To nie jest hotel w standardzie 4 gwiazdek! Max 2-3 gwiazdki. Pokoje są stare, materace w łóżkach wygniecione. Brak Wi-Fi! To dyskwalifikuje ten hotel w mojej opinii, bo potrzebuje Wi-Fi do pracy. Trudny wjazd na parking hotelowy, na którym ciężko znaleźć wolne miejsce parkingowe.

Lovely hotel lovely people

Very nice & comfortable. Staff was very accommodating to change our rooms (& it was an upgrade) because of semi-nude mural in the wall that we didn’t want if possible

Good location, nice name! That’s it i can say something positive about this hotel! They are stating that it is 4 ⭐️ , but from my experience I would give no more than 3 ⭐️. There is no customer service at all! Check in was unprofessional, no greetings, or welcoming! Don’t bother to go for breakfast, because it is absolutely crap, also no one is meeting you there. Rooms are tired and tight, old furniture and the bed/mattress is awful. Same story at the checkout, they didn’t bother to ask you about your stay, just checked how much you owed them! I would choose different hotel next time for sure!

Functional 4 star hotel, nice

I loved this hotel very much considering its’ location ( very close to Laisvės al.), on-site parking ( most of the hotels do not have on-site parking), spacious room, variaty of breakfast and extremely helpful and polite staff members.

The hotel is situated in an older building, but the interior is nice, clean and modern. There are special business rooms, in a quiet area of the hotel. Room size is acceptable, not very big. One great feature for me was the fact that the windows open completely. Checkin was nice and professional. Checkout was fast and professional. I wasn't very impressed with the breakfast. The location is great. Very close to the shopping mall "Akropolis" and close to the pedestrian area with all restaurants and bars. Very positive experience.

Well located hotel

Clean and big room, tasty with a huge choice of food breakfast, friendly and prof. staff. Really enjoyed our stay in Victoria.

Did not expect the jacuzzi area and the sauna to be for rent only. You can rent hourly, although need to book it at least 2h before use, and it closes at 22:00.

Comfortable quiet stay.

The hotel is simply beautiful. The rooms are nice and clean and there's onsite parking. The hotel is located in what seemed to be a quiet part of the city but close to restaurants and cafes. Great for a small walk on the town. Awesome value.

Good value but staff could do better.

The hotel was further from old town than we thought - not walking distance. We did find a pedestrian street near the hotel with decent restaurants though. It wasn't easy to find where the parking access was - instructions with the confirmation would be much better. Apart from one girl on reception when we left most of the staff seemed sullen in the restaurant or a bit clueless. The leisure/sauna facilities at the hotel incur an extra 50 euro an hour to use as we were told they are 'private'. Not very impressed.Breakfast was good but we expected more from this hotel.

Very good hotel bext to city center and the river

Very nice hotel in great location near river and city center. Breakfast ok, not amazing and after the big groups leave, not everything was available.

The hotel is really nice, the breakfast was good and the room was ok. I imagine there are prettier rooms, but it was still ok. Location is great and the free parking is a great bonus.

Pleasant accommodations

The staff were very friendly at check in. The decor was refined - classic yet modern. The bedding and pillows were very comfortable. The free breakfast included with the room was good quality. There was little to no noise.

A good option a little way from the Old Town

We wanted a hotel that had free parking and within walking distance of the old town. To get to the furthest point in the old town takes about 30 minutes, the closest 20. But the Europa Royale did have free parking and is located on a quiet one-way street. As a hotel it is a good 4 star, most rooms would be quiet and well maintained. Very pleased and a reasonable price. Because Kaunas has so few road signs, you must have a good map or a sat nav that works in Lithuania. It took us about 3 attempts to find the hotel and then the car park (which is in Gedimino). But leaving the city for Vilnius took 90 minutes. As we arrived later than planned we decided to eat in the hotel restaurant; good choice. Not a big area for restaurants (go to the Old Town), but for weary travellers the quality and price were both good. Service throughout the hotel was polite and friendly; the four staff that we met all spoke very good English (so if English is your second language conversing will be easier). Would certainly recommend.

Good hotel let down by early closing of restauran.

Everything about this hotel is above expectation, with the exception of one aspect of the offering. As with many hotels, the kitchen staff, possibly with the encouragement of management, are too quick to clean away and go home, if business is a little slow. Proprietors should try to keep in mind that if a closing time is published, staff should remain in their stations until closing time, as a guest, I expect to be able to rely on the promised service. Such an experience leaves a bitter taste and , reduces the possibility of further budiness

Convenient large business hotel

Located between the station and the old town a comfortable base for visiting Kaunas. Good breakfast selection and spacious room but surprisingly small TV for a hotel of this standard.

A good 4 star, secure parking and 5 minutes to large shopping centre. Nothing negative except bar staff did not know how to make an Irish Coffee (would you believe thay served a latte with Bushmills topped with canned cream). They do now though ... I showed them the error of their ways ;-)))

Lovely renovated loft style hotel. Very nice and friendly staff. Perfectly clean. Located in the city centre but street is not a nice one. Good breakfast but not much choice if you are a vegetarian. Very good value for this price.

An average stay

Cozy room, but heating was difficult to control and bed was uncomfortable. Shampoo and soap were the only amenities. Breakfast was super.

Amazing time & outstanding teams working at the hotel. Nothing too much and always there is big smiley faces greeting you around the hotel. Nice warm rooms and very comfortable. Very good breakfast offer along with nice coffee machine and very good choice of teas. Highly recommend

Business tripper

Typical business trip with colleaque, but great place to stay if in Kaunas. Also some pubs and pleasure locations near by.

The bed was good. shower only gaves cold shower.if you like to eat in the restaurant than make 1 day before sure that you also can have something. 1 day I was lucky and the food was very good the other day they do not serve me because they had no time.

Perfect balance of price

I stayed for 1 night and it was just perfect quick stay. Good location, seems very new and clean and very good pricing. I think it was the best option in Kaunas.

No AC

Everything was fine with this hotel except for no AC. We specifically selected a hotel that had AC because we expected hot weather.

Almost perfect

The services, the room has airconditioning and staff are super good, but we had no hot watter 3 times during the stay - maybe a coinsidence! Recomended.

Nice hotel, new and clean premises and good service. A 30 minute walk from the old town tough, so a bit far.

Very nice

This was a nice hotel, and I enjoyed my stay. Two things would have made it perfect. First, the hot water in the showers was sporadic. One morning we had it, another morning it was barely lukewarm. Second, the air conditioning appeared to have no effect on the room temperature. It was cool outside, so we opened the windows and it made the temperature in the room pleasant. The problem with that was that there were no screens in the windows and my daughter got bit by mosquitoes during the night. On the plus side, the rooms were very comfortable, the location was great, and the staff were helpful and pleasant.

Very nice stat at Kaunas

Very modern and clean hotel room. Hotel staff was very nice and friendly. Buffet breakfast was okay. 7-8 minutes away from main bus station on foot. Overall a very pleasant stay at the Europa.

Good basic affordable hotel

My wife and I stayed here for two nights during a road trip. There is a large free car park and staff were very friendly. Breakfast buffet was average and we personally weren't impressed by the decor of the room - we thought if looked a bit cheap but everyone's tastes are different. But it was very clean and functional. Location is close to the main pedestrianised shopping street but quite a walk from the Old Town.

Good location to start your daily walktour! But we don't like those fitted carpets, there might be parquet as well - if you ask - we didn't!

Europa Royale Kaunas Hotel

This hotel is not in family with a 4 star hotel. Business Room was tiny and extremelywarm. Spa area was tidy and clean, but very small compared to other 4 start hotel in Lithuania. Breakfast room was like a sleepin hall for athlets, very noisy, sounded like steam from kettles, and breakfast was under average. Chief could not even fry eggs. They were like rubber. not more than 2 star

Great value overall

The hotel, overall, is very well maintained and situated in a lovely building, however it is partially hidden on one side by a derelict building, not greeting guests with the most comforting sight should they approach from that side. The only real issue is that there is no gym nor pool, and even though there is a spa, you must give 24 hours notice before you can use it. Otherwise, the staff where excellent and courteous. The room was spacious and clean and coming from a major European city where a 5 night stay is exorbitant, this was a fantastic value.

Friendly Staff!

I had to make a last minute reservation [...] prior to arriving to the city, about 3 hours before arriving to the hotel. They had my reservation ready. The front desk was very friendly and helpful when I asked for directions to a location in the city. The room was nice and comfortable but it got a little confused in finding it because it was down in one of the wings pretty far from the reception with many turns. I did not get to try any of the dining ammenities because I was in a rush but when I passed by it looked like people were having a great time.

Very nice hotel

This hotel was a smart one which was very good value for its quality. Stylish decor if a bit over-minimalist, but the room was large if somewhat bare, and the shower was fantastic! A very comfy bed. Breakfast was good. The hotel is however quite a walk from the Old Town (about 25 minutes) although it is very close to the main bus stops taking you into town. It is convenient however for the main shopping street. It is also only around 10 minutes walk from the train station if you are coming from Vilnius. Note that booking a taxi to the airport from the hotel is fine if you are on business expenses but really expensive if you are there for leisure. They quoted me £20 (equivalent) for Reception to book the taxi. Stopping a taxi in the street would be a charge of £15. The No 29 bus (which has a stop less than 50 meters from the hotel) costs 50p and there are at least 1 an hour (40 mins journey). The choice is a no-brainer I think! Remember, this is a country where you can have a great meal in a nice restuarant for less then £20 and in your change you still get coins the equivalent of one quarter of one penny!

Modernes Stadthotel

Ein schönes und modernes Stadthotel. In die City nimmt man am besten einen Bus. Gutes Hotel, würden wir wieder wählen für einen kurzen Aufenthalt.

Das Zimmer war sauber und komfortabel. Das Frühstück war auch sehr gut, saubere Tische und eine gemütliche große Sitzecke.👏 Ich kann das Hotel auf jeden Fall empfehlen.👍👍

Very nice hotel in Kaunas

My regular stay in Kaunas on any business trip. A nice looking hotel and good breakfast. A walking distance to the cntre of the city. PArking is behind the hotel - and because the street on the front of the hotel is one way street, you have to go around the block to get there (parking at 54°53'36.2"N 23°55'15.6"E)

I had a nice stay, the room was comfortable and the breakfast was really good. Some things from the breakfast on the first day were missing on the second day which was unfortunate as I had really looked forward to them. Getting to my room was like going through a maze though, and my keycard stopped working twice, which was very frustrating, but other than that it was good.

One night on a roadtrip

Room was clean. Everything works just like we expected. Airconditioner was really powerful and we didint have to sweat at all even though outside temperature was +30c. Bed was good and we sleep well. Breakfast was delicius and had a lot of choices.

Super fint hotel, med fin beliggenheden i centrum. Tager ca. 25 min at gå til den gamle bydel. Det er ikke noget Wow-faktor over hotellet, men pænt og rent. Gode senge. Boede i deres suiter. Det ekstra du får er lidt mere plads og badekar. Venligt og hjælpsomt personale. Spabadet er ikke inklusiv. Det koster 55 € for en time hvor du har det for dig selv/eller som en gruppe. Var ikke i spabadet, grundet prisen og tidsbegrænsningen.

Flott hotell!

Flott beliggenhet og nydelig bygning. Rent og pent i resepsjon og gang til heis, samt rom. Vi fikk dessverre ikke rom med balkong, men da vi etterspurte dette fikk vi bytte rom til et med balkong uten problem. Flott service!

Træls oplevelse, blev dog hurtigt fikset

Fantastiske størrelse på værelset, komfortabel seng. Sent søndag aften ville toilettet ikke skylle og vi havde intet koldt vand i hanen. Ringede til receptionen mandag morgen, og det blev lavet inden for 10 min. Burde ikke kunne ske. Da jeg tjekkede ud, var de mere bekymret om jeg havde taget noget i minibaren end at såørge til mit ophold. Så vi fik ikke snakket yderligere om at mit badeværelse lugtede hele natten og om morgen og at mine hunde ikke kunne få koldt vand.
