 1 bathroom which can create a bit of problem for elderly.

If I could give six stars I would

If I could give six stars I would, the moment we opened the front door we knew this was going to be the perfect base to explore Kangaroo Island. Firstly the location, right opposite the water and a five minute walk into Kingscote town centre. Secondly the unit itself, immaculately clean and well appointed with a large bathroom, two bedrooms, a functional kitchen and dining area and a nice furnished outdoor area with a clothes line as well as a washing machine. Thirdly the off street parking with a garage. Finally the great homely feel as well as two great hosts. Not only recommended but would not hesitate to stay here again.

Wonderful Hosts. Nothing was too much trouble. The breakfast supplies were a nice surprise.

Perfect stay on Kangaroo Island

Perfect location in Kingston. Lovely bills in a quiet location. Everything we needed, kitchen, laundry and patio which was lovely to relax in after a busy day exploring.

This was luxury for our family of four. Clean, modern, spacious and inclusive of so many little things that made a big difference! Milk, butter, cooking oil, tea and coffee were all provided as well as lovely half loaf of homemade sourdough bread. We will definitely stay again!

Excellent 3 bedroom house but with only 1 bathroom. Very clean house and near to beach. However, no view of beach from house. Owner/ manager was very friendly.

Weekend away in KI

This was a great stay. Each villa is clean and well set up. Denise and Bryan were freindly and helpful. The villas are short walk to the town. There is secure garage parking for each villa. Fully equipped kitchen. Large TV. Heating and cooling. Would most definately stay here again next time.

Modern, clean, comfortable and well appointed unit. The unit has everything needed for a self sufficient stay including milk, cereal, spreads and milk. The gift of a small, home made load of bread was indeed a special surprise. Highly recommend Villas on the Bay for any length of stay.

Excellent 2 bedroom apartment . Check in easy. Bryan is very helpful. This 2 bedrooms is equipment with almost full kitchen. Nice welcome gift on arrival. Enclosed garage for vehicle. Short walk to downtown for shopping and grocery store. They have a really good location in Kingscote and just opposite the bay where you can go for beautiful walks. Good value for the money hassle free. New establishment very clean and modern. I will definitely stay there again when I visit kangaroo island again in the future.

Great comfortable place with all the mod cons 5 minutes walk from the town proper. Thanks for letting us check in early. We most definitely were able to relax and unwind.
