Didn’t like the rooms outdated and creepy vibes

Busy street but its ok

The property is old and the room where we stayed have loose and missing tiles and dirty. The bathroom was not up to our standard and the shower head was rusty.

I booked this for a friend and they liked how homey and laid back this hotel is. The service was also great. Their only comment is the bathroom, there's a foul odor coming from it as soon as they enter the room. Please add exhaust fans. Overall, stay was great 👍

The building itself is not capable of staying comfortable, the room we got is very dark and scary the whole ways are scary. Over all is terrible except one male staff is very kind and helpful.

Don't bother

This place is nothing like the pictures. The food is microwaved, there is no hot water, the shower is tiny. It's a classic case of false advertisement. If you need a palce to stay look elsewhere.

This was a great place to stay if I could change one thing I think that would be the breakfast. I would’ve liked to seen the option to have more food than what they were willing to serve.

Don't Book Urban Traveller Hotel Manila

Upon arrival we were informed by reception the airport transfer we booked via the hotel must be paid in cash. We weren't told this in advance. The room was nothing like the photo, dated and tired. The a/c unit was very noisy and prevented comfortable sleep. The included breakfast was very poor and unappetizing. Upon checking out next day, staff weren't helpful or prepared to assist us with a taxi to the airport, they suggested we walk to the end of the street and hail one. Overall disappointed and cannot recommend this hotel.

The hotel itself is good and clean. The food is great! The pool area is pretty. It is a bonus to have toothbrush, toothpaste and slippers. The staff are excellent. However, the street is very narrow and crowded. Some areas of the street are dirty. Overall we had a good time bonding and we had fun.

Perfect for a few days in Pasay

I love this place, its my go to when I am in Manila! Its a good location, the pool area and bar are great, and I love all the staff! Everyone is soooo friendly! Shout out to my great friends Annie, Luis and Lloyd! MOA is close as well as Manila Bay.

I paid for 4nights but I stayed only one night. When I came in it’s very dirty, plenty of hair on bed and floor. The aircon wasn’t working,can’t sleep, it’s too hot. The kitchen staff is rude.They did not refund my money even it says on Expedia it’s refundable.

Everything is ok except that the wifi wasn't working the whole time. But the host did offer to come and check. That is real service.

Hotel is older but room was ok. Lots of people and tricycles outside door making it hard to walk

Would recommend for the price, Rooms are on the small side, pool is nice and food was good and reasonably priced, Mall in a couple of minutes walking distance, Good street food and a good location, Only thing that is a let down is luggage storage is for the day only of residence, so if you need to store luggage for a number of days while you travel and wish to use as a staging place to stay it’s not for you. 88 court yard hotel is much better bet and worth the extra cost.

Bed is facing bathroom door and inconvenience when going out because you have to leave the key to the frontdesk.

The Center of everything, MRT and LRT, Edsa is right there in the corner, MOA not too far, air port not too far, and swimming pool on the roof. INSANE DEAL

Like - I like hotel staff, they’re friendly, and front desk staff have an elegant uniform. Security guards are considerate too. The room we were in, was a family room, so I gave 4 star on the space and cleanliness. The swimming pool, it looks nice but unfortunately we didn’t use it. The free breakfast - consist of fried rice, 2 longganisa and 1 fried egg, it’s good. But pandemic style, it’s packed and delivered to your room. Dislike- The hotel restaurant. They have menu but it takes an hour and half before your orders arrives, I don’t know if it’s from another floor of hotel? Or came from another building. The food does not taste good, especially the fried rice. I only appreciated the calamares. The hotel restaurant, they don’t inform the diners or guests that they can singalong or karaoke with a fee of 3 songs. It would have been nice to know rather than looking bored until you lost the appetite to eat waiting for your order and feeling you’re being forced to listen to restaurant staff singing. Suggestion - the slippers in the hotel rooms, we didn’t know that it is not complimentary. If you take it home you have to pay them. With the bacteria and viruses going around us, please include the slippers in your hotel rate.

Cleanliness: F-Good-Fair, but oddly numerous roaches. Overbearingly strict on check in/out times; so, plan accordingly. Restaurant: Morning rm svc box breakfast; Dinner menu options comparable.

This HOTEL Surprised me pleasantly Apart from Nice Comfy Rooms Clean bathroom Its LOCATION is Ideal ots Rt Bextvto Robinson MALL ..the Nall has Everything you would need it hass nice restaurants on the orger side of hotel . The HOTEL has Everything... you would need ..to RELAX on a VOCATION. Convenient location to malls and transportation, very professional staff. Although room outdated and dull, requested quiet room. Very quiet indeed.

place has cockroaches, very dirty, also i hate the fact that i have to give up my room key everytime i step out of the building, its very odd specially i have all my belongings in the room, but so far i did not loose any item. this was a last minute booking, i wished i search more about the place, would not recommend to anyone. this place is trash.

We found multiple bugs in each room. The area outside the hotel was terrible.

Room was very comfortable, food was very good. Service was great, they got us transportation to airport. And very good time. All staff was very, very courteous. Enjoyed the stay there. Very good eateries at right across the street. It was very important that I got to the airport on time. And they were able to do so at 4 AM in the morning. Shuttle within 2 minutes. service was ready to.go

Basic but strategically located. Property is rather old but the staff are so friendly and helpful. The front desk is on 24 hours, which is super nice and convenient.

I booked this hotel for my friends to stay and it was a horrible experience for them. My girl friend woke up bitten by something and she told the staff about it but they didn’t believe her and looked at her funny. There were BED BUGS and MOSQUITOES in the room! They told the staff about it and they acted as if my friends brought it there. After seeing videos that they took, the staff finally moved them to a different room which was smaller than what was booked and still had mosquitoes. The area outside the hotel is kind of dangerous so they were careful with their belongings.

If you are thinking of staying here, dont. The room is terrible with inadequate and dirty bed linen and the property is in a very difficult position. We had to drag our luggage hundred meters in and out of another building just to get there

I was only there for one night. I only slept in the bed and utilized the room service. The food was good. I ordered the Kare Kare with white rice and a coke. It did not disappoint for a affordable price. The bed was comfortable enough to sleep and there was very little noise other than the aircondition unit.

Overall a great place to stay for the price. When I arrived the internet wasn’t working near my room, but the hotel staff offered to move me to another room. The following morning the internet was working great. The taxi drivers seem unfamiliar with the hotel name, but Maps will take you right to the place. I would stay at this place again.

Staff are friendly accessible to all transportation and it is located near of the main street restaurant and convenience store i will definitely going back here to stay

The neighbor is scary, the room has no electrical outlet! The narrow and sigsag hallway is smelly. The place is no good! Except the staffs are nice!

As always… quick check in… comfy bed, good AC, nice shower, hot water, very fast room service, polite staff, quiet room even with the very busy outside surroundings… best roof top pool deck and bar with amazing view… so chilled and relaxing considering the location…

Avoid this place

AirCon, Hot water and mattress were not comfortable. Don’t stay here. People were nice but the property is not comfortable.

Pick a different hotel

The amount of roaches in the room was just ridiculous. Daily house cleaning does a good job cleaning, however the roaches are hiding underneath everything. Pest control needs to happen. And the amount of mosquitoes at the rooftop lounge was too much, to the point that sitting in front of their big fan did not help.

affordable but excellent service

The room was alright except for the shower as it had trouble building pressure. The bar wasn’t open and under construction. The massage parlor was closed and only was open from 5 pm to 8 pm about.

The hotel was clean and the staff was polite and helpful. The location outside the hotel was unsafe with young children etc. ready to try and steal or beg from you.

Was not expecting the location to be in such a “struggling” location… however, all the fast food places were within 1 minute walk… McDonald’s, Chowking, Jollibee, Chooks-to-Go as well as Robinsons grocery stores and the LRT. Staff are very friendly and welcoming… rooms are clean, AC works well, bathroom a bit small but fine, fridge works great, view of downtown, bed SUPER comfy (but needed a fitted sheet), 15 channels on the TV… Now the 2 most remarkable surprises were… 1. The pool deck!! OMG! AMAZING!! View! Spaciousness! (But hours were only 8-5 so lost potential there… ) 2. The hotel donated T-Shirts to the local PODA tricycle drivers.. dodder r color for each day of the week… WOW!! My sincere respect and admiration to the owners!!! THAT is going above-and-beyond!!! I will DEFINITELY be back just for those 2 last factors!!!

Front Desk Associate- was terrible, she was annoyed, and irritated to help my family of 13 to checked-in with 3 rooms for a night. She is by far the worst customer service agent I ever get encountered. I tried to understand her rude attitude towards me and my family because she is pregnant, but the third and last day her demeanor while assisting us was horrible, lack of attention to details while and during checking-in and checking-out. And she lied about the hotel transportation situation. Bad experience.

Food was cold at breakfast. Air conditioners were noisy. Place is a bit old. It was a basic place to stay. Pool was ok and had a good view of the city. There was a supermarket close by and food places to eat . The hotel had a car to hire which was better than using taxis grabs or jeepneys. Also it was only about 20 mins from airport.the service at the hotel was reasonable . But i had to ask for hot water to make a coffee as there were no electric jug to do so. All in all its a good place to stay for a couple of days .

STAY AWAY!!!

absolutely the worst 3 star hotel In have stayed in during 6 months of travel. Upon arrival, you are in the dirtiest, noisiest, smelly section of Pasay. Reception had no idea that I had a room booked online. The room was not real bad but a window and some fresh air would help a lot. Reception said restaurant on 2nd floor but it was closed permanently. When asked again security guard said 8th floor. Yes they had restaurant on 8th floor but it was closed also. Only open for breakfast. Next morning the music from restaurant (2 floors above) woke me at 5:30 AM. The breakfast was absolutely terrible!!! Also the music was 1 song playing over and over continuously. I forfeited 1 night payment to get out of there.

Close to everything and this is a decent hotel with helpful staffs, decent food and a nice pool with a view.

We stay here just because it is near to airport but it was ok. the wrost thing is ladies in front desk.. they are the rudest staff i have ever meet.. seem like they don.t wanna help. Seem like new in f & b industry.. they need to learn some manner and how to deal with guest. The way they talk and response our complaints everything looks so unprofessional..i am so much disappointed with front desk ladies especially 2 ladies who were there while we check in.. on the date of 13 nov. Around 3:30 pm.. hope they will get some training.. but for me i will never recommend anyone of my friend this hotel... although other staff are really nice especially staff from rooftop resturant. They are really really nice guys..

Housekeeping needs better training and breakfast needs improvement (WITHOUT INCREASING COSTS TO THE HOTEL; THAT'S DEFINITELY POSSIBLE). The housekeeping lady (with 4 years experience) was eager to change 4 pillow covers (over my insistence that it is definitely NOT needed BUT definitely refused to clean up the floor of my little room even I stayed there for 4 nights! What a waste! Breakfast is frankly DREADFUL even though ingredients are there for a very decent brekfast.
