this is a great place to stay -terrific campus with all sorts of sport tennis padel par 3 golf nice walks access to beach excellent pools etc as well as a good number of varied bars /restaurants -so its pretty self contained no need to hire a car -get airport pickup and shuttle to beach restaurants operated as part of hotel -everything of very high quality and staffed by really professional friendly people who appear to stay working here so you fell you develope a relationship with them if like us you come 2 per year -Arte Nautica /Whale /praia dourada Adega all excellet to dine and Oasis terrace bar has some great bar staff

It was a fantastic resort in all aspects. Excellent amenities, great room, the resort was spectacular and will definitely will come back and recommend to family and friends.

Newly renovated Oasis suites were roomy and very clean. Great staff. Fine, but not great food. Beach access is limited and major seeeweed issue.

Everything about this resort is beautiful and relaxing. The atmosphere, the service, the food. The team meets your needs before you even know you need something. It was wonderful!

'outside Resort' rooms are large and we'll equiped

The 'Outside Resort' rooms are large with great facilities but they require a lot of walking to/from. We had an excellent espresso machine and the bathroom was also large. The resort adults only pool is beautiful with lots of seating with wonderful views. Food at the resort is expensive.

Had a wonderful 4 day break. Esp enjoyed the wine tasting in the cave and the fantastic breakfasts. Staff were very kind and seemed happy to be working there. Highly recommend

Oddly mixed service. Facility was beautiful. Food was spotty. Japanese and whale restaurant outstanding. Atlantico was inedible and overpriced. Also strange $30 up charge for bread. Why?

The views are beautiful and premises well manicured. The staff were all extremely polite. Our room had a small seating area that had 2 steps down to access and was a true “fall hazard” if you didn’t watch your every step.

Almost perfect!

Wonderful stay with beautiful views, and incredible hospitality. It was incredibly well maintained with every amenity you can imagine. The breakfast is probably the best I’ve had in any 5 star hotel, anywhere (and we travel a fair amount). My husband and I were traveling for our 30th wedding anniversary, so I wanted to make sure we had the nicest room available. There are only a few things that keep me from giving this the full 5 stars. Our flight was very delayed and we got in very late—as such, even though we got an Oasis suite, our view wasn’t what I was hoping for. I suppose because we got in so late, this could not be helped. We did awaken the next morning to a lot of furniture being moved in the room close to ours. I had to call 3 times to ask the reception about it. Also, the restaurants at the resort (for dinner) seem to be lacking creative vegetarian options for the high price point. Despite these minor minor issues, I’d go back again in a heartbeat. This is a world class resort!

Fabulous location, quiet, stunning views, excellent rooms, lots to do (although do not agree with surcharges for racket hire and golf pitch and putt hire - not the case in other LHW) and brilliant breakfast! Would have given it 5* however, there was a distinct lack of restaurant choice! This seems silly considering they allege there are 12, but they are not all open everyday and it appears you need to book weeks in advance! Not once, in an email before, at reception nor from the team who showed us to our room did anyone say you need to ensure you book quickly. I tried to book one we had been recommended - only 1 restaurant had availability! I was rather confused and this was the case for our whole stay! Went to concierge to be told you need to book weeks in advance! I have never been anywhere where this is the case! After 20 minutes we eventually had bookings for each night but were far from impressed by the choice, menus or reviews! We weren’t trying to dine in their 2* restaurant! However, if we had been there was no chance of a table. This experience is in great contrast to that of other LHW where they bend over backwards to get you reservations. Managed to get a table at 2* AF in Gleneagles which is normally booked 6 months in advance the day before! We ended up cancelling the majority of our reservations and ate in Porches old town! Was fab! Ate once in hotel - Adega - disappointing! Hotel also need to improve their breakfast Maitre’Ds manners in Atlantico!

Absolutely wonderful! The breakfast staff that worked from 5/18-5/21 were fantastic. They were so welcoming and relaxing. Definitely 5 star plus. We stayed in a suite with the rooftop. Loved the room. House keeping kept our room tidy and stocked with water. When I was leaving someone from the front desk handed me a box of chocolates for my birthday as a gift. I never mentioned it was my birthday to anyone during my stay. Just a lovely stay all around. Can’t wait to visit again next year.

A wonderful stay for R&R or activities!

We had a lovely stay in Vila Vita, the room was one of the best we’ve stayed in and the breakfast was superb - great buffet options and food made to order. There are plenty of restaurants onsite to choose from, which I’d rate at 8/10 overall - reliable and tasty without being amazing. Everyone is super friendly and always greets you with a smile, and there are endless activities to keep you occupied. We’ll definitely be back!

We had a fabulous time in this little oasis! The staff was incredibly gracious, polite, friendly and helpful. We felt utterly pampered and would definitely return and recommend it as a destination to others!

Perfection

This is a 5star all the way! From the moment we checked in to our departure. The staff were very attentive on all fronts. The meals were well orchestrated and prepared. The facilities and suites are very well cared for and clean. And, of course the view of the magnificent Atlantic was spectacular. The only negative comment is that the breakfast at the Atlantic restaurant was very slow and not as well oriented as the main dining room off of the Club House.

VVP exceeded our expectations. The service is top notch. I became ill before arriving at the hotel, and upon my arrival, they coordinated a doctor visit immediately. The restaurants and are amazing and the concierge goes above and beyond.

Nice property and friendly staff. Rooms needed an update. Our king size bed was two tiny beds pushed together with a gap in between. Leaky toilet keep us at night, hot water issues. The two bedroom apartment was completely outside the resort and far from all the amenities. I expected much more for the price

Loved the whole experience

Great resort. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The resort itself is absolutely beautiful. The restaurants on the property were fantastic.

Staff is very helpful with what ever you need to make your stay nice. The breakfast is very good they have a restaurant that serves children under 12 years old and another restaurant that serves adults with children that are 12 years or older and they are both very good.

A beautiful resort. The staff was incredible. We visited in April and had plenty of open chairs by the pool and space for meals. Every restaurant we ate at was delicious.

This is a superb resort. The grounds, pools etc are immaculate. Food was excellent. Sunday brunch was fab! Staff are really good and friendly. Terrace bar area was great at night.

Been to many hotels and Villa Vita Parc rates as the best. Excellent all round. Friendly and helpful service and elegant and manicured hotel. First class. Highly recommended.

This is just an outstanding resort. The staff go out of their way to help you and make you feel valued. Every attention to detail in the rooms is thought of. The only downside is that the resort can be a little wasteful, for example plastic water bottles at the gym are used and just thrown away.

This resort is a true 5 Star. The staff 6 Star. Definitely returning

the place is fantastic and the staffs are all very friendly and helpful. The boast tour arrangement on the first day is very helpful and we had wonderful time. Only one draw back - Internet access on the 2nd day is very limited to non-existence.

A truly amazing resort

This property and the amenities are amazing. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcome and secure. The property is impeccably maintained. The rooms are bright, comfortable and very clean. The food is delicious and the shops on property offer a wide variety of items for purchase. Because of natural cliff barriers, the resort beach is secluded and accessible only from the resort or by boat. This is a true 5-star resort

Beautiful, sprawling property.I recommend staying in the hotel — we stayed off property and it was very confusing trying to understand where we were in relation to the resort. Pools, services, and amenities were great. The communication and coordination of the staff and services was a bit choppy (no integrated itinerary or confirmation for spa, dining, kids club once on the property).

My husband and I had an amazing time and plan to return! The staff was excellent and the resort grounds and views were amazing! A special shout out to the bartenders at the Manzar Terrace who went above and beyond for us- we visited the terrace every night since it has such a beautiful view and wonderful staff. Can’t wait to return!

This was our 1st time visiting this property and Portugal! By far, one of the best places to stay. However, in the very end, I had reserved for Taxi the night before via concierges who either was triple tasking or not paying attention, they didn’t book it for the right time. I almost missed my train to Lisbon. We had the most wonderful and relaxing time which ended with stress. I also highly recommend that any guest going in high season to book restaurants in advance. We couldn’t get into places we wanted. Otherwise, it’s a great place!

We enjoyed our stay very much at this resort. The staff was outstanding the hotel is beautiful we loved every part of the gardens walking to the beach the pools everything was top-notch. I have coeliac and I loved that this resort Caters to all the gluten-free options for people with celiac. It was the best hotel that offered gluten-free options in the four countries I’ve visited which was Italy England Ireland and now Portugal. Vita Villa is an outstanding place for people who have coeliac thanks Vita Vila for a wonderful holiday.

Vila Vita Parc is definitely in its own category of 5* hotel. The service, level of detail and attention to everything was incredible. We stayed 3 nights in the deluxe room for the end of our honeymoon trip and it was the best stay we’ve ever had anywhere. There’s so much to do on the resort and perfect place for relaxation. Breakfast was amazing and easily my favourite part of the day. Prices are definitely high for all the restaurants on resort, but well worth it to splurge when you are here as everything is quality!

One of the nicest in the world

Great as always, I’m only 19 but my parents have taken me here since I was 6 months old and this marked my 20th visit. I came with my fiancé and we both enjoyed it very much - it’s one of the nicest hotels in the world. Thanks

This resort is the best upscale accommodation in the area. The room was above average with most luxury amenities, great view, bidet, very clean and freshly styled. The staff was incredible and really go out of their way to be helpful and friendly. Strongly recommended even though it is a little expensive- you get what you pay for.

Excellent service, great service

Beautiful property in a nice location, but a number of the restaurants were closed due to it being the off season (which left the restaurants that were open difficult to get into).

Wonderful place with terrific staf

By far the best experience I have had in a resort. Not only is it absolutely gorgeous and well maintained, it’s clean, COVID safe with the most unbelievable service. Credit goes to everyone working here who do a fabulous job day in and day out to ensure we’re happy and having the best time. Couldn’t recommend this place more. We will definitely be back!

Truly amazing 5star jewel

From the moment we arrived, everything is above our expectations. True 5 star hotel from valet parking, reception, guest relation, IT team, restaurants, housekeeping and fitness team- very impressed by all the people working on this resort. It is so sparkling clean everywhere- deck chairs, the beach towels even have a pleasant odeur, the garden is so so well maintained. It is a resort but so many places to relax - the beach, swimming pools, ocean overlooking garden with bars, so we enjoy the calmness and the space at all moment. Only two things bothered us were other guests sometimes are smoking at the restaurant, and a group of local guests calling on FaceTime video with speaker during dinner next to our table. The restaurant manager did not do anything about it unfortunately and suggested us to move the table. They practice Covid measure seriously. True vacance!!
