They did not want to give me my deposit back to my room because I didn’t have the receipt from checking even if I showed them my bank statement…… if you’re gonna spend $1000 more on vacation to the islands go to the Bahamas or Cayman Islands unless you like the inconvenience of low quality service

Directions was bad. Welcome was terrible. Not information. Wiukd not recommended. Only one good thing short walk to Airpirt. But they dont tell you . No shops near. Receptionist was poor customer service. . Now Verney House hotelwas awesome..stayvthere it was 10/10. With everything. I stayed when i arrived two nights . .. would recommended.

DO NOT STAY HERE! This motel is extremely rundown, dirty, and uncomfortable. I saw bedbugs in the bed and thus spent the entire night awake sitting in the one very uncomfortable chair. I did not want to shower in the horrible-looking bathroom.

The property is quiet and safe, however the rooms lack modernization and the remotes for the TV and AC remotes are malfunctioning.

It was a good price but it need some tlc. The property is run down. The customer service was the only thing that was excellent.

Solid hotel flight for delayed and needed somewhere quick. Quiet , peaceful. Not like the resorts. Stores are a lil walk but you be able to explore the country , and also 5 mins away from the airport.

The staff was very friendly, the rooms were surprisingly large. Amazing value for money in a great location.

Stayed for one night. If you require commendation after travelling from London, 5mins from airport, easy to locate and close to the strip- good choice of food . Excellent choice!!

Property needs modernising and painting the best part about the premise is the staff are lovely. Aside from the staff the property should get a 2 star but the staff are definitely 5star

Claimed online that breakfast is included but it’s a big lie. Room door handle is broken. Booked a queen size bedroom and got a tiny bed. Mosquitoes everywhere and I have to kill a big roach crawling on the wall.

For the budget traveler. Sleep, shower & go somewhere kind of place. Was decent enough. No breakfast served, parking gated & secure. Inn across the way has restaurant open to the public. No frills place but pool there for guests. Airport across the way so U can see hear & see planes landing.

Cats are all over. The front has an old chicken coop or something that smells bad . The housekeeper is off at 530 and no one else has access to anything is room is not cleaned then u have to wait. Lights are dull dim. security guard was nice though! He may even do a drop off it’s u need it close by. One wash cloth is not enough old building

Very quiet for being near the airport. A bit out dated but for the price it was perfect for my needs. Wish I could have used the pool but the chemicals were too strong. Very friendly staff

Probably the worst Hotel, if it can be call

The Receptionists, all of them couldn’t be bothered, repetiin was cold, unfriendly, unwelcoming. The room.had no light, the TV cable and others were all over the place. There were ants everywhere in the room. There were mosquitos, and the bathroom was equally unkempt.

It was close to the airport

Tropical Court is a good value for the price. It has A/C, hot water and a friendly helpful staff which is not the case for some accommodations at the same price point such as MoBay Kotch which has no A/C, no hot water and very rude staff. If you want to save money on accommodations THIS is the spot for you. You will also save money on an airport transfer since this hotel is literally across the street from Sangster Int'l Airport. It's safe to walk from the airport to the hotel. It's about a 10-minute walk. There is a sidewalk. Just be careful crossing that busy highway at the roundabout. This hotel is like a U.S. Motel. It's fine and economical.

The property was not what was advertised. It’s advertised as a bed and breakfast but once we checked in, they told us no breakfast will be provided. The cable for the TV didn’t work any at all. The bathtub was so dirty and I nearly fainted when I saw the roaches in the middle of the night. Oh yeah and the bed sheet was torn! It definitely isn’t fair to have people paying their money for this. I was very disappointed and upset about this experience.

Signs said they had breakfast yet they did not. They make you pay for a key. there’s no housekeeping old building. Dark halls.

Not too bad, my room was good viewing seeing each plane land.

Horrific scammers

Hello and thank you for your response. I would like this matter to be escalated asap because both of the locations had severe issues. The first one in Montego Bay would not allow me to honor my reservation. They stated that although they see the reservation in the system, their manager was not at the location or answering their phone. They told me they would refund me as soon as the boss comes in and they would contact me and then they asked my cousin for cash money. They are scammers and they take advantage of customers and you let them. Please fix this matter at once.

While this is a very dated and old property, the staff provided prompt and excellent service and the pool was the perfect place to spend the last day on vacation before flying out the next day. The location to the airport is very convenient.

Charged twice

They stole from me by lying and advising that I had not paid (through expedia). The room wasn't the room i requested, and it was dirty. They said we could receive a complimentary tea in the morning, and nobody was there when I went at the times they suggested. When I couldn't find my receipt, they did not honor my refund request; however, if somebody did something bad during their stay, they would be able to prove that person was there during those times. Terrible all around.

1. It is convenient in location. 2. When booked from Expedia, They don’t get the notifications nor confirmation that you have secured booking. I had to show them the proof of receipt and send it to them in order for them to know which type of room was paid for. 3. There’s also Key “deposit” fee, which wasn’t stated on the site when booking. 4. The room was comfortable enough for my one night stay but a little more TLC needed especially when it comes onto the scent “it was kind of musty”. Overall…..PERFECT for flight cancellations or just a quick sleep over for a night

Very good for the price,they could use some new bed linen bathroom was clean just need a little bit of new grouting around the base of the toilet, staff was friendly..checking system need to be upgrade. Very close to almost everything will recommend this property

I booked prepaid through Expedia.com but hotel refused me at check in unless I paid them again. That they have no relationship with Expedia I showed them my bank Acc with the actual withdrawal from my account They said I have to pay them and then fight with Expedia to get back my money. The experience was terrible terrible terrible And the property is even worse Don’t go there

This is one of those properties that are meant for just one night stay and no more. Very old. Only good thing is that it is next to the airport. Nothing is walking distance.

Not recommended for a stay unless last resort.

Das ist kein Hotel das ist eine absteig,ja wenn man 2tag und weiter sieht.kein warmes Wasser ,am letzten Tag doch noch warmes wasser.die haben einen Pool da kannst kannste nicht drin schwimmen wird auch nicht gereinigt.keinwasserkocherFrühstück.getänke viel zu teuer.nicht mal Wasserkocher
