Very peaceful
Facility is ok, beach is good. Food is excellent. However access to restaurants is annoying takes forever. Room service is strange , nobody really cares what you ask and conplain. We had 4 room some did not receive waters others tualetics. You can ask and complain noting happens
Awesome! Will be going back.
We will definitely come back!
Property was great! If we ever go back to PVR, we’d seriously consider going back (which we never do)
The staff were friendly and helpful. The resort was clean and well maintained. Our kids loved the kids club and all of the activities they could choose from.
Lovely resort!
The all inclusive option was unique in the fact that everything was off a menu except the breakfast Buffett. The food was very good, never got bored of the same old stuff and lots of Mexican food options and higher quality cuts of meats were included!! Beach service was amazing, Santana was impeccable with keeping us in food and drinks all day at the beach! Also at the Italian restaurant went above and beyond to get us churros on our last night and Jesus was hustling every morning getting us towels and chairs set up and checking in make sure all was well. Esmeralda in the breakfast Buffett was so attentive and kind. Fabian got my boys to go cups for their Shirley Temples. Overall a very great experience.
Property is fine. Food is ok. Drinks are fine. Resort credit- nope. Promised 250$ a room delivered 0$. Tried to connect it to a timeshare presentation. Expedia knows but the hotel claims it’s not. Seriously though, it was worth one massage for two. They pay 10$ each worker to give the massage (maybe) so resort cost is basically nothing for the credit. So why? If they lie about this, would I trust them for anything? What a joke. Could have been…
Services is very slowly every we're restotans, elevators activity pleners, basecly everything is moving on very slowly bases, I've head a feĺlengs, that's both resorts working one limited work sorce. Need a lot of impfovene
This resort is very comfortable. Its staff is very helpful and friendly. I loved interacting with Gabriel and Angel at the pool, Fabian, Daniella, Carolina, Lorena, Monsurate at breakfast, and Angel in La Casona. Thank you for everything!
The only problem with the property is the steak restaurant, very long wait, bad steaks.
Overall beautiful place, very nice staff and very clean.
Quaint and quiet. Downfall was the elevator would go out of service at times. We were on the eighth floor.
Service staff was superb! HATED that we had to sign a ticket after every meal, drinks, etc even as all inclusive guest. Took extra time for servers and guests. Seemed so unnecessary!
Been there 4 times and it is always a first class property!
We took our daughter and her boyfriend. The food was the best we have ever had at an all inclusive. A ton of options. Room service was awesome. Staff was awesome. If you want a pool chair go down early. They fill up but staff is very helpful. We will be back.
Staff was excellent. Nice and quite
beautiful property, very friendly staff, clean, quiet. You do have to go next door to Flamingos for more eating options and for entertainment. La Estancia only has 2 restaurants and no entertainment. Food at both places was not great. The elevator at our building broke on day 3 and was never fixed. If you were on the upper floors it was a long walk to the alternate service elevator which was always busy with staff. Beware, it's also a time share!
Best service we have ever had at a resort. Great food too!
It is one of our favorite places to stay.
Super quiet property everything shuts down after 10 pm as it’s mostly owners rather than vacationers. If you’re looking for a party, definitely don’t come here other than that. The service is amazing and the food is even better. Jesus by the pool always made sure we had a seat and took such good care of us at La Casona our server Eduardo gave us such good service and literally sang to us at our table, he had such a good voice. And the doorman such as Bryan always took care of us by opening the door or watching our bags if needed. The property is super clean and on a beautiful beach. It’s definitely a place to go if you’re looking for a relaxing trip with good food, it definitely doesn’t taste like your usual all inclusive food. We were happy with every meal we ate.
Excellent service. We are return guests and enjoyed reconnecting with the staff. Thank you for a wonderful stay
Property and staff were wonderful. The only downfall was them pushing you to do what they call welcome orientation and tour! It is a sales gimmick to get you to do a timeshare! Very uncomfortable saying no and walking away
We will stay here again and again. Our entire experience was truly amazing, from check in to check out!
Great food and environment. Staff is very friendly and accommodating.
Clean and quiet. Staff is excellent.
Amazing stay at this beautiful resort. The staff are amazing and we will definitely be back.
Very nice hotel, have to go to flamingo for any kind of night life.
We had a great vacation here…food, and accommodations were good but the care and service, cleanliness and helpfulness were stellar! I will miss the pool, the view and the fun!
Great experience.
The staff was amazing. The views and the property had so much to offer. Paddleboarding every morning along with stretches on the beach or yoga. Food was 5 star. Never a bad meal. So much fun
Excellent service staff and venue.
Excellent all-inclusive. The quality of food and alcohol was the best I’ve had at an all-inclusive and I’ve been to many. The staff goes above and beyond, so friendly and warm. The property is immaculate and clean. The crowd is definitely an older crowd, quiet and relaxing vibes which I loved. Always enough chairs and umbrellas by the beach and the pool (at least in January-Feb when I was there. Would definitely come again!!
Excellent food, service at restaurants. Everything close- room, restaurants, pool, beach, reception, spa, gym. Room with nice view.
Great staff and good food
Everything was good except that Expedia and Hotel both refused to refund or credit my account one of the family members was not able to join us. It was a finger Pointing exercise. I contacted Expedia on the day that I thought I could change but was told that I could cancel the entire trip and rebook at current prices but that would have meant new airlines. This did not make sense especially when traveling with young children. BEWARE
Beautiful resort, great staff and the food was fantastic. Highly recommend.
Great location. Worth the all inclusive pkg!
Excellent food, and attentive staff and great family facility
First important comment, this Hotel has a buffet during BREAKFAST ONLY. If you have kids this is a BIG hurdle. Wait times to actually eat at the "sit down" restaurants are sometimes 40 mins. Its a sit down and be served type of hotel. I dont like this model as ive been to all-inclusives before and they always have all day buffets, making it easy to get a quick bite, especially if you want to maximize your time on vacation and be at pools or beach. You have to sign for every meal just like a regular restaurant and tips are expected. There isnt any onsite entertainment like singers or dancers either. The crowd was also older, it was the vibe there. This hotel also is a partial CONDO owner building so they dont like too much noise. Overall, i wont stay here again. However, i will say all of the staff are nice and welcoming and it was a nice relaxing place to stay if thats what you are looking for. January is a bit cloudy but still nice and humid in mid 70's. We had a great time and made the most of it. We appreciate all the wonderful staff and the experience. They had floaties and 24/7 room service included in the package. 😀
Very clean, wonderful customer service! Jesus is a rockstar on the beach service setup
Had an amazing stay. Can't complain about anything!!
Great
The location and the property are beautiful. The beach is cold so we stayed at the pool most of the time. Pool is cleaned and beautiful. The service staff is hit or miss, or maybe because we are the only Asians at that time. This property is villa style and most of people are retired so if you are young group and looking for a lot of activities hotel, this is not for you. The breakfast is just ok , lunch at the pool with cerviche is the best. Dinner at La Casona is above average and don’t try the New York steak, stick with seafood dishes. Be aware of spending time at the La Casona because the service was so slow. I maybe comeback to this property in the summer when the water is warmer but i love the cleanliness of this property inside out.
Great resort to stay
Beautiful place
Staff were friendly and gave excellent service. Resort was easy to get around. Food was excellent at all the restaurants.
We had a group of 17 and they accommodated us at all times. This is our 2nd time at Estancia. We love the staff, service and rooms. The beach is great. The food is exceptional. We will be back.
Great facility. Excellent food. 5 restaurants . Staff great especially Lorena at La Casona for breakfast. Night staff also great and food amazing. Highly recommended. I will come back again.
Great staff, great room..Patron restaurant had best tacos in town
The resort was very nice and super clean. All of the staff was wonderful and very helpful. There are folks who are time share owners “members” that get exclusive access and deals to certain things at the property and that was a little unclear at first. I also wish there was more explanation of which amenities are available to all inclusive guests. (I.e poolside activities and non paid water activities). Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely stay here again!
Horrible customer service! Booked a partial ocean view received a dark dingy room first floor back corner. When asked to change and not what I booked they said they didn’t have another other room. Resort was mostly empty! Don’t stay here unless you’re looking for retirement home vibe. No activities, no nightlife, no bar or dancing. Service is very poor. If you stay in Estancia all restaurants in resort next door. Could not accommodate allergies for food. Mexican restaurant was terrible I was served frozen bread, cold coffee, no spoon. Housekeeping and room service did a great job. We lived off of room service and traveled around. Complete waste for all inclusive. So disappointed would never return here
We loved staying at Villa La Estancia. The room was just what we were looking for and the property was phenomenal. I was a little worried about my kids liking the food but they have a great mix of American and Mexican food and my kids always found something to eat that they liked. We all really liked the food. The pools were a lot of fun although you have to reserve a pool chair early to get a good spot. Everyone seemed to stay in their spots all day so very few opened up during the day. We all loved the property and staff, highly recommend!
The property is clean but most of the staff are not friendly. They don’t want to help you unless you tip them specially the beach concierge. We could not find an umbrella on the beach and Daniel was super rude and refused to help us. The front desk are very unfriendly and they try to rip you off. The resort was so quiet and they only give priority to time share owners. I really don’t recommend this resort. It is overpriced and not worth the money
Great place. If they kept the pool bar open until sunset it would be perfect.
Beautiful, clean and relaxing resort, excellent service and very safe. I loved the spa! Our only complaint was not enough beach and pool chairs.
Beautiful property with amazing service. Jesus and Daniel by the pool were outstanding. Alex in the pool side restaurant for dinner was so sweet and such a good waiter, Daniel the lunch and beverage server around the pool and beach was amazing. Service was second to none. The rooms were great. Very quiet relaxing resort. We went with a group of 17 ages varying from 5-65 and we all wished there would have been a little more live musicand or entertainment at night, but everything else was incredible and we will definitely be back next year!
The service and food was exceptional. Everyone was very friendly and accommodating, we took our family of 17 the week before Christmas and never a problem with service. The resort is very quiet and relaxing so if you want nightlife this isn’t the place. Will definitely go back.
Just a beautiful spot
Great food and drinks compared to other all inclusive resorts.
Great resort. We will definitely come back.
I loved this stay and will absolutely be coming back in the future.
The staff was amazing. Very welcoming and informative.
The staff was awesome and helpful and full of smiles
All was good except our room which was large and nice, the master sliding door glass was highly fogged over. Could not see out. Staff though is great.
Being able to enjoy amenities at both La Estancia and Del Palmar was lovely, as it allowed us to have more dining options and utilize both pools. We especially liked the poolside bar at La Estancia. The quality of food at Blue Grill and La Trattoria were amazing too! We did have a few minor issues: the shower head in our suite was a bit tricky to turn off without water leaking, and one of the water pumps was not working for the bathtub. Our worst experience with the resorts was probably the food quality at the Japanese restaurant in Del Palmar. The ramen and udon were extremely disappointing, and we weren't really fond of the sauce that the gyoza came with either.
Excellent service through out the property
This property was wonderful! We were a family of 4 and have been to PV many times. Probably the best room we have stayed in! We booked a 1 bedroom and found it to be very spacious and very comfortable with extra touches like two smart tv’s, full kitchen, washer dryer and high end toiletries. The staff around the pool alway made sure we had a place to sit each morning and nicely prepared the chairs with towels. The food whether by the pool or in the restaurant was excellent. We very much enjoyed our stay and will definitely be returning.
Wonderful and exceptional customer service from all the staff , they were very friendly
The day pool staff was amazing. We got treated very well our whole stay
Just great
Beach was wonderful- rooms and hotel were very clean. Hard to get drinks and access benefits to all inclusive- and you have to sign and add gratuity to every order you place. I do wish there were cocktail servers around the pool and beach chairs to serve you easier. Overall- quiet and clean and awesome beach.
todo esta muy bien
Classy
Great vacation property for family
Great place to stay
Excellent. Staff very attentive. Linen and beds need updating. Food excellent for most of the time.
Beautiful grounds and clean rooms Excellent service and great food Especially enjoyed the singer waiter at dinner Weather also was perfect this trip
Staff members that have helped In the pool Daniel, Jesus and Angel. Also, Jair was amazing in the process of check in.
There was nothing unique about this resort! Imelda in the Asian restaurant was SUPERB! Sandra in housekeeping was EXCELLENT! Fabian at the main restaurant was OUTSTANDING!
My family (3 yr old daughter, wife and myself) have just returned from Villa La Estancia and we had a great trip. My daughter has very severe allergies to egg/dairy/peanuts and we were thoroughly supported throughout the trip. The service and meals were really great. Special shoutouts to Fabian, Carolina, Lorena, Daniela, Cera, Rufino, and chef Oscar for consistent, top notch service and consideration for our girl. We also received great service at the sister resort from Rafael and Enrique at the Mexican a la carte restaurant. They had great memories and recommendations. Really great food too. The rooms were in very good shape, generous in size and very clean. The patio is super spacious and an awesome place for a drink after the kiddo went down. We spent most of our time between the pool and the beach. Both of which are first class. The pool deck support crew of Jesus, Daniel and Angel made sure every day we had chairs, towels and shade and checked in often. Really appreciated their hustle and kindness. I’m a huge landscaping nerd and was in awe at how immaculate the grounds were. Exceptionally planted and arranged vegetation just added so much to the whole resort feel. Overall this was the best Mexican resort we’ve been to and would return without hesitation.
Very beautiful and quiet resort. I appreciate the quieter more relaxed vibes this resort gives me. Cannot speak high enough of the staff. From the restaurants to the pool servers, they were all so incredible. Ernesto and Jesus made my trip feel special, they’re fantastic at their jobs and seem to take pride in it.
All of the staff are so kind and caring
The property was clean, the surroundings were lush with greenery and the location was outstanding. Our penthouse room on the third floor accommodated our family of 8 perfectly. The staff at the poilsite as well as in the restaurants and the mail lobby provided excellent service!
Most I liked was the service and people who may my visit great.
Top notch vacation! We will be back!
Estancia was beautiful, staff was excellent and really took care of you.
Great customer service
We had a fantastic stay at Villa La Estancia Riviera Nayarit. The property was sparkling clean, both inside and out, and provided a quiet, relaxing atmosphere. The food was excellent, and the AI option worked out perfectly. La Estancia features one restaurant and a pool bar, but guests can also enjoy the restaurants at the nearby Villa del Palmar Flamingos. Be sure to read the terms and explanations provided at check-in to avoid extra charges for certain premium dishes and wines. Additionally, the resort charges a $15 daily service fee. While the property is compact, you can walk for miles along the beach. The pool area is great, and during our low-season visit, we had no trouble finding available loungers. The beach is lovely, with no seaweed or rocks, making it perfect for swimming. Water activities are offered at nearby resorts, and massages on the beach are available for $30 per hour (not affiliated with the resort). If you need assistance planning or booking tours and excursions, there's a tour office at VDP Flamingos. The staff is friendly and hardworking, and tips are much appreciated. The bellboys can quickly arrange taxis for you, and taxi prices are mostly fixed (you'll receive the prices at check-in). Currency exchange is also available at VDP. The only downside was the horse-riding tours on the beach, which leave waste behind. I spoke with the manager about this, but it seems there’s little that can be done. Overall, we had a wonderful experience.
Facilities are nice, personal are exelent; unfortunately the logistic to hadle the all inclusive is terrible. I needed to sign the bill every time I take a dinner or a drink, one time I forgot to sign it and the server when to my room, wake me up just to sign the damm bill, the whole process makes me feel very unconformable every time. Although I gave tips everywhere the hotel try to collect a tip for a dinner I took that was not included. Although the dancers where nice the show was located in very depress room. I only when once. Fortunately I travel with my Roku so I could see movies otherwise I would be very bore. By the way The SPA is very expensive $175 dls for 50 min.
I did not appreciate the fact that they didn’t respect my decision of not doing the presentation for the time sharing. They kept insisting and it got pretty annoying. No means no! The food was mediocre, the wi-fi was terrible, and there was nothing special about this hotel. No worth the money, not going back.
We had to switch rooms three times before we found a room like any pictures on their website. They put you in private owned rooms that have food in pantry and personal stuff in rooms. The first room had a worn out mattress. They have gone downhill since last time we visited. They told us if you book through a third party it’s like booking an Air BNB. Well….thats not the pics on third party websites? Tread lightly
This property is meticulously taken care of but lacks service competency. Jaime our concierge was very helpful but outside of him service was lacking. Not sure this property should be listed as VIP access as we didn’t recieve any of the perks. When checking in we were told it was very slow on property(which we prefer). We were never offered an upgrade. When I asked about it they said we don’t do complementary upgrades except for a certain price.. We mentioned being platinum members but it didn't matter. Alot of us book VIP access not because of the perks but because of the quality we normally have. This property is beautiful, food is ok but honestly not worth it. Probably better off next door at Flamingo since they seem to be much more of a "resort". One last thing...Upon check out we were charged gratuities on top of everything(We tipped heavily along the way). This was a little decietful but since our stay was short it wasn't a big deal. This could be an issue for some since it doesn’t mention it anywhere until you check out!
Amazing. Best food we’ve ever had at an all inclusive. Service from Jesus, Daniel, Ernesto at the pool- top notch. VIP Polo was awesome to have. Very calm and quiet resort. Everyone is friendly and helpful. We will be back.
We loved our time at villa la estancia, de property is beautiful and the service is top top. From the reception staff to the pool services, house keeping, kids club, wait staff every one made our stay magical!
Facility is well made, all the detailed in the construction was well crafted. The room was incredibly. Facility grounds well maintenance. Beautiful hotel and the personnel excellent.
Service for food take little bit too long, not too many restaurants to choose, foods are just ok.
