Cute hotel!
It is a very cute hotel & the receptionists were nice. They do call you right at check to make sure you’re out. The bed is old and uncomfortable & I did get bitten twice by bedbugs. I don’t like showers that have no door, but half a glass that lets water spill on the floor. They did have gated parking on the lot, so that was nice not to have offsite parking. The hotel is lovely and not far of a walk to the city center.
I can not write words to describe how happy I am with my stay at this hotel. Kind and courteous front desk staff, always available and willing to help. The breakfast was perfect and Lilliana in the kitchen was a breath of fresh air to wake up to. Will definitely recommend and will be back again for sure!
A very charming stopping place. Good value
Staff and facility was perfect
Excellent hotel however they need to address the ridiculous shower enclosure in the baths. Water gets all over the outside of the bath area and soaks the floor. No need for this type of incident in a high end hotel. Also no fan in the bathroom so unless you shower with the door open and the air conditioning on it’s a steam bath inside.
Elegance and class. The place is like your own personal villa. Beautiful elevated patio/plaza to sit in and watch the world go by. Rooms are most elegant and breakfast was delicious and generous beautiful wood Furniture and furnishings, the bed was comfortable. There’s a mini fridge/minibar. The ceilings in my room must’ve been 14 feet high. I literally rarely saw another guest. It’s like the place existed just for me!
Excellent but a little far north - would stay again though.
Located in a beautiful villa with a lot of charm. My room was very quiet but was a bit small but if you pay more for a suite, this is the best. Breakfast is included and very tasty. Some improvements can be made to push the hotel to the standards it deserves: of the 150 TV channels I browsed, none was in a language other than Italian and none showed the finals of Roland
Comfortable and quite.
Our check in was flawless and the staff was very nice and helpful. Special thanks to Simone. The breakfast was nice as well. With recommendations and on our own we found really great places to eat nearby.
Staff was very friendly and helpful. I did not like how the thermostat was set and could now not lower the temperature below 22*C. That was to warm for me to sleep in. Can definitely tell it was a dated hotel. That is about my only complaint about staying there. I loved the shower and the breakfast was just right for having a quick and substantial breakfast before hitting the town for the day.
Fun little 4 x 3 ft. elevators in Rome
Fantastic hotel! The area is quite but walking distance to major sights. Wonderful restaurants close by. Rooms are spacious and clean. Breakfast is good and plentiful. The best part about the property is the staff. They are so kind an amazing. Simon at the front desk is a gem! They treated you like family. Hopefully will return to Rome and this is the place I would stay at again!
In a quiet neighborhood, personal service was superb (shout out to Simon!!!). Room was simple and has a mini bar. Our stay included breakfast with a very nice display. Recommend having a car. Limited dining options in walking distance. Spanish Steps is one mile away. A nice walk if you’re up to it.
Elegant and yet cosy villa just off Via Veneto, with well-appointed furnishings and a lovely, spacious Terrace. Friendly and helpful Staff.
The property was lovely, but we did not get a warm vibe from the staff (other than the cleaning lady who was so kind). No soaps or shampoos and no Kleenexes. The location wasn’t close to anything.
Very nice hotel. Would recommend to others. Clean room and wonderful staff.
Nice location and interior. Friendly staff. Breakfast was just ok.
great
Was a Beautiful expérience, the acces to all the places was fast because the hotel is ubicated in a gréât area, my girlfriend, she enjoded breakfast. Thanks
Amazing hotel
It was a very nice stay, the staff was very friendly and gave us good suggestions about whete to go and where to eat. I loce the classical infrastructure of the hotel and the tall ceilings. I would love to go back.
Very pleasant stay
We had a long weekend in Rome, staying at Villa Pinciana. The hotel is easy to find and onsite parking is a good size and secure. Check in was quick and we were in our room by 10AM. Ours was a standard double but it was spacious, clean and quiet. There were enough power sockets and the wifi was good enough for streaming. Breakfast was a good mix of cereal, pastries, cakes, yoghurt, meats and fruit with the option of scrambled or boiled eggs. Service through was friendly and professional. The hotel location was great - 5 mins walk to Borghese Park, 15 minutes to Spanish Steps and maybe 30 to St Peter's or the Colosseum. Good value and a great base for the city.
Fabulous hotel.
A wonderful hotel, pleasant staff with the added bonus of on site free parking. Short walk to the centre but set in a quiet neighbourhood.
excellent
Great Hotel
Great, spacious hotel. Older decor but spacious. Nice, calm area a bit outside the city center but right by villa borghese which is gorgeous!
Great service. Central location, very accommodating.
Good service. Friendly staff. Good location. Nice premises.
Nice, friendly.
Convenient and comfortable
This is a very nice and convenient property with friendly and helpful staff. The location is excellent. We have been here a few times and like coming back.
Good location, free parking, friendly staff and great breakfast.
A beautiful hotel in the centre of Rome close to all the main attractions. Staff were very helpful and friendly
Small historic villa on perfect starting position to go for amazing trips in Roma.
One of the best hotels.
It is one of the best hotels I've ever been to. Everything was excellent.
Lovely Rome hotel
Fantastic hotel with excellent staff.
Amazing Beautiful Hotel
What an amazing place. Reminds me of a old english hotel Rooms decorated very tastefully Lovely Hotel and gardens abd really friendly staff. Wish we had stayed there longer. Close to the metro 5-10 min walk, couple of stops to Termini. Shame this is a hidden gem, one I woukd highly recommend IT REALLY DIES LOOK LIKE THE PHOTOS !!
Meravigliosa
Bellissima villa nel cuore di Roma, vicino al centro storico , raggiungibile in 15 minuti di cammino . Camera bella e spaziosa , struttura con parcheggio .
Genuinely free easy private parking
Staff were lovely, despite this being during covid-19 they were very warm and friendly. Breakfast was good, although it wasn't a buffet but understandable because of the times. Really we chose this place for the free private parking, which is rare in Rome for this price of hotel
Friendly welcome
Easy quick check in. Friendly welcome to this wonderful hotel. Location excellent, secure parking and free wi-fi a bonus. Would highly recommend and will definitely stay here again.
The hotel is in a beautiful old home in a quiet section of Rome near Borghese Museum. The rooms are attractive and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was okay but limited - the internet connection was not great and the room television had no English news channels. This was disappointing since we wanted to watch the impeachment hearings.
Staff very responsive. Location excellent. Very nice boutique hotel!
Very nice hotel, close to the tourist area without breaking the bank. The breakfast is not that good but the customer service is. They have a jacuzzi and sauna you can use after walking all day.
Great place!!! If I get a chance to come back to Rome, that would be the place to stay. Nice quiet quarter, 20 min walk to Spanish Steps. Free parking on premises. Lovely place.
It was well run, the staff were very helpful and the rooms were a good size. It's a lovely building with a pretty outside area to sit in. There were 2 luggage racks in the room which is very unusual but very appreciated. Good location for The Borghese gardens and a great little restaurant nearby for dinner
Beautiful, upscale, classy, but rooms are TINY! Breakfast is great. Service is outstanding. Garden is lovely at night. Safe area, walkable to bus line.
Very nice hotel
Very nice hotel and staff!
Only one English Channel on TV
15 mins walk to the nearest metro station, not easy under the hot sun. Or you can walk 8-10mins for a bus that take you to Termini metro. Staff are nice in general, the man at reception shared great hospitality. Good amenities, bed and hot shower. Breakfast is good except the hot water is not even warm.
Very clean, great location, secure parking and most of all a very helpful staff. The airline lost our luggage and for whatever reason the airline will only communicate with hotel staff. The airline completely botched the situation and the hotel staff were very understanding and helpful. Breakfast was good but not great.
The staff was so accommodating, parking included with stay no extra charge and location!!!
OK place, but poor quality coffee & breakfast
Was chased multiple times to check out early, despite having a Hotels.com late check out offer for Gold members.
Great quiet location. Walk to restaurants in 1-5 minutes. Just a short cab ride into Rome, 10Euro or less.
Fantastic Hotel in Rome.
This is my second stay in this hotel with my wife. We loved it so much that we booked it for July 2019 after an August 2016 stay. The hotel is lovely rooms are spacious. They also have onsite parking which is a must as we always rent a vehicle while in Italy. We will continue to stay in this hotel any time we are in Rome.
Functional accommodation with friendly staff for a one night stop on the outskirts of Rome.
The location of the property was perfect, very easy to reach all of the tourist attractions. The walk to Spanish Steps was only 10 minutes
Nice and welcoming large room and bathroom. Staff are welcoming and speak good English. Great position, walking distance to everything and close to restaurants.
The hotel was perfect. Room were very charming and the dining area and grounds were well maintained and tranquil. This is my hotel in Roma from now on.
loved the villa, great location, great service
The hotel is beautiful and just far enough outside the main tourist area to be quiet.
We have returned here for several years and the location and friendliness of the staff are the main reasons why!
The hotel was so charming, the front desk staff was helpful and lovely. Breakfast was fine. The room was a good size, and quiet, we never heard any of the other guests.
A really lovely and welcoming hotel
The hotel is a really charming villa near the Villa Borghese Park. Stayed for St. Valentine's weekend and was delighted to get an unexpected room upgrade to a spacious and elegant suite with a beautiful terrace. The staff were friendly and helpful. Within walking distance of Termini Station and the historic centre. A safe and elegant part of Rome with a range of very nice restaurants nearby. Strongly recommended.
Nice hotel, 15 minutes walk from Spanish steps
Could have been cleaner and could use an update. Good service and very nice staff
Great staff, beautiful hotel, very clean room, many excellent restaurants nearby.
Great hotel just a little out of the way for walking
Wonderful hotel and staff
Wonderful hotel, nice central quiet area, very helpful staff with high tolerance to a toddler. Highly recommend
The location was convenient for us, the room was not the size we expected and the shower a bit tiny. However everything clean and modern.Breakfast continental
In a nice quiet neighborhood. Fairly convenient for getting around. The farthest walk was the Vatican but all others were pretty close-Borghese Gallery, Spanish Steps, Trevi Fountain, and Termini Station. Colosseum was a bit of a distance too but not a bad walk. Cute restaurants nearby off Via Viento. Staff was friendly and very helpful. Even booked a tour for me. Would stay there again.
The hotel is a fix blocks from the Via Vecchio, a great location; you can easily walk to all the sites of Roman. The neighbor has a lot of local character is you're looking for the Roman "La Dolce Vita" experience.
Got pick pocketed on the way to Hotel. Staff recognized that we were upset. Gave us an upgrade that was really nice.
Could not have had a nicer stay here! Completely charming, good location for us, excellent staff (Simone, Sandrine, Eduardo, Antonio, Olena, etc.). Mr. Simone was beyond helpful and a complete joy to work with as I had emailed him several times prior to our visit. Our room was comfortable and quiet. Breakfast was perfect for our needs and the coffee was excellent.
Beautiful old building looks like a manor and is just as pretty from the inside ! Very friendly staff and the parking inside locked gates was a plus! Highly recommended.
Great location. Helpful staff. Free parking. A few blocks from the metro.
Great location, clean and nice rooms, and a generous breakfast.
I accidentally booked for one night when it should have been two and the hotel went out of their way to book at the last minute. Room was nicely air conditioned (something that was lacking in other Italian hotels). Loved the location ... close to Trevi Fountain and Spanish Steps.
The hotel is very nice and the breakfast is wonderful. Location is a little off the beaten track, so getting around Rome requires taxis and walking. The staff is pleasant, helpful, but not always correct on details for getting around Rome. They try very hard to be helpful, and for the most part are quite good.
Perfect location - walking distance to many tour places. Quiet and nice surroundings. Wonderful place to stay at Rome.
Great hotel in central Rome
Wonderful boutique hotel close to everything in Rome. Recommended to anyone looking for a good place, nicely finished and very clean. Fantastic staff were very helpful.
Hotel staff was excellent. Amenities, look and feel seem dated.
The location was very near a metro station and the entire staff was warm & incredibly helpful
Great spot with a car. If you enjoy walking, everything is about a mile to two from the hotel. Must get the balcony, changes the experience, great to come back to-feels like a small villa in the middle of the city. Breakfast typical and adequate!
Very nice hotel with very convenient location 1 block away from USA embasy
Feels like home.
This was our second year staying here and we brought our parents this year. We loved the location, the friendly staff and the yummy breakfast. We will return next year and have recommended that our cousins stay here in June and we can't wait to hear how much they love it too!
Perfecto!
Great location, great staff, great service! Located near Via Veneto and Lotti Bakery! This was our 2nd stay in past two years and we will be returning next year! Thank you you for a wonderful home away from home!
Amazing place
Great choice of city and hotel for our honeymoon:-) great location-we walked everywhere, very atmospheric, beautiful building, friendly staff. Thank you!!
Great hotel in Rome
Great hotel in city center of Rome. The staff was so polite and helpful. Rooms are amazing and the breakfast is great! Would definitely come back!
Great Hotel
I've stayed at Villa Poinciana in the past and I'll stay there the next time I go to Rome. It's a well located, clean, comfortable small hotel with great service. The breakfast selection that is put out each morning is huge and a great start to the day.
Great Location
Safe location, classy hotel, helpful staff. We were given all help needed by first time visitors of the Eternal City. We will gladly go back. Charming old building renovated with lots of gusto and attention to detail. We loved the patio.
Great Vacation
Greta stay. All but one of the front desk guys were excellent o work with. Breakfast service is a typical European breakfast, but after a few days of the same thing of an 8 days vacation, it gets a bit old. The roof top for after dinner drinks was absolutely lovely.
5 days in Rome
The staff was extremely helpful and welcoming. Nice small quiet hotel with all amenities. Would definitely stay again!
Location is great, nice neighborhood, close to piazza de spagna 15 min walk, room had 2 terraces, what is rare in Europe
Wonderful stay!
We had a wonderful stay! Rooms were spacious, comfortable and the AC was nice and cold (very welcome on a hot day). Staff was helpful and extremely friendly in assisting with taxis, directions, eating recommendations, etc. We would stay here again in a heartbeat! One of the only places in the city with free parking!
It was even lovelier than hoped for! Wonderful location, helpful, gracious staff, lovely room and great bathroom. Highly recommend.
excellent hotel on a quiet street.
A renovated palace, close to Via Venetto and downtown Rome. Clean, quiet, safe. Staff was helpful and nice. Breakfast was good. Excellent hotel. Will certainly return.
a hotel with old charm in an excellent district
We stayed at this hotel for 5 nights. Loved the location. Liked the room we stayed in. The breakfast spread is not that great. Coffee is in a container so it wasn't good. Tea (bags) was tastless. Juices not fresh squeezed. The staff was not attentive or friendly.
Nice hotel
We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel the room was spacious, the facilities were very good and the staff were excellent. The gentlemen on the front desk has excellent customer care nothing was any trouble very helpful.
Great location
Fabulous hotel great location very friendly staff and the most comfortable room and bed. Made our experience in Rome perfect.
Great Rome place off the track
Simone on the front desk was brilliant. The staff generally were good and the stay was excellent. The Hotel is not part of a large chain and has some charm. There is a roof terrace and you can have drinks there but need to get them from the bar. Bizarrely there was no wine in the Hotel and better purchased down the road whilst the staff supply glasses! No restaurant but plenty nearby.
Awesome Hotel!
My husband and Ioved our hotel. Our room was beautiful and the staff were excellent. The breakfast was very nice but what I liked the best was the decor and cleanliness! I would definitely stay again.
Would absolutely stay again.
Great location, staff were fantastic, rooms were clean quiet and I loved that the windows opened to the streets
Nice hotel for the money
Nice hotel for the money. Decent breakfast. Helpful staff.

Very nice, but a little dated.
