I landed in Cancun after a vacation in South America before heading to Playa del Carmen. Vicente Suites was the perfect place to stay for that transition, with easy access to the hotel zone without being in the zone.

Comfortable place to stay. Clean and easy to check in. Near Herbivoro, which is a delicious restaurant.

The staff were very helpful, pleasant, kind. We had a fantastic stay. The location is great - easy parking, safe and close to restaurants and beaches.

I was pleasantly suprised. We flew from Michigan, USA and wanted a cheaper place to stay before our flight, but we were greeted with a clean and modern room. It had all good amenities like stove, microwave and refrigerator for a very reasonable price. My only issue is that the person who received us, took a picture of our ID and sent to someone via WhatsApp. I just think it's not a good idea and it might be stored in their phone forever. If that could be avoided. It would be very good. We will definitely stay again.

Absolutely brilliant place, safe, spotlessly clean & friendly staff. The small pool was lovely. The area is close to the ADO bus stop from the airport & also made it easy to visit lots of other places. Highly recommended.

I went with a friend but I would even go as far to recommend this apartment styled hotel for solo travelers (particularly women). The place had a 7-11 conveniently right next door alongside food restaurants open very late. It was such a lovely area to come back to after a long day out from activities. The water in the shower would never be consistently warm is the only thing but even as someone who went in their winter, that was perfectly fine considering how hot the days can still be.

Even better than expected!

Super was check in and detailed instructions provided in advance. Our room was on the 3rd floor and very spacious, clean and with a kitchen better equipped than any we’ve stayed in. Great location, easy walking to great eateries and 20mins from most local hotspots. Pool area is really nice to relax, water is cold though so not for a night dip! The only piece worth mentioning is a lack of elevator so if you have mobility issues you would want to request a room on the bottom floor.

I will defínetly go back. Alfredo, the manager respond to any inquiry or request fast and efficiently. Everything was very clean, and well maintained. Casy, the cleaning lady, was very efficient and helpful, always working hard to keep every thing clean and was very friendly.I was impress by how clean the towels, sheets, pillows and matress are. Located in very accesible and safe area, close to many restaurants, convenience store and walkable distances to Plaza las America’s, big mall with food court, grocery store and many business. Thanks to Casy and Alfredo for your services. Highly recommend the place

Nice room for one night, I would not recommend more nights. The room could have a lot of potential, but it was not very clean.

It was a great stay. I stayed only for one night this time but could easily use this place for longer stays. Proper apartment and all what you need. Good level of comfort and kept up... Casy is amazing and takes care of the place amazingly!

Nice hotel. Room was clean. The instructions for the gate code to enter the property were a bit confusing but we called the owner and he had someone come help us right away. Staff were friendly. Bed was not very comfortable, but typical for Mexico, from my experience. Location was close to shopping mall and grocery store. We would stay here again.

I had an excellent stay at Viento Suites! Check-in was very easy, and when we arrived at the apartment, we realized we had mistakenly booked a smaller unit instead of the larger one with a kitchen. However, the host was incredibly helpful, responded quickly, and provided us with instructions to move to the other apartment. We felt very safe in the complex, and the pool was lovely to relax by. The shower had hot water, and both the Wi-Fi and air conditioning worked perfectly. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and have no complaints!

My husband and I recently stayed at Viento Suites for a week to celebrate our wedding anniversary. We could not have chosen a better place to stay! The location is very walkable and close to everything. If not within walking distance, it was only a short car ride away. Our room was very clean, comfortable and the AC worked great. I also have to comment on the amazing water pressure as that has sometimes been an issue at other places that we have stayed (As someone with long hair, this becomes pretty important haha). We really enjoyed the outdoor garden and pool area which was always clean and inviting. A special acknowledgement to staff member Casi who was spectacular. So friendly, inviting and warm. We always looked forward to our interactions with her and hope to see her again in the future. We look forward to our next stay at Viento Suites and would highly recommend to family & friends. Thanks again for a fabulous experience! :)

Amazing. El precio te dice que es económico pero en realidad es un súper espacio de descanso. La alberca limpia con camastros, el baño limpio la cama cómoda y todo en su lugar correcto. Los detalles son imecesarios si eres un buen inquilino. Súper recomendable. Además está céntrico para tomar transporte público o estacionar el vehículo ahí mismo. No tiene elevador. Refri plancha secadora wifi y demás. Checkin express. Buena atención. Empleadas súper amables.

I enjoyed my stay, the room was very comfy and clean. The cleaning lady washed our clothes and even took out the trash when we were away, i had a very satisfied experience and will come again when i come back !

Why such flowery reviews confounds me. We were in one of the ground floor units (on the left). The Good: Not expensive, good A/C, central location with many food options in walking distance, relatively clean. The Bad: Very noisy due to the poorly constructed floor/ceiling assembly above us (we could hear the kids running about wildly, chairs or furniture being moved around over & over again and some kid's screams). We could also hear every flush of the toilet & the loud sound of water rushing through the pipes in the walls of the bedroom. Communication with the host was problematic; I received 10 (!) emails via the host (in Spanish AND English; that's a lot for a single night stay), one with an outdated/incorrect wifi password and others with confusing instructions such as the one claiming that payment wasn't possible via Expedia (it is; we actually selected the prepaid option for the room) & that payment needed to be made upon arrival in order to get the room (!?). There was no bug screen in the frame of the operable window. We were airing out the room due to an odor & several mosquitos were able to get in through the unscreened window. Really bad water stains everywhere in the kitchen and bath give an unclean vibe. The matress was stiff and not very comfortable & the pillows were lumpy. Less important yet worth noting: the viewing instructions posted in the suite didn't match the equipment & only 2 channels worked (on both TV's)

It’s a great place for staying closer to the center of the city. Walkable and has great service.

Suites conveniently located in DT Cancun, 9 minutes by a can from a beach, supermarket is within walkable distance as well as multiple dining option, staff was polite, professional and provided additional assistance whenever was necessary.

Good quality for a budget vacation, close to many locations and friendly staff. Can't think of anything to complain about, I enjoyed my stay.

Beautiful place,felt safe

Property is very clean, safe with a hospital walking distance. When you are outside the hotel you walk about 3 mins and you catch a kombi they will take you where you want to go. Good food walking distance from hotel. 5 min walk to quick stop convince store. Hotel has pool with outside shower and picnic area with umbrella. Standard room comes with mini fridge that will help with your stay. Trust me. Air conditioning and hot / cold water constantly if needed. Tv with digital cable and room safe iron board and iron. Coffee maker in room with supplies. Rooms are studio size and are very very clean and new. Building is new as well. Trust me, stay here and have fun.

Wow. I was very impressed. The rooms were the cleanest I stayed in all of Mexico. Parking was very secure and convenient . Very close to everything. Alfredo was very helpful with helping me find the property as well as showing me the property, which is very nice by the way. Was nice to sit by the pool and relax late at night. Very reasonable prices. Definitely would recommend Viento suites 10/10

We stayed here for a week and absolutely LOVED it!! Perfect little kitchenette, the bed was comfy, nice sized tv’s and a nice little pool and lounge area also. One minute walk will get you to a couple local restaurants, a corner store and a casino across the road. Also the room service/cleaning ladies were AMAZING!!! I highly recommend staying here at the Viento Suites.

During our vacation, the location was great, it was clean, it was safe, and overall a very pleasant experience.

SCAM - Read through reviews and be warned.

SCAM. Hotel cancelled my reservation the morning of scheduled arrival, while we were traveling with no cell or Wi-Fi access. No reason given. This was after they requested arrival time (which we provided) and a copy of our ID (not typical, we did not provide). Then, when contacted by hotels.com, they denied a refund request. For a reservation THEY cancelled. Anyway. Refund finally made after 2 phone calls to hotels.com. Shame on this place.

Its super neat how both rooms get pravacy and bathrooms super convenient to get ready all at once and not wtg for room space or restrooms . Super quiet so after a long night you get a good sleep ! Super recommended its a bit far from any attractions or good restaurants but there cabs literally outside the suites on the main road .

Unique was your very independent with your own code to get in, also it was easy to access help with things thru person on whats up. The thing they need to improve is the surrounding area is not kept well. The other buildings are not kept clean.

I checked in with the property several times. When i reached the airport i told them i would be there in 30 minutes and they asid that they would be ready. When i arrived they told me they cancceled my reservation and i will receive a refund in 3 to 5 days, no explanation and i was left in down town cancun with no place to stay and ne support from Travelocity.

I liked that it was downtown, but still safe. I felt well protected. The pool area is beautiful. I didn’t like that a couple of times other guests tried to get into my room.

Clean, quaint, cozy, property manager Diana was so helpful and welcoming! Made me feel safe and welcomed! Pool area super quiet and cute just perfect for a couple day stay! Diana went above and beyond to help me with any questions I had! Traveling alone that made me feel safe and comfortable!

A very nice One Bedroom studio in Cancun Downtown

Conveniently located in Cancun Downtown, next to a park, and away from the noice of the street. Getting to a d from this place is really simple, you are 15 minutes away from Plaza las Americas Mall, and less than that from the entrance to the Hotel Zone. There are plenty pf places to grab a bite near by. I loved how the bedroom is properly separated from the Living and Kitchen area. I also liked the kitchen bar and the fridge. Definitely will be back next year.

Was on first floor right near entrance and windows didn't close fully and can hear dog barking all night and people coming in and out. Television didn't work at all. Ac was horrible and basically slept like 20hrs whole trip
