Short Story: these guys scammed my family and I during hurricane Beryl. Never do business with them! I booked this place because my house had no power from hurricane Beryl. I messaged them and asked if they had power. They said yes. I paid the extra cleaning fee. My family and I arrived at check in. The house had no power. The fridge was not chilled and all the ice in the icemaker was melted and room temp. I texted right away. They said, "There is a government order in place now and the centerpoint energy just shut off power to do repair. Please hang tight for a few hours" I said no and asked for a refund. They said, "this is the government order, nothing we can do." I asked to see the order. Then they told me to contact Centerpoint. Useless! Again, I said I wanted a refund and to send my cleaning fee back. They said the booking was "as is." But none of the appliances would work. No wifi, no cooking, no ac, and on and on. They had a chance to do the right thing and instead said it's a hurricane and nothing they can do. Then don't list your house and tell people you have power! I wasted 3 hours not looking for somewhere else to stay. This isn't some minor issue like the toaster doesn't work! The whole reason people are looking for places is to get power while Centerpoint diddles around. I am incredibly angry and disappointed.

Would not recommend . We booked on the same day as check in, no one would answer the phone or let you into the property without 72 hours notice. We purchased the Villa for one night due to a flight cancellation, tried phoning multiple times and messaging before check in closed but no one would answer the phone. We couldn’t stay at the property because we had no information on how to get in. We were charged full price and no refund given, I suggest you book somewhere else that has better customer care and are actually willing to help and not just take your money.
