Would be nice if there was a ramp or deck at the beach to assist getting into the water We had a fantastic time - a great beach vacation !! The main restaurant had an amazing selection of buffet items - excellent and delicious

As an all inclusive resort I enjoyed the stay i had no major issues what so ever check in check out was super fast food they had almost everything the resort was full of tourists from almost every corner of Europe. I would stay again no doubt nice entertainment program. Only downside is coffee beans used for the available machines at the resort didn’t suit my test very minor issue.

Great place and great food

Lovely resort, Lagoon position wit access to a pool was brilliant. Amazingly no trouble getting sunbeds when we wanted them which was a real surprise! Only downside was using 'app' to book ala carte restaurants and sports facilities which was sometimes a challenge before becoming unavailable.

Hi, went for this hotel because of its «excellent» rating, great reviews and a reasonable price compared to other hotels but were a bit disappointed. The hotel is good but in reality it’s a 3 star plus, the room looked smaller and more outdated compared to the photos and the all inclusive system is quite limited and doesn’t not include such things like classic cocktails (ie margarita or tequila sunrise), steak house and wine house, certain beds on the beach etc - which all felt like a bit of letdown. Propose they call it « most inclusive » or «all inclusive BUT… ». The food was fairy good and enough of choice for us, the beach and the sea were nice and all in all I can recommend the place but set realistic expectations before you go.

Stayed for the Ironman70.3 and had an initial problem with my room being next to the DJ but the hotel was happy to swap my room to something more quiet. Would recommend as it was a very convenient location too.

On the first day two people from my reservation got food poisoning and one of us was in a hospital and we paid all expenses out of pocket. The hotel didn’t help or even wanted to reimburse. Extremely disappointed!

Resort is beautiful and lots to do, actually we didn’t have time to do everything. The food is very good although dining rooms could be a bit more organised. There is a bus to town, belek is only 5minutes away and costs only 1euro. Reception staff manners leave a lot to be desired and could really do with some additional customer service training. After booking a pool access room which I believed would provide direct access to the swimming pool, doesn’t actually mean this - it means situated with a view of the pool and can be 2nd or 3rd floor. The entertainment was not to our taste and is very dance orientated but a number of people seemed to enjoy it.

We had a wonderful family holiday at Masmavi. Great resort, lots of facilities, friendly staff.

The shop was too expensive it cost £12 for a packet of strepsils. Some parts of the hotel are yet to be refurbished and we were unlucky to be put in one of those rooms

First time to turkey

First time to turkey, no complaints with the hotel whatsoever, service, staff, food, entertainment all good, the hotel has the best of both worlds, you can relax and soak up the sun and chill out later in comfy relaxing bars, or use the sports and spa facilities and later the lively bar or even nightclub, daily entertainment programme always had events on, fantastic hotel, two nearby small towns are same as usual, full of shops selling clothes and handbags with the owners trying to get people through the doors, if you can put up with it they are loads cheaper than the hotel shops, (hotel doesn't control the on site shop prices) over all, I would go back and was very happy.

Good hotel for families with kids

Amazing food, clean and tidy rooms, good service level. Lots of families with kids. Better for family vacation, rather than couple vacay :)

Good value for its price

Overall value for such price is very satisfying. the most affordable 5* hotel in the area. Don't expect anything WOW - but what hotel really provides is clean rooms, nice personnel and we got an upgrade! The evening shows are awesome!

Excellent Hotel compared to other 5stars in Turkey

We stayed here with our 2 year old daughter for 7 nights and finished of staying at a very rubbish hotel in Managvat for one night (do not stay in that area- all the hotels are crammed together and people are rude). This hotel is situated in Belek which is a nice peaceful area. The hotel is in a good spacious location and has amazing facilities all within the enclosure. 1. Extremely well run and efficient hotel 2. Unlike other hotels in Turkey, which are classed as 'all-inclusive' but will still charge you for several things, this hotel actually is all-inclusive. Most people probably don't make use of half the facilities that this hotel has to offer. You will need at least 2 weeks to explore and enjoy everything at the hotel. 3. This hotel offers the best fitness programme I have ever come across. From boxing classes, spinning (advanced cycling) to mountain bike tours- all included in the all-inclusive package 4. Choice of activities to suite all ages 5. Excellent landscaping and the gardening team do magnificent job. 6. Very clean throughout the hotel. It's a big job to keep such a huge hotel clean but the staff do an amazing job. 7. Food was good with a good variety. Sometimes too much variety, hate seeing food going to waste 8. Good healthy food options 9. Excellent location directly on the beach. 10. Outstanding Spa facilities which were free to use Things that can be improved 2. No milk provided in the room for the coffee machine...

Liked the spacious area. Great Pools and sport activities. The cleanliness is not very well maintained in rooms and in property area. Some staff is not nicento handle. Over all considering the price, it worth it.

We visited many hotels in Belek all of them 5 stars so as an experienced customer I would not complain about anything at Magic Life. we enjoyed our short break, got a breath and back work.

Nice hotel, average food

The hotel is green, clean, big but villa rooms are small. A la carte restaurant (Sofra) don’t differ than the main restaurant. Same food. The food quality was average. The animation team was not pushy and disturbing. I can recommend the hotel.

Overall the hotel was lovely and absolutely beautiful, me and my boyfriend stayed here for a week from the 6th-13th June. The pools were gorgeous and the food was lovely, having different themes and variation ever night for tea however breakfast was mostly the same but still enjoyable. Staff in the restaurant were attentive making sure your glasses were always filled. A problem I had with the hotel was that when we arrived we were put in a two single bed room when our booking clearly started a larger double bed room. Once we arrived and saw their error we went back down to reception and were told we would be moved in the morning once they had cleaned a room for us. When we returned in the morning a younger employee told us that there were no rooms available howbwer he did requested that maids came and turned the two singles into a double. Overall the stay was amazing and we will definitely be returning here and visiting other magic life resorts

Great all inclusive hotel by the beach

Beautiful, well thought out hotel with amazing food,gym, excellent entertainment, fabulous pools/water slides, very clean and comfortable room. Most of the staff were very welcoming and helpful. However, some reception staff need to improve their English as difficult to explain what we needed. Offer English excursion information please.

This hotel was one off the best I have stayed at could not fault it food was great everyone was nice not so great a speaking English but you are in Turkey it’s a little out the way from Antalya but that hotel was great I had a great time

Well maintained hotel with good facilities. Excellent food quality, lacked variety at times. Room service not free, however and very limited choice. No pool drinks service but bars nearby to get your drinks. Rooms ok, Soap and Shampoo dispensers with cheap products. Bring your own. Dissapointing for a “5 star hotel”. Spa facilities 5/10. Excellent range of activities coupled with great Tui staff energy. Very good gym.

Lovely spring sunshine break

Just had a terrific week with my daughter, rooms spotless and lovely decor. All the staff could not have been more welcoming and made our holiday extra special. Plenty of activities if you want to join in and plenty of quiet spaces as well. The entertainment team were second to none every one of them made us welcome and were a blast. Going away with a teenage daughter was daunting, hoping she would not be bored but every day and night was filled with fun. Restaurant food was excellent albeit a bit thin on fruit choices at breakfast but other than that the different themes each evening was great. Shows in the evening were very entertaining and professional, how they remember all the dances I do not know and then danced all evening with the guests there energy was endless. Would definitely recommend this hotel, didn’t use the kids club but the staff were lovely and the kids always looked like they were having great fun. We shall definitely be returning again.

Wir waren mit einer Gruppe von 8 Personen vor Ort und allesamt waren Begeistert. Das gesamte Personal ist super zuvorkommend, Essen ist super und es gibt eine riesige Auswahl.

Wouldn’t recommend

Alles war sauber und gepflegt. Jeden Tag wurde eine tolle Show geboten. Leider konnten wir die letzten zwei Tage nicht mehr genießen, da wir uns eine Darm Infektion zugezogen haben.

Es war ein sehr schöner Urlaub. Sehr sauberes und großes Zimmer (Lagoon Room). Leckeres Essen.

Die Qualität des Essens hat nachgelassen. Vorallem im Bereich Gebäck und Backwaren. Mitarbeiter ALLE freundlich ABER leider sind die Servicekräfte im Hauptrestaurant entweder unqualifiziert oder höchst überfordert gewesen. Man bestellt eine Cola und bekommt zwei. Man bestellt einen Cappuccino und bekommt einen kleinen schwarzen ohne Milch. War teils mühsam selbst mit Google translate. Ich weiß alle jungen Leute müssen irgendwie starten und Erfahrungen sammeln aber die konnten den älteren Angestellten nicht das Wasser reichen.

Die Unterkunft ist sichtlich in die Jahre gekommen. Auf Sauberkeit wird kein Wert gelegt. Die Zimmer sind sehr klein und sehr dreckig.Das Personal ist zwar freundlich, aber leider nicht entsprechend geschult. Der Service ist ungenügend. Das Essen ist so schlecht gewesen, dass wir auswärts essen gehen mussten. Es wird an den falschen Stellen gespart. Als Gast fühlt man sich eher als eine Last. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist absolut nicht gegeben. Wir können das Hotel nicht weiter empfehlen und werden auch nicht wieder kommen.

Das Hotel ist super. Daneben befindet sich jedoch eine relativ große Baustelle. Je nach Lage des Zimmers könnte es hörbar sein. Wir waren weit entfernt und haben die Baustelle lediglich beim Frühstücken gehört.

Very Green and nice Garden, lot of pools, big spa and nice gym

Ich und meine Verlobte waren wirklich sehr zufrieden mit unserem Aufenthalt wir hatten ein Wunderschönes Zimmer bei den Lagunen das Hotel war nicht überfüllt überall Platz und somit konnten sich die Mitarbeiter mehr mit einem beschäftigen. Essen war sehr Gut vor allen hat uns der Galaabend sehr gut gefallen. Also absolute 10/10 kommen auf jeden Fall wieder . Frau Pinar bei der Chill out bar war sehr zuvorkommend. Hr.Ibrahim hat uns auch sehr gut beraten.

Toller Urlaub ,schöne Anlage mit kleinen Abstrichen wie schlechte Beleuchtung auf den Zimmern und zu wenig Personal im Speisesaal.

Schlechte Schalldämmung der Türen

Im Grunde eine sehr schöne Anlage mit kleinen Schönheitsfehlern. - Die Pools könnten ruhig etwas wärmer sein (unbeheizt). - Lagoon Villas: Die Verdunklungsvorhänge sind eher 10cm zu klein als 1cm zu groß. Es gab größere Lücken an den Rändern und unten war eine 5-10cm große Lücke. - Klimaanlage: Man musste die Temperatur auf 25 Grad einstellen um die gewünschten 20-21 Grad zu erhalten. - Poolarea: Warum verbaut man spiegelglatte Fließen um die Pools herum? Gehen war nur auf den ausgelegten Matten gefahrlos möglich. - Rutschen: Der Rutschenturm braucht mal wieder einen Anstrich. Überall Rost sichtbar.

Die zimmer sind unterirdisch im Haupthaus und den villages für ein 5 sterne Hotel außer in den neu gebauten bereichen die 800 euro mehr kosten. das essen ist super aber kantinen Atmosphäre da zu viele menschen aufeinmal da sind sauberkeit der zimmer lässt zu wünschen übrig trotz Trinkgeld sorry. Lage ist katastrophal nix zu machen ohne Taxi die Preise sind utopisch sehr teuer

O hotel não é um verdadeiro 5 estrelas. Os quartos são pequenos e a qualidade da comida não é muito boa. Os funcionários são bons.
