A GEM worth staying

Although this is a bed and breakfast, it is exceptional and worth going, the owners are wonderful hosts. The property has been sympathetically decorated to reflect the art Deco period. And there are plenty of restaurants within walking distance I cannot speak highly enough we thoroughly enjoyed our stay

Wonderful accommodation

The most hospitable people with beautiful home and garden. The city centre was being renovated and the temperature was very high (almost 40 degrees) and so we did not get a favourable impression of it. However the accommodation and the owners more than made up for this shortcoming.

A happy return to paradise.

I returned to Villa Magnolia Parc and enjoyed it just as much as my first visit which was fantastic. The building and gaden is beautiful. My suite was huge, comfortable and well appointed. Our hosts were very friendly and helpful. Their recommendations on restaurants and places to see in and around Montelimar were great. They made are stay special. We were very grateful to Dans for helping us negotiate with the staff at the station so we ended up in the right place at the right time! Clasian produced the most magnificent breakfasts each day. It was joy to come down for breakfast for the company and the food. Afternoons on the front balcony with wine snacks and great conversation helped us relax after a day of exploration. The very best thing of all were the beds. Mine was the most comfortable I have slept in anywhere on my travels. I reccomend this property for ayone who wants to relax and be pampered in a surreal setting.

Very welcoming and fantastic attention to detail

We had an amazing stay at Villa Magnolia Parc. Daan and Clasien were so welcoming - with welcome drink on arrival and always happy to help with restaurant reservations or places to go and visit. Our room was beautifully decorated and they had thought of everything to ensure it was an extremely comfortable night’s sleep! Also the breakfast was absolutely fantastic - home baked pastries and fresh orange juice were a real highlight. Would thoroughly recommend!

Daniel and Classien made us very welcome . The room was beautiful, spotlessly clean and a very comfortable bed. Breakfast was superb. A perfect stopover on route to the South of France. We will definitely return.

The Benchmark for Luxury Accom

Could not have been better - last minute booking and we were very pleased with our choice. Wonderful hosts who speak excellent English (and French, and Dutch) made us extremely welcome; room was lovely, very spacious and comfortable and there's even a lift which is a surprise in a building of this age. Then there was the included breakfast which had our cameras out - what a spread!! The only 'clue' we can offer is to take notice of the email they kindly send explaining how to find the front entrance gate - it's tricky if you don't follow Daan's directions. Highly recommended!

This place defies classification.

Upon arrival you are welcomed by Daan and Clasien and invited to join them for drinks on the terrace once you have settled in. They are your hosts for breakfast and for afternoon drinks on the terrace or their drawing room if the weather is not perfect. This villa is their home and you treated as their guests. The villa itself has been meticulously restored and renovated as a personal project and furnished with personally purchased antiques. Conversations with Daan and Clasien over drinks are like a good dinner party with full and free discussion of a wide range of subjects.

Si vous passez par Montelimar, n’hésitez pas! Très jolie maison aménagée avec amour par les propriétaire. Les chambres sont toutes belles et confortables. Accueil chaleureux, petit déjeuner formidable… un conseil : grincheux s’abstenir. Cet endroit n’est pas pour vous… 😊

Die Vermieter der Villa Magnolia sind hervorragende, äußerst liebenswerte Gastgeber und verstehen es, ihre Gäste zu verwöhnen . Die Villa mit fantastischem Garten, Pool und tollem Ambiente ist ein Traum. Neben all dem gab es hervorragende Tipps zu Ausflugszielen und auch Platzreservierungen in äußerst leckeren Restaurants zu guten Preisen .. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können die Villa Magnolia in jeder Beziehung wärmstens empfehlen .

l'accueil est très sympa , le petit déjeuner est complet , très bon et fait maison pour tous les plats . J'ai rarement vu une telle prestation; un régal. l'hébergement est excellent: grande chambre, grande salle de bain dans une maison de maitre; très bonne étape sur la route des vacances

Schönes Schlösschen, gut gelegen

Bei der Ankunft waren wir etwas irritiert, da wir vor 16.00 Uhr nicht einchecken konnten und auch die Anlage (Pool) nicht benutzen durften. Das Zimmer ist geräumig und sehr sauber. Die Anlage gepflegt und schön. Auch das Frühstück war lecker mit vielen selbstgemachten Zutaten. Das Schlösschen liegt nahe am Zentrum (2' zu Fuss)
