U-Hotel Takadanobaba

For backpackers or travelers traveling light, it probably would suit. For travelers with luggage, be prepared to carry luggages up and down a narrow staircase.

Satisfied with the overall condition of the property. However, the building doesn’t have lift, so expect to carry the heavy luggage to walk up and down via just stairs. Also very close to the train track, can hear the noise when train pasts, having said that the property only about 2-3 mins walk to the train station.

No daily room service

Overall is good except we stayed for 6 days, all the daily garbage create smell, no room service and not enough clean towels, we have to wash it.

The room is a tight fit, there's no walking room but it's super convenient to stores, 7-11, the train, markets, and there are some lovely neighborhood walks. Be aware that there isn't an elevator (we were at the top of the very narrow 3 floor walk-up) but the room, and the tiny kitchenette is so sweet. The bathroom is great. Wonderful water pressure and the convenience that they not only provide shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, but also toothbrushes and toothpaste and some very cute pjs. I absolutely would return.

I liked the place we stayed. Only downside was there was no elevator and everything was cramped. But had above and beyond facilities for the tiny space including a dryer/washer, microwave, fridge, etc.

This hotel is very difficult to find via Google Maps. I knew this after reading reviews, and still had some challenges finding it. We stood around with all our suitcases until a local who worked in the area noticed us and asked if we were looking for the U-Hotel. Without him, who knows how long before we found it. Some more clear directions/images to help with finding the hotel would be very helpful. We arrived after sunset, so this was more challenging in the dark. To call this a hotel is also a little misleading. There is no front desk, staff or housekeeping. Check in and check out is through a pretty slow tablet. Our room was on the third floor. It is worth noting that there is no elevator in this building. We had five suitcases, this was a bit of a challenge for us. The unit is quite small and typical for Tokyo, but certainly manageable. While no housekeeping, the unit was clean and we were provided with 9 larger towels and 9 face towels which was more than sufficient for our short stay. There is a laundry machine in the room which is nice, although there is no detergent. The location is superb because it is right next to Takadanobaba station, however because of its proximity, you will hear and even feel the rumble of the trains throughout the night.

Excellent use of space. Three large people shared the room comfortably.

It's a nice hotel with about a 5-7 minute walk from Takadanobaba Station. 7/11 about 1 minute away. Not a whole lot of dining options close, but still walkable. Check-in was a tad tricky at first, but everything was simple once it was done. Bear in mind, there are 3 good twin beds, but the room is tiny. Like, no place to put your suitcases. We crammed ours between the beds and did a lot of sideways walking in the room. If you can get a good price (hard to do around Shinjuku), then go for it.

The hotel had everything you need (toiletries, pj, kitchen, laundry) . Instructions were clear and organised. Bedroom small but enough for people with only carry on luggage. I really liked our permanency there.

Had small touches such as electrical outlets and usb ports for each bed, washing machine, drying rack, cutlery and plates, stove.

Check-in was confusing, support number didn’t work. Garbage pile beside the front door that smelt disgusting and the air conditioning smelt like urine. Blood smears in bathroom. Other then that the stay was fine, nice shower and clean beds. Enjoyed the abundance of towels as well as the local grocery and convience stores. Close by to train station aswell.

Beware if you have suitcases, they have no elevators.

Property is clean. I like that there is washer in the room. Room size is small for 3 people.

Great hotel, the room was very clean and the location was perfect, right next to the yamanote line! It was small for 3 people, if you brought in mid sized luggage you’d probably have to open it on the bed but we can’t complain, everything else was amazing. Thank you!

The room was relatively small, but the location was very convenient.

This brand new hotel is rather compact but super clean, efficient design, in the ideal location, has awesome amenities and comfortable beds. Having a full kitchen and washing machine in the room is very convenient. I would definately come back.

가격대비 잘 이용했습니다.

다카다노바바역에서 가까운 곳입니다. 무인 숙소였지만 미리 이메일 받고 체크인 잘 했습니다.청결하고 깨끗한 인테리어, 넉넉한 수건, 애너미티 등 좋았어요. 세탁기, 욕실에 있는 건조기능 사용해서 빨래 할 수 있었습니다. 전철 소리는 감안해야 할 사항입니다.

キッチンの排水があまりスムーズでなく、水がたまってしまうので、そこだけ利用しづらかったですが、部屋は綺麗ですし色々揃っていて快適でした。また利用したいと思います。

Esta muy cerca de la estación, por lo tanto, muy bien comunicada, ademas de silenciosa y tranquila. Son cuartos muy pequeños, con lo basico.

1.職員從來不會來打掃，除了一次有住客投訴空調問題才詢問我們需要打掃，我們拜託職員只需要清理房間垃圾桶就可以了。 2.承上清理垃圾桶，我們回來後，發現職員將乾淨的垃圾袋放在我們的行李上，十分無禮貌。 3.酒店有一個垃圾收集的位置，但連續三日沒有人清理！！！！！有至少3隻老鼠及很多曱甴！！！！ 4.需要自己找尋物資（如：垃圾袋、紙巾等）紙巾沒有了要打電話去查詢，但需要第二天才補上。

3인가족입니다. 가성비를 떠나 너무 편안함으로 아침마다 일어날수 없을 정도 입니다. 역도 가깝고 주변도 조용합니다. 그래서인지 더 일어나기 힘들었나 봅니다. 시설은 좁다고 느껴지지만 불편함은 없었습니다. 다음에 다시오고싶어요.

Good location and facilities, but no room service, I stayed here for 7 days, so the room was quite dirty. It may be good to stay 2 or 3 days.

Établissement propre, sécurisé et très bien situé pour aller rapidement a shinjuku. On est à 5min à peine de la station de métro et un 7-Eleven est sur le chemin. Attention cependant on entend les trains qui passent et c'est très petit.

事前にお電話で、高齢者と宿泊するため、部屋を低階層にして頂きました。電話に出られた方は、とても感じが良かったです。 高田馬場の戸山口出口から徒歩5分くらいで少し分かりづらい場所でした。近くには、セブンイレブンがあります。ホテルのスリッパが直ぐに破けてしまった事と、電車が通ると少し揺れることが難点ですが、価格や駅近などトータルでは満足できました。

역에서 멀지 않은 거리에 있었고, 문제가 생겨서 전화할 일이 생겼는데 굉장히 친절하게 응대해주셨고, 문제도 굉장히 빠르게 해결해주셨습니다.

수건 리필을 안해주시네요. 세탁기가 있긴하지마누세제는 사서 써야합니다...식기 몇개랑 젓가락 한세트있는데 설겆이를 전이용자가 안했는지 지저분하네요 근처 흡연장이 따로 없고 역까지 가서 피던가 해야합니다.식당도 역주변으로 나가야합니다

A little bit noisy cause near the train station but still ok. Everything else is perfect. Very comfortable.

Good things: It was a nice modern apartment with everything you need for a comfortable living. Beds very comfy, typical Japanese shower and toilet quite new, kitchenette very useful. Cute pijama included! Not that good: - The apartment is located under a train station, therefore constant train noises. If you are an early bird and late sleeper, it's fine, no trains during the night. - It was too tight for three persons, no space to put the luggage and we had to jump them all the time to move from one side to the other. - Second floor without a lift... For my 70year old mom and big luggages, not very nice. - Soap for laundry machine is not included. In general, it was fine at a good price.

静かで綺麗な空間で、落ち着いて過ごせました。3人で泊まりましたが、ベッドが全てしっかりしていたので、ぐっすり眠れて、快適に過ごせました。

Horrible ne venez jamais ici

A default d’avoir été bien accueillis par un hôte les rats devant la porte d’entrer nous on très bien accueillies merci à eux ! On nous donne un guide pour entrer et trouver l’hôtel qui est illisible et pas compréhensible, la chambre était bien trop petite pour trois ! Les photos sont prise sous un très bonne angle ! On ne peux pas sortir les bagages nis se déplacer dans la chambre ! Et pour finir le métro qui passe à coter de l’hôtel qui vous empêchera de dormir si vous avez des soucis de someil, la télé absolument pas au centre du mur et coller au plafond pour se peter le coup en la regardant seul bon point la salle de bain et la douche qui fesais la moitier de la chambre donc très spacieuse !

良かった点 ・乾燥機付き洗濯機が部屋ににあった ・アイロンと台が部屋にあった ・電子レンジ、キッチン、食器、フラ 　イパンなど一通り揃っていた ・冷蔵庫、冷凍庫がたっぷり入るサイ 　ズだった ・目的地までのアクセスが良かった ・コンビニや飲食店が近かった ・洗濯干し用のハンガー10本、ピンチ 　付き（ピンチ24個）ハンガーもあ 　った 悪かった点 ・線路沿いで、電車が通るたびにもの 　凄い音と揺れだった ・前に利用した人の飲み残しのペット 　ボトルが冷蔵庫に入っていた ・前に利用した人の髪の毛が沢山落ち 　ていた ・上の部屋の人が暴れていたのか、ド 　スドスうるさかった ・洗濯機を使用すると部屋が揺れる ・トイレの扉が固くて開け閉めがしず 　らかった ・夜、外からドンドンドンドンっとド 　アを叩く音がして、覗き穴から外を 　見ると外国人のスタッフさんが新し 　いタオルを持って黙って立ってい 　た。交換して貰えるのはありがたか 　ったが恐怖でしかなかった。

とっても綺麗

全てにおいて綺麗で清潔、気持ち良く使用させていただきました。残念だったのは、Wi-Fiが弱いのと、電車が通る度にベッドに振動があったことです。あと、窓側のベット付近が少し寒かったです。 コスパも良く便利なので、また利用したいです。

値段を考えれば。

部屋はパッと見はきれいで清潔感があるように思いましたが、浴槽に毛がたくさん残っていたり、皿が汚かったりと、細かいところが残念でした。 また、WiFiの接続がとても悪かったのも残念でした。 ホテルにしては大きめの冷蔵庫、洗濯機やアイロンなど連泊の方には便利さの方が勝るかも。

何度かこのホテルに宿泊してますが、 今日の部屋は浴槽が無くて残念でした。 それ以外は清潔だし文句なしです。

寝室もバスルームもとても清潔で気持ちよく滞在できました。 線路沿いなので電車の音が聞こえるのと振動でベッドが揺れますが、駅から近くて便利です。 数日滞在したので洗濯機と乾燥機があって良かったです。 近くに用事があればまた滞在したいです。 Super clean room and bathroom. As it's close to the railway I could hear the train noise and felt the bed shaking, but really close to the station and convenient. Washing and drying machine was quite useful. I will definitely stay again when I have business around here.
