Noisy location. Staff were lovely when we saw them but … reception closed till 12.00 and phone number for help rang and rang - no answer.

Great & clean room.

I just wish they kept the AC working because the room felt like oven and unless you insert your room key the ac won’t work !

The apartment we had was really spacious, the balcony was 25 metres long and we loved the hot tub after a day walking around the sights of Bucharest. The apartment is at a roundabout, which can get noisy as local drivers love sounding their horn!! It was a twenty minute walk into the old town but Ubers were really cheap. The number of steps up to the apartment was a challenge at times.

We had higher expectations for this accomodation. The property was undergoing repairs and there was no proper reception desk, check in was fine, but at the time of check out we did not find someone, the doors were lovked and we had to call someone and advise them we had to leave and have been asked to leave the key somewhere in the building. The bed throw was stained, and the toilet flush didn’t work. Also there were roadworks exactly in front of the building and car park, and I asked the staff to let us know if the workers will start on the day of the check out as we had a to leave early from the hotel, but they didn’t inform us and we were nearly to be blocked in the car park.

If you are of colour, avoid.

Staff incredibly rude, told to not ring reception bell unless in an emergency when there was no receptionist. Keycard was deactivated by staff for a laugh. No clean towels unless you ask. Room was not cleaned for 2 days despite leaving the cleaning sign on the door.

Business one night stay.

nice room, comfortable bed, tired furniture, but it didn't make any difference to me, well stocked mini bar and bathroom. But I have to mention the one thing that needs to change: the TV is TOO small for the distance between bed and screen. Coffee maker available, and very fast Internet connection. Did not need for a meal, so cannot comment on meals, or breakfast. Overall, a good one night stay for business.

Nice; Would Stay Again

The hotel was very nice, if a little in need of a slight update. By that I mean maybe some new carpet and maybe a new coat of paint on the walls. It was very clean with a working AC, so I really can’t complain!

The front desk guy was very nice, but failed to tell us the water had been turned off in our building for several hours. How could you NOT mention that?! The room was very pretty- not quite what you see in the photos- lots of carpet stains but still... we were impressed. Until we realized there were housekeeping issues. After sightseeing waiting for the water, we got in the hot tub. It didn't look great, a bit murky and didn't appear to have been cleaned but we were trying not to be uptight Americans. So we hopped in- great temp, cover was easy to remove, not bad until WHORLS OF HAIR BEGAN SURFACING. I am not a hot tub scientist, but I assume after many uses of hair shedding, the hot tub bubblers begin to sort of weave these hair blobs? I don't know but it was not our hair color and it was gross. Suddenly the "not perfectly clean" hot tub felt like a disgusting soup of germs. We got out and that was the end of the tub. We ordered dinner in from Uber Eats (which took FOREVER but was delish) and then realized our bed had no duvet and no sheets. Just an empty duvet cover and a scarf on it. By now the front desk was closed so we just dug around and found one buried in a cabinet and used that. It's a relatively quiet hotel, the rooms are pretty but heaven sake's get your heads around cleaning. I got salmonella and ended up on antibiotics sick as a dog all the way home and I believe that filthy hot tub is why.

Its decent for the price, room large and mostly clean except the carpet. Free breakfast consisted of and A croissant and coffee.

Lovely - but you need to be ok with stairs!!

Really enjoyed my two night stay. Really lovely staff and the room was fabulous - big room, really comfy bed. Great waterfall shower in very luxurious bathroom (but no bath). My ONLY advice is that you need to be fit as to the FIRST floor there are three big staircases - I think about 40 steps in total - and then two more to the 2nd. You need to be ok with stairs and no provision for anyone not too good on their pins. Obviously unsuitable for wheelchairs. No lift. Arriving at midnight and then having to carry two bags up to first floor nearly killed me!! My only complaint was that I had put in the notes on the booking that i had a bad foot and was struggling with stairs and they completely ignored it. I would have expected them, in honesty, to have contacted me and warned me about the stairs/no lift issue, even if it meant losing the booking which, in my case, would have been the result.

Lovely hotel at a great price

We stayed here for a long weekend, and as far as the hotel goes, we couldn't have asked for more. The room was spacious and well kept, and the staff were so accommodating and friendly. The only slight negative point was the hotels location, but this could be overcome by booking a taxi, which the reception staff were more than happy to do. Overall, very pleased with our stay and would use this hotel again if we ever go back to Bucharest.

Beautiful, central and comfortable hotel

Absolutely loved this hotel and would recommend to anyone thinking of travelling to Bucharest. The staff were extremely friendly and ready to answer any questions. My boyfriend and I didn't need much help but I know if we did they would have been able to provide it. Being from Ireland I can't handle heat but the air conditioning was great and easy to use with a remote in the room. The wifi connection was amazing and the bed was incredibly comfy, which was just what we needed after long, hot days exploring the city. The room was very quiet so we could rest up easily. The showers were also lovely. This hotel had everything we needed. The only thing is if you find it difficult to walk up stairs this hotel isn't for you as there is no elevator available. It didn't bother us but I know it would cause problems for others.

Elegant and well appointed gem

Please be prepared to climb stairs. The "first" floor is three flights up and our second floor room (another few flights) opened up to reveal yet another staircase behind the locked door. That being said, get the exercise and enjoy this gem. The suite was huge, included an enormous terrace and a jacuzzi protected from the weather.

New hotel with spacious rooms 10' from the center

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel off the beaten path. It is not too far from the center (20 mins' walk or 10 by cab/public transportation) and close to nice quirky bars in old villas of variable ruin charm. I was unhappy with my room and they changed it promptly to a spacious, light-filled one with a nice street view. Rooms can be of an irregular shape but on the spacious side.

Nice and well located!

Good hotel, but the problem is that our room was cold. I Got sick during the stay. The radiators didnt work and the only thing we could use to heat up the room was the aircondition. Otherwise it was a very good hotel and beautiful suite with jacuzzi. But please fix the heat in the room, it is too cold

TERRIBLE! Carpete sujo. Fechei com parking e café da manhã. NAO TEM: elevador, estacionamento, café , recepção que fale inglês ou espanhol. A Recepção fica no meio de um bar com muita gente fumando Narguilé, nojento, carpete imundo, só ficamos pois era tarde e a cama e o banheiro estavam limpos. Pior hotel que ficamos em 24 dias de viagem. Não é boutique muito menos 4 estrelas. Não têm acolhimento. Subimos 32 degraus carregando mala. Péssimo . Decepcionado com a indicação do HOTELS.COM.

Condition of hotel is really bad

Pictures in marketing material are really old and they are not align with current condition of room/hotel. Carpet was really dirty, bed was not good, pilows were really bad. All in all the hotel is 1 or 2 starts hotel without any services. Hotel is also really noicy.

Ottimo soggiorno

Un buon punto strategico per poter girare e visitare la cittá e i suoi punti più salienti. Staff gentile e preparato. Ambienti puliti. Un arredo particolare e una camera accogliente, non troppo spaziosa ma con tutto il necessario. Bagno moderno e comodo.

Tutto perfetto

Soggiorno di quattro notti in questo hotel con la mia amica. Beh che dire appena ho aperto la porta della stanza sono rimasta stupita dalla bellezza. Camera molto pulita, molto grande, calda, nel frigo bar c'era di tutto davvero un incanto. La posizione è ottima da tutti i spostamenti.

Muito bom

Eu havia feito reserva pra 2 dias e fiquei num quarto lindo com balcão pra rua e vista linda para a igreja negra. Resolvi ficar uma moite mais e nessa segunda reserva eu mudei de quarto. Também grande e muito bom , apenas sem vista pra rua porém, com ar condicionado sendo que, o quarto com balcão não tinha ar condicionado e dormimos com janela aberta sem problemas. O cafe da mayera maravilhoso. So senti falta de máquina de cafe e ferro de passar roupa.

Elegi este alojamiento por el "aparcamiento Gratis" , dado que iba en coche. Nada de aparcamiento, cuando llegamos y preguntamos nos dijo que busquemos en la zona un aparcamiento, que ellos no tienen... El "hotel" no tiene ascensor, la habitacion exterior muy ruidosa. Cenamos en el restaurante del "hotel", sushi time. Mal sabor la comida, mala presentacion...

Correct

La chambre est propre et spacieuse. Attention à l'état général de la moquette cependant et des peignoirs et chaussons mis à disposition. Le jacuzzi est plutôt une grande baignoire chaude (les fonctions de massage ne fonctionnent pas) sans vis à vis et cela fait du bien après une bonne journée de ballade. L'accueil est froid mais cela est général en Roumanie.

Absolut INTE ett finare/lyxigt hotell

Badrummet var inte ordentligt städat vid ankomst samt trasiga handdukar. Heltäckningsmattan var mer fläckig av smuts än ren. Sängöverkastet och dekorationskuddar var också smutsiga. Med tanke på att hotellet är ett sk boutique hotell och bilderna som används i marknadsföringen var mina förväntningar höga. Sammanfattningsvis kan jag bara säga att detta är inte ett finare/lyxigt hotell

French Breakfast - but no Gauloise...;)

Very helpful staff, fantastic room, unfortunately a bit too much traffic around. No elevator to second floor which feels like climbing three because of tall rooms. Total French breakfast. Coffee, croissant. Only the gauloise is missing. Hotel restaurant is a Sushi place - I guess for those who like it, perfect.

Einzigartiges Boutique Erlebnis

Das Zimmer war sehr gross und liebevoll eingerichtet. Die Terrasse mit Jacuzzi war ein absoluter Highlight. Mittagessen im Sushi Lokal (in der Lobby) war ein köstlicher Genuss!

Camere molto belle, personale gentile, pulizia non proprio impeccabile ma nel complesso è stato tutto perfetto. Gli asciugamani venivano cambiati regolarmente.

Stort og godt rom og balkong.

Supert, om jeg skulle booket igjen ville jeg valgt uten jacuzzi. Det luktet litt mugg og gammel plast. Ellers et enormt rom og en svær balkong. Rent og pent, skulle gjerne vært inkludert frokost.

Reception closed from midnight to 8am, although indicated as 24/7. Dirty carpet floor, stinky room, although it was huge and looked nice. Comfortable and clean bed and bathroom. No elevator, np for me but fyi. Could not go to the reception directly. You have to go out to the street then enter the hotel again in order to check out. Sushi bar rstaurant together with reception. Boutique hotel in a strange way...

Everything was fantastic. Very good service.

Una estancia agradable

He tenido una estancia muy agradable en este establecimiento. La habitación era realmente impresionante y estaba muy bien de precio. La cama era muy cómoda y había máquina de Nespresso en la habitación. El personal fue muy atento y amable. Algo que habría echado de menos es que hubiera recepción las 24 horas, pero aun así tanto el check-in como el check-out resultaron cómodos y sencillos. El hotel se encuentra cerca del centro, por lo que se puede ir a pie.

Ett trevligt hotell med franskt tema som inredning. Stor terrass med härlig bubbelpool. Rummet mysigt inrett med skön säng. Det negativa var att tv hade otroligt dålig mottagning, dåligt vatten tryck i duschen, annars toppen trevligt.
