Great hotel, except for Wifi Service

Overall the hotel was nice, very clean, comfortable rooms, great location, adequate parking, and friendly staff. The only complaint is that the Wifi did not work up in the room and was terribly slow in the common areas. They really need to improve this feature. Also, the breakfast did not look very appetising, so we chose to eat elsewhere.

I stayed at Tulip for one night and I liked it a lot. Staff was very pleasant and helpful, my room was relatively small but clean and cozy, and the breakfast they served the next day was absolutely wonderful. Price to value, excellent.

Great hotel!

I was very comfortable in this hotel. It was impeccably clean, had a comfy bed, desk, and spacious shower. It's not in a super central location, but it is close to the bus stop that gets you to the trains where you can go all around the city. There's also a nice park within walking distance. The plus side of the location is that it's very quiet and peaceful, but you can still get to the city center easily.

Nice clean hotel, ample room size, good service, very nice staff. Easy train ride to centre. The only downside was no kettle in the room and no phone!! Munich is a great city.

The room was ok for a short business stay, but the windows are not sound proved at all, the shower basin doesn't hold much water, so it swaps over if you shower more than 5 min, and the pillows were like couch cushions. NOT recommended for people with neck problems. It caused me a week of horrible neck pain, and sleepless nights. When I asked for a bottle of water in the evening, they didn't have access to the water that is served in the rooms for 2,- but had only a bottle for 5,50,- Will never stay here again!

Very clean, easy public transportation. Parking fee should not exist haha it makes everything easier if parking was free but I understand business need to make their money.

Staff was excellent. Rooms a little small. Easy access to bus and train. Hotel bar not open on Friday or Saturday. Two restaurants that were good and reasonably priced within 5 minutes walking distance

Very clean and reasonable hotel, 10 - 15 mins taxi from the Marienplats, but resonable prices for taxi's, there are some lovely restaurants close ( this is in the more exhibition/resdiential district) but still a selection, one right opposite the hotel was very nice. good staff, very clean and would definitely use again

Good choice for a short stay in Munich

We stayed at Tulip Inn for 1 night before heading to Vienna. The room and service were very satisfactory.

The hotel was good. With a quiet atmosphere inside the hotel which helps to ease of any stress during your stay and the staff was always helpful if assistance was required.

Very clean and quiet hotel

The room is very clean and nice, staff is very friendly as well. We didn’t have any problems of parking. We checked out before having breakfast and asked the lady at reception if we can still have it, she just let us have it for free. And it’s very nice breakfast as well. Definitely recommend for quiet short stay.

Good option for Munich

Resonably priced comfortable Hotel, well connected to public Transport System.

The day we arrived, we gave our passports to the front desk to keep at their locker. But the day we were leaving, they didn't have the key to the locker with them because their manager took it home with her. We were travelling to Zurich that day, and we missed our bus because the manager took forever to get back to the hotel. We were very cooperative because we understand that mistakes happen, and they promised that they will compensate if we do miss the bus. So when we got to the station and missed our bus, we called the hotel to ask for the compensation and what to do next. The receptionist all of a sudden became really rude, and said apparently their taxi dropped us off 3 minutes before our bus left and blamed us for missing the bus. We were super shocked in her sudden change of behaviour. Mind you that our bus platform was like a 10 minute walk from the parking lot where the taxi dropped us. Even if they couldn't compensate, they could have said it nicely. But they blamed the entire situation on us and got mad at us for apparently harassing them. So definitely the worst hotel experience we've ever had.

Overall good experience. The hotel is easy to reach by car or by public transport.The reception staff was helpful and polite. The rooms were good. The breakfast is highly overpriced. There were no door bell or telephone in the rooms.

Really enjoyed the friendly staff and clean rooms with all the amenities you need.

There is nothing special in the hotel; just regular 3*. It could be better if receptionists know English better. From time to time receptionist and barista is the same person, and this is not convenient for the hotel guests.

Nice but room for improvement

A property that seems to be catering more for bus loads of tourists coming in and out. First hotel I have ever stayed in with no fridge. Facilities were clean and rooms nice. Bar person was rude and had no EFT facilities. Only breakfast facilities available onsite

Good location but room not convenient for a family

Good room, but very small. Not convenient for a family of 4. Not able to adjust AC within the room, felt extremely cold. Can't call operator or reception because inter-com phone is not available. Overall ok but not great.

We had to book a hotel last minute due to changes in our itinerary, luckily this hotel was much better than expected. Rooms were clean and new, beds were nice and comfy. However we had the end room so wifi signal was almost non-existent, was able to hit 1 bar.

The hotel location was a bit far off from bus or train station which was quite hard to get to.

Well worth it!

We had a room with 4 singles! The decor was very modern - loved it. Beds are very comfortable. It is located in more suburb area and not in center of Munich, but well worth it! Great free buffet breakfast too.

Host lied to us about upgrade

This is a great place for te deal we got. But if you find yourself paying over €110 per night...look elsewhere. The place is new, clean and modern. Breakfast was great but extra cost. Parking is free on the street. The host could not find or booking but saw it on Expedia 15 minutes later then upgraded our room as an apology. .. but the room was the exact same just different floor. I know because I stayed here before.

Das Personal war nicht freundlich und hat kaum was verstanden. Wartezeit beim einchecken war sehr lang weil der Herr mich nicht richtig verstanden hat. Sechs mal musste ich meinen Namen wiederholen. Die Bar hatte am Samstag geschlossen, unglaublich. Zimmer war sauber…

Hatte ein kleines technisches Problem mit meinem Zimmer und der Mitarbeiter vor Ort hat mir geduldig ein anderes Zimmer zugewiesen. Vielen Dank dafür!

Positiv überrascht

Dieses Hotel hat uns poso überrascht. Das Bett war sehr komfortabel und das Zimmer gross und sauber. Kinderbetten sind anscheinend nur für 1-2 jähriges Kind. Wir mussten also ein 3 Betten Zimmer umbuchen und selbstverständlich 10 Euro Aufpreis bezahlen. Würden es weiterempfehlen und wieder kommen.

Das Hotel wirkt etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Frühstück für den Preis deutlich verbesserungswürdig. Kaffee eine Katastrophe.

Ich habe das Hotel auf Grund der Nähe zum Veranstaltungsort gebucht. Da lag kein Hotel besser. Schon beim Check in gab es unnötige (zumindest in anderen Hotels nicht vorkommende) Themen. Ich zahlte bei Ankunft, mir konnte aber keine Rechnung ausgestellt werden, dies ginge erst nach dem Check out. Auf Nachfrage durfte ich meine Mailadresse für den Versand angeben. Spoiler: Natürlich hat die Dame diese nicht hinterlegt, was nur auf meine Nachfrage beim Check out herauskam. Andernfalls hätte ich im Nachgang mich drum kümmern müssen. In der Lobby war es sehr laut, da hier anscheinend alkoholisierte Damen lautstark diskutierten. Immerhin griff hier das Personal ein. Sonderlich einladend empfand ich das Gebäude und die Lobby jedoch nicht. Mein Zimmer war sauber, recht klein, aber grundsätzlich ok. Die Klimaanlage war erfreulich stark. Leider war es auch sehr laut. Bis in die Nacht und am Morgen hörte ich rauschen (Lüftungs- oder Wasserrohre) und jede Bewegung des Aufzugs. Sehr nervig und störend. Das Frühstück war sehr einfach, der ganze Raum hatte den Charme einer Kantine. Nicht schön und die Auswahl war allenfalls Basis. Es gab leider kein Brot, nur aufgebackene Brötchen, Baguettes und Toast. Natürlich konnte man satt werden, jedoch gibt es in der Preisklasse (ca. 130€ pro Nacht für eine Person bezahlt) deutlich bessere Angebote. Immerhin war das Personal nett. Alles in allem, positiv formuliert, zweckmäßig für meinen Anlass, aber keine besonders positive Hotelerfahrung.

Jedes Jahr wieder das Hotel unserer Wahl, wenn wir unsere Verwandten besuchen. Die Lage ist für uns ideal. Das Hotel ist vernünftig.

Unser Empfang am ersten Tag war grausam und schrecklich. Das Personal an der Rezeption war äußerst gelangweilt und tippte auch während des Check-in am Handy herum und schrieb Nachrichten und las diese auch. Ebenfalls gingen die Mitarbeiter während wir warten mussten vor die Tür und rauchten. Freundlichkeit wurde auch nicht großgeschrieben.

Spärliche Ausstattung im Bad. Kein Service.

Es gibt keine Handtuchhalter im Bad Es gibt keinen Haken im Bad, um die Toilettentasche aufzuhängen. Die Bar hatte zu. Kein Absacker beim "Heimkommen" möglich.

Unterkunft ist ein solider Platz für Arbeiter, Studenten, etc. also für nicht zu hohe Ansprüche, aber dennoch ist es sauber, gut eingerichtet, manchmal mit etwas reparaturbedürftig (Klobürstenhalter lose). Das Fernsehgerät müsste besser sein. Schlechte Auflösung, veraltete Technologie. Ich persönlich hätte gerne auch ein Stuhl mit Armlehne zum Arbeiten am PC gewünscht. Das Frühstückangebot ist halt "Basic", keine besondere Auswahl, dennoch für Energietanken für den Tag ausreichend.

Ich bin Rollstuhlfahrer! Bin vom Zimmer total begeistert! Weiter so!

Camera comoda e spaziosa. Un po’ calda è difficile da regolare la temperatura con termostatò. Bagno pulito con ampia doccia. Cambio quotidiano degli asciugamani. Poche mensole per appoggiare oggetti. Colazione sobria ma molto adeguata

sehr angenehmes Hotel, hell, freundlich, sauber Gutes Frühstück, tolle Kopfkissen!!! Wir hatten es zur Übernachtung, da wir ein Konzert im Olympiastadion besuchten. Aufgrund Verkehr in M standen wir sehr lange im Stau um das Hotel zu erreichen. Fahrt zum Stadion mit ÖPNV dauerte 1 h. Mehrfach umgestiegen.

Es war mir sehr peinlich, als die Mitarbeiterin im Frühstücksraum im Untergeschoss des Tulip Inn Unternehmen am 22.12.2022, mitgeteilt hatte „, dass ich nicht am Frühstück mitteilen darf“, obwohl dass, ich meine Übernachtungsbuchung mit Frühstück gebucht und bezahlt habe. Ich habe das Frühstück nicht aufgenommen. Ich arbeite mit vielen Kollegen, die auch in Tulip Inn übernachten und ich werde Ihnen über mein Problem informieren und möglichst diese Unterkunft zu vermeiden. Ich werde diese Pension an keinem empfehlen. Ich werde in den Nächsten Monaten mehreren Übernachtungen zu buchen, aber aufgrund der oben genannten Probleme werde ich dieser Hotel vermeiden. Ich bitte um Rückgabe meine Frühstückkosten und die Entschädigung. Danke
