The pictures for the place r not what the place is at all was not happy at all we didn’t feel comfortable at all at this place so we did stay the night after all

Close to the park. Not enough parking space, cable was out.

We love Kelly- at the front desk and our rooms are always comfy.

My 3rd time staying

Room sofa is too old and was torn. I was need to iron on my dress but iron was Broked. Room door was jam

The cost is effective

I arrived early on Friday afternoon, about 1pm! I asked if I could get an early check in and the lady at reception said "NO, BECAUSE YOU BOOKED THROUGH EXPEDIA!"

A budget hotel for sure, but the staff is amazing and I never feel anything but welcome.

The hotel staff were very friendly. It was 10 minutes away from friends and family so that was a definite plus. The girl at the front desk was helpful with locating a few good taquerias. I now know where to stay when I come to San Antonio! Will be back, guys!

Was nice n quiet.

The university end was a great state. Very nice management and a very easy access to restaurants and the expressway. Very safe Management was very polite at all times

The room sucked. Toilet did not work. Was running water like crazy. Water covering the toilet seat. Had to do our own toilet maintenance to make it flush. A nasty outdated stained place. Don’t stay here for more than $20 a night. It’s awful

Wow !!

Small cockroach behind the mirror , The coffee machine had like built up calcium from the hard water . Toilet flusher was very loose . The truck next to my vehicle got broken into glass all over the pavement. The window driver side was busted out. No one heard a thing . Shady sketchy area.

Hotel overall very good, had to tighten bathroom door so it would close and had to prop the mini fridge with a makeshift leg so it would open better. Had to go to main lobby for ice since ice machine on side of building was not working. The hotel room overall was very good enjoyed having two rooms and privacy.

The door was either too small for the door jamb or it just didnt close right. About a quarter of an inch brtween the bottom of the door and the floor. Iron, but no ironing board. Beds are really firm. Shower water pressure was great. Room was dim. Air conditioning worked like a champ. Front desk person was great. Location was good.

There were a few stains on the couch and floor, but they were cleaned, I mean what are you gonna do yk? The bathroom shower had a few chips but nothing unsanitary or too big. We enjoyed it and it was a good place to just come to sleep. Also pool is very enjoyable :)

Don’t let the bad review reviews for you. This place is a very underrated place to stay at staff is super friendly and helpful rooms were nice and clean with smart TVs.

My family and i just needed a place to stay for the nigh we found this place for a cheap price and it let us check in late (2:30 am)when we arrived the staff was nice our room was clean the beds where comfortable but it only as two thin pillows 😒other than that it was good not to much noise.

Not a bad place to stop for the night, close to most things in SA.

I understood when I made this reservation that I was not going to be getting an ultra modern hotel experience. This is a repurposed and that has been around for a while. It made me think of traveling as a kid and some of the popular motor lodges of the day. Yes, the decor is older, but I did not come here to look at paintings. The room was clean. My microwave did not work, but when I went to the front desk they replaced it within a few minutes. The room phone did not work, but I did not need it to. I have a phone. The parking lot was well lit, and there was not a lot of activity. It was near several restaurants and grocery stores, so it was pretty easy to eat and see to my needs. I had no real trouble, and anything that I needed was easily taken care of. For the price, I am extremely satisfied.

Bugs were found, stains, holes in blankets, and night associate was rude. Should’ve demanded a refund.

Property was not clean but the people were very kind! poop on wall above toilet paper rooms could be better cleaned everything old out dated room just could be better overall but I did get great customer service however I would not stay here again

Very loud, water ain't get hot ,smelled bad ... I want a refund I couldn't sleep cause all the noise with people outside,room phone ain't work had call office from my cell phone to tell about the noise and nuthing was dune about it

Found our go-to hotel for San Antonio

This was the best reasonably priced hotel that I’ve stayed at in San Antonio. Room was clean, no bugs, no homeless people in the area, no one hanging around outside, plenty of available parking, hot water, and strong water pressure in the shower. This will be our go-to hotel every time we come to San Antonio going forward.

I had in total three interactions with the night manager while booking, confirming the booking some months later and on-site during my stay. He was slow/reluctant to answer questions or commit himself on any subject. This individual needs to learn how to deal with the public given the job he's in. The balance of the staff were very good.

Look, obviously you aren't staying at the Hilton if you are considering this place. If you want modern amenities and matching appliances pony up the extra 50 bucks and go elsewhere. But if you want somewhere safe, mostly clean and affordable this isn't a bad choice.

Good for a quick stay

The motel was older, the bed very firm if you like that. The water had good pressure and hot. The pool small. No breakfast but the price was cheap so didn’t really expect it. All in all it wasn’t a bad experience at all. Room cleaned nicely every day.

Not recommended! Don't use the pull out couch!

The pull out bed from couch was in horrific condition should not be mentioned on ad. Not even using our own blankets could we sleep on it. There was burned cigarette buds on top of the mattress that was already extremely dirty and stained. Wish I would've taken a picture because it was truly unbelievable. We don't usually stay at this type of location but during spring break we didn't have much choices. The pool was really dirty as well as the play house next to it. Not staying here again EVER!

The hotel room is good for a night stay, definitely not a 5 star hotel but it’s not awful. It’s definitely outdated and a little dingy, HOWEVER the water pressure was amazing and the water got super hot. It was quiet and like most hotels they have a refundable deposit fee. If I was just driving through and needed a place to stay at a good price and is safe I’d stay here again

The staff didn't really conversate with us and he was just slow and very quiet. Granted we checked in late at night! The room is decent and clean sheets but the bathroom wasnt as clean. Or just the broken lid to the toliet tank seemed kinda like maybe they just need renovations. Though there were several mysterious stains and the bathroom door looked like some one had tried to break in and it was broken to the point where i was scared to close it for fear of getting stuck in the bathroom. But overall was okay for what it is!

I really enjoyed how comfortable the room was. I booked the family suite and my friends and I were able to sleep comfortably on our own beds. I am definitely going to book here again on my next trip.

Very disappointing service was bad they was nasty with roaches they was very mean and grouchy towards us they was rude i hate my family experienced staying there i wish i could have gotten a refund we couldnt fer extra towels or get in the pool

The room we got (double bed room) was clean and had great ammenities. There was your typical coffee machine, a microwave, freezer/fridge and tv. The beds were comfortable and sheets were clean. Great location about 10 minutes from six flags and little to no outside noise. Very happy with my stay and management is nice.

It was a clean place, rooms are comfortable and spacious.. the only thing was that when it was chevkout at 11am you have the housekeeping knocking on your door hurrying you up.... which we didnt like.... but overall it was good... everywhere we wanted to go was close by...

Staff was friendly property was quite and we had everything we needed. Hotel needs some upgrades but it was great night sleep

This property is located in an area close to the UTSA, easy access and very quiet. Facilities are very old, need to be renovated, but is clean. Good for what I paid.

The room had a weird smell to it. The couch in the room had a big rip in it. The door going into the room you had to put your shoulder into it to get it open and to get it to close all the way.

You get what you pay for, the location is located around shopping center (HEB, Walmart, etc.), but the actual room is severely outdated, and trashy. The bed linen you can tell verily gets switched out, their were 3 layers of stains on them, the carpets are old and dingy, furniture was all ripped, looked like it was from a thrift store because none of them matched. bathroom toilet handle was broken and shower head had some trashbag wrapped around the seal.

Got stuck with smoking room woke up feeling sick bad water pressure Lady at front desk was super nice and friendly. Let me check in early but guy in the morning was rude
