Fantastic restaurant, staff, and lovely rooms. This hotel is right off highway waaaay outside of Delft, not walkable at all unless you want to go to the hardware store next door. You are essentially stranded so lovely hotel, rooms, and food but not great location.

We only stayed 1 night it was good

What a lovely hotel to stay in…very spacious, buffet breakfast was great & loads of parking. The restaurant staff were very accommodating & approachable. Highly recommended hotel to stay in.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was first rate with plenty of choice. There was a huge car park. The room was a good size and very clean

Staycation in Delph

The hotel although designed for business use was perfect for getting into Delph and onto the major road links

Refused breakfast as it was fully booked.

I am a traveler for years but I have never seen this before. I booked 2x rooms for my family but during check-in the receptionist told me "we cannot offer you breakfast on Easter Sunday as it is fully booked, you can book for Monday...". I asked if I could take breakfast and bring it to my room in order to eat with my family and he said this is not possible! He recommended me to go to Delft and search for something open.. He also admitted "I know, it's horrible...". How hypocritical. You could easily see his face that he was enjoying it. The rooms were on different floors. I was lucky that he managed to change it into the same floor. Other than that, hotel facilities were really nice as most Van Der Valks, but it's the first hotel in my life that I had to book breakfast in advance. Refusing breakfast on a public holiday where most things are closed? That's unacceptable.

Check-in was fast and smooth. Room and breakfast were very good.

Pleasantly modern

Very pleased to see this modern rebranding of this very Dutch tourist class hotel brand. Rooms are spacious, modern and well designed, while retaining the essentials. Minus points for still having the tiny soaps and shampoos and for the miscommunication around late check out which was already agreed with. Hotel is conveniently located near freeways without the noise. Breakfast is disproportionately expensive.

Good

Food was excellent, breakfast was brilliant, extensive choices and all fresh. The rooms are very modern and kept clean. I stayed in a corner room with a queen sized bed complete with walkin shower and large bath. All at a high standard of finish.

The property is very tidy, there’s some building work next to the hotel. But once you are in the hotel grounds it looks very nice.

Great clean hotel, very good breakfast

Very poor service, people are rude , lots of things missing, I won’t recommended to my friends,I am sorry to say it but I am not happy with my stay here

The hotel was nice enough but on check-on we were told that bar shuts at 12 midnight, but when we tried to buy a drink at 11.15pm we were told the bar was shut. Annoying.

I didn’t like there is no cafeteria or food available after 10 o’clock, we were starving couple nights and I had to order Uber eat from outside we waited till 3:00 am until the food arrived, I was unhappy about that

Beautiful, clean property!

Van der Valk Hotels are our choice in Netherlands. We never had any negative thing during our stay in any branches of the group. I highly recommend staying at the hotel. The breakfast is unmissable!

Service minded and helpfull

Absolutely gorgeous hotel. Rooms were beautiful, spacious, and aesthetically pleasing. Color scheme was actually not ugly. Loved the large tub and rainfall shower head in the bathroom. Nicely sized queen bed. Not much of a view besides the parking lot and undeveloped land, but the hotel itself has a great, exquisite feel. Overall a pleasant stay for a good price.

A well presented and very clean room. Very comfortable bed and pillows, high spec bathroom and overall luxury feel to the room. Lobby and dining area were very well designed and presented. Nothing nearby apart from a motorway and mcdonalds. The outside of the hotel still has ongoing construction. Overall, useful to stay over if doing nearby business and very good room standards. Will stay again.

prettig verblijf in nieuw hotel

Ok location

Nette en ruime kamer, badkamer zag er ook top uit. Het enige wat minder prettig was waren de waterstralen van de valdouche die wat uiteen gezet zijn en kleine harde stralen. Fijne service en personeel!

Un très bon séjour, j'ai trop aimé l'hôtel, l'accueil est chaleureux merci à l'équipe, très propre, les femmes d'entretien ont vérifié si tout est ok pour la chambre avant de rentrer. Un très bon petit déjeuner. Le seul bémol le lit n'était pas confortable.

luxe hotel met top gastvrijheid

Heel erg fijn hotel. Vriendelijk en gastvrij ontvangst bij de receptie, we voelden ons echt meteen welkom. Heerlijk diner gehad in het restaurant, kwaliteit en versheid echt top en wederom vriendelijke bediiening. Kamer was erg ruim, zeer schoon. Fijne regendouche en een apart toilet wat echt een plus is. Bedden zijn comfortabel. Kamer is geluidsdicht dus geen last van de weg. Ik miste alleen een theezakje, er waren wel koffiecups en een nespresso apparaat aanwezig, ook een waterkoker. Koelkastje aanwezig is ook fijn. Ontbijt was ook zalig, verse producten en volop keus. Ik zag vanuit onze kamer buiten bijenkasten in de tuin, bij het ontbijt was ook verse honing. Benieuwd of dat van het eigen bijenvolk was? Wel erg lekker Kortom gewoon een super fijn, net en luxe hotel waar gastvrijheid door ons nog gewoon gevoeld wordt en oprecht is.

Fijne bedden

Fijn comfortabel nieuw hotel. Ruime kamer, wel minimalistisch ingericht. De nachtrafeltjes zijn absurd klein (ca 20x25cm).

Heerlijk hotel vlakbij Den Haag Centrum en strand.

Nieuw hotel. Vriendelijk personeel. Geweldig ontbijt. Ruime kamer. Wel jammer dat er geen limonade automaat of iets dergelijks is. Maar kreeg daarom gratis colaatje aan de bar. Ook mis ik een vergroot make up spiegel in de badkamer.

Zeer mooie kamer, heel netjes. Heel fijn ontbijt , s'morgens, heel lekker en veel keuze. Diner, zag er heel mooi uit, wij hadden daarbij een schnitzel en die kwam uit de frituur, voor zo'n mooi restaurant vond ik dat wel wat minder, die moet gebakken zijn in de pan. En Jus uit een uit een pakje, geen aanrader.

Keurig en net hotel langs de snelweg, verder niet veel te beleven in de nabije omgeving.
