Restaurant and pool was clean and relaxing tasty food and happy staff great access to the beach

I cannot rate the staff highly enough. They were so beautiful to chat to and went above and beyond to make our stay amazing. We were actually sad to leave such amazing people! The location is great and right on the beach. It was super easy to organise any transport through the front desk. We cannot fault our stay here at all.

Microwave did not work, washing machine has rust, toilets stinks. No one around when needed. Sink flooding all the time.

What a GEM and underrated place. This is definitely a beautiful beachfront apartment style property. Rooms are updated and are clean. A great place for family to stay. The amenities were great. Some disclosures would be nice during booking about housekeeping, bath and toilet supplies but nothing that broke the bank but nice to know. The pool and hot tubs were clean and kept up. Michael and his team are doing a great job. They have great food and bar on site.

The staff were fantastic, particularly with kids. They went out of their way to make everyone there part of a community. Will be back for sure.

Gardens were so colourful and well maintained. Kudos to the Gardener.

Excellent staff and properly

Pool was great so clean and safe. Easy to relax and enjoy the sunshine. Went snorkeling on morning trip out of pacific palms and day tour snorkeling both were excellent and arranged by the friendly staff. Meals, drinks and spa very affordable. Was good as a family to have own washing machine, dryer, dish washer, cooking facilities, 2 bedrooms and separate lounge and dinning. Felt relaxed after our stay and would defintly stay again.

Beautiful Property by the Ocean. The problem was we didn't get the instructions for this resort in advance. We didn't know that cleaning was done only once biweekly otherwise there is a charge of $80 FJD. We also didn't know that things like toilet paper, coffee and tea was only offered once complimentary and then for other requests it would charged. This was listed as 4 star resort so we though a lot of these should eb offered by default. Other than these inconveniences the resort was beautiful and nice place to stay

Lovely unit with everything yoy need

Beautiful, tranquil resort on the water. We stayed in a large condo. Very clean. Good food and drinks. Beautiful flower gardens. Clear blue pool with plenty of clean pool chairs and umbrellas. On the ocean. Next door to another resort, a conviene store, and a restaurant. Friendliest staff- Alvin and cece helped us at the restaurant/bar and Kim in the front desk helped us arrange spa/tours/taxis. 10/10 recommend

This is a complex of apartments (partly time-shares) with common maintenance/facilities. Apartments are spacious and basic. The bar is fine, food average. Nice atmosphere in common areas. Beach was only passable in Fiji terms, it's a short stretch and, at least when we were there, it was quite windy and unhospitable. We spent most of the time at the pool, which was nice. The landscaping/gardening is one of the highlights, there are so many beautiful flowers and other plants to admire. We did not use transport services, as we had our own car. The staff was friendly and we particularly appreciated the Lovo night (fun tasty food). The plus of the location is the proximity to some excellent shark diving locations. There are several reliable operators in the immediate vicinity.

Timeshare setting with little to no service

Very slow to respond to e-mails. No lunch options on property during weekdays. Not very understanding of airline cancelling my flight resulting in me having to arrive one day later. Got charged for transportation 2x although I e-mailed them with plenty of time to rebook it for next day. Typical culture there of milking you for every nickel and dime. Lots of ants in my bathroom. The staff at the bar were very helpful and kind though.

The grounds were beautiful they're eggs benedict sucked no hollandaise sauce I wasn't willing to try any other food after the horrible eggs benedict I had they don't pour a damn drink very well you get a very measured jigger. You're kind of stuck there the beach is no prettier than our beaches here in Texas there's really no shopping nothing within walking distance really I felt trapped there was no refund on the 7 days I forfeited I left. I would never return. You could have opened the back door with a butter knife or a credit card so it wasn't real secure either. All in all it was a big mistake.

Nice quiet place to stay, self contained appartments with AC in each room. Pool wasn’t huge, but everything clean tidy and useable, sandy beach for a swim right at the front,

Ultiqa Fiji Palms was fantastic, the staff were so friendly and helpful. The accommodation was very clean and the surrounding garden areas were beautifully maintained. The beach just a short walk away and they’re shops across the road where you can get everyday essentials. Loved it, will definitely be back.

Beautiful beach,friendly staff and a great place to relax

Overall stay was great but I would like to make a suggestion. All units should have a phone available for their guest and rooms should have a full length mirror available for their guest as well. If you’re looking for a quiet and peaceful place to relax then Ultiqa is the place.

Ultiqa is well located in Pacific Harbour with access to a variety of local shops. We would enjoy staying there again. Unfortunately Unit 13 was affected by noise from the main bar and restaurant on a few nights, so is better for more social couples. The swimming pool was lovely and refreshing, especially around dawn and dusk, even for lap swimming despite the irregular pool geometry. The beach was pretty and peaceful and clean. The bar and reception staff were friendly and welcoming. Remember to check out prior to 5pm the day prior if leaving early the next day.

Property grounds are well maintained and taken care of ,the beach is beautiful ,amenities around the beach is nice! Cockroaches needs to be taken care of inside. The property and bathroom and bed needs to be updated.

Great friendly staff and excellent value. 2 bedrooms/bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer in the unit, comfy beds, A/C and fans in every room (2 fans and A/C in the living room) balcony off the living room as well as the queen bedroom, great ocean view, awesome pool with hot tubs and beach Perfect vacation!

Excellent for family accommodation

Rooms was in brilliant condition and had many amenities. Very clean and tidy. Enjoyed my stay here. Shops and restaurants are nearby. Bus and taxi serices are avaliable as well. Good overall.

The room we booked was very dirty hair, dust, AC did not work, stove hood in a pretty bad condition, fridge not balanced, bathrooms were dirty and bathtub/shower glass not washed. The exterior was lovely,pool, beach,garden.

Major issue with check in time on Expedia and the property. No apologies made but just blamed that Expedia has it WRONG.

There was no selection

This ‘resort’ is more like unserviced apartments. No new towels, sheets, no cleaning and no toilet paper. The ‘premium’ room is run down and ventilation is poor so there is mould. Air con was working in all rooms. The washing machine was leaking and not usable. Staff are friendly and there is a small convenience store across the road also independent eatery which is nice alternative. Restaurant is closed Mon-Thur lunches. It’s 2:45 mins drive from Nadi airport. Highly recommend river tubing & beach bum burgers if staying in Pacific Harbour.

I found Ultiqa a nice peaceful place to stay. The restaurant staff were extremely good, very friendly and welcoming.

Beautiful well maintained property and experience. Recommend that free wifi to be included in each apartment too. Looking forward to booking again

It's a beautiful and quiet location on the beach.

We loved our one week stay at Fiji Palms. We came to Pacific Harbour for shark diving, so the convenience of a fully self contained, 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment with its own laundry was perfect. It’s right next door to the marina, so we could walk to the dive shop with no problems. All the staff were wonderful - from reception to restaurant to housekeeping to their amazing gardeners. Nothing was a problem - they helped us with transfers and tours and were very friendly and knowledgable. Checking in and out was very easy. The pool was lovely, and there was a massage hut right next to it. We requested a ground floor room but if you like a view and don’t mind stairs you would easily have a sea view. Very close to Navua River tubing too. Beautiful place and we would definitely stay again.

I had requested a upper floor apartment by stopping at the office about a month before but I didn't get one

We had the very best time. In particular the staff were so friendly and really made us feel welcome. Our apartment was a great size and had everything you needed to swlf cater if you chose to. The beach was stunning and we had it to ourselves at times. Lots to do nearby. We would go back in a heartbeat!

Immaculate property

We were thoroughly impressed with this property! The apartment was so spacious and clean and well stocked with everything we needed to cook in the kitchen. The view from the balcony was perfect for watching the sunrise. The bathrooms were spacious and had hot water for showering comfortably. The pool was clean and the grounds were immaculate. Access to the beach was easy and the beach was beautiful! I have stayed many places and will be back here. The staff was beyond friendly and helpful. I have no complaints. Our stay was perfect and we only wish we had more time there. Bula!!

An absolutely amazing place! Firstly, Pacific Harbour is a good 2.5 hour drive from Nadi however once you've arrived, you quickly forget about the long drive as you embrace the amazing views, friendly smiles, and that "welcome home" feeling that Fiji Palms offers. The units are large and comfortable, and perfectly accommodate families of 4 with ease. The pool area is terrific, the bar & restaurant is a great place to enjoy any meal of the day (especially Tonga's cocktails during happy hour), and, most importantly, the staff are first-class! They made our stay super enjoyable and deserve 5 stars across the board. I could go on but to keep it short - if you're planning a holiday in Fiji with the family, this is one resort that should be top of your list. Bula!

Great place to stay. Right next to the Pearl resort. Rooms are spacious and clean. Nice facilities to do laundry. Aircon in rooms are a life saver. Beautiful clean pools, great beach. Close to Beqa Lagoon for snorkelling. Staff were awesome!

Love this place

Need cleanup of bathrooms and toilets. Kitchen drawers are not closing properly. Too pricey to stay in that kind of accommodation. But the location and staff were so best.

Great service and support from the staff throughout our stay.

We loved the whole stay, really excellent and we will be back. The only downside was that the chef on the last day was a bit rude- she didn’t want to make us breakfast, which is fine as we knew it was a little after time, (although the previous day we’d been able to order breakfast later than this). But she wasn’t very friendly about it and that soured it a bit.

Very good for families with kids.

We stayed here for five nights. The flat was clean and well appointed. The dishwasher wasn’t working, but it was our choice not to ask for maintenance to come over. They provide dehumidifiers on request, which are a big help, as the environment is quite humid. They can also provide dongles for Wi-Fi for FJD$30, but they don’t have many available, so we couldn’t get one while we were there. The bar area is very nice and the staff very knowledgeable on dietary restrictions. I had no problem with gluten free food, including during the Lova dinner. They provided the meats separately and the sides were almost all gluten free at the Lova dinner. This latter was accompanied by an excellent show of traditional music and dance. Every morning they also deliver a little newsletter with notices and activities for the week (tours that you can book), and on the day of the Lova dinner they listed all the people that were attending. Staff was extremely polite and helpful. The swimming pool looks very nice, although we didn’t try it and there are also two hot tubs/jacuzzis next to it. The beach is probably nice, although we were there on a windy drizzly day, so it wasn’t at its best. It is a very long beach and great for walking. Would definitively recommend staying at the Ultiqa Fiji Palms Beach Resort.

Great week away with the family. Had booked the deluxe apartment but we were checked into the standard unit. This issue was rectified when raised at reception - glad this was resolved as there is a notable difference in quality between the two accomodation options. Grounds are well maintained and staff super friendly. Also had access to the two restaurants at the resort next door which extended dining options. The Ultiqa has good access to the beach and the arts village is less than 1km along the road. We enjoyed the fresh tropical fruit from the stalls along the road. Would recommend a visit to Adorn Pacific Jewellery at the arts village - kids love their new necklaces. Great holiday and would happily recommend.

Great family stay the accommodation has cooking facilities which was great. The restaurant had a great food selection and the wood fire Pizza good. The staff was friendly and got the kids involved with the Fijian lovo. There is a small store across the road that has basics. Overall a good stay kids loved the pool

Pro: Nice apartment. Good shower. Comfy bed. Great bar staff. Close to scuba dive operators and not far from Navua river activities. Con: Broken tv in appt, no washing powder or cooking spices/oil provided, out of order outdoor hot-tub during our stay.

The Staff were very friendly and made our stay very enjoyable and the kids loved the beach, pool and spa as well as the eight ball and table tennis table.

We fully enjoyed our stayed at this place, walking disance to beach, quite and friendly staff. Self contained unit was convinient with kids. Would definitely think of staying here again.

The apartments were spacious, and well equiped. Gardens beautiful. The beach is lovely and swimming area sandy. Thought there was snorkeling off the beach, but there is not, but a good short snorkeling tour leaves from the Pearl next door. Food just ok at the onsite restaurant, but nice to have pool table. Food only ok at next door's restaurant as well. Easy walk to shops and great little fresh fruit stand just out on the road beside apartments. Delicious bananas and pineapple!

Air condition was not working for 24hours. Technitions had to be called however no replacement room was given meanwhile. There were bugs on bed so final night we spent on sofa since the office is closed during nights. Lizard's in the room. Dishwasher was leaking and not fixed when complained. Very unhygienic place.

A good time in this resort. Really nice accommodation, all you need in the resort (pool, spa, beach on the front and good dining option).

Lovely accomodation. We stayed in 2 bedroom apartment which was very spacious and close to all amenities.

Quiet location with wonderful beach access. Loved having our own little apartment. Some of the appliances were a little dated, but everything worked well. If we make it back to Fiji, we would love to stay here again.

Booked a standard 2 bedroom, rooms were nice with a lot of space. First day we checked in the AC was leaking and the whole floor was wet. Throughout our stay it would leak occasionally. Shoutout to Anna from the Bar and Bom from Security in helping us with the situation. We got the little internet device and it wouldn’t stay charged and the connection would constantly drop. In the week we were here it probably only worked for a couple hours total. It rained a lot one day which caused a power outage, we had no power for about 8 hours, there was only power in the bar/restaurant area. There was also an issue with the safe where it wouldn’t open, we waited over an hour to get someone to help. Overall, spacious rooms with issues. 

This would be the last time I think I’ll be going to the ultiqa , my experience last time was so much better , the food got very expensive, grounds and apartments not maintained like they use to be and this time I stayed with 2 friends and their 2 young kids and we got a small villa with one bathroom where as last time I stayed with one person and we had an ensuite too. We were disappointed

Close to the ocean. Very clean yards and gardens.Just needs some more cleaning faucets. Kitchen areas just tender care on the washrooms. Otherwise excellent service thank you Vinaka 😊.

Should update the bathrooms,kitchen,pots and pans and provide bigger table and chairs to accommodate 6 people in the patio.

We really like the Ultiqa, it fits us all nicely and has everything you need in a great location. the gardens are lovely and the food consistently good. This time staying the room was not clean and the bathrooms needed to be fully cleaned with bleach due to what was left in them

very excellent location. beach is very nice. property is adorned with beautiful flowers...a botanical garden. we're new to fiji, but would come back if we were to decide to stay on this side of the island.

Time to move in and out of property is restricted to 10pm It is Not reasonable as most guests would like to visit friends and family or attend special occasions and would come late in night to their rooms

Great experience here. The apartment was well equipped with everything we needed. We spent many hours in the nice pool and the ocean. If you like beach walks, this place is for you! Have accessible barbeques as well. Convenient having some small stores right across the road. Easy bus access east and west for local or long distance busses. The suite was fairly clean, but less clean than you would find in a north American resort. The landscaping and gardens are impeccable. The general property is showing signs of wear and could use some maintenance, but most facilities in Fiji are on this trend. Would definitely stay again
