Beautiful hotel

Beautiful hotel, good food, and friendly service. The parking was good and it's a gteat location. The pool, hot tub, and saunas were very relaxing.

The hotel was clean and the staff was very helpful. Great location for exploring downtown Vancouver.

The hotel had a comfortable stay, but a few things were missing. There were no items in the fridge, no toothbrush in the bathroom, and no room slippers provided. Also, room service comes with an additional charge. Expected better amenities for the price.

Rough check in - keys didn’t work 4 x and then they realized the battery was dead on the door. Didn’t get my originally booked room.

You pay so much to even stay here, and they overcharge parking, make you pay for internet and charge you almost 50 for breakfast that has sat there for hours

Very close to waterfront and within walking distance of the convention center, along with plenty of food options. Very nice hotel overall.

Location was amazing. Very close to Canada Place and everything is in walking distance, including access to the sky train. Thd hotel was very clean and the rooms were a good size. The staff were very welcoming and friendly.

Great check in experience! I was tired from a day at a conference, and I was able to check in early which was amazing! The pool and whirlpool are great. Room needs a dusting, but the bed is comfortable and the view is epic.

It was the first time at this hotel and we were very happy with all the amenities and the surroundings, definitely we will be back

Incredible view

Queen size fitting sheets used on King size bed, so a corner kept coming off. Restaurant looks fancy, and prices do match. But quality doesn't, terrible food.

Stayed at the hotel for the weekend with family and pets. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. Check in and check out were smooth. The restaurant downstairs has a great breakfast buffet over the weekend. Parking was easy. Will definitely visit again!

Location, gym and staff were great. The elevator was a little noisy all night long. But that was the only thing that was not excellent.

Great location. Walking distance to lots of destinations we wanted to see, namely the Vancouver German Christmas Market. But also to lots of restaurants and shops. Only gripe: the beds were Full size, not Queens! Not ideal.

Great hotel for an adult only trip. Indoor pool and hot tub. Shopping and food options close by. Parking was difficult and expensive.

Great place! Walkable to Rogers Arena. Have been there before and will return in December.

The facility is so old. AC is so loud and annoying. The noise from the next/opposite door can easily heard. The carpet is so old and I afraid it has something inside. This is the worst hotel I have ever lived. Only good thing is the staff and they helped me change to a better room. Please find a newer hotel if you can.

Above and beyond service and food. Thoroughly impressed with the feeling hospitality shown by the front desk staff. No matter what activity we were planning, always some helpful suggestions and genuine warmth from them. Singer in the lounge was an absolute privilege to losten to as well.

It was close to the port after our cruise. Even the tours we did came to pick us up there saving the hassle to meet elsewhere.

I did not like the bathroom because had a large glass window. Mini blinds were not straight. I felt that it wasn’t privacy.

Beautiful hotel, great location. Very clean room and common areas. We only stayed one night but would love to go back and stay longer. The breakfast buffet was delicious, I highly recommend it. Very close to Canada Place, if you are in town before or after a cruise. Easy walking distance even with luggage.

Excellent location near harbor and cruise terminal, under 5 minutes walk. Stanley park was easily reachable in leisurely 20 minute walk around sea-wall.

Beautiful property located within walking distance of the Cruise Terminal, restaurants, free bus shuttles to local attractions in N Vancouver, Seaplane base, ferry terminal and on the hop on hop off bus route. Staff and restaurant/bar service were outstanding. Very clean, beautiful views of the Harbor.

It’s very nice, clean, the people were nice, the rooms are small very expensive, and I thought it to be much but they charge for the Wifi. Other than that it was a great stay.

The restaurant, Showcase, had a menu that I thought was a little to limited, particularly the entrees. With that said, the food and service were excellent and the rest of the hotel was also excellent.

Staff were exceptional, hotel was clean and fresh, room was nicely set up and view was beautiful even in the rain.

I want to return to Vancouver just to stay in this hotel again! I had an amazing view from my curved window, alliwing me to see the water and seaplanes taking off and landing.

The staff was very customer service oriented. Truly appreciated all of the reception desk staff and the staff at the restaurant.

Had an excellent experience in all areas. The staff were incredibly welcoming, helpful and friendly. Shout-outs to Parker for outstanding attention in the dining and lounge visits and Raphael in guest services for above and beyond help with technical difficulties getting return flight boarding passes and airline check in completed the day before we flew home. Hotel was very clean as well -we had a great visit!

We had a beautiful view of the bay and access to restaurants and the cruise boat terminal.

We were very pleased with Regib, he is not our server. He helped in cleaning, bringing us coffee and very good in customer service. Very polite and always very happy doing his job. I am giving him an excellent review.

When I booked it, it showed have parking and parking is very expensive. $45 for a day, but the parking lot show all day $20.

Walking distance to most everything. Rooms lacked outlets near bed to charge phone. Only 1 side of the bed. No shuttle service. Did not know about a sandwich shop on 2nd floor until last day.

only thing I did not like is our Bathroom. Shower was tight and the tub cold water handle was so loose I could not turn it off. In all the hotel was nice and gave you touch of the upscale side. Staff was very professional.

The guest services at this hotel were great, they answered all of our questions about transferring our luggage to the cruise terminal on our departure day. I highly recommend grabbing some cocktails at the Showcase Restaurant/Bar in the lobby, the bartenders there were amazing.
