On internet in room. Only floor below in a non air conditioned community room. 4 flights of stairs to room, which is unfortunately too much for me physically to haul luggage up and down. They ordered a taxi for my trip back to the airport the next morning which was very helpful. Room clean and comfortable.

The property was very clean, comfortable, and a great place to spend the night for a quick ride to the airport. Staff was very pleasant. The only downside is not a lot within walking distance. Great overall!

Easy access to public transportation

Everything at the Villa was fantastic! Very clean and quaint. The only thing was the restaurant recommendation was not ideal. It was the restaurant up the street that started with an F. The service was terrible and the food was not ideal.

Stay and Service to Remember

We stayed here overnight as it was closer to the Rome International Airport. The host Mr. Leandro treated us like family. He was very patient, detail oriented and made sure that we were comfortable, and even gave us his personal mobile number. He arranged for a taxi to pick us up from the airport and gave us a ride to the airport the following morning. He even went through the trouble of loading up our heavy luggage in his car early morning to make sure we made it on time to the airport. Very cordial service making this a great Italian experience. Leandro is amazing and the apartment we had was truly spectacular. I wish we had more time to spend in Fiumicino. We are a family of four and Leandro surprised us with a late breakfast because he knew we were leaving very early the next day. Dont hesitate... book it!!

A nice place, close to the airport

A clean, recently renovated property. The staff is friendly and very helpful. Provides free parking near the property. Plenty of space for the family to rest before a long flight. Close to the airport, the property provides shuttle, but for a fee.

This place was so nice and cute. Everything was absolutely lovely and they had all you could need.

Leandro is just the best host. Property is in excellent condition. Bfast was the best we found when compared to other places we stayed in Italy. Leandro was very attentive to any of our needs and we really enjoyed our time getting to know the area. We truly enjoyed our two days there and hope to be able to stay there again whenever we are in that area.

Our Europe trip lasted for 12 days, and our last day, staying at Villa Erasi before heading to the airport, was the absolute highlight of the trip. As I entered my enchanting abode, the allure of the private kitchen beckoned, tales of culinary adventures amidst the aroma of freshly brewed espresso and the lingering sweetness of complimentary cake. The room was very clean and every detail was intentional and concise. Amidst the quaint quarters, a grand bathtub awaited, promising a sanctuary of tranquility where the day’s adventures in Rome could dissolve into blissful serenity. We were provided with Italian soaps, quality towels of course a bidet. Beyond the captivating confines of this retreat, a leisurely stroll unveiled the wonders of the nearby beach, about an 17 minute walk, where we also passed by a pharmacy and a grocery store for your convenience. Leandro was helpful, friendly and welcoming. He provided restaurant recommendations, personally loaded our luggage and drove us to the airport for a flat rate. We felt very safe here and loved our cute and charming room, will definitely stay here again someday!

Leandro was excellent! Our bed was a little squeaky whenever you toss/turn. Could hear other guests from our room when they arrived/left. Other than that it was a good overnight stay. Close to FCO. Would stay here again.

Host was extremely hospitable! The room has everything we needed, to include windows to open into a balcony. It was easy to have breakfast and a car arranged for early morning departure. I recommend and can hope to stay here on a future trip!

Attina and Leandro go the extra mile to help and they make this place special. Attina carried one of our heavy suitcases upstairs and Leandro picked us up at 6:00am for a ride to the airport! Very grateful! And the rate was comparable to what I saw on Uber. I was able to walk from my rental car place (Centauro) after dropping off my car to this hotel, about a half hour.

It would be very easy to start listing superlatives but it would still be insufficient and not do justice. The Villa Erasi Guest House exceeded expectations in every way to make sure that everything was perfect. I will leave this review with one word - WOW!

We had a great stay at Villa Erasi. We stayed for 1 night to be close to FCO airport for a flight the next day. The owner, Leandro, was very helpful and arranged transfers for us to and from the B & B, actually driving us to the airport himself in the morning, for a reasonable fee. Taxis to and from FCO to the area are expensive. Villa Erasi was very clean, well outfitted, and provided fresh pastries for breakfast along with cereal, yogurt, and coffee/tea. Our room had a terrace which was a nice place to relax. It is located in a residential area and is quiet, with a few restaurants nearby. We would return for close proximity to the airport and services provided.

Really nice place...clean, modern, owner very attentive. In fact, the day I left the taxi drivers in Rome went on strike and owner gave me a ride to the airport. Nice guy! Highly recommended!

The welcome was fantastic and hassle free. Atinu was brilliant. She was so helpful and friendly it was an absolute pleasure to meet her. Then we also had the pleasure of meeting Leandro who drove us to the airport. These folks were fantastic and so kind. The b&b was beautiful, clean and quiet and the area is very safe as we walked all around on Saturday evening going to the beaches and supper. Breakfast was fresh and fabulous. Thank you to you both as we could not have asked for more.

I don't have enough room here to say how much we enjoyed our stay at Villa Erasi. Besides the room being perfect, the great breakfast in the morning, the location, and the great restaurants that were close by, none of them compared to the incredible hospitality that we received from the owner Leandro. His main focus is to make sure that you have everything that you need and more. His suggestions to the local restaurants, stores, and things to do is spot on and extremely professional. Not only did Leandro drive us to the airport for our trip back home, but he also drove us to one of his favorite restaurants for lunch when he saw us walking back to the guest house because a restaurant that he recommended had recently closed. When we told him why we were back from lunch so quickly, he just said, "Hop in! I'll take you to a good place I know!" That is going above and beyond for sure. Thank you again Leandro! We are so glad that we got to know you!

Clean, cute and spacious B&B.

Our host Leandro was very helpful with our check-in process and provided directions to a nearby awesome restaurant Vera Napoli Pizzeria where we had a delicious pizza. Perfect place to stay!

It was a great place to stay, so close to FCO airport. Leandro is very organized and attentive and managed to text me about our stay. The Villa is very clean and the room as well. Very quiet, we slept so well and there is AC 🤗 Leandro also took us to the airport and the cost is very reasonable. Leandro drop us off in front of the terminal and brought our luggage inside and told us where to go to get checked in. Very satisfied and highly recommend.

Best Experience Ever

I have travelled for work a lot. I have gone across every U.S State and been to many countries, vut this was by far the best stay i have ever had. The attention to detail given to my family and I was impeccable. Every morning we had breakfast, fresh bread, coffee, water, milk, ect. It was the most wonderful experience and the rooms where beautiful and clean all the time. The staff went above and beyond to help in any way the could and even took us to our airport in Rome. It was, by far, the best stay ive been in. I wil sure to let friends and family know tonstay here when they visit.

Leandro and staff were very accommodating and pleasant. Despite some hiccups I had with my flight, Leandro made my stay as comfortable as possible. I highly recommend this hotel but please note that there are two staircases to take into consideration to get to the rooms, especially for people who may have accessibility concerns.

Very convenient for overnight stays for early flights out of FCO.

This is an excellent option for staying close to the airport. Our apt was spotless, nicely decorated, very spacious, had all the amenities you would need and the host was FANTASTIC! He was so accommodating, welcoming and even brought us fresh warm baking in the morning. He offered help booking a taxi and gave us dinner recommendations. Would highly recommend booking.

The villa is very clean and very organized. Leandro was an excellent host. He made sure that we have everything that we need, he gave us a good restaurant recommendation and he even booked our taxi going to the airport. It was an awesome stay in this villa.

Transportation not easily accessible.

We reached as planned slightly after midnight, and to our great disappointment, the keys to enter were not in the box as advised. We had to wait in the street for over half an hour for the manager to come and open the doors. The property boasts a satisfaction rating of 9.4!!??? I wonder where such rating was bought. If I was to rate it, I would give a rating of 2.5 because today I feel generous!

One of the cleanest places we have ever stayed in. Lovely little guest house, only 4 rooms. Leandro was very friendly and helpful, and his attention to detail is amazing! There are some good restaurants within walking distance. The neighborhood is suburban, so there is not much to see, but the location is very convenient to the airport, and Leandro will arrange a transfer (cheaper than a taxi). An excellent find!

Amazing care and really pretty rooms

Very close to the airport so you pay local tariff for a taxi, very easy to do self check in , Leandro explain very well all the process and he is very attentive and willing to help with any questions. It was really good staying there clean and comfortable .

Simply stunning

Villa Erasi is tucked away in a suburban area near to Fiumicino airport. The apartment was stunning and easily the best i have stayed in throughout my many years of travel. The owner, Leandro, was extremely polite and accommodating and was available on arrival for any questions we might have. The apartment itself exceded our expectations and was immaculately laid out, as well as being very clean and tidy. There are several small restaurants, or take aways, within 5-10 minute walking distance. I would recommend Osteria Ostia Caffeteria, the food was excellent and the staff were very friendly. There is secure parking available at the Villa, or you can park on the road.

Room was lovely and ckean annd bed was so comfortable. Breakfast supplied was very good, croissants were so good. Great place to stay.

Kind and helpful owner and so clean!

Overrated

Airport shuttles were not available when we arrived nor when we left. We had to stand outside for 5-10 minutes waiting for someone to let us into the lobby when we arrived. The shower was cold.

The room was very clean. Breakfast can be improved; only coffee and sweets were served.

Great communication and easy, affordable shuttle ride to the airport. This is in a residential area with a 20 min walk to the beach, a 5 to10 min walk to restaurants, really good ones! We only stayed the one night before our flight home, but really enjoyed it.

Very convenient for airport stay

We booked a room at Villa Erasi in order to have a rest and shower before a late and long flight back home to Australia. It was very close to the airport and Leandro was a fabulous host - very accommodating with a pre booked transfer from Roma Termina station to the accommodation and also to the airport for our flight home. If looking for somewhere to stay close to the airport we would recommend this property without hesitation.

Pros and cons but decent enough

Hotel was good for overnight stay before an early morning flight. Pros: clean, great breakfast, fair prices shuttle TO the airport, walking distance to restaurants. Cons: shower goes hot cold hot cold, uncomfortable bed, confusion over a shuttle to the hotel FROM the airport added some extra stress. Expect to pay 20euro each way between hotel & airport

The property in a residential setting was very close to the airport so the transition to and from there was quick and easy. It is walkable to some restaurants and a small grocery store. The manager was very helpful. MOST IMPORTANT make sure to arrange transportation with the owners ahead of time. They got it wired and it will make everything much easier. Great place to stay on a short layover.

Wonderful stay at Villa Erasi!

I cannot say enough good things about Villa Erasi Guest House. I did not make my flight in Rome Tuesday, and booked Villa Erasi to be near the airport. Leandro immediately sent a message to me, and offered to pick me up. Upon arriving at his guest house, he explained everything in detail concerning restaurants, beach, etc. His guest house is so lovely and clean. They have added special touches, which just make you feel very comfortable. I feel so lucky to have found such a lovely spot near FCO airport. Thanky Leandro for your genuine kindness and hospitality!

Wonderful stay! The host was beyond accommodating and the room was impeccably clean. Would recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay near FCO airport.

We booked the largest room in the villa & we’re happily surprised. The price was amazing & the level of service perfect. Leandro & Frederica we’re both very attentive. This property is a B&B so breakfast is included. Our room was more like a suite with a living room, kitchen, bedroom & large bathroom. We even had a dining table in the kitchen area & the table was already set with food for breakfast. The fridge was stocked with various drinks as well. We only stayed one night as we wanted to be close to the airport. The only minus I could see about this area was that it’s in a residential area & every house seemed to have barking dogs that barked late into the night. Not the fault of the owners but kind of a nuisance. I hadn’t thought to bring earplugs but if we ever stay here again I would. Also due to the closeness to the airport you will hear airplanes taking off & landing. I’m used to that noise though.

Great friendly host and a very well appointed property.

The property was extremely clean. The room was nicely decorated and set up for comfort. The Shower was wonderful and the bed was comfortable. The balcony was a nice touch and the air conditioner worked fabulously. Leonardo was very helpful, friendly and accommodating. He made excellent recommendations for places to get food in the area. He also offers a to and from the airport at a fair cost and well worth it. He cares a lot for his property and guests. You will get first class service.

Lovely, clean, well presented place. As season travellers we have a very high standard and this place meets it. Freshly renovated, with old worldly charm. The owners and staff were very welcoming and very happy to serve. We highly recommend it. Location is ok, close enough to the airport, taxi costing 20.00 euros. Not too many local sites within walking distance. We walked to old city, where there are some great restaurants.

Very friendly and helpful proprietor. Parking available, although not easy. Room a/c OK. Broken towel rack. Shower hot water lasted about three minutes. Beds typical of Italy - stiff and uncomfortable. Restaurants within 600 meters. A 2K somewhat convoluted drive to the sea. Breakfast provided was pleasant. Good price and good place for an overnight before catching a flight or as a stop-over on a longer drive.

A lovely pre-airport stay

I stayed here just one night before grabbing a morning plane back to the States. The Guest House was in a quiet part of town, walking distance from the beach. Leandro was so charming and nice, he made sure that I had everything I could possibly need in order to be comfortable. The room was well laid out and very comfortable. My taxi driver there warned me that Sunday morning rates can be higher, so I was very pleased when Leandro offered to drive me to the airport. The Guest House is not staffed overnight, but Leandro was exactly on time when he came to pick me up in the morning. He also seemed to know a side route that cut off a lot of airport traffic coming from Rome. I would definitely stay here again.
