Always a welcoming smile on the staffs faces. They are very nice and accommodating, area was clean and comfortable.

One of our favorite places we’ve ever stayed. Came for our honeymoon and was greeted with a beautiful flower bath and floral decorations on the bed. The staff were so friendly and warm. The food was amazing. The pools and landscaping is out of this world. Highly recommend for families, couples, anyone visiting the Ubud area!

This was an amazing find for us. Daily yoga with Faby, followed by breakfast with the friendly staff. Food was fresh & delicious with so much to eat! We had BBQ cooked in our villa & a floating breakfast. Nothing was a problem & the grounds beautifully manicured. A little out of town but there is a free shuttle. I would come back as a solo traveller or in a couple as it was a warm welcoming place that I was sad to leave!

This place has one of the best private pool villa for the given price. Although the road to the property is very poor and there is nothing scenic outside but inside the property it's like being in a beautiful rainforest. Food:The restaurant service is amazing with a breakfast with limited options but better in taste and quality than any other breakfast buffets of a 5 star property. You must try their breakfast burrito and rice noodles, they were one of the best. Staff: The staff of this hotel was very helpful and humble.a Special call out to Adit who helped us a lot throughout our stay.

We had an amazing honeymoon at Ubud Nyuh Bali Resort & Spa. The resort is peaceful and beautiful, surrounded by nature. Our villa was private, spacious, and had a lovely pool. The staff were incredibly friendly and made us feel special throughout our stay. The meals were delicious, especially the breakfast. The location is perfect for exploring Ubud, with its temples, rice fields and vibrant culture.

Beautiful gardens. Facilitates were okay

We are really disappointed with our stay at Nyuh Bali. When we arrived to our Villa the floors were so dirty that our feet turned brown. The linens had obviously stains all over them, many of which looked like blood stains. It was clear nothing was throughly cleaned, instead just a quick wipe. The shower was outside and had mold and mildew. Our first night there we barely slept due to excessive bird noises, but we forgot about that until we got back from a day out in town. We came back to bird poop inside the villa on the tv stand. We called house keeping and all they did was wipe the bird poop with a napkin and said they would spray bug spray in the air. I had to suggest they use soap to clean it, and that it was not acceptable for us to keep staying in the villa when there is a bird living in it (which we saw). The hotel staff were able to move us to a new villa after (which was just as dirty, but no bird..), and all we received to make it up to us was $20 USD off our spa treatment. We are extremely disappointed and this place is extremely over priced for what it is. It is clear the photos were taken a long time ago, and this place has not seen proper cleaning and care since. Would not recommend staying here at all.

I had an incredible stay at this hotel. The seclusion and privacy of my villa, complete with its own pool, were absolutely perfect. I thoroughly enjoyed the floating breakfast twice and the flower bath—both were unforgettable experiences. However, I would love to see the hotel enhance their offerings for special occasions. The current options are rather uninspired, and it's a bit disappointing that private services aren’t allowed. Investing more in celebratory experiences could really elevate the stay. Additionally, the roads leading to the property are quite daunting and may make you reconsider, but once you arrive, the property itself is truly amazing.

Great Hideaway in Ubud

The Nyuh resort is a fantastic hideaway in rural Ubud. The room was exceptinal. Clean and spaceous. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Especially the young waitress at the restaurant. The gardens were tranquil and immaculately kept. Compilmentary yoga and sound healing sessions added to the zen atmosphere. The outdoor spa and massage was worth it. In all, we had a great stay at Nyuh.

Property was beautiful, and the staff made my whole trip. They were very accommodating, helpful and attentive. I would recommend everyone to come here and I will definitely be visiting again. And big thanks to Eka! He along with his colleagues made my trip great.

It’s location. The layout of the property as it relates to the rooms, spa and common areas. As an interior designer I was very impressed with the locally made products used in the decor. It’s was tastefully done. Very clean. I walked barefooted even outdoors. Bathrooms are a must see.

The room felt clean, which is most important to me. The staff here are amongst the kindest and attentive I’ve ever seen. I would stay there again.

The property was absolutely gorgeous, and the staff was genuinely kind, caring and supportive. In fact, their motto on their shirts stated, “Serve with a Smile and Sincerity”. They embody this value.

main issue was with the food. i previously saw a review where a guest noted that they found hair in their food, this happened to our party during the stay. one of our guests also got terrible food poisoning after eating dinner at the villa. otherwise the facilities were on par and the stay was nice.

Beautiful and truly amazing people.

Great staff and service. But no gym and can’t bring trainer or will charge extra even the gym has nothing. Nothing around the resort and you need taxi if u wanna go anywhere. The free shuttle bus service only works every 2 hours and might not suit ur schedule.

Excellent property, everyone is super nice, staff is very helpful. We stayed in the private honey moon villa. It was beautiful, the bugs was unimaginable, as well as the mosquitos, I didn’t want to enjoy our private pool and jacuzzi due to all the bugs that was biting me! The food was good although I didn’t have much of an appetite, I did notice that there was always a hair or something in my food, I didn’t complain but it bothered me a lot, kind of took away my appetite to eat. I suggest the cooks and servers wear hair nets. The fruit and drinks were not cold, I guess as an American I expect everything ice cold and it wasn’t. There’s a cat in the resort that was hoping the gate trying to get to the left over food we had outside. We had to leave the food outside because if we kept it inside more bugs would find it’s way inside! Also I believe Bali is an Islamic country, maybe the men rule and take care of everything but I just found it odd that all questions were asked to my fiancé and not me. Sometimes it felt like I wasn’t even there. But other than that I would recommend the resort especially if you are an outdoorsy person. I am not. Also we did not receive fresh towels everyday and I’m just under the impression that the towels and rags were not clean enough for me. Overall 4 or 3 star rating from me.

I love this property because I felt like the staff cater to my every need. They decorated my villa pool for me, which was very nice and I also did a floating breakfast. They have a breakfast buffet, but also let you order from the à la carte menu which had omelettes waffles, French toast etc. The hotel provides a taxi service for a very affordable price and they will take you wherever you need to go. The Spa was my absolute favorite part of the hotel.

The bed was the comfiest bed we have ever slept in, it was like sleeping on a cloud. The staff were amazing, so helpful, happy and willing to be of service. The resort was beautiful and well kept. The check-in process was seamless, and I was escorted to my Honeymoon Villa, surrounded by tropical gardens, providing a sense of unique privacy and peace. The service staff were very gracious and excellent however rooms are outdated and there is no thorough cleaning done- only towels were replaced. The rooms smell musky and the aircons weren't effective. We stayed in the 3 bedroom villa. Breakfast was average and food in the restaurant was average as well. Roads around the area were poor. takes 45 mins to get to Ubud centre with the traffic.

I should’ve gave this place a 4 star but I couldn’t. I gave them a 5 star. Let me explain. Our room, their staff , the food and customer service was excellent. I can’t help but say great things about this place. When we first got there I was caught off guard because I couldn’t believe the entrance. It was little and we were in the jungle. But once we got in it was great. The only downfall for me and this doesn’t go against the staff because it’s not their fault, you can only take shower outside. There’s no shower or tub inside. So it’s really humid and I like to take showers at night but it was raining outside. So I couldn’t shower. What if it’s really windy and you want to shower in the morning, you can’t. That was the only downfall for me. Otherwise this place was great. They did a hell of a job too for my girlfriend’s flower decoration in the pool. If you do come, don’t come during rainy season lol. It’s also not too far from the stores , monkey sanctuary and excursions. Hope this review helps

A very Beautiful Experience

From the moment I arrived I was in paradise. I was upgraded to a beautiful villa with a private pool and floating breakfast. I took the yoga classes every morning, each teacher was wonderful and each class different. I really enjoy relaxing in my villa and pool after a day exploring Ubud. Highly recommend. The staff are lovely and do everything to make your stay wonderful.

I highly recommend this hotel. The staff were phenomenal everywhere and so helpful. The spa was amazing. The food was not great, but the staff made up for that part and you can take the shuttle in to Ubud for dinner very easily.

This hotel is and staff are great, I am glad we finished our trip at this lovely hotel. The breakfast was nice and with good choice of tasty food, also options to be ordered from the QR code menu. They have a very reliable shuttle service going to Ubud every 2 hours, which is great. They had also other complimentary activities but we didn’t have a chance to use. The only downside was how overlooked the rooms were, if you want any privacy you will need to close all the curtains with blackout as soon as you get in the room, which was a shame as we missed out the lovely views from the room and from the bath, which was amazing.

I can not say enough good things about our stay here. Everyone there is so friendly and willing to help with anything you need. I rented a royal villa well worth the price as it was such a peaceful vacation. We used the spa there two times as it was so amazing. Also the food on site was delicious, breakfast every morning good variety. If you are thinking about staying here you wont be disappointed. 5 stars for sure.

I really enjoyed my stay at Nyuh Ubud Bali. The staff was amazing and they were very welcoming. I wish that I could remember the names of everyone, lol. Each person that I encountered during my stay was awesome!! They did a fabulous job with cleaning the rooms/villa daily and the property is beautiful. My only suggestion for the property is: Please consider placing a television inside the room in the private villa. The television outside is a nice touch, but if you want to watch the television in the evenings, it’s hard because of mosquitoes, etc. at night. Also, consider adding the option of Netflix on the television in the villa. 2. The food isn’t bad, but it could be better. Perhaps, add a few more items to the menu. Overall, I enjoyed the Nyuh Ubud Bali and I would stay there again. Thank you to everyone for your kind hospitality during my visit.

Very beautiful!!!

Overall. I had a good stay. The resort itself was very nice, all of the staff were very sweet. My room was beautiful and for the most part, clean. Although I noticed that when my room was cleaned, it wasn’t necessarily cleaned thoroughly. A lot of times, the towels and other things like the bed sheets and cups would be re-folded, or moved in it’s original place to look neat, but it wasn’t replaced with a clean towel/sheets. But maybe it’s because the hotel is also eco-friendly. I also noticed that there would be bugs in my room, but I believe this is due to the cleaner leaving the door open while cleaning the room, allowing for the bugs to get in. Other than this, the hotel had some very nice touches like free activities, free shuttle to the center of Ubud, and the free breakfast was very good. Would recommend!

very quiet and peaceful

This was an amazing stay, the staff were great and the food was delicious. The environment is the perfect nature getaway just like I wanted. We stayed in the private pool villa and enjoyed swimming at nights. We felt safe the staff accommodated our needs. Thank you nyuhbali

It was a bit far from Ubud center, however other conditions were awesome.

We are very happy we choose this resort. The staff is very friendly everyone runs on island time so don’t worry if breakfast or lunch takes a litttle time just relax and enjoy the views and sounds. Transportation was easy with Gojek if you want to go to Ubud, we never used the resorts transport since it requires scheduling in advance. Rooms are very nice and it is a big place so it can get crowded at certain times of the day. It was our first trip to Bali and wanted safe and easy. This place was both. Would highly recommend if it’s your first time to Bali

Best stay we’ve had in Bali. Staff were incredible. Shuttle service goes into and out of main ubud every 2 hours. Local dog named brownie who lives in the lobby stole our heart. Could not reccomend more

We had a wonderful stay. The staff was great! Our Villa was perfect! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. This trip was our delayed honeymoon (thanks COVID) but it was exactly what we had hoped for.

This place was amazing! The staff and service were superior! Your amenities make for the most convenient vacationing: the car service, in room decorations, private bbq, the yoga and activities. Everything was simply perfect! I highly recommend this place, especially for those celebrating their love. The most romantic accommodations ever! We cannot wait to come back!

Rooms could definitely be better maintained. Moldy smell in the rooms and a lot of mosquitoes and creepy crawlers with limited restaurant on site.

The stay was exquisite as the staff was very friendly and helpful specially the room service and front desk. The hotel is located near all the touristic hotspots making it nearly at the heart of ubud.

It was clean, the employees were friendly, it was a quiet, remote location so we could really enjoy nature.
