Great stay!

Clean. Fun lobby with modern decor, pool table, foosball, hydration counter, and a great selection of convenient mart products! Rooms very clean but small. No drawers for clothes and very little room to even “live” out of the suitcase for 1 person, let alone 2.

We loved everything

We chose this property because of long term parking and shuttle service to the airport. While checking in we were informed shuttle service was not available when we needed it. This was very disappointing and resulted in us driving to the airport and due to full parking lots pay double what we expected. Additionally we at 80 years old had to shuttle our bags and walk a long distance. Expedia will not be our choice next time we travel.

Just another quiet, safe hotel. BUT, it advertises an airport shuttle, which is why I chose that hotel. They had no driver @ 2300 at night, & they tried to put me in a Lyft ride, which either didn't come or couldn't find me. Took me 1.5 hrs to get to hotel after landing. TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND STAYING THERE UNTIL THE OWNER'S UNDERSTAND REAL CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

I called several days ahead of trip that we landed at 11:44pm....shuttle was suposed to run til midnight. Front desk told us they already quit running. We took a taxi for $40 and were at hotel before midnight.....they lied about that.

The property was very clean and well maintained. It was within walking distance to a couple of restaurants, as well as gas stations and downtown Austin was only 15 minutes away in driving distance

Shuttle schedule is abysmal. Fridge in room did not work. Staff is never at front desk, always chilling off to the side or at the tables that are for guests, eating or just hanging out.

Property is in the midst of multiple other hotels, kind of a hotel row kind of place. Conveniently near the airport, but no walkable access to anything. Be prepared to Uber if you don't have a car.

Everything was great. My only complaint is the bed. The stand that the mattress sits on is bigger than the mattress and sticks out on the corners. Watch your knees because you will run into it a few times. Also the pillows are terrible. You need multiple to sleep because they go flat!

Morning front desk staff and shuttle driver went out of their way to be helpful and nice.

The rooms faces highway. Walls are thin. Not a good nights sleep x 2 days. The tv had a black bar running down it. Have someone check out room 402 to replace tv. The beds are not supportive , too soft. Otherwise the stay was nice and we had what we needed otherwise including frig and iron and ironing board.

All in all a wondedful stay. Loved the games ans pool table in the lobby. It was nice to have something to do instead of sitting in our room after a day of actitives. Down side waa brealfast options. Pancake machine not working and scrambled eggs did not taste like eggs.

Great location for travel through Austin airport. Located next to Highway 71 so expect a bit of road noise. Great staff at Front Desk

Airport Shuttle

Very convenient to the airport with a comfortable shuttle. Convenience had the cost of lots of road noise. Breakfast was good and the lobby was fun.

Very nice, quiet stay with a very nice breakfast. Patricia was very nice and cheerful at the front desk. Stayed here in Austin while enroute to Florida and liked it's location and atmosphere so much we stayed there on our return trip.

Loved my stay, quick and simple check-in and checkout. Conveniently located to the airport.

Very mediocre. Rooms are updated and decent but the beds are pretty rough, linens aren’t great, water pressure is super poor, and just meh. Safe and clean, staff is also very nice and breakfast spread was good. Other than that, meh.

Thank you for having the shuttle and free breakfast! Sad you ran out of juice a little early but still amazing thank you!

Good night stay before early departure

Breakfast included which was a plus. Everything was good only issue was that the water pressure was not the best in the shower.

We had a nice time at Tru. However, the bathroom did not have an exhaust fan, and the soap and lotion containers by the bathroom sink were empty.

The only thing I didn't like about this location was the access. Although it is close to the freeway it is only easy access from one direction. Staff is great and it was very clean. 4.5 stars for me would stay there again
