Just a nice clean hotel - great staff

Breakfast buffet was very good. Room was clean and comfortable

Everything was clean and nice. It took a while At the desk for the clerk to pick a room. But, the worst part was the bed. Undoubtedly, the most uncomfortable bed I have ever slept in. Plus the pillows were so thin… terrible night sleep.

Will stay again when in Miaimi

Was a little chilly out, the pool was very cold, would have been great to have it heated. Love the water-filler by the gym on each floor. Other than that, location was close to the cruise port, with restaurants close by. Would definitely stay again.

Great place to stay.

We had a group of 6 and all of us agreed this was a great place to stop before and after a cruise. We Ubered to the port for about $20 for all 6 of us and luggage. Very clean, friendly staff, comfortable bed too. Only way to make better is if they offered a shuttle to cruise ship.

The area was very interesting and we had a great stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful with information. Would highly recommend this site.

The only complaint is that there aren't any restaurants in walking distance. *cleaning staff needs to do a better job cleaning bathroom floors

Overall, an excellent hotel. Friendly, helpful staff. Well located. Clean. Only 2 elevators, which at peak times tend to be very slow. Not a problem if you leave yourself extra time.

The property is a little out of the way but staff service is very good. The breakfast is ok but it is not very comfortable when it's busy

Perfect between cruises !

Rooms were nice. Pillows are a little softer than I would like but overall a very nice hotel. There's not much as far as grocery stores or clothing stores in the area so we had to Uber downtown which is about 10 minutes away.

I stayed for one night with my family. I chose this hotel because it’s a short cab ride from the Brickell Centre and Port Miami. The property is very clean and quiet, and the beds are super comfortable. We would definitely stay here again.

Great hotel, however it seemed to be out of place. For a hotel to have nothing around it other then residual housing and 1 gas station. There was a couple places to eat about 10 blocks down.

The hotel is very new, clean, in a very god location and the staff is friendly and supportive. The only negative thing is that there is not storage space in the rooms and it is not comfortable for long stays. They charge 35$ + tax for valet parking and it is very well communicated in advance, but you can park for fee on the nearby street.

I used to come to this hotel and It was nice, Now, they will charge you $80 or $90 dollars for early check in. 12pm is not the standard anymore for most hotels. This hotel has a strict 3pm check in or you have to pay more. I won't come back to this place anymore.

Every one of the staff has been absolutely excellent and accommodating to work with my highest recommendation to them all They were super helpful very nice looking crew They really know how to do their job well and do an excellent job. They were fantastic.

The property was very clean, smelled good, and the staff was very helpful, and sweet. They even let ys check in an hr before time. The snack are a little to high but theres a gas station across the street.

The walk to the restaurant was long, so we took an Uber. As elderly folks, anything near 7 blocks to a mile is a bit much.

Everything was very nice. The room was very clean. The only thing that I was a little upset about was the size of the room. It was very small for a king bed room. Also the valet parking was somewhat inconvenient. We felt like we had to tip every time we left the property because it was a different person every time we needed our car.

This is an overnight stay. They don’t have closets, ice buckets, a safe. 2 sets of towels, very thin sheets and blanket on a very firm bed. Very minimalistic. They do have a fridge, hair dryer, toiletries, a big tv, and a nice staff. Our A/C sounded like a plane taking off every time it turned on. The lobby is very colorful like a kid’s area with hard plastic chairs. Free breakfast is just ok. Coffee 24/7. We just stay here prior to catching a cruise. Wouldn’t stay here long term. There’s nothing to do around the hotel.

I was not expecting to have the breakfast included, a friendly open area in the hotel, nice colors, welcoming. The room was really good. No so far from downtown. I will go back.

It was good except for vale parking daily 35$. It has no parking area.

Ok place overall. Helpful staff. Room however was smaller than expected and the A/C quite loud. Breakfast had fewer options than expected but it was good.

The Front Desk receptionist Pedro was EXCEPTIONAL. Friendly, genuine smile. helpful and a real foodie. He recommended a beautiful Peruvian Cerviche bar within walking distance. His attitude & attentiveness made the experience for us.

This hotel was beautiful. I have nothing but good things to say! It was super clean, the beds were comfy, the bathroom was clean. The lobby was inviting, the breakfast was good and hot. They have games and pool table in the lobby. The deposit is 45 which we used 35 for parking. Everything felt safe and now my husband and I know what hotel to book of we cruise out of Miami again!

The hotel itself was clean and comfortable. The room service wasn't the best. There was no shampoo and they did not take our trash and the counter in the bathroom was not cleaned.. They did however, fix the beds and gave more clean towels :)!!!

Nice with a couple of good restaurants across the street but their breakfast was horrible. It didn’t have anything that they had told us that was offered nothing but carbs, funny eggs they weren’t even scrambled. They were hard-boiled cut in half pre-prepared by some agency that they bought them from, so make the price lower and let us cook our own breakfast

Large lobby with comfortable seating. It was walking distance to a few dining options. Check in is not 1 min before 2pm, even if rooms are ready, unless you want to pay $90 early check in fee. So there were lots of people waiting around in lobby area.

This property is conveniently located, the kayout of the rooms odd but the bathroom was massive. The staff were excellent.

I am pleased with this property. It is very clean and staff are all super nice. The only downside it’s not close to any walkable shops or restaurants so we did take a Lyft to go out.
