location is great easy walk from the train station, check in instructions easy to follow and understand. The only trouble was the light above the unit door was blown the the numbers on the lock box very hard to read even with iphone light on it, apartment was spacious had requested twin bed but the second bed not made up. The door handle to the outdoor patio broken and fell off unable to use and while the map said there was a reception desk in our building there was none I could find to report it. Washing machine does not have dryer function, also of not no microwave in the kitchen or toaster

Decent option not far from old town. Central location near public transport. Clean quiet apartment. Managed to get into venue earlier than normal time.

Brilliant apartment located in Old Town

A brilliant stay and cosy apartment, along a street with a supermarket and a short walk away from the square in Old Town. Had all the necessities for a good stay but didn’t have loo paper so an FYI! Also, can be quite noisy if people above are moving about in the night.

Really nice apartment with rooftop terrace, in a good area close to the main railway station. Only small quibble, the mattress was too soft for my liking and unusually it was only 140cm wide.

Very interesting that there's no real check-in as you just receive your key at the door of your room. Everything was clean and communication was very good. Perfect location for me.

Location and room conditions are good. Communition is so bad. They don't reapond well and notice in advance. Since here is not a hotel, the reapond is very important but they didn't.

Nice place to stay overnight

We were booked in for 7 nights and left after 4. We booked into a different property for the remaining 3 nights. The flat contained absolutely no information at all not even where the reception was, the tv didn't work, the exit onto the balcony was too high, we had 1 hand towel and when we asked for another it took a 2nd visit next day to get it. But the killer was the bed, it was like lying and sinking into a souffle and trying to climb out in the morning after having no sleep. It was 4 nights of hell. We eventualy got to the stage were we had to leave.

Location is great, unit is a nice size. However unit needs quite a few upgrades to make it comfortable eg better mattress, better sound proofing, more supplies in kitchen eg Pan, better maintenance, reliable WiFi and more standardized features eg air conditioning only available in some units and bed sizes differ. This is a function of supply of units being quite different. You can end up with a great unit or one that’s a miss. Makes for an unpredictable expertience

Good priced accommodation

Good sized studio apartment. Great location. Good access to buses, trams and the main train station. Coffee shops, shopping centre and food options all close by. Apartment had a few initial problems (toilet cistern took 20 minutes to refill, showerhead was useless) but helpful office staff got these problems rectified quickly. Bed had 2 slats missing which were not replaced but we moved them to an area of the bed that didn't affect sleeping too much. Bathroom could be cleaner. In a 6-night stay, nobody changed the towels or topped-up the toilet roll. But even after these small negative points we would definitely stay again due to great value for money. Thanks

Walkable to the main train station and the Krakòw Old Town. Easy connection to the airport. Furnished apartment is clean and offer everything we need (cloth washer machine, kitchen, and balcony. One unfortunate thing, we have never received the passcode to enter the building. But it was easily resolved by calling the reception on the phone.

I can just recommend it to all travelers. Very nice. The only one (small) problem could be, that the delicious and rich breakfast was the same in three days. It may be created some versions too, I suppose.

Location, location, location

This was a really nice 1 bedroom apartment 2 minutes from the main railway station which has a massive shopping mall on top. 10 minutes walk takes you to the Old Town which is really pretty, especially at Xmas. There were a couple of niggly omissions which if resolved would make it even better. There were no tea towels to dry crockery and cutlery. On addition there were no bedside lights in the bedroom which would have been useful when reading in bed. Neither of those were deal-breakers but, just a suggestion going forward.

It was okay. Reminded me of Travelodge. Mattress on bed basic Finding keysafe could be bit clearer as is actually on a different street from main entrance, if you don’t know area and arrive at night!

Excellent location. Next to tram station and metro station and walking distance to visit centre. Perfect location and you can pretty much get to anywhere in Krakow from there. Also nice apartment feel with spacious room like a studio apartment with kitchen. Big tv and excellent air conditioner. There is also balcony and you can open balcony door for fresh air. Shower drain is a little bit blocked or slow to drain water I did mention it to them but not sure if anyone fixed it. The staff are good and flexible if you make some requests. The pillows however are very thin. Room gets cleaned and given new towels on average every 2 days but not everyday which is standard in apartments. Apartment is in very modern building near the main business district and big shopping mall and supermarket. Overall it's great value and would stay again.

The location, room size and cleanliness make this a bargain compared to other hotels in the vicinity.

Brilliant apartment in Krakow

Absolutely amazing stay, the staff were super friendly and helpful! Building was situated a 10 minute walk to the main square, with bars, shops and cafes along the way. Easily accessible for taxis. Room came with amenities such as a hairdryer, iron, wardrobe with hangers, kettle, cutlery etc. Overall fantastic stay, would highly recommend. And would definitely stay again if we return to Krakow.

The place was very nice, very convenient to Old City and to the train/bus station. The breakfast was fantastic, and did for lunch for us as well. I marked the comfort down just a little because the bed is a bit low and the toilet a bit high for total comfort, and they gave us 1 small pillow and 1 large towel each. The instructions for getting in were confusing (and wrong: they said the box was on the left when it's on the right--and there are boxes on the left once you get inside!) Other things that I liked: there was plenty of hanging and counter space in the bathroom; there were enough padded chairs around the table; everything was clean (I usually start by washing the dishes in a fully-equipped kitchen because you never know how they were washed); the kitchen contained everything we needed for the few days we were there; the staff were friendly and helpful; the breakfast coffee was brewed (and there were options of hot choc or tea); the place was quiet and secure; there's a small supermarket-y kind of shop just around the corner.

Amazing birthday trip

I went here with my husband for his birthday and it was lovely the apartment was great very clean and they delivered breakfast to our door each morning. Would definitely recommend and will stay again. Fantastic location and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Ok stay

The location is great as it is quite central. Items provided in the kitchen are bare minimum. 1 frying pan and 1 pot. No shelves in the fridge. No dish clothes, hand towels, bath mats. Bedroom has no extra pillows. Heating not working. Door to balcony was extremely noisy. The manager didn't make contact until the day we landed. Assuming I had access to emails and emailed me instructions. No contact on the VRBO app so what's the point of being on the app.

Not A Bad Stay Or Location

There were a few items of TLC that needed to be done, I.e. part of the skirting was missing. We did send a message regarding breakfast and checkout while we were there, but never received a reply. When we arrived, we go had no prior messages regarding gaining access to the building or our accommodation, so had to ring. I did eventually find a message sent at a time when were were flying, even though I had previously advised we would arrive after their reception was closed.

The property itself it’s great. An apartment in a GREAT location, very clean and organized, equipped with stuff for a medium-length stay, quite comfortable. I’d recommend, however there’s two things: Finding the place to pick up the keys was confusing (especially as I had just arrived after 24h of travel) so maybe they can find a better way to do so? And the second one was the lady who cleaned, so impolite and rude that I actually asked her not to come any more (only cleaned once). I think guests deserve a bit of respect.

Great, central, comfortable and quiet!

Really enjoyed my stay, nice touches in the apartment and was well set up! Easy to get into and instructions for check in very simple. The tv only shows polish channels which was a pity, but the WiFi was great so I just watched things on my phone. Really central to, couldn’t have been in a better location. Super warm and comfortable inside, felt safe and was generally very quiet. Would definitely stay again.

The WiFi is a party necessary of my job, I rent this hotel because of that and conform, if you are a traveler and need WiFi to keep communication this is not the hotel for you, I never have connection and went to reception twice asking to fix it, then answer was that is not them problem and that the next day someone will fix it, they tell me the manager was going to give me a discount for the issue in my check out and the manager say she wasn’t going to do that

Amazing location

Amazing location. Short distance to Galleria Krakowaska, old city and plenty of restaurants. Not to happy with the bed, it had a very very hard matress and the sofa in the living room were worn out and not comfortable to sit it. I would definitely stay again if they sorted out the bed and the sofa.

Great location and overall apartment, but we paid for a 2 bedroom with 2 x double bed. We only had 1 double, the other had a single bed with a pull out underneath which meant our friends could not sleep in the same bed and the one had a poor quality pull out bed. No bedding on either, when we mentioned this after checking in they said they would fix but instead just dropped off a bag of linen and left it at that. Poor customer service

We are absolutley thrilled with our choice. The apartments were spacious, modern and clean. The reception staff were fantastic, warm and welcoming. The only downside was the rooms are very hot however they have done their best to combat this by supplying large fans in each apartment.

everything was good and well kept, very spacious and great location

the room is neat and clean. beds and furnitures have contempotary style like IKEA models. simple and functional. i love kitchenette for family to cook small breakfast or meals. each room has fridge microwave and dishwasher...bonus in bathroom is a small washer to do laundry. 5min walk from train station. 15 min walk to old town square. we took train to go between cities and to krakow airport..one room has AIr conditione...one room does not , so we used fans. little noisy cars at nights...but we were tired from all day walking so we did not mind the noise as much....

Location perfect! Space is amazingly good! Room 314 block B 2 Toilet seat very damaged , broken a very old condition that i took foto to show to the management , disgustingly dirty looking! The bathtub stopper once taking shower couldnot drain the water, hence accumulating..and worst it took me lots of time to open and remove it! A condition nobody has reported that it needs replacement! The security lock inside the door once fallen out to the ground...another mysterious item which needs replacment! The others are secondary. The staff very friendly, good security Amazingly poor conditions still attract positive reviews. Good is good, bad ones need attention, and the management should attend to the normal checking of the conditions!

Positives: Great location. Very, very near to the main Krakow train station and shopping centre and also only a 10 minute walk to the old town. Staff enthusiastic and helpful at the reception. Opens at 7:30am to 22:30pm, so pretty good opening hours for front line communication. Room clean and apartment modern enough, and a good size. Elevator almost always available with little waiting time. Internal noise from other occupants in the other apartments low, but of course this is luck of the draw given occupants come and go as they check in/out. Negatives: Bed well past its sell by date. Ultra squeaky and one didn't feel rested even after 10+ hours sleep. The location, whilst being great for easy access to the station/big shopping centre (plus 10 min walk to the Old Town), this itself comes at a price, given it's right by a very major road and pretty major side roads. Hence outside road noise is very loud. This didn't bother me much, but one could see it could bother others. Also, and somewhat ironically, the firm's header is Turnau 'Serviced Apartments'. However, we stayed for 5 nights, yet the apartment wasn't serviced. Not even a bin change. On closer inspection, literature states that apartments are service for guests of 7 days or more. So 'serviced apartments' that don't get serviced unless you stay for a week+. Overall, okay though, and would stay again.

Great value for money!

An amazingly contemporary and spacious apartment with high-spec fittings. 2 bedroomed apartment but would take 5 adults as there was a sofa bed I the lounge and annex ( Which had a balcony). The reception staff were friendly, professional and extremely accomodating. Extremely good value for money and near to the shopping mall and Old Town. Three only negative was the concierge staff I the actual complex they were unfriendly and never smiled. And were loath to help.

Very nice stay at Angel City. Very clean, and had everything we needed for the apartment. The staff were all really nice and made check in and out easy and comfortable. The only thing, the apartment didn’t really look like the images and was a lot smaller than expected. We had to call reception to check we’d been given the correct room as we had paid for a comfort room and thought they’d given us a normal studio, but the room was still nice and did what we needed. We could have also used another towel or mat for when you get out the shower as we only had two small towels so nothing for in the bathroom and no hand towels in there. Overall a nice stay though and was a good distance to the centre. Maybe 10-15 mins max walk to old town, only 5 from Galeria Mall so was a really good location!

Staff were amazing!!! Always so friendly every time I spoke with someone. A young man helped show us to use the washing machine and went searching for a dryer to hang and bought it back for us. Location was pretty good, close to main train station and shopping, Main square within walking distance. Very quiet. Could use an additional pillow per person though

Great licatiin and value

Perfect location. Step off the train from the airport snd the accomodation 2 mins walk. The accomodation was very modern, safe and clean. Highly recommended.

I enjoyed the apartment overall but I wish they had a blow dryer, or had a better way of telling people where to park their cars. Krakow is a very busy place and having to find street parking to go to the reception to get a key to the garage. Wish there was a better way.

Clean, tidy, modern and well situated near station. Breakfast was included and choice was good although it was overcrowded. We were in room 418 - one night stay. Street noise was an issue but also TV did not work and there was no toilet paper. We discovered no toilet paper after reception closed. Obviously we rectified situation. When reception opened at 8am, we informed them in person. It took two more emails and two hours before it arrived. Showed a lack of care towards customers.

long weekend

just returned from a long weekend. on arrival the guy on reception could not find our reservation, he offered us coffee whilst he found us a room, took about 20 mins. we asked about trips and booked these with him too as we were limited to time and needed to be booked onto one in morning. first trip fine second trip no driver arrived we went to reception to find out why he booked us on wrong trip, he tried to find another trip for us to no avail this took about 40 mins where we were just left to sit in reception. He did not keep us updated with progress until he came and said he couldn't find a trip for us and said we could get ourselves there by public bus and told us where the bus station was. We did sort the trip ourselves and saved ourselves 150pln however we missed half a day at the attraction. one of the two cups in the kitchenette was badly chipped and cracked and kept leaking so asked for a replacement this was brought to me within 20 mins. the room was extremely hot even though the outside temperature was low to mid 20's max. there was a fan provided and the window opened slightly (security windows) but you could not sleep with either the window open or the fan on as they were both extremely noisy maybe the hotel would have benefitted from air conditioning. Overall the apartment was ideally situated, 5 min walk from train/bus station, 15 min walk to main square. Rooms were good, comfortable and very clean and we enjoyed our stay.

Fantastic room! Clean and huge. More than enough for 2 or 3 people. Comes with full kitchen facility. Good for people who are sick of eating out. Location of hotel is fantastic!

Close enough to walk into the main square ,and a great set up for a couple if you're not worried about having anything too fancy. Room had a comfortable bed, a little kitchenette with an oven, microwave, etc. so useful if you want to save some money. There's a small shop nearby that you can get food from. Would use again for sure.

Highly recommended serviced apartments

Great customer service, very good communication. Easy to find. Very comfortable apartment - it had everything required for an enjoyable stay. I was there for 6 days and it felt like home away from home. Excellent location, within walking distance of everywhere important for tourist stuff. 5 mins walk from the train/bus station and a massive shopping mall with huge Carrefour hypermarket. Safe area - I was travelling alone so this area felt safe to me.

Everything was amazing except the bed

The title says it all. It was one of those crappy thin IKEA beds the crack every move you make and you feel springs in your ribs. The flat was clean, newer, and had really nice appliances and kitchen. Highly recommend this place. We needed a washing machine which we got, but not all of the flats have washers so you need to get lucky or hope they’re not too busy and you can request it.

Convenient Apartment hotel

This apartment type hotel with kitchen is roomy and let you have a home feeling. Safe with security at the entrance hallway and you need to tag your key to open the Apartment entrance door. It is close to the PKP train and bus station and a large shopping mall with a supermarket and fast food restaurants. Walkable distance from the Old main square. This apartment hotel does not provide toiletry except toilet paper, and you need buy from the nearby supermarket. It has a washing machine so we can wash our cloth before the start of next journey.

Would stay again

I was travelling alone so wanted somewhere convenient that also felt safe at night. This is close to the main station and along a main road so fitted my criteria. In addition the room was very spacious, clean and comfortable with only a short walk into the old town. It is called a serviced apartment but please be aware they did not service it at all during my stay! There is a mobile massage service which I used and was only half the price of a massage in London!

Convenient location, new apt but noisy

Great location near train station and old town. Apartments had lifts and were very new with nice layout. Only problems were shortage of towels, noise from streets that went on all night (busses and traffic), sheer curtain in bedroom so hard to sleep very late, and very dark main living area so you had to have lights on all day. WiFi was also unreliable.

Hotel is in a good location.

Hotel is in excellent location about 10 minutes walk from Market Square. There are a few good bars which sever food and is much cheaper than Market Square. The hotel is able to book all your trips which I found very helpful. We done the Salt Mine and Auschwitz all in 1 day which I wouldn't recommend as it's a very long day and a lot of walking. Krakow is a must see city and full of life. Cant wait to go back.

Great location, great apartment

We checked in late without problems, and got a parking space which I forgot to book. Apartment was clean and fully fitted with all you need. Location was close walking distance (15 mins) to main square. ATM, convenience store, bakery all close by.
