I love the customer service.

My wife had a stroke and went blind in her left (in hospital 5 day and I had a mild heart attack 10 days later (in hospital 3 days) I could not cancel our room. I had to pay for a room despite incurring major unpreventable health issues. I tried several times and addresses to explain the situation offering doctor's proof. No Response. We got our airlines reimbursed and our 24 day Oceania cruise reimbursed BUT NOT OUR HOTEL ROOM.

The hotel is clean, parking is not the best. The parking spaces are very tight, and limited in number. The hotel was a little loud at times making it difficult to sleep. But the beds and pillows were amazing.

These people were so nice, I told them my gf liked decaf coffee and they went out of the way to make special coffee for her every morning! They also gave us suggestions on which sites to go see while visiting. It’s rare to find service like this anymore, can’t wait to go back. I already know which hotel to stay in! Thank you for your kindness

Airport stay

The staff was extremely friendly & helpful, bed was comfortable. Shower was nice and hot. I liked that they had a white noise machine in the room to drown out the sound of the traffic from the highway.

My stay here was exceptional. I was in town celebrating my birthday & I must say the highlight of my birthday was my stay@Tru. The staff was excellent, so helpful & kind. The hotel was very, very clean which I definitely appreciated. I will definitely stay at Tru by Hilton again if all their properties are like the one in Austin by the airport.

Only stayed one night, noisy due to proximity to airport and highway, but to be expected. Very clean, staff was excellent and breakfast was much better than expected. Would definitely stay again. Very convenient to airport and great reiable shuttle service.

Clean, safe very basic no bar or restaurant but property is new and very clean. Great when you just need somewhere to sleep, business travel etc. Housekeepimg is every other day fyi.

Clean. Fun lobby with modern decor, pool table, foosball, hydration counter, and a great selection of convenient mart products! Rooms very clean but small. No drawers for clothes and very little room to even “live” out of the suitcase for 1 person, let alone 2.

Overall my stay was decent. I didn't like that the rooms didn't have microwave and my room with a king bed was on the smaller side.

We loved everything

We chose this property because of long term parking and shuttle service to the airport. While checking in we were informed shuttle service was not available when we needed it. This was very disappointing and resulted in us driving to the airport and due to full parking lots pay double what we expected. Additionally we at 80 years old had to shuttle our bags and walk a long distance. Expedia will not be our choice next time we travel.

Just another quiet, safe hotel. BUT, it advertises an airport shuttle, which is why I chose that hotel. They had no driver @ 2300 at night, & they tried to put me in a Lyft ride, which either didn't come or couldn't find me. Took me 1.5 hrs to get to hotel after landing. TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND STAYING THERE UNTIL THE OWNER'S UNDERSTAND REAL CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

I called several days ahead of trip that we landed at 11:44pm....shuttle was suposed to run til midnight. Front desk told us they already quit running. We took a taxi for $40 and were at hotel before midnight.....they lied about that.

The property was very clean and well maintained. It was within walking distance to a couple of restaurants, as well as gas stations and downtown Austin was only 15 minutes away in driving distance

Shuttle schedule is abysmal. Fridge in room did not work. Staff is never at front desk, always chilling off to the side or at the tables that are for guests, eating or just hanging out.

Property is in the midst of multiple other hotels, kind of a hotel row kind of place. Conveniently near the airport, but no walkable access to anything. Be prepared to Uber if you don't have a car.

Everything was great. My only complaint is the bed. The stand that the mattress sits on is bigger than the mattress and sticks out on the corners. Watch your knees because you will run into it a few times. Also the pillows are terrible. You need multiple to sleep because they go flat!

Morning front desk staff and shuttle driver went out of their way to be helpful and nice.

The rooms faces highway. Walls are thin. Not a good nights sleep x 2 days. The tv had a black bar running down it. Have someone check out room 402 to replace tv. The beds are not supportive , too soft. Otherwise the stay was nice and we had what we needed otherwise including frig and iron and ironing board.

All in all a wondedful stay. Loved the games ans pool table in the lobby. It was nice to have something to do instead of sitting in our room after a day of actitives. Down side waa brealfast options. Pancake machine not working and scrambled eggs did not taste like eggs.
