Very convenient location and well run and very nice hotel. Only drawback was 30 Euro breakfast as only option!
lovely hotel
We really enjoyed our stay here the room was very cute, the staff was very friendly and easy going, and its a great location to walk to amazing food.
Great location, great service.
The hotel was clean and in good condition, in a fabulous location in Trastavere. As a new hotel, it didn’t have the charm or friendly service of our stays in Monti and Florence, and cost considerably more. For a short stay, the location made up for it.
Coolest neighborhood.
Great location. Clean hotel. Rooms were a little small but that’s for all of Europe hotels. They did a great job maximizing space
Staff was excellent. The roof top restaurant was one of the best things about this hotel. We made it a point to dine and drink up there everyday of our stay and enjoy the great views.
Great location with easy transport to key sight seeing areas. Only downside is that the shower is small.
Nice place. Great itialian resturant down the street
Great hotel. Great location. Reasonable price
Really lovely hotel. Very comfortable and spacious room. Great neighborhood with lots of food options. Close to everything.
It is a beautiful hotel with wonderful service and food. Will stay again.
Great hotel. Close to many restaurants. We had a family suite that was much more spacious for our family of 5 than I expected- basically 2 hotel rooms that were connected. Front desk staff very helpful, spoke English fluently, and gave great restaurant referral -albeit a bit of a drive- authentic italian unlike much offered in travestere.
Beautiful hotel in a great location for dining away from tourist traps and great gelato steps away from the front door. Friendly and helpful 24x7 front desk was great for our first stay in Rome as we didn’t have to worry with flight delays.
The staff was very knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. Room was very clean. Rooftop dining and bar was fabulous. The staff up there was excellent.
Great hotel, but with it being in a major city you get the downsides that come along with that, mainly high price and small rooms. If you’ve stayed at a hotel in Manhattan you will understand exactly what to expect here. The hotel is very clean, modern and well kept. The staff are great and both the breakfast restaurant along with the rooftop bar are great spots. The neighbourhood with all it has to offer in its walkable charm is when this location really has to offer most. Cobblestone streets lined with restaurants, bars and shops can keep you endlessly occupied and happy. Very walkable and very safe.
Nice hotel
Would I stay here again? Yes, comfortable bed and quiet rooms that are clean in a very good location. A couple of hiccups along the way stop this from being a 5 star review (rooms not being ready, issues with staff ignoring do not disturb) but I wouldn’t let that put you off
good
The hotel was reslly nice, clean, friendly staff.perfect location next to bus stops and tram. Staff were fantastic. Rooms where beautiful and clean. All the handy extras in the room. Hairdryer, shampoo etc.
Very good property in a great location
.
Friendly staff, good service, great room. It made for a perfect one-night stay in Trastevere. A heads-up, though, that the breakfast isn't free.
Great location, attentive front desk, clean and modern rooms. Located next to great restaurants in the Trastevere neighbourhood. Would highly recommend for a trip to Rome.
Wonderful hotel and staff in a super trendy area. Would stay again.
Great Stay in Rome
This was a great hotel with a central location that afforded us the opportunity to walk to famous sites or catch a quick uber. It was safe, clean, and accommodating. There weee plenty of restaurants, minimarts, and shopping opportunities around as well. If interested, it is also near public transit. The roof top restaurant is a great place to grab a nice dinner on your first night after a long day of travel. The in room mini bar is always restocked and the staff holds bags before and after checkout to accommodate guests.
Great facility’s, staff very helpful. Would definitely recommend to people visiting to Rome !!
Lovely clean hotel, staff was nice, convenient area for walking.
The place is very clean. My only issue was the heating system because the room was cold they tried to fix it and two days later same issue and I just decided to let it be.
Loved the bed, the people at the front desk and the restaurant where very nice and helpfull. It would be my first choice of hotel if i went back.
Beautiful hotel! A gorgeous bedroom, the staff were so lovely. We ate an evenings meal in the restaurant, which I wouldn’t recommend, but the hotel was wonderful, all sights walkable.
Great hotel
Great location- modern decor- great service
Lovely hotel in a very good location, close to all the bars and restaurants in Trastevere. Staff were very friendly and hotel room was very spacious and clean.
Great place. Great breakfast and lovely rooftop bar. Friendly, clean, well located.
Rooftop dining had pretty views and good food!
Great hotel in Trasverste
Beautiful property and apartment, would recommend to anyone staying in Rome! Will definitely be back again!
11/10 after long days of walking around the hotel and staff were perfect. I couldn’t have imagined the hotel being as nice as it was.
Excellent location - modern and comfortable room
Really nice property, easy check-in and very nice staff. We will be back
Beautiful hotel, and I highly recommend it.
Great hotel however did not like the location. Too far from the center with all the main attractions. Otherwise, hotel itself is good. Breakfast is very good for a hotel in a main European touristic city. If you’re ok with the distant location, it’s a great value.
Great hotel, perfectly situated
We were looking for a place in the Trastevere area of Rome but weren't sure exactly where. We had great luck in choosing UNAHOTELS. The staff at the front desk were professional and friendly (special thanks to Melania, who was very patient with us!). They were very helpful in providing advice on the area, how to get around, etc. The accommodations were very comfortable, including a large bathroom with two sinks, and a great shower. The beds were comfortable and the area was quiet. I would recommend that patrons elect breakfast, as the buffet was bountiful and fresh, and the service exceptional. A special thanks to Bea, one of the wonderful breakfast staff who was friendly and helpful.
Great location
Great location , good size bedrooms and bathroom .
Clean professional great location helpful staff, nice rooftop bar
My room was very clean. Heater and hot water worked great especially during winter. Customer service was good. Went there for NYE party and they made my 230 Euros worth every penny with the live music, live DJ, good view of the fireworks and good food and drinks.
Well presented property, with friendly & professional staff. Great location.
Very clean, convenient location, and very friendly staff.
Lovely hotel very comfortable 😊
Clean, excellent staff. Excellent location too. The room was clean and tidy but it was supposed to be ‘superior double room’ but the walls had many marks… only remark.
This hotel made my two week stay amazing. The hotel is nice not too modern not too strange for a foreigner it’s the perfect blend to experience like a local. It’s quiet and the location is prime it’s surrounded by many authentic restaurants and some of the best rated places to eat see and get real gelato. All within walking distance very comfortable and accommodating. The staff are there every step of the way from recommendations arranging tickets for sights and transportation. They are very friendly and the hotel is nice. We had a friend stay with us a few nights into our own stay as he came to visits from another city and his room was a bit different than ours so I think it also depends on the room you get. Ours was fantastic spacious nice bed and good design as far as the details. The windows that are designed as balconies are so cute. The upstairs rooftop amazing and the smoking area is very nice as well. You will not be disappointed staying here the location really made the trip. Very close to all major and smaller sights you may want to see.
Staff very friendly and helpful. The hotel is updated and very comfortable and quiet. The restaurant on the top floor is worth a visit as well. Good stay all the way around.
Last night stay in Rome, Italy. The Hotel staff could not have been more helpful and friendly. I would highly recommend this hotel to family and friends. It was clean, neat, and quiet. Rooftop restaurant was excellent. Wonderful way to end a fabulous trip.
Not happy that I booked with the hotel for transport and it was not. confirmed I called and rang 3 times about this before landing and I had to wait at airport. The hotel has a deal for 85€ both ways. With out that 55€ each way from the airport, it cost me 110€ taxi fare for the hotels mistake. It is very annoying, and no one has taken responsibility for the error.
It was nice
Beds were very comfortable and the staff were very helpful and kind.
Excellent area!
It was a great stay. Check in was easy and it was clean.
Nice hotel with friendly staff
Only stayed one night for business but enjoyed the hotel. Staff were very friendly, food in the rooftop restaurant was excellent.
Great location with lots of restaurant options.
A lovely hotel in a beautiful and accessible location to get around the city easily. We enjoyed our stay, and it was very quiet and had a great breakfast daily. Short walk to many sites and restaurants, staff was very kind and helpful. I’d recommend Una Hotel. We look forward to our next visit.
excellent area for bars, clubs, food options. Really easy to get around by foot, uber, or cab.
Loved the terrace bar. Rooms were spacious but look heavily worn considering the hotel not being too old.
Great hotel in the Trastevere Area. Staff was very helpful, room was very clean and nice. The hotel is in great condition and provides excellent service.
Great stay. The staff is excellent, so friendly and helpful.
The staff was very helpful, great location, lots of restaurants nearby. Easy to walk to places.
Pillows smelled like other guests
Multiple things went off the rails at this hotel, a collection of moments that alone might make you shrug and tolerate it for the night. But along comes a dealbreaker with a bed that’s so uneven you lie on a hard seam in the middle and roll to either side. I propped myself up with pillows but the stench of other guests was overwhelming. I felt like I was laying in bed with a stranger. It was stomach turning. When I complained I was more or less gaslit, with reception claiming no one before had complained—as if that invalidates my experience. I didn’t sleep at all. Not even the linens were as listed on the hotels.com site, which said there were down comforters; they were thin polyester fill. The room cost $700 for two nights, a tremendous cost for a space that was scuffed and tattered. The robes were thin, worn and scratchy. There weren’t even toiletries as the listing showed. Instead, one tiny packet of lotion was left on the counter. You expect much more for that price. It was outrageous. The staff was defensive about the complaint and seemed to not understand the basics of hospitality. Basically if you stay at this hotel understand that it’s a glorified dorm room, a crash pad with a facade of elegance that crumbles as soon as you come through the room’s door. P.S. The design is so roughshod that when you put a towel on the rack under the sink it renders the space too narrow for the door to open. Nothing really works.
Very clean. Great staff!
Lack Wow factor
This hotel is situated in the right place to walk to most attractions, Breakfast was chaotic.it is in a small room. When full one has to wait for a table. The waiters are nice but when busy has no time to attend to the guests. The roof top restaurant is very nice & warm enough with gas flame heating. The waiters offer good customer care. The menu is a welcome change from Pasta & Pizza. The only place to sit for drinks in the evening is in the seating area of the roof top .The bar downstairs where breakfast is available would make a good alternative to relax as one does not always want to go to the roof top.
I had a wonderful time during my short stay. The food in the restaurant was delicious!
Great staff
Very friendly and helpful staff. I love the roof top bar and restaurant the the first floor caffe has eggs.
Great Hotel in a Great part of town
Great location, clean & comfortable rooms.
G
Staff at registration desck was very friendly and helpful. The room was oustanding...we were completely delighted!!!!
In the bidet?
Everything was good except when the housekeeping staff left the fresh towels in the bidet.
Great location, clean , wonderful staff
Wonderful property. Great bed and pillows, super hot water and air conditioning worked wonderful large room great staff.
Amazing hotel . Great area !
Fabulous breakfast room, great roof bar, very friendly, helpful staff. The room was large, recently decorated and to a high specification. Will use again if we visit in the future.
Lovely hotel in a great area.
The area of Trastevere is a great place to stay--lots of great recommendations and felt much less touristy than other areas of Rome. UNAHotels was great for us as two mid 30 year olds. Excellent breakfast, fun rooftop bar for dinner and/or drinks (but you need reservations!). As some others have commented, the walls in the rooms do show some signs of aging with scuffs, but otherwise our room was clean and super comfy.
Great location in Trastevere
Location is great. About a 20 minute walk to the center. Amenities are great as well. They have a rooftop bar and restaurant. I was disappointed with front desk staff, when we asked for taxi for airport she told us it would be 10€ more because of location. I told her that’s not correct but she insisted. That was not true it’s a flat fee of 55€ for rome airport. Saying that our hotel stay was great. Would highly recommend
Loved this property. Rooftop deck was a perfect way to finish our vacation.
Rooms, reception staff and restaurant very good. The bar service was poor.
Such a lovely hotel, impeccably clean, gorgeous design and excellent, friendly service. We loved the breakfasts and enjoyed the rooftop bar. Would certainly stay here again.
Lovely clean rooms and feel like they have been recently renovated. Staff are helpful and friendly. Buffet breakfast is excellent with plenty of options. Excellent area for food and evening night life. Only thing I would say is to be careful in the shower as it is very shallow, it floods very easily 😬 took about 30mins to walk to main areas such as Roman Forum, Colosseum, Trevi etc.. Lots of bus routes near by and can easily get to Trastavere station for a direct train to airport for €8.
Great place to stay
Great
Great hotel, Excellent Service
Very friendly staff, very helpful in recommendations for around town and car service arrangements. Room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent and rooftop restaurant was nice. Great service, good food. Lovely decor. Highly recommend…we would definitely stay here again.
Love the hotel - best in Trastevere
Staff was fantastic and restaurant excellent. Loved the roof top bar!
This was our second visit to this hotel very pleased with location and hospitality, wouldn’t hesitate to return.
The location of this hotel semi makes up for the copious amount of marks on the wall and someone else’s hair in my bathroom when I checked in. Additionally, if you book the “pay at check in” option, expect an email 5 days before where you’re asked to pay for your stay through a link. In the email, it threatened to cancel my reservation if I did not pay. It was an extremely strange and uncomfortable email to receive, especially in the age of various internet scams. For these reasons I would never stay here again. The experience does not match the premium price you’re charged. Hotel staff upon check in were also very rude.
Very nice property, we enjoyed our stay!
The staff at this hotel are so helpful and really go out of their way to provide you with whatever assistance you require. So friendly. Their breakfast was awesome too. Love the area. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again!
Loved the location and vibe!
Modern and friendly.
Very nice modern hotel. Good location, courteous staff
Great clean hotel in a great trendy location. Minutes away from great restaurants and cool atmosphere!
Rome Roaming
Great hotel in a great location - we were able to walk pretty much everywhere we wanted to go. Also found out that Trastavere is definitely the place to be on the weekends, massive crowds of people just having a good time within a few blocks, but far enough away that the hotel was quiet.
Convenient to restaurants and walking to sites. Staff were very friendly. Breakfast had lots of choices. Rooftop restaurant had great food.

Wonderful stay. Room was large and comfortable. Will stay here again on our next visit.
