Everything is fantastic, quit new, definitely non American style hotel. All details are practical and efficient.

Lovely stay at the Villa Copenhagen. It was our first time to the city, transport was on the doorstep, however the hotel was quiet once inside. We had a room overlooking the gardens and pool. Pool was a bonus. Rooms were comfortable, and well thought out. All round excellent few days!

Great spot right across the street from the train station and Tivoli. Easily walkable to most places in town. Excellent staff.

Grand hotel

Amazing hotel. Superb location right next to the train station. It’s a huge hotel with over 300 rooms and they run a slick operation. Breakfast is really worth it with lovely options.

Hotel is in a great position close to train station and amenities Lovely light foyer room very clean and modern a little small so not much room to move or store luggage larger rooms I think are available at extra cost Hotel has eco friendly initiatives Breakfast area large and lots of options to choose from Roof top pool and sauna worth a visit bit maybe better in warmer months. Reception staff friendly and helpful

We had a wonderful stay. The staff were extremely pleasant and helpful. The room was very quiet and comfortable. The hotel is convenient to all the major tourist stops, shopping and lots of food options. The courtyard bar is lovely and a nice place to relax.

Beautiful hotel with very friendly staff. The breakfast was really good, and we enjoyed lunch at the Rug Bakery too. Rooms were a little small to consider the price was expensive. The pool and sauna were great, although the water was a little cold for our liking! All in all a great hotel!

Lovely hotel, great room and very convienent.

Beautiful accommodations, easy check-in/out, and centrally located near many restaurants and the train station. We stayed only for a one night layover but I would definitely return!

**Disappointing Experience Despite Early Booking** I booked this property **11 months in advance**, expecting a smooth check-in, but upon arrival, I was informed that no room had been set aside for me. The staff assured me they would provide the **"best room,"** but unfortunately, that was not the case. The room we were given was **an internal room overlooking the bar**, which meant no natural light or privacy. A **street-facing room** would have been a much better choice if they were truly offering the best available option. Additionally, our room was located **right next to the staff service room**, resulting in constant noise **day and night** from banging doors and activity. While the staff was polite, the lack of organization and the disappointing room allocation made for a frustrating stay. I expected better, given how far in advance I booked. Would not stay here again unless guaranteed a proper room in advance.

Don' stay anywhere else... 10/ 10 stars

Amazing hotel, probably one of the best I've ever stayed at for price vs location and service. Hotel itself certainly has a wow factor with the glass roof and other quirky little extras providing a memorable setting. The indoor courtyard is extra special in the evening under the stars and warm environment creating that Hygge feeling. Bonus is the location right next to Tivoli and central station making transport easy. Overall wonderful stay, 10 /10 and will definitely recommend and revisit.

Beautiful hotel with an amazing breakfast buffet.

The property was excellent and within a 5 minute walk of the train station and a large theme park. The hotel had good facilities although the wardrobe storage was less than I am accustomed to. Staff were friendly and helpful and food good

Overpriced

Not worth the money. £400 per night for what was a comfortable room, but there was nothing special about it or the hotel to warrant this kind of price, even in an expensive city such as Copenhagen.

Lovely hotel

Great hotel with amazing pool and bar, but beware… Rooms were very small and we had to change room due to air conditioning not working. We went in December and could still not sleep due to the heat. The staff were great and moved us, but the air conditioning is eco and is basically not great in general, so we had to sleep with the window open and a very noisy road outside. Not ideal but would return if our room was not on the road.

Our stay at Villa Copenhagen was exceptional. The Junior Suite offered a perfect blend of Danish hygge and modern luxury, with cozy, elegant design details. The pool and sauna were a welcome retreat, providing a serene escape after exploring the city. Dining at the restaurant was a treat, featuring fresh, local flavors that impressed with every bite. A truly unforgettable stay—highly recommended!

Really nice property, by the main train station and ten minutes walk to the centre of the city!

Beautiful and clean hotel that is centrally located for main railway station and Tivoli gardens. Rooms a little small and hanging space for just 2 items of clothing!

Great property and location. Staff were all especially nice. Rooms on the snug side but tastefully decorated. Only downside was that our first floor room was close to a party on the ground floor on our first night. So tired from travelling we soon fell asleep. Would definitely return

Beautiful hotel, right next to central station and the metro so perfect for getting across the city and to the airport. Small but very comfortable superior room. Super comfy bed and modern amenities. Really quiet, clean and fabulous staff. Breakfast was one of the best we have ever experienced, fresh amazing pastries baked in front of you plus a huge choice to fill you up for your day exploring the city. Brasserie again excellent, extremely high quality and delicious food and the courtyard for drinks and snacks had such a lovely atmosphere. The hotel should be so proud of their staff at this hotel they were all so friendly and genuinely wanting to help. Extremely efficient with check in and out. Would very highly recommend.

Villa Copenhagen was absolutely amazing! I can't recommend this hotel enough and enjoyed my stay at the hotel. I was solo traveling and felt very safe staying here, but also the location was perfect to walk all around the city. 10 out of 10 experience!

Located right beside main train station in the middle of downtown; next to Tivoli. Very handy connection to the airport or elsewhere in Denmark (by train). Beautiful, modern hotel, outstanding breakfast buffet, clearly set up for conferences / large parties. Nice heated rooftop pool and sauna. Loved it!

Loved the rooftop pool and the sauna! Love that you had to schedule your pool time so that it doesn't get overcrowded. The view from pool was phenomenal and it was heated! Literally located across the street from the train station so it took me all of 10 minutes from airport to hotel on the rail. It is close to EVERYTHING! Shops, Tivoli is across the street, restaurants, everything. Only thing I didn't like was the room service selections, otherwise- everything was great!

Excellent hotel for a short stay in Copenhagen. Right next to the main train station, so convenient to the airport. 5-minute walk to Tivoli. 10-minute walk to main shopping street. Very chic, great breakfast buffet, nice pool and sauna, quiet!

This is a nice hotel. The lobby is stunning. The pool is cold for being heated but the sauna was hot. The rooms are small by American standards but well designed and very comfortable. The bed was heavenly and the shower was clean. Staff was helpful and friendly. My partner enjoyed the bar. The location is convenient to Tivoli Gardens.

Tiny room. The crevice in the main restaurant was simply APPALLING. We ate there twice. On the first visit we waited twenty minutes to give a drink order! Only one waitress and the young man helping her spent most of his time schmoozing with other patrons. When it came to pay the bill they were falling over themselves with charm. The srcond visit was no better, we only got served when I went to the desk and broke up a conversation between the servers to get them to take our order. The same young man contrition ignored us and was ostensibly rude when circumstances forced him to deal with us. Best item on the menu was the cod.

Fantastic. Great location, pool, breakfast and staff

Spectacular and off the hook! The pool was a place to enjoy a snack and recharge before dinner with an amazing sauna. The breakfast buffet had a huge variety of choices. The lobby was warm for both breakfast coffee and evening cocktails. The rooms are clean and comfortable. I would only stay here in the future.

Lovely hotel. The common spaces were really nice. You only had one hour for the pool, but it was also nice. The room (standard king) was extremely small. Great location. Not entirely sure it was worth the price (only an hour for the pool and sauna and size of room), but it was a very comfortable stay otherwise.

Liked the staff and hotel being Close To main attractions, nice design. Didn’t enjoy having to pay extra for breakfast or needing to book pool time or waiting to borrow a bike (the one they offer was damaged so we didn’t a bike for the day) For a 5 start hotel the extra steps took away fr the experience.

Lovely place, located right next to the train station, close to everything, but pretty quiet and serene. High ceilings, great bathroom, very comfortable bed, fine linens, very friendly and professional staff. Highly recomended!

Nice (but large) property in Copenhagen

We enjoyed our stay at this pretty, well-located hotel. The rooftop pool was especially nice due to hot weather. Overall, the large size of the property made it feel a little generic (and maze-like), but the room was well-appointed and the air conditioning worked well.

Family weekend

Had a wonderful time in Villa Copenhagen with kids, fantastic atmosphere, helpful and friendly stuff, beautiful pool and impressive breakfast.

The hotel was lovely, food wonderful, and all staff were consistantly very friendly and helpful. The rooftop pool is open until 10pm, and internal dome covered courtyard bar serves great quality food and drinks to 11:45pm so there's always time to relax after a day out and about. Would definitely go back.

Copenhagen Vacation

We stayed 4 days at this Hotel. Coming from Stockholm. Unfortunately this is not a 5 stars hotel. 4 stars or maybe 4.5 if some things are improved. Rooms are tiny. Double room has a sink a third of one sink(there were 2) at the Grand Hotel in Stockholm(5 stars). If you have 3 suitcases good luck getting around the room!! Our room was quiet facing the entrance. Location central next to the station, you can walk everywhere or catch a cab. Reception service spotty. Had a great person(Argentinian) help us the first time. From then it was all down hill-to the point when I needed new keys(the old ones did not work) I was told I was not on the reservation-but paid in full for it already! Restaurant service dismal-one hour wait for a salad! Coffee machine not working! No wash clothes in the room! 1 hour pool usage-not very smart for $600/night. Did get a $60 credit for all the mishaps. All in all below 5 stars by a hefty margin!

Brilliant building and great staff, beds were comfy, location was super easy to get to train and airport

It was beautiful

Overall we had an average stay here, the property is nice and it has a great location. However, on our day of departure a private group / event took over the hotel and the staff seemed to prioritize the private group. Our hotel keys were disabled an hour prior to check out, which occurred to other guests not belonging to the private group. At check out, we were told that we could only check our bags with them until 3pm by one staff member, then 2:30pm by another staff member as the private event which started at 3pm would make the hotel inaccessible. After agreeing to pick up our bags by 2:30 pm, we sat in the lobby to figure out our plans for the afternoon, we were approached by another staff member saying that the lobby was closed for the private event at 12:00 pm and we could not sit there. It would have been understandable if we knew that this private event was going to limit the amenities of the hotel, but we had no knowledge of this upon booking or leading up to our stay.

I can recommend Villa Copenhagen

The room was amazing, from comfortable bed, fantastic shower, cleanliness, clothing steamer was also a hit. The staff were friendly and very helpful. Thank you, so much for making our first time in Copenhagen wonderful.

Had a great stay at Villa Copenhagen. It was situated in an extremely convenient location, just across from Copenhagen central station. Easily walkable to Stroget street. The staff was wonderful and accommodating.

A true highlight. We will absolutely stay here again.

Mixed experience - luxury, but in a small box.

The stay was okay - I found the hotel a little bizarre. Large communal spaces, but very small rooms. Trying to go for style over substance!

Beautiful property right by central station and tivoli amusement park. Staring my day at rooftop pool and sauna was lovely. The lobby was lovely and a great place to hangout in between sight seeing.

High standard, comfortable, small, limited pool

Lobby music Friday and Saturday evening was very loud. We got the wrong room and had to change, but with that the staff were lovely and efficient in correcting. The breakfast is out of this world, probably one of the best hotel breakfasts I’ve had. The rooms of a high standard, but not very big. We upgraded to a premium double and you would do well to manage to open two large suitcases. Bathroom was very nice, and beds super comfortable. Pool area wouldn’t accommodate a lot of people in summer, there’s a 1 hour limit so not suitable for a sunny day by the pool in summer.

Lovely hotel

Loved this hotel and their attention to detail regarding being eco conscious. The onsite bakery was a lovely touch and to have this as part of breakfast each morning was a real treat! Would highly recommend!

Quite impressive hotel. While the area around is not as beautiful as others in Copenhagen, it is right next to the main train station make it easier to commute to and from the airport. That is a huge plus. The hotel is well run with friendly staff and beautiful modern rooms. Tge rooms are quite. The pool and sauna are awesome especially after a full day walking. Highly recommend this property.

Very good stay at this hotel. Comfortable bed, super helpful staff, great pool/sauna, excellent bakery and a good selection of drinks to be had too. Not too far of a walk to the main central areas (10-15 mins) and a Metro is not too far away either if walking isn't an option or desirable. Would definitely stay here again if returning to Copenhagen.
