We had to leave, because the fire alarm went off the first day we were there and then the second night it went off at 525am for about 5 mins. I didnt want to have it go off again for the next 4 nights I was there so we left.

Stress Free Wedding Weekend! No Really!!!

Everything was great! We were in town for my son’s wedding and our stay was completely stress free! No! Really! Nice breakfast! Helpful staff! Would gladly stay again!

Breakfast not what we expected. Ended up going to ihop right around the corner.

The hotel was a very good hotel, years ago, I like that they don’t have carpet, because I am allergic to accarus, but now they are pet friendly so the bed was Itchy, because the people don’t take a bath to their pets.

Convenient location . Friendly staff. Clean room. Fresh hot breakfast . Will stay here again.

The hotel was very nice and clean. The rooms were big a lot of space.

Property was just ok. Nothing wrong, but nothing exceptional. Staff was inattentive. Never acknowledged me even though I walked in and out frequently. Room was adequate. Water softener is turned up way too high. Hard to rinse off in the shower.

Could not sleep due to noise in adjacent rooms above and beside mine midnight to early morning.

What a great little hotel! Very clean with updates throughout the property, a nice little patio, and fantastic staff. Room was small but just what I needed for one night. I could hear the person above me walking around late at night, and the shower leaked some water onto the bathroom floor; but other than that, it was a perfect stay.

A cricket jumped out of the air conditioner unit and started running around the room, and I had a hard time catching it. Then, shortly after, a cockroach appeared, which really surprised me. Later in the evening, I also noticed the smell of marijuana and cigarette smoke, which made me not want to stay at the hotel again

The hotel was lovely. Nice and quiet, although I think I stayed on a slow week. Only negatives would be, The AC unit it right next to the desk. I did some work in the room and found it uncomfortable. Breakfast was not much. I eat a banana daily and yours were green the whole week I was there. Was not happy with the construction on 183, which I know you have no control over. It took me 40 minutes to get from your hotel to Mopac and 35th one morning.

Very comfortable and clean. Contemporary colorful decor. Inviting and spacious lobby dining area with a nice view of quiet neighborhoods. Large television screen with much variety to view.

Great place to stay. Very reasonably priced. Rooms are clean. Staff is friendly and accommodating. The only one negative I have is , we asked for the room to be cleaned and it wasn’t. This only happened once and will not keep us from staying again. We were there 7 nights and we frequently stay there when in Austin 4-5 times a year.

As always, the stay was great. Convenient location, new facilities, friendly staff, reasonable price. All one could hope for in a hotel.

I absolutely loved it there. Maria at the front desk was amazing and so was the rest of the staff. I’m in the process of moving to Austin as an army veteran and I’m so excited. I visit at the end of the month I will most likely be staying here again!

Perfect one-night stay. Very good for bare-bones lodging. Basic breakfast was all we needed to get up and out the door. Helpful staff for my late check-in. We'll be back!

Quite clean and trendy location. Breakfast nice and rooms have all you need. I unfortunately had 2 bad experiences 1. Tv did not work upon arrival after a long day. I called front desk and had to wait a while to get a key to new room, he said maintenance had already left for the day it was about 7pm the customer service and urgency was certainly lacking. 2. The fire alarms went off 3 times overnight so it was very tough to get a good nights sleep. There was no threat and the alarms went off quickly but once you’d doze off it would go off again. I have no idea what happened but it made for a rough night. Thank God for the good coffee the following morning!

Great escape from the heat in Houston after Hurricane Beryl left us with no power for 5 days from Houston, this was a nice escape, clean rooms and breakfast not too shabby, I like that the hotel is kinda nestled in a neighborhood, great all around stay.

We stayed at this hotel (parents and two kids) for two nights. Check-in was swift, and the front desk personnel was very friendly. The rooms were super clean and new. The neighborhood was safe and convenient. I would suggest that people stay here.

My car stolen from hotel parking. Hotel has no camera outside. Not safe at all.hard to sleep at night due to pet friendly and barking most nights. Breakfast is ok no any kind of cheese. I wait over 30 minutes cause system down.

Didn’t use any of the extra amenities (such as gym, laundry, etc) so can’t comment on them. Would definitely stay again if the prices remain compatible

Very clean and Comfortable. Workers were kind and professional. Good location and reasonably priced. I stay here for most of my Austin trips.

This is the second time where we booked a room with a tub and it is not an available upon checkin. I feel the room one gets is a gamble when booking vs checking in.

Clean and good condition but disappointing

Great condition and clean. But moderate sized room one might expect in NYC. Shower pressure not good. Breakfast ends at 9 sharp so not great for more leisurely stay.

We really enjoyed our stay. The room was very clean, quiet and the breakfast was wonderful with healthy choices. The pet fee was a little high but it was very pet friendly with a nice space for dogs.

Newer hotel. Well kept and laid out. Room and bathroom very clean and well stocked with liquids in the bathroom. Nice breakfast (but get there 30 minutes before 'closing' to get a chance at the pre-cooked food like oatmeal, eggs and breakfast meat).

Here is what I like about Tru by Hilton.Pet friendly and dedicated space for our fur babies. They even have poop bags and dedicates trash for the 💩 in a bag. Breakfast and the coffee is really good. Pool table. Snacks you can purchase. Rooms are very comfortable. Bathroom with shower (no tub yay! 😀) shampoo, conditioner and shower gel provided. As well as lotion and hand wash. If you have Netflix you can sign into your account and stream movies. The staff at the Jollyville location is very friendly. I feel like the staff at the Jollyville location is much friendlier than other locations I have stayed at before.

Have stayed here a couple times. The rooms are very clean, the staff has always been very friendly and accommodating.
