Great location, rooms in good condition, good breakfast with outstanding staff working the breakfast room. But the front desk was rude and generally unhelpful. (Exception was Margarita, who was outstanding). Would not stay there again. V

Great location! Walkable to Trevor fountain and coliseum. Many great restaurants a couple of minutes away. Elevator is extremely small. Rooms were nice. Easy to get a taxi right out front. Would definitely stay here again.

La posizione dell'hotel è incredibile. Il personale era molto cordiale e disponibile. Una nota dolente è che il materasso nella nostra stanza non era buono. Sembrava che stessi dormendo in una dolina. Personalmente ho dovuto provare a dormire sul divano fornito.

The staff was nice and allowed us to keep our bags in the hotel after check out. We went to eat and came back to wait for our Taxi. What we did not like was the room. Not what was shown in the pictures when booking! The room was way to small for 3 adults! We paid for a double room for three adults and this room was not that. Disappointed to say the least.

Great location, great staff, but bad rooms!

the location of the hotel was great, very close to Trevi fountain. the staff is nice and helpful, speak english well. But the rooms are poorly maintain, clogged bathtub and sink and dirty overall. Maybe it was just ours, and that very day.

Overall stay at the hotel

Room was in good condition when I checked in also staff is very helpful and understanding. I must say, location of the hotel is very good as main attractions are at walking distance and good connections to public transport like Republica Station on Metro A is at 5 minutes walking distance.

Our room was very warm/hot and the staff kept claiming that the air-conditioning was working or fixed. It never was. Finally after many complaints and with the help of an Italian friend they moved us to a room that was fine.

Very nice hotel, staff is great and friendly, location is central. I would stay again!

Great location and clean rooms

Great location. Just extremely small elevator! Also make sure you get an updated room. They do have older rooms.

Good location for visiting the sights of Rome

This hotel is in a good location being just a short walk from the metro, on a busy street and with a taxi rank opposite. Our room was described as 'deluxe', but did not feel it. It was small, faced in to the courtyard (no extra space), and consequently was dark. The bath and over-bath shower were fine for the average sized person. Our room number was marked on a tiny sticker, all the others in the corridor had room plates. I booked through Expedia and pushed the button for the more expensive option that included breakfast, However despite the receptionist acknowledging "with breakfast" on arrival and showing us the location of the breakfast room, my daughter and I were publicly turned out of the room on the first morning as we "hadn't paid". The Expedia receipt did not show breakfast so I could not prove anything, and we had to do without. And when I questioned the "deluxe" nature of the room I was told my room Was deluxe. Personally I do not feel this could be a correct description. I have never stayed anywhere that leaves polystyrene cups out for their tea and coffee facilities, and plastic cups in the bathroom. I think this is a reasonable place to stay if you want a budget hotel in the heart of Rome but would not recommend it to anyone as a deluxe place to stay.

A great small hotel , not five star but very European in heart of the city , rooms were spotless and a good size , in fact upmarket for the price ,breakfast was good apart from orange juice not been fresh and from a machine if they changed Thor would make people very happy , Tarif for rooms very reasonable and eataries abound this area , so for value and rooms would rate 9.5 door your self a favour book this hotel

Great location walked everywhere, colosseum is just 15min walk from the hotel:) Room was very nice too with all amenities needed, cleaned on daily basis. Hotel staff very helpful and professional. Continental breakfast very tasty with good choice. Amazing experience ! Would strongly recommend this hotel. And I will be back for sure very soon ;)

Sehr zentrales Hotel, man konnte alle Sehenswürdigkeiten zu fuß erreichen. Wenn ich wieder nach Rom kommen sollte, werde ich aufjedenfall dieses Hotel wieder buchen.

Erittäin hyvä sijainti. Huoneet vähän vanhat. Sänky oli hyvä. Meillä oli huoneessa muurahaisia.

Quando siamo arrivati alle 18.00 una delle stanze non era ancora pronta. Il check-in alle 15 è gia tardi, se arrivo alle 18.00 e non hai la stanza pronta non puoi mandarmi in un’altra stanza solo perché “è delle mie figlie”, perché questo comporta che io debba aspettare in un’altra camera che sia pronta la mia. a quel punto me ne dai direttamente un’altra, completamente inaccettabile. Nonostante questo camera carina e pulita, in un’ottima zona. un peccato che sia successo questo.

Good value for price!

Great location (all main attractions & Termini station are at walking distance), room was clean, had a comfy bed & great bathroom! Staff was nice. The room was super small, but that didn’t bother us because we were out & exploring Rome. The breakfast (we got a coupon to use at a nearby hotel) was just awful (both coffee & old cornetto), we only went once - but plenty nice options around the hotel so it was fine. Would recommend if you’re looking for a spot to explore Rome & not planning to sit in your hotel room :)

Staff super amichevole e disponibile... Uno neo che non siamo stati in grado di far funzionare il condizionatore e purtroppo quando ci siamo accorti la reception aveva già chiuso

L'hôtel s'appelle GIOLLIO et non pas VIBE ,le taxi a cherché. Bel hôtel ,très bien placé ,belle chambre ,mais mal insonorisée= pas bien dormi. Personnel très aimable . Petit déjeuner peu qualitatif , 1 seule machine à café= la queue Donc classement moyen

Bon emplacement et Propre

Emplacement intéressant à 10 minutes de marche du Métro, 15 minutes de la Fontaine de Trevi et 20 minutes du Colisée. La chambre est d’une bonne grandeur pour l’Europe et le wifi était bon. Le seul bémol été d’entendre les voisins comme s’ils étaient dans notre chambre, l’insonorisation est mauvais.

Hotel accogliente, la nostra suite era carina e discretamente pulita, ho scritto discretamente perché qua e la un po di polvere si vedeva. Personale competente e disponibile. Colazione buona e abbastanza varia, forse mancava un po di frutta o centrifugati come ormai anno quasi tutti gli hotel. La posizione e strategica, molto vicina al centro, peccato che durante il nostro soggiorno molti ingressi della metro erano chiusi e il più vicino era alla stazione termini. Nel complesso bella vacanza .

Nära till sevärdheter

15 min till Colosseum till vänster om hotellet. Andra sidan genom tunnel och första till vänster Fontana di Trevi. Från tunnel rakt upp Spanska trappan. Det är cirka 15 min att gå till respektive. Personalen väldigt bemötande. Eftermiddag finns kaffe och te som hotellet bjuder på. Frukost har utbud, joghurt, pålägg, drick, frukt, kaka. Taxi står utanför hotellet och tar 30€ till flygplatsen.

Petit déjeuner trop cher pour ceux qu’il y as à manger Ne parle pas très bien le français voir pas du tout sauf un maître d’hôtel. Sinon l’hôtel est très bien situé desservi toutes les 5 10 minutes par le bus 64 . Très bon séjours

Für ein Stadthotel ist es okay gewesen .... Lage war auch okay liegt 10 minuten Fußweg vom Forum entfernt.

Rien à dire, notre séjour de 3 nuitées dans cet Hôtel était magnifique. La chambre deluxe était au top avec son design moderne et sa propreté. Le lit est très confortable et la salle de bain en marbre était géniale :) L’hôtel se situe dans une très belle rue à 2 pas de tous les coins touristiques. Le personnel est super sympa en plus. Je recommande cet hôtel

가인적으로 낸 돈에 비해 별로였습니다. 몇가지 제가 중요하다고 생각하는 점들에사 미달해서. 1. 와이파이: 일로 왔기 때문에 인터넷이 제일 중요한데 제 방에사 잡혔다 말 정도로 너무 신호가 약해서 호텔 프런트에 얘기했지만 어떨 수 없다는 답변 밖에 멋 받음. 결국 유심칩 사서 테더링했습니다. 2. 조식: 생과일이 없고 커피만 맛있고 나머지 별로. 3. 위치: 역에서 너무 멀어서 한참 걸어야 합니다. 4. 녹물: 세면대에서 녹물 나옵니다. 5. 침대: 더블 달라거했는데 트윈베드 두개를 붙여서 줍니다. 결국 한쪽에서 잤으니 싱글 크기에서 잔 것.

Hotellet ligger utrolig sentralt til med gangavstand til de store severdighetene. Hovedgata gir muligheter for shopping og i sidegatene finnes mange små, koselige restauranter.

Le personnel n'est pas très attentionné, ni chaleureux, c'est un peu décevant par rapport à la classe de l'hôtel. Le petit déjeuner n'a rien à voir avec les photos que nous avions vu, aucun fruits frais, le jus d'orange est en poudre comme dans un distributeur à café, et le beurre sentait le rance, bon évidemment les viennoiseries n'étaient pas à notre goût non plus mais on ne vient pas en Italie pour ça, les champions du croissant c'est nous! ( en toute modestie). La salle de bain a plutôt un bel équipement mais la grosse douche n'était pas fonctionnelle et il n'y avait rien pour accrocher la petite. Ich würde hier wieder kommen

Ich war mit einer Freundin unterwegs, jedoch haben wir nicht das größere Zimmer bekommen, was ain der Reservierung zu sehen war, nach etwas dauernder Klärung haben wir etwas größere Zimmer bekommen, jedoch kein in dieser Kategorie ist mit dem Blick auf die Stadt wie in der Reservierung versprochen. das Buffet hat eine kleine Auswahl und jeden Tag das gleiche, aber der Service ist nett und fast alle englischsprachig. das Hotel liegt im Zentrum sodass man alle möglichen Touristenecken innerhalb von 10-15 min erreicht hat. Nach dem Check out konnte ich mein Koffer an der Rezeption lassen und vorm Abflug abholen.Ich würde hier wieder kommen.
