Really nice hotel, clean, big comfy bed, friendly staff. Bars & places to eat nearby also metro nearby! Inwould definitely stay again if in madrid!

Overall a very nice stay. The hotel is modern and spotless clean. All staff were very nice. The room was spacious and the bed was excellent. Decent breakfast though the quality of the coffee and the eggs could be improved. A bit out of the touristy area but the metro is nearby and the value for money was excellent overall. I would not hesitate to stay there again.

Hotel was clean, in a good part of town and has metro and food options easily walkable distance. The only complaint I have is I asked them to change the reservation taking off a day at the beginning of the trip and adding to the end... so same number of days. It was the day after the cutoff to cancel so they refused.

The room was big and clean, overall a pleasant stay. The only downside was I stayed at ground floor and it was noisy outside, I was able to hear people walk around as well as cars….

Great hotel

Hotel was really good. Very modern , clean and really well designed. Obviously designed buy professional interior designer. Breakfast was a bit of a problem one day as they hot section was empty, a minor issue for us.Would rebook again when in Madrid

We came from BC, Canada for our honeymoon with our plan to stay in Madrid for a few days near the end of August 2024 and we had the best experience we could have asked for at this hotel! They were welcoming right off the bat as we don’t speak the best Spanish and made us feel at home right away. The hotel room we got was stunning with a 4th floor room which had a balcony overlooking the city around us. We were blown away by how comfortable the unit was as it was incredibly hot outside doing our walking tours that it was so nice to come back to a nicely cooled room. The a/c worked so well, the TV was huge and had amazing quality and they had so many little things that made the experience the best we ever had. They even had toothbrushes, toothpaste, combs, disposable shavers, beers, water and so on. It’s all the little touches that made it so worthwhile. Not to mention the complimentary breakfast was delicious with so many options to choose from. I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone travelling to Madrid as it’s close to everything and very new looking on the outside and inside for a great price!

My wife and I stayed here in March 2024 and absolutely loved it! So clean and modern and convenient to shopping and the Metro. The only real complaint is something the hotel can do little about - the back alley is unbelievably noisy between 2-4 AM with trash trucks... next time we will bring ear plugs! Would definitely stay here again!!!

The location wasn’t very central and outside of the main areas in Madrid. Shower pressure was so hot and powerful that it was really difficult to have a shower. Air conditioning was set at 19 and not able to make the room cooler. Key card didn’t work properly on first evening and no water in the room. Would not recommend at all.

Everything was perfect from start to finish. The staff was amazing! They greeted me with a smile and did not hesitate to provide recommendations for dining and commuting in the local area. The room was super comfortable and quiet, and the hotel was conveniently located to public transportation. What more can I ask for? I was a very happy customer. I will definitely use this hotel again, and recommend it to my fellow travelers.

Good hotel at a reasonable price

We were looking for a nice hotel at the lower end of the price range and this fitted the bill perfectly. The hotel was very clean. Our room was spacious with good amenities. Please note that it is not in a tourist district but is close to a metro station

great value for Madrid.

The room for 2 was clean and cosy, recent renovated. Breakfast is worth to buy at 7Eu/day with good buffet selections. The location is very well served by public transportation, 20 minutes to downtown (bus 9, metro 4). Very nice and helpful concierge personnel.

Room was small but completely functional. Nice large balcony. Bathroom was huge. Water pressure was good. Breakfast was great. More options than I thought there would be. My biggest and only complaint was the overwhelming cologne smell in the lobby. It was honestly oppressive and not a great welcome.

Very comfortable sleep, new property.

The hotel is located on a quiet street and the beds are very comfortable - we had great sleep. On the other hand, the room was quite small. Not a problem since we spent most of the time outside, but you better be prepared that there is not much space. Location is good with several bakeries, tapas restaurants, and famous churros in the immediate vicinity. Metro station only 5 mins away. However note that it will take you about 30 minutes to get to the Madrid city center. Also, currently due to some upgrade works on the metro network, Atocha station is not connected by metro so easiest to get there from the hotel is by Uber or taxi, else you need to take a bus. The property is new so everything is well maintained.

Friendly staff .. comfy rooms ..good Breakfast..6-8 mins walk from metro or bus station ...good option if you plan to attend a Real Madrid game (22mins walking) .. restaurants and conv.stores around ... all was good for me!

Good location, next to Prosperidad metro Station ; very clean, modern, comfy bed, huge tv screen, minibar, spaceful closet, bathroom amenities were a nice surprise! The reception and cafeteria staff îs very welcoming, careful and polite. And breakfast îs fresh, spanish and plenty. Highly recommended!

We stayed here on the first leg of our vacation. I went ahead and booked to stay again when we returned from our other destinations in Spain. My thought was that I could cancel if we were unhappy the first stay. No problem! We were happy to return!

In general, we have no complaints and would recommend it.

We really enjoyed our night here! The neighborhood is very quiet but there is a metro stop nearby that goes right to the center!

The hotel is small, beautiful and clean. Staff are courteous too. Breakfast is provided at a fee, but available until 11am. Overall I enjoyed my stay in this hotel

Muy buena experiencia. Hotel muy recomendable. El personal muy amable, las habitaciones pequeñas pero cómodas, silenciosas. El hotel está renovado y nuevo. El desayuno muy bueno (excepto el café). Las únicas pegas son dos: que para ser un tres estrellas el precio es muy elevado, teniendo en cuenta que su ubicación no es céntrica ni está en una zona turistica. Y otro factor a mejorar es el café del desayuno, como sugerencia les recomendamos cambiar de proveedor. Es una solución sencilla y poco costosa que mejoraría ampliamente la experiencia de los clientes en el desayuno.

Great place to stay!

Very good and clean place to stay couple of nights. The staff is always super friendly and helpful. Connections to the center are good. Many Restaurants, food markets and supermarkets within few walking minutes.

Volveremos seguro

Es el único hotel en el que pudimos alojarnos 3 personas en una misma habitación, la habitación muy amplia y todo muy limpio. Se encuentra en el barrio de Chamartín, muy bien comunicado,. Desayuno tipo buffet, lo cogimos a parte y nos coste 7€ por persona.

El hotel dsta nuevo e impecable. Sines cierro que entre las habitaciones se oye. Pero eso es habitual en la.mayoria de hiteles Me sorprendio gratamente la cama amplia y comoda. La tele de 55 pulgadas . La ducha grande y con todo tipo de amenities ( para afeitarse, dientes, gorro, jabones incluso leche corporal). Este hitel deberia tener minimo 3 estrellas aunque muchos de 4 son peores. Tiene garaje a 200 metros por 18euros y un interesante bufet de esayuno por 7,5

Solo puedo decir que el hotel es excelente, el personal que he tenido el placer de encontrar estando solo una noche es excepcional. Me dio la bienvenida en el check in y la despedida en el check out Dayana, la amabilidad hecha recepcionista. Si tengo que volver por la zona, no dudaré en repetir en este hotel.

Habitación triple ,espaciosa ,con camas grandes comodisimas y televisión muy grande ,con opcion a amazon gratuito y Netflix si querias ver slgo(esta pagando),el bsño espacioso y limpio ,el desayuno variado ,caliente (beicon ,tortilla ,judias para estrangeros ,embutidos,tostadas panes variados,zumos ,cereales. Cafe con leche y bollería..muy completo.ivamos para una noche y nos quedamos dos.

Komfortable, saubere und ruhige Unterkunft. Sehr freundliches Personal. Die Betten super bequem. Kurze Wege zur Metro und Bus Richtung Innenstadt. Frühstück war bei uns inkludiert, war okay, extra gebucht hätten wir es nicht, weil wir sonst außerhalb des Hotels frühstücken. Trotzdem ist das Hotel uneingeschränkt empfehlenswert.
