TravellerTravellerThis hotel is soooo overpriced (although I booked last minute for Christmas), it didn’t look like the pictures at all! The room had no window, but it did in the pictures. There was a hole in the ceiling in the bathroom which meant cigarette smoke came into my room which stank. The front desk staff were not friendly and not approachable. I’ve stayed in some pretty bad places in my time but this place is the winner, the dark room made me feel depressed.
