The room was nice and spacious. Roberto was extremely nice and helpful giving us good information about where to eat and go.
Stayed for one night only. Check-in process was not easy. Very difficult to communicate with someone to make arrangements. The entrance is odd and not well indicated. Room was not very clean. Glad we weren’t staying for more than one night. It’s a low cost for a reason. Location was good though.
Do not book!
Avoid this place! The listing and reviews are completely misleading. They told us the air conditioning did not work, but we don't believe that it ever really works. There was black mold in the shower and in the bathroom and the floors throughout were filthy.
The property manager as very helpful on how to get around on taxi and recommended a great place to eat. The room did not come with items for showering, and was provided. No bed cover, only bed sheets are provided. No daily cleaning. The AC made a strange noise/ loud which affected the night sleep. Room was clean. Shared dining area and kitchen available. Close to restaurant and walk to nearby tourist sights. Good location for the price - except the loud AC. :-)
We loved our stay at Tula Inn, very clean and tidy!
Tula inn , amazing location,
great location, Roberto was amazing, couldn’t do enough, only slight negative, should have been 32” tv in the room , ( i get you’re not in rome to watch tv ) but while getting ready it’s handy to have on , we g gf and a14” also the last guests before us,had stolen the remote, sounds like a moan, it’s not it’s just an observation. but on the positive side Trastevere is 5 mins walk , great restaurants and bars , colosseum 15 mins away, pantheon and trevi also 15 mins, would we go back, yes definitely .
The location of the property was ideal however due to this, there was a high noise level at night by surrounding restaurants & courtyards which often kept us awake at night!
The gentleman was very kind and the facilities were nice. Very nice private room overlooking the road. Cute little park across the street and excellent coffee around the corner. Easy access to the sites and mass transit. My wife and I loved the place.
.
Prior to our arrival, we messaged with the property and provided time of our arrival since they are not always at the property for check in. Received no response. Their normal check in time is between 10 am and 5 PM, we arrived at 10:30 am and rang the bell, and called the property over and over again. Messaged them through orbitz, texted them, and called and messaged through whatsapp. At 4:30 PM, we finally received a response from the property "hello, sorry i was by the doctor. is all ok? :)" After being out in the cold all day with nowhere to go, we were forced to stay somewhere else. Would strongly advise against booking this place.
Quaint little Rome house
We were on our honeymoon. We enjoyed the bathroom (showerhead was broken however) and the centrality of the location. Didn't enjoy the bed. Staff were 10/10 and even left us a little something to celebrate our wedding. Would stay again
I think this hotel is good.
Safe and convenient location
Great staff. Generally well located. Clean and simple. Light rail running on adjacent street is very noisy, as is super squeaky front door to building. Room with detached bathroom meant crossing a public dining area to use. Overall, a good experience.
Everything was great, very clean and renovated. There are shared coffee machine, stove, dishes, kettle, fridge. Two problems: two people in the proprty cant shower at the same time properly, the shower stream gets weak. Another thing is the front door of the building, which is very noisy every time it opens, it can be heard from inside the room and disturbed my sleep
Very nice, just a few issues to work out.
Great place, looks recently renovated. Very clean. Good location, lots of nearby restaurants and access to transportation. There is a shared refrigerator as well as a coffeemaker and toaster, which was nice for a quick breakfest. The room was sparse, literally just a bed. A small table would have been nice. 2 problems worth mentioning - the room is right above the main door to the building. It opens and closes using hydraulics, and is extremely loud. It takes about 40 seconds to open and close and the entire time it squeals very, very loudly. It opens and closes constantly at all hours of the day, night, and early morning. To be fair, I did not ask about the possibility of moving to another room, but probably should have. The other problem, there is a small foyer to the bedroom and the power box is in this foyer. You can't lock the bedroom door, only the foyer door. 1st day there, I came back to find it standing open because the staff needed access to the box. Meaning my room was open to anyone who wanted to go in. Yes, the cleaners were in the area, but anyone could go in when they're in another room. Suggest a lock on the bedroom door instead.
We couldn't figure out how to use the coffee machine.
Amazing host, clean and nice place, right next to every important place in Rome.
Bom
Otima proposta. Entendi como um hostel de quartos individuais. Predio antigo com otimo quarto. Localizacao otima. Voltaria.

Couldve had proper comforter with sheets
Clean and well situated!
Dishonest service and no possibility to shower
Unfortunately I can't recommend this place - there was no warm water available so I wasn't able to shower for two days while staying in Rome. I was promised a compensation but never received anything even if I contacted Tula Inn several times afterwards. All I got was passive-aggressive messages. This is just bad service.
Grwat value
Great neighbourhood, right in centrre but a little noisy
Well situated, near Campo dei Fiori and Trastevere, very clean. No elevator and reception, first floor, noisy because of tram in front of the Building
sehr günstige Lage, schöne Atmosphäre, alle Erwartungen erfüllt; jederzeit wieder!
Piacevole Ferragosto a Roma
Affascinante palazzo storico in posizione strategica. Camera spaziosa dotata di tutti i comfort, letto comodo, doccia eccellente, aria condizionata. Personale gentilissimo e disponibilissimo.
Camera bellissima e posizione stupenda centrale 10 min da tutto
Creeeeedo!!!!
I was surprised by the quality and comfort of the room since in Rome most hotels are very small. The room is very spacious, clean and beautiful. The hotel is arranged as an appartment with several rooms there is shared kitchen and table where you can enjoy coffe in the entrance. The location is perfect, and the host arranged us our room very fast as we had booked last minute.

My only complaints are they don't have a sign out front so the place is hard to find. They also don't have a credit card machine so it's hard to settle the bill. After you find it and figure out how you are going to pay it's great. Just as described and in a good location to walk to the surrounding attractions. If I am ever back in town I would be happy to stay again.
