The staff here is extremely friendly and nice. Highly recommended.
Staff are friendly and very helpful and always want to ensure you have what you need for a comfortable stay. We were upgraded to a larger room without us requesting it.
The customer service at this hotel is excellent. I accidentally booked and paid for the wrong month. After realizing the mistake (past the incorrect dates), I contact their sale department. Ms. Trang and her management team allowed us to change our stay to the right time.
Family Holiday
Staff were friendly and helpful. Food was good with a variety. We were a family of 6 and enjoyed our stay here. 👍👍
Their staff are friendly & nice. Nothing to complaint with this price.
Nice king-size bed and patio tables outside all upper level rooms that overlooked the pool below. Friendly and attentive staff. Good breakfast with freshly made crepes and eggs made to order. The hotel apologized for the construction activity on both sides of the property; construction noise was restricted to daytime hours.
We had arranged to be collected from the airport however the car never turned up. No apology was made we were simply told the computer system was down so the car had not been sent. The hotel itself was clean and tidy. The family room suited our needs well.
Great staff and amazing property. You can't tell from the outside, but the inside is the tropical oasis. The only complaint I have with the hotel is the cleanliness of the tub in our King Deluxe suite. There was a rubber mat on the bottom of the tub. I notice it a little further away from the showerhead than I normally like it, so I picked it up and tried to move it. Well, it seems like no one has done that in a while, because underneath the mat had what looked like months of grime and gunk built up. The rest of the hotel seemed very clean, but there was just this one spot which really grossed me out.
Great hotel
Excellent hotel, great room, shower, bed and pool area.breakfast good and Daisy and Kai very helpful. It’s about 1km from centre, two good restaurants around the corner, left out of the hotel then first left (two minutes) The tin tin and silent garden.
Okay hotel
It's a noisy hotel because the pool is in the centre so when kids are in the pool or anyone loud, you can hear throughout the property. The have bikes for guests but they aren't maintained properly. Breakfast is good and the staff do their best being friendly and opening the door of the lobby. They do get credit for trying!
The hotel looks modern and clean. The swimming pool is decent and not too crowded. The breakfast is pretty good as well. That being said, we found cockroaches there in our room -- in the bathroom to be specific. The staff used pesticide in our room but after that, we found another one. We did not change the room because other rooms seem to have cockroaches as well. Also, the bathroom floor was very slippery when it was wet -- the manager gave us flip flops, which was okay. The constructions in both sides of the hotel were noisy, but it wasn't too bad; we used the pool at around noon, and the noise was bothersome a bit, but tolerable. Overall we enjoyed our stay there, even though we were concerned about the cockroaches. But it seems like other hotels have similar problems, except for (maybe) top tier hotels like Hyatt.
Hoi An
Pretty good hotel with excellent staff. The location is decent, being a mile away from the old town. They have free bikes to use too. The included breakfast was decent, but there were a few small cockroaches that scurried across my table. I guess it's normal in this part of the world though. The room was nice, clean.
Excellent value and service
Staff were very friendly and helpful, especially Annie and Daisy who went out there way to make sure we were happy
Room lovely although we did have a balcony there was absolutely no view at all from it apart from the building next door about 10cm away from the balcony. The only natural light was around the swimming pool. Building works seemed to be going on all around the hotel: we booked hotel 9 months ahead but we received no updated regarding the work going on. Also new photos should be put onto the website as they are not true.
Hotel provided bikes to ride to town which was 5 mins away . Checkin was ok - understand basic English.
Good property, comfortable with nicr options for breakfast :)
great hotel with pool
The hotel is excellent . Staff very helpful. Slightly out of town but workable or taxis v cheap. Pool is great and a little oasis in which to relax. A bit of building work going on next door but didn’t spoil our stay.
Great location, lovely hotel
We had an extremely comfortable stay in a twin room overlooking the pool. Comfy beds and pillows. Great choice at the buffet-style breakfast. This is a well laid out and attractive hotel and the location is ideal, about 15 minutes walk or a 5 minute cycle ride from the old centre. We were out for most of each day during our stay, but the time we did spend at the hotel in daylight hours was interrupted by the noise from the adjoining construction sites on both sides.
Amazing Hoi An holiday
We had an amazing time!
Nice hotel with great staff
Very good hotel. Staff very friendly and helpful. Nice pool, although could be colder! Very clean and tidy rooms. About 1.5km from old town which walkable, although in mid 30 degree heat is a challenge! Taxi only about US$2 Overall a very nice hotel, well worth stay. Incredibly cheap as wel.
Very welcoming and friendly staff
We stayed here for four nights. This hotel is beautiful and the staff make it feel like home. We enjoyed biking around Hoi An with the bikes the hotel provided. In addition, when we first arrived, we sat and talked about things to do, how to avoid being overpaying, and a great tailor shop. The breakfast offered had a huge variety and delicious. The room was clean and spacious. They work hard to keep everything cleaned on a daily basis. There was construction next door and they apologize and offered to change our room if it bothered us but we were out and about during the day and it stopped by late afternoon so didn’t affect our stay whatsoever. The hotel booked two tours for us which we found were better priced then the ones offered elsewhere. We are not the type to book with hotels and usually preferred to find our own way. We did a market walk, cooking class, and bamboo boat tour for $23/pp. Also, they arranged transportation for free to visit My Son Sanctuary and we only had to price the entrance fee ($7.50/pp) followed by a boat and lunch. We loved food accommodating and helpful everyone was. I would whole heartedly recommend staying here with visiting Hoi An.
Great stay
Construction noises on both sides of the hotel, staff tries hard to make up for it
Nice vilas room layout. Great staff sevice. Nice relaxing pool. Would be a perfect score if not for either side of property is under construction.
Nice hotel closed to the beach and old town
This is a newly operated hotel closed to the beach and old town. They provide free bikes to Hồ around the area. Rooms are clean and have an elegant design. BF is great. Nice staffs.
Great hotel staff were so friendly and happy
Airport transfer was a blessing after the overnight flight particularly as first time in Vietnam and traveling alone. The staff were the best asset to the hotel, very friendly and happy people and they couldn't do enough for you. They provided great advice about what to do and what to watch out for in Vietnam.
Lovely hotel
Staff are very kind and helpful. Did not have hot water for one day and woken up by construction one morning. But, this was a comfortable and clean hotel a bit outside old town Hoi An
Emerald in the city
Great small hotel in transitioning area. We loved the friendly service and the ultra cool furnishing. Jessie at Reception is a joy!!
Pleased
Great service!
Very nice stay
We had a great stay. The constructions are loud but we got used to it. Very nice place with amazing and helpful staff. We love the breakfasts! :-)
Excellent room very large and fits the whole family comfortably. Staff very friendly and very helpful. Pool wonderful and refreshing after a hot day out.
Nice hotel
Fabulous time of stay at this hotel. Thank you all to the staffs.
Excellent place
A little loud with the construction next door but still excellent
Lovely hotel in Hoi An
Lovely hotel and fantastic service. A 25 minute walk to the main shopping area but a bicycle offered by hotel if you'd like. Cheap and efficient laundry with pressing just around the corner and good restaurants close by. Excellent family run Blue Gift Spa Hoi An just a street away was excellent both in terms of service and massage quality Special thanks to Jessi at reception for making the stay so pleasant! The other staff like Nancy and Hoi at the restaurant really wonderful too.. thank you!
Super hotel
The most positive hotel.in vietnam with suoer ataff ans very helpfull
Great stay!
The staff here really looked after us, from a really detailed welcome, to lending us bikes and making sure they were right for us. It’s a great location and brilliant value for money.
New and stylish hotel, great service and people
We spent a couple of days in this hotel: - it is really new and clean, especially compared to other hotels in Vietnam; - our room was huge with a noce balcony; - there’s a nice pool and fitness/massage area; - good breakfast with plenty of Vietnamese and international selection; - the service is great, the people there are continuously trying to improve the service and they are very attentive and sensitive to the feedback you provide; - we had the possibility of showering when leaving, which was really an added value for us; - perfect WiFi everywhere in the hotel; - perfect introduction to the city and services, there are bycicles available for free and it’s easy and convenient to rent a motorbike or a taxi from them; - you never feel pushed to buy tours or services as it happens in other Vietnamese hotels
Emerald Hotel
The hotel is ok. It is close to two good restaurant, Claypot and Tin Tin. The Swimming pool is very good. Very good breakfast. They have bicycle which you can go to the beach and pass the rice field which is highly recommended. The only isdue is the cleaning of the pool. When they do it at night, which happended when we were there, you smell theChemical in your room which is not very pleasant. The other issue is the set up of the hotel which make some rooms with no exposure to the sun. This means the room is moisty and smell wet. If you stay a few nights , it is ok but for longer time, not recommend.
Noisy but nice and still not too bad
Hoi An really is a beautiful place to stay. The hotel is about a 15-20 minute walk from the town centre. There is also construction happening right next door and the noise starts about 6.00am (even on a Sunday). Recommend you try White Rose massage.
Service, rooms and restaurant very good. Loved the buffet breakfast. Very spacious rooms for families.
Above and Beyond
Would gladly recommend this hotel to anyone that comes to Hoi An, it has been, by far, our favourite place in Vietnam! And staying here was the cherry on top! We received the same hospitality all through our stay from the fantastic team at the front desk, lobby/bell boys, the team at breakfast & housekeeping. We had a couple of issues which were attended to so promptly. 1. when we checked in, we had a few mosquitoes in the room. We mentioned it to front desk and within a minute, a lady was equipped with insect repellant 2. our toilet block twice, mostly my 5year old's fault though. This isn't his first (nor last) toilet he'll block unfortunately :( Not only did housekeeping unblocked it for us ever so quickly, they even cleaned & disinfected it before leaving. Pool was marvellous, so clean & blue! Breakfast was just what we needed to start the day. Variety & made to order noodle & omelette station available. There is construction currently in progress next door & it was the view we had from one of our windows. We had already known about this from previous reviews & was holding our breathe when there were sets of earplugs provided on the bedside lol! But wasn't even an issue. Didn't hear anything loud enough to even get a mention, think they're past that loud stage. Staff arranged a birthday day cake for my son, we were so surprised and touched. All the staff knew it was his birthday and greeted him as they went past, felt like we were with family :)
Place to stay
Just need place to stay while we are in hoy an while exploring Hoi an
Great breakfast and good accommodations
Enjoyable stay and good location. Breakfast was a definite highlight with great selection. Bruce the manager was friendly and courteous but felt he was a bit forward with his recommendations for tourist trips in the area (but think all hotels try and sell to their guests ). We did end up using the hotel for private driver for scenic tour and was good.
Nice Hotel in the right location
Hotel has a bike - Rental for free. Old town is in walkable distance. Beach can be reached by bike. Motorcycles are cheap too-
Good hotel in top location
We stayed 6 nights in the hotel in february. The location is excellent, staff is top but we were disappointed that our room did not have an outside window. The humidity in the room was high and bedding and our clothes were damp. Breakfast was very good but the location of the restaurant is 4 steps below ground. For the price this was definitely a good hotel.
Lovely staff, very helpful. Room larger than some apartments.
Very comfortable stay!
We had a great time at the hotel. It was perfect in terms of comfort, cleanliness and location. Very close to the market and restaurants. Great for families. Will definitely come back again.
Lovely hotel with a particularly good breakfast
Stayed there for several days. Room was comfortable clean and modern. They served a wonderful breakfast with viet dishes. Nice clean modest sized pool. Good internet connection. Front desk had someone who could speak english if i needed help.
Excellent!
- Staff were really helpful and friendly - Good breakfast included - Would definetley stay again and highly recommend this hotel!
Accommodating and friendly staff
Our reservation had been cancelled due to a credit card glitch we arrived on motorbikes in the rain and they were sold out of the quality room we booked. They upgraded up for an additional fee $50 US to their vip suite which had a fabulous view 180 degree view of the ocean, sitting room, two washrooms and bedroom. We were provided ginger tea on arrival and obtained a complimentary fruit tray. Breakfast had many offerings for local and western cuisine. All staff were friendly, the bellman was particularly friendly. We would recommend this hotel.
Comfortable hotel, good location, friendly staff.
Great hotel with wonderful staff and a lovely breakfast every morning, a nice change from the big chain hotels. A 15 minute walk to old Hoi an or a short cycle trip on the free bikes provided by the hotel. Plenty of local restaurants and coffee shops as well as spa and massage places all within a few minutes walk.
Great staff and management , fantastic breakfast and good rooms .
Everything was great, but I would have liked to be closer to the ancient city.
Good place to stay to visit Hoi An old town.
Location, free bicycle, efficient check-in process, haa swimming pool, friendly staffs and speak English well.
Nice when the building work finishes next door
A conveniently situated hotel with good facilities and very friendly staff .. Good breakfast but check your bill for errant restaurant charges as they don't check when people charge to their bills. We were unfortunately there during the construction season with works being carried out to next door however the management were keen to recompense us with a free tour or in our case a free taxi ride to da nang airpotc!!
Close to Ancient Hoi An
The Hotel was very clean had a great restaurant, pool and the staff were always very helpful.
The staff is very nice in the hotel. They always greet us with big warm smiles. The room is clean and cosy in general. But don't expect too much on the breakfast. It takes 15 mins walk from the hotel to the ancient town.
We had a pleasant stay. The reception staff were excellent.
Hotel that gives good value
The Front desk was very helpful with helping guests to arrange for their tours around Hoi An. Breakfast spread was good and the rooms are comfortable. The location is NOT within walking distance to Hoi An old town
Good stay
Hotel staff was very nice and helpful. We are a family of 5 and booked the villa room with 2 king beds. The hotel staff gave us a free bed. Room is very spacious. Only issue was the bath hose broke but we used the rain shower instead. Breakfast spread was good. Will definitely recommend this hotel
Good Hotel, caring staff
Really good hotel. Staff all out to please. Mr. Bruce the manager was very helpful. The breakfast was very good too and Ms. Thuy at breakfast was very eager to ensure I had what I needed. I loved Hoi An and the location of the hotel was good too being between the old town and the beach. Would definitely stay here again.
Noicy
Very nice over all, but the traffic keep you awake at night.
Beautiful Emerald Waters
Tis hotel is fabulous in every way. The staff are all efficient, smiling and friendly. The pool area is lively with comfortable furniture. The only drawback was the construction next door which is due, of course, to blooming tourism. It will be completed soon. The staff will organize everything you need.
Good small hotel close cab trip away from old town
Great service. Breakfast is decent and the hotel is comfortable. For the price, it is a great option. They also arranged pickup from and to airport and very good recommendations.
Nice rooms, great service, good breakfast
Clean rooms, great staff, nice pool, tasty breakfast with lots to choose from. So nice that we extended our stay.
Lovely hotel, clean and friendly. Great breakfast
I stayed for three nights with my adult son. The hotel has bikes available for free and you can cycle into the Old Town and also to the beach. We had a great time - Nothing was too much trouble for the staff. Lovely big room. Warm pool with happy hour cocktaile, a great breakfast. Perfect.
Intimate hotel, 10 min walk from the old city
Alongside the great pool there's the restaurant, which serves good breakfast menu alongside Vietnamese coffee. The staff is nice and helpful. Rooms aren't so big but the shower is AMAZING. We slept next to renovation site and didn't hear a sound. The hotel itself it 10 min walk from the old city which is really comfortable.
Very nice staff . Good clean hotel. Comfortable be
We had a pleasant stay at this hotel. Breakfast very good. Service also excellent.
Value for money worth recommending
Not far from old town of Hoi An, this hotel offers very friendly service. Staffs are very friendly and willing to render help. Swimming pool is lovely surrounded with nice designed villa and restaurant. We stayed in a family room, big in size but plain in room design/decor. One thing it need to improve is the breakfast. It is not much choice and seem not very fresh. Overall a value for money hotel worth recommending.
Brilliant location and lovely hotel!
My wife and I stayed her twice during our trip to Vietnam and absolutely loved this place. Notwithstanding that it was super close to the Old Quarter, they had the nicest staff I've ever dealt with who were super friendly and clearly made the time to remember our names so that they could welcome us when we got back from Sightseeing. They were extremely accommodating when it came to leaving our bags at the hotel while we went to Hoi An and Ha Long Bay (which was such a help) and even made a room available for us to shower in after our flight before our room was ready. Absolutely no complaints and will happily stay there again.
Great hotel with fantastic staff
We stayed at the hotel for 10 nights and it was fantastic. The staff were so friendly and couldn't do enough to help you- especially Bruce, Henry, the boys on the door and ladies in reception. Good location half way between the beach and the town. Will definitely come back !!
Room is clean, staff very friendly, services good, breakfast nice taste.feel comfortable at home. Only swimming pool must improve, water not too clean. Any way, i'll come back again
Great stay
Excellent value for money- helpful and cheery staff. A few rooms having renovations or being finished so a little bit of dust but not disturbed by it. Lovely to get free bike hire
Nice stay
Nice stay, very friendly and helpful staffes
nice place to stay
very enjoyable
Great place
We really liked the hotel and amenities. Breakfast was great, offered us a shower before our transfer picked us up in the afternoon to take us to the airport. Very clean and friendly staff. The hotel is under construction, so it can be noisy. It is a little further out than we thought, but well priced.
Construction a bother, but okay overall
Construction going on at the hotel next door surprised us at 6:30am after our first night here. It was also ongoing throughout the day. The hotel staff did partially compensate us for the inconvenience, and overall, the hotel was clean and comfortable, with nice rooms and glass stall showers in the bathroom. The hotel was about a 5 minute cab ride away from both An Bang beach in one direction and central Hoi An in the other.
Excellent service, quiet hotel
Stayed in the Emerald Waters hotel in Hanoi and was super impressed by their service, so we have decided to stay with Emerald Waters in Hoi An again. The service did not disappoint us, the hotel staff Hana and Bruce did a great job in making us feel welcomed and at ease. Upon check-in, you will be served with drinks and fruits which is really a nice gesture. After that their staff will take time to go through with you what are the nearby highlights and recommendations for meal. Very informative! Room isnt as fantastic as the one in Hanoi but still comfortable and clean. But they have a nice pool and 24hrs gym here! Breakfast spread isn't a lot but they are tasty. Try to come before 930am as some items may not be replenish...
The place to stay to see Hoi An.
Amazing staff! Extremely helpful, friendly, and always eager to please. The rooms were clean and cozy and very nice for the price. If we come back to Hoi An we will stay here again. They offer free bike rentals to travel in town and it's a short distance from the ancient town or the beach. The downside is that the area around it isn't particularly nice, but that is not the hotels fault. Construction next door started at around 730-800 but it ended before nightfall. Our room view looked across the street to an overgrown lot full of trash, but the inside of the hotel with the villas had a very nice garden view. They have a 2 for 1 happy hour on beer every night from about 1600-1900. Overall very happy. Excellent service, excellent staff, cheap rooms, comfy beds, and reasonable prices on food and drink.
Excellent value for money, very clean 5/5
We stayed at this hotel for 14 nights and this hotel is outstanding. The room was very comfortable and clean. The breakfast was amazing with a wide choice of hot food and the same choice for cold food plus fresh fruit and juices. The staff at breakfast were very friendly and attentive and nothing was too much bother. The reception staff were very helpful and also friendly and treated us like family. bruce the manager was very helpful and went out of his way to make our stay enjoyable. The pool was very clean and the gardens were kept very well. The hotel is situated about a 15 minute walk from old town and wasnt a problem as the hotel provided free bicycles or arranged for taxi. Overall I would recommend this hotel to everyone and I would give it. 5* rating
Hotel 20 minute stroll to most things.
Hotel has building going on next door and very noisy. The builders start about 6.30 in the morning. Perhaps in 4 months it may be finished. Pool was lovely but on last day had turned green so we couldn't use it.
Lovely boutique hotel
This is a great little hotel. My room was large and lovely. The staff are warm, helpful and make you very welcome. Between the beach and Old Town. Free bikes for getting around. I will definately be returning. Thanks for having me .
Clean hotel, friendly staff
Fairly small, new, clean hotel with good sized rooms, clean pool and plenty of sun loungers. It's not right in the heart of the ancient town (about 15-20 minutes walk) but they provide free bicycles or it's only a 5 minute taxi ride away and taxis are cheap. Plenty of cheap local restaurants nearby (or if you're craving Western food there's a lovely restaurant 10 minutes walk away called Aubergine 49). Breakfast is good, nothing special but plenty available to fill you up. You can have eggs and noodles made to order as well as the usual buffet spread. The manager spoke to me when I was checking out and seemed to really care about guest satisfaction. The staff here are friendly and polite. I stayed in a (much more expensive) hotel nearby a couple of weeks ago and was made to feel very uncomfortable. I found the staff at Emerald Waters much more hospitable. Great value for money. I recommend booking an airport transfer with them for your arrival, to avoid being overcharged like many tourists are at the airport. It's only $15 which is a very fair price.
Hidden hideaway just outside of ancient town
Perfect location between ancient town and ang bang beach. Great breakfast and pool area. Good walking distance to ancient town for young couple (just over 1km).
Fantastic Emerald Waters.
Absolutely fantastic hotel. Excellent rooms, staff and service. Ten minute walk to old town. Ten minute bike ride to beach. Bikes supplied free of charge by hotel. Very good breakfast with all tastes catered for.
Great hotel but a bit far from old town
The hotel is great! Good for families, couples and friends. Nice small outdoor pool and a huge breakfast. Location is a bit far, though walking distance from old town. Note that the hotel gives free bikes to use. All in all, quite recommended.
Great value for money
The check in is fast and painless they explain tours without any pressure to buy.The rooms are large and super clean with a cute balcony to enjoy a late afternoon cocktail. The pool is average size and kept impeccably clean with ample chaise lounge The happy hour is great for beer but savings on cocktails is only 15% equivalent to taxes. There are numerous good places to eat nearby without having to go all the way downtown should you choose. The bicycles are free and in pretty good condition and only 10 minutes to an bang beach which is in good condition with great places to laze the day away on good chaise lounge with the only cost being to purchase food or drink .The arranged pick up at airport is very reasonable and takes any anxiety over questionable taxi prices in vietnam Buffet and made to order breakfast is good quality with a mix of Vietnamese and North American. This gives you chance to try items you perhaps would not order under normal circumstance
Nice hotel but it is bit far from Hoi An old town
Nice international buffet breakfast. Friendly staffs
Fabulous Hotel with Friendly and Caring Staff
Travelled through Hue, Danang and Hoi An for a short vacation. Hoi An Emerald Waters Hotel & Spa by far is the BEST hotel anyone could ask for. The facilities such as swimming pool and gym are good, rooms are clean, beds are comfortable, wifi connection stable and they have a good spread for breakfast. Last but not least, the free usage of bicycles that are always available when you request it, makes zipping in and out of old town a pleasure. Upon arrival, we were quickly served welcome drinks and fruits while the staff went about processing our check-in. That's exactly what we need to cool down and perk ourselves up after a long ride from Hue. Bruce the friendly and knowledgeable manager, then sat down with us with a map showing us where to go and what to do. We requested for late check out as we our departure flight is late evening, and the hotel kindly obliged. We were offered juices by Bruce, while waiting for our transport to airport, which is a really nice gesture. It was a scorching day, and Bruce politely instructed his staff to bring an umbrella to shield the bicycle seats from the Sun. Another thoughtful act, Well Done! Would definitely recommend this gem to my friends who are travelling to Hoi An
Emerald Waters Hotel and Spa, great place to stay
The hotel was very clean and reception very friendly and helpful. We called attention to the very poor design of the shower stall which allowed huge amounts of water to flow onto the bathroom floor. Bruce, the manager, was very attentive to our suggestions to improve the situation and the owner should feel very lucky to have such a diligent employee. Everything else was so very nice, but the shower presented a problem. We enjoyed our massages, the gals were delightful.
Excellent
Our stay at the Emerald was like staying at a beautiful intimate Bed and Breakfast. The warmth and welcoming of the staff is our best memory of Hoi An. Bruce, Jessi, Hana, Eric, Tony, Kevin and the other staff led Henry was an example of service excellence. The delicious ,freshly prepared food, the variety of choices and the attentive staff helped to start our day on the right footing.
Everything was fabulous. definitely worth the great price. The only pity was that there were mosquitoes in the room. ruining the sleep. Pity.
Right location
Fab stay in this hotel. 3km to beach easily travelled on free hotel bikes. 15 min walk into town or cheap taxi. Staff gave lots of info on food venues etc in town.
Nice hotel
Great location to the ancient town. Hotel provided bikes for guests, very friendly staff.
Clean, fresh room
Beautiful Villa. Overlooking pool. Excellent value. Delicious breakfast each morning. Close to markets but enough distance to feel like your out in the countryside. Staff couldn't be more helpful, especially the breakfast waitresses and the concierges!
Clean hotel great service
Great stay and service
Good choice
So comfortable
Super clean and comfortable
Spent 9 nights, loved it. Rode the free bikes all over town and to the beach. The old town is charming and just a 15 minute walk. We will be back for An Bang beach.
Very nice and convenient.
Great service. Clean and spacious room. Good breakfast buffet. Nice pool. Convenient location: 15 minutes walk to old town and 15 minutes bicycle (free) ride to beach. Great value!
Nice Hotel
Hotel is nice and staff are very friendly. It's about a 20 minute walk to the markets. Not much to do around the hotel. Make sure to book a transfer with the hotel as the taxis rip you off. Henry and his staff are very good and helpful.
Free room upgrade was much appreciated. The breakfast buffet on the first morning was great with many food choices. There was no buffet on the second morning due to lacking of guests. Mosquitoes were in the room on the first night. The staff were very welcoming and friendly.
