Apartment is as pictured. Good stay, the spacious 3 bedrooms were comfortable for 6. Concierge was friendly, and apartment was easy to grab food. security guard was stationed at lobby throughout the night

Staff are very helpful, room at clean and tidy, but no slippers to walk around and water at shower areas get flooded coz no divider to prevent water getting into toilet sink area and toilet bowl. Escalators doesn’t work, should revamp and take away

We enjoyed the stay over the weekend, despite school holidays the hotel wasnt over occupied which was to our relief. Friendly and helpfull staffs and convenient free parking. Would recommend to our friends. Just that I find the sound proofing between neighbouring rooms was quite bad. Could hear bathroom door squeeks and doors slamming loud in the middle of night like it came from our room.

Location is great - very close to roti canai transfer road (5 mins walk) & Teo chew cendol (10 mins walk). We had the 2 bedroom suite that fits for 5 ppl. Spacious - 1 bedroom has 1 queen and single bed. Another bedroom has 1 double bed. Each room comes with wall mounted tv. Living room has a sofa for 3 ppl, dining table and a mini kitchen (mini fridge, cabinet, kettle & sink). Free parking is available inside the Livingston tower (this hotel is inside the tower). Staff are helpful and friendly. I would definitely stay here again if I visit Penang the next time.

The multi storey carpark is convenient with ample parking spaces. The hotel is clean, staffs are friendly. Checkout time is also flexible. The only unpleasant thing is that I have to wait for quite sometime before my room is ready.

The property is new. Overall it is clean and we'll maintained. Staff are friendly and helpful. Restaurant at the ground level. Free parking. Plenty of eateries nearby. Room is clean. Bed is comfortable. Beddings are new. Good value. I would come back. Recommend.

We booked 2 rooms. Happy with overall cleanliness & comfort level. Only concern is the shower is not hot. After maintenance looked into it., the maximum was only slightly warmer than room temperature. Hope to see improvement because we will be back. Thanks in advance to the hotel management for your effort in doing your best.

Great location, very convenient to travel ard. We were given level 1 I thought it will be noisy but luckily is not. Only thing is The lift is very slow n escalator is not wking.

Modern, good price

Modern hotel close to Chiula street. We opted for the superior room (cheapest) but these rooms face lifts/escalators so was a little noisy. Bathroom had a funny smell from drains, enquired if reception would chance room but as we’d booked superior room he couldn’t change us. Over good stay for price.

Rooms very quite pleasant and the staff were very friendly

We stayed for two nights and it was a memorable stay because many issues happened together in the first night. Started with a washing basin that could not drain out water, air condition that couldn’t cool down the room even after one hour. These get sorted out by maintenance person. According to him, the wash basin was stuck by long hairs and plastic article. The aircond filter was long due for cleaning. After settling all these problems we thought we finally can rest and call it a day.... but loud sound came in through our window at 11.30pm, right in front of our window, some workers were drilling the road, cutting metals, mixing tar and sand stone... loud lorry engine sound all night long until 7am the next morning. For all these, the cool receptionist said it’s beyond their control. No apology for the maintenance issue and the road work. Couldn’t change room too because the hotel was fully booked, a very standard answer i assume. Apart from that, it’s a decent clean place with parking. I hope the management will attend to the issue that I mentioned above to have the comfort of your guests as main priority. Thank you

The shower leaked badly needing towels to mop up excess water. Hoped a bar would be available.

Hotel is very new, so there is no obvious signs of wear and tear. Location is superb. Walking distance to a whole lot of eating places and massage shops. Beds are firm and comfy. Water pressure in shower is solid and was wonderful to have a warm one after a long day of walking around. All the staffs are friendly and more than willing to help when asked. Hotel shares building with offices, not a big deal. Cafe downstairs for a quick fix and a makan place just across the street that opens from 6pm to 2am everyday, you will never go hungry!

Not Impressed

Fair place to stay but not impressed. Clean but many things missing and need to ask service desk. eg towels, no hot water, poor wifi. Service desk not helpful nor polite. Need to walk about 15 min to main attractions but there are nearby food areas. A bit noisy in the night.

Good location with clean and comfortable room. Downside is that the Front Desk does not operate 24/7.

It's a clean and modern hotel in the middle of Penang. Everything was just s stones throw away. The room itself was clean and comfortable, they had a gym and a restaurant downstair. All in all made for a good and relaxing stay.

Disgusting as room is not clean. Bed sheet smelly coz never change in ages. Cleaner just use spray to spray bathroom and toilet bowl got stain. Aircond not stable. Hot air coming out middle of nite. Poor stay

Incredibly clean hotel

I really love the environment, the room, the staff and the facilities that been provided to us. Really recommended to traveller because we can just walk to go to attractions places and there were many restaurant nearby. Thank you so much!

Cleanliness and good location. However, the air conditioning in the room is noisy especially in the midnight. Complained to the reception and technician came for checking but still the same. Hope this can be improved for next guests.

We took the 3-bedroom suite and it was super comfortable for 6 of us. The place was clean and the hotel is strategically located to all the highlights in Georgetown. The foods in the cafe downstairs were scrumptious. However our room was not ready for almost an hour from the check-in time. Nevertheless it was a pleasant stay! :)

Everything is very good. Especially the room furnishings are very new, good looking and cozy, I love it.

Overall is good, but the bad things is the water heater is no hot water.

Room is clean and spacious. Bed and pillow are very comfortable too ! Don't miss out the cafe beside Hotel lobby, they serve great food and coffee. Definitely will revisit if I am back in Penang again.
