Very friendly staff

We picked the Triple E as the reviews were favourable and we wanted a reasonably priced placed to stay. It is very clean, nice linen, convenient, air conditioner, lift and staff very helpful. We were allowed to keep our bags there after we checked out as our flight was early evening. We were very satisfied with our stay.

Good basic hotel. Friendly and helpful staff. They have good Aircon and comfortable beds. Decent restaurants & bars within a few minutes walk, plus you can walk to some of the tourist attractions

Very good hotel located close to D1 destinations, plenty of food and convenience stores, but further from the loudest parts of the area. Balcony rooms have the sound of the street but it’s all part of staying in the city! Bathroom is very nice and clean, bed is comfortable, staff is very kind and helpful, and the welcome drink was cold and delightful. Hotel bar is a great convenience and serves cold Tiger on tap. I would recommend staying here if you are new to Saigon and want to be close to the city center!

Loved every minute of our stay here. Hotel was extremely clean and modern. Max from reception (as well as all other staff) was exceptional ! Loved the way he took the time and effort to understand our preferences and recommend things according to what we enjoyed. Would definitely recommend this hotel!

The hotel was very safe. It was very clean. Staff greeted you politely as you went about your day. One caveat for people, the hotel has 6 floors but the elevator only goes to 5. If you don’t want to walk that last flight to the 6th floor please make note in your reservation.

The minimal room that we booked exceeded our expectations in all regards. Great value for a short stay in HCM.

I stayed at Triple E twice. Firstly for 5 nights in a balcony room at the start of a trip to Vietnam, and secondly overnight in a basic room at the end. I enjoyed my stays. The staff were friendly and helpful. They keep a bag for me when I disappeared to Con Dao for a week. For most of the time, the Wi-Fi wasn’t great, but still ok to do basic stuff. The ground floor bar came in useful (!) a couple of times, although the first floor restaurant is currently closed. The balcony room was comfortable but it’s only a very narrow, Juliet style balcony - not somewhere you can sit out on. The standard room is fine, but no window. Personally I don’t like windowless rooms but they’re ok for an overnight stay.

All good except no breakfast, had to go outside. Also if you want then to do laundry, ask them for exactly how much it would cost. They charged me $17 for nearly half a load. But staff was very helpful in getting taxi, printing out documents and would do that with smile. Their reception are is bar also so little awkward to have a drink in narrow walkway. Rooms are large, clean, good bed, good shower. Would stay there again

LOVE THE VIBE.

Early arrival and greeted with welcome drinks, which I like very much. Most staff is helpful and friendly. The room is clean and tidy, we love the atmosphere and the vibe. However, speaking of room cleaning, we turned on the 'don't disturb' light on the second day but the cleaner still entered which we felt kinda unsatisfied. But put this aside, we were happy about our stay. We enjoyed our breakfast, rather than a buffet setting, it was more like a semi-buffet, food is delicious as well. :) Also, the location was great and convenient, it was just around 15-minutes walk from the Saigon Central Post Office, Independence Palace. But one point to note is that if you would like to take Grab from the hotel to other places, it is better to book a few minutes in advance as we found that many drivers had difficulties in finding the hotel. (P.S. We highly recommend a restaurant nearby, Maison Marou Saigon, their drinks and dessert were awesome!)

VERY nice room and hotel with very friendly staff. We stayed 2 nights and only left for tours. The hotel is located in a great area close to everything. There is a great restaurant with the hotel - Saigon Fusion - that has amazing food. The breakfast included with the room was also fantastic with a different menu each morning. Saigon Go-To

This was my second stay at the Triple E, and I was once again extremely satisfied with the service provided by this establishment. Comfortable beds, great shower, simple yet stylish decor. The in house restaurant is an A+ as well.

Great place

Great little place near coffee shops and bars. Service was really great. Very clean, quiet, comfortable and efficient. That breakfast though- delicious!

My booking was prepaid through Expedia. Upon checkout the hotel charged me again for my stay. Business know when they double charge customers. If you want to avoid being double charged - don't stay here. I'm told I'll get a refund in 7 days or more. We'll see. Until then I'm serving as a bank for the hotel and lending them money at no interest.

It was second stay within the same trip on the way home from Vietnam. I had a great stay the first time & would book again. The staff are great & the a la carte breakfast in the mornings are top notch. The rooms are large & met our needs for comfort & a good nights’ sleep. It’s a few blocks from the Ben Thanh & walkabout to other sights of HCMC. I would not hesitate to book again.

Triple E is a wonderful little hotel. The rooms were clean, stocked everyday, and had a minibar with snacks. As well as free bottles of water daily. The rooms are secure, safe, and there was a safe for our valuables. They offered complimentary breakfast which unfortunately we did not get to try due to our early schedules. We did order room service and the food was very good. The restaurant attached is also very nice, with great service and selection. The only thing that bothered my wife was that cigarette smoke could be smelled at various times of day in our room. The location of the hotel is great, only a 5-10 minute walk to Ben Thanh market, and Saigon Square and Saigon Centre. The fine arts museum is across the street. The staff were very pleasant and spoke very good english. We would definitely stay there again in the future.

Beautiful hotel and restaurant/bar! The breakfast was one of the best we had in our entire trip. Walking distance to a lot of tourist attractions.

Had a great stay at Triple E. Room was spacious with comfortable beds/pillows, great AC, fridge, tv, & safe. The bathroom had a powerful shower with hot water. They provided toiletries if u forget yours. Our room was facing the back of the street so it was a quiet nights’ sleep on the two nights we had booked the hotel (there was a rooster that woke up at 5:30am tho.) They offered a daily menu for breakfast that changes every day which was also very good. I would stay here again.

disappoint. Not for family n relax

very very very disappoint it , the reason i booked this room cuz i saw lots of good reviews, even it 2 starts hotel with 4 starts price , i still booked it . first this hotel not for family, because it upstairs of the bar, we have to go though the bar before get in the room , second very loud n noisy at night, third the area around the hotel very dirty , disgusting n homeless people sleeping on the street. not recommend walking outside at night, not safe at all , the breakfast very good , but not buffet . staff very friendly room ok, i think only good for party ppl

Stylish place with nearby food market and sights. Initially hard to find. Look for "Fusion" bar/restaurant. One gripe: AC kept failing; hopefully, they'll fix it. Also, more accessible power outlets needed. Staff were wonderful, and restaurant breakfast good quality. I'd stay again.

Overall, a great stay

Triple E was overall a fantastic hotel, and the in-house restaurant also impressed. From the service, to the quality of the room, to the proximity to downtown Saigon, everything exceeded our expectations. Our only complaint was noise; there is a rooftop club a few blocks away, and the sounds from that place are clearly audible every night until 1am. Other than some more sound-proof windows, though, I can't think of anything that needs improvement!

Really nice hotel to stay in, certainly made our stay in Saigon a good one. Clean. Modern. Very friendly. Great location, a lot quieter than Pham Ngu Lao area but still walkable to all points of interest. Certainly worth recommending. Only thing we had to check our bill carefully as exchange rate and tax calculations seemed a bit careless.

Not sure if this was a hotel or hostel with hotel rooms. Discovered termites or bed bugs in bed. The solution was to spray the room.... we asked for atleast that the bed sheets were changed but was told that the houskeeper did not work at the evening so nothing they could do. What??!?! We were furious but fortunately found the location of clean sheets in the hallway and changed the bedsheets ourselves. Whaat!!?? Next day we were moved to another room that i assume was a premier but not sure if that was better as the door to the room has cracks between the wooden panels that you can see in or out but the amazing part is that they are apparently doing laundry at night that keeps you awake.

Every aspect of this hotel is an ultimate gem. It's a boutique hotel that offers a perfect stay for all your needs. It's clean, modern, has a hotel bar with food, and is in a great location. It has a special charm for sure. The staff is what made this hotel so special for me. They were welcoming to me from the first step inside. They were able to provide helpful information and find out the best possibilities to questions I had. They were able to arrange safe rides to and from the airport so that I didn't get charged more. They also went above and beyond to help me with a terrible situation that happened in the streets with my phone getting stollen by a motor bike right out of my hand. (PLEASE BE SAFE IN THIS CITY WITH YOUR PHONE! IT'S NO JOKE.. THEY ARE PROFESSIONALS.). The staff was able to help me with the process of it all and made my stay special. I definitely recommend this hotel and if I ever return would stay again.

I stayed 3 nights and I really enjoyed staying this hotel. The most of popular spots were 5-15 minutes from the hotel by walk. I enjoyed taking walk to cityhall and to the Saigon river. Simple and sophisticated decor, everywhere were so clean. The staff were very kind and helpful. In my room, I had to turn on the water and wait few minutes for hot shower. Otherwise, 6 stars! Lastly, breakfast were super! I'll definitely come back!

Very unhelpful when I was not able to fly into Vietnam on check in day because my visa wasn’t yet approved unexpectedly.

Location is great, close to everything. Its a bit noisy especially at weekend night and morning. There is a club/bar next to it.

What a great place. How they find such great staff is a mystery to me. Food is wonderful. Rooms are great for the price. Would not hesitate to book you won't be disappointed. Good location walkable to many things. If I'm ever in the area again will definitely return!

Front desk & restaurant staffs provided very good service and was always smiling & ready to help. For breakfast, you get to choose from a menu given and it was delicious! Nice to start the day with good breakfast! Room condition is new and clean as well. Location is in district 1 so it’s convenient to reach touristy places and shopping centers. Just outside the hotel were a couple of convenience stores so you can get stuffs easily as well. Overall, I’m happy and satisfied with the hotel and would choose it again if I visit HCMC! Recommended and pls give this hotel a try! You will not regret.

The hotel is in the centre of everything! It’s got a great vibe, good breakfast, and incredibly helpful/friendly staff.

Having stayed for 4D3N and experienced the service, TripleE truly deserves the rave reviews. Spacious room and bathroom and well stocked room. Friendly staff, very willing to help. Room charge comes with good quality breakfast. Nice ambience at the breakfast/eating areas. The Fine Art Museum is mere steps away from the Hotel, across the street and within working distance to tourist attraction areas such as Ngyuen Hue.

A pretty strategic location.

Very efficient and friendly staff. We had an issue with shower plumbing. Within less than a few hours it was already rectified without us informing the staff. All in all, very happy we chose the accommodation.

Triple E was a wonderful hotel with very helpful staff at n a great area of siagon. I've been to siagon many times and this was one of my favorite hotels to stay as far as price, service and concvenice, wanted to stay longer but there were no more rooms available

The room is new & clean. The staffs are very friendly & helpfull. Great location with walking distance to most of the attractions. Last but not least, the breakfast is delicious too. All in all, a very pleasant & enjoyable stay & will definitely go back again.

Excellent Stay.

The staff are gracious, attentive, friendly, and very nice. The food was delicious and not expensive. The breakfast was impressive and the coffee was the best. The room was modern, clean, quiet and a good size. Lovely bathroom. Right across the street from the Museum of Fine Arts, short walk to the Ben Thanh night market. Arrive at the market at 6:30 pm, seeing it set up is an experience. We booked 5 nights and stayed 2 extra nights. You will not be disappointed, for the price it is great. I cannot say enough good things about the staff and hotel.

Great hotel in great location

Triple e is a fantastic hotel. It is located next to a transport stop for Van's from hcmc to vung tau. We were dropped off in front of hotel wo having to take taxi. It's very clean. Staff is friendly. I will stay here more often. It's a five minute walk to Ben thanh. It's not full of hotels so u appreciate that the most.

2박에 택스포함 102USD 결제를 생각하면 가성비 대비 좋은 신축호텔임. 창문도 크고, 방도 생각보다 작지않음..느낌은 한국으르 치면 신축 비즈니스 모텔같음. 호텔이라고 하기엔 규모가 작고 수영장이나 피트니스가 없기때문. 특이점은 새벽부터 근처 가정집인지에서 닭이 울어대서 계속 일찍 깸.. 위치는 걸어서 벤탄시장 5분거리라 1군 근처 관광엔 좋음. 가격대비는 좋음. 아직 신축이라 그런지 한국사람 안보임.

Super Nice Hotel

Very good feel about the hotel, everything was very good comparing to Malaysian,Melaka kind of hostel. It runs a restaurant on the G floor and 1st floor, very well renovated with comfy ambient lighting and basically a new hotel to stay. Overall was comfort, quiet,air cond was quiet and cooling yet near to key malls amd streets. It is opposite a fine art meseum as well.

Great location

The Triple E was a fantastic new hotel with great rooms and food was delicious. The hotel staff were phenomenal and always had smiles on their faces willing to help out with anything I needed. Special shout out to Sparky, it was great meeting you buddy.

A pleasantly surprising hotel

When I stepped into the hotel, I was surprised to find that its a bar. The cashier double up as a reception which is pretty new and fresh to me. The staffs were very cheerful and helpful amd I was totally comfortable with it. I like the room as its clean & quiet. I had peaceful sleeps for my 2 nights stay at the hotel. No noise of motocycles and cars, maybe its the position/facing of my room but I enjoyed my stay.

The staff is great, good restaurant and clean rooms.

reat Service New Hotel

service is awesome, Hang had been nothing but welcoming and warm during our stay, upon departure she even went out to front door to wait for our taxi and ensure taxi driver knew exactly where we were going to. Breakfast was insanely amazing, food was so tasty and well presented. Highly recommand this hotel, close enough to everything too.

Awesome hotel in the city centre

Superb location that's close enough to the hustle bustle of Ho Chi Minh, yet offers a calming respite to the weary traveler. Breakfast options in the morning were nothing short of delicious. Staff were helpful and friendly. I'd head back to Triple E for my next trip!

10/10 for this hotel! Very nice hotel. Staff was very kind and helpful. First and second floor of hotel is a bar and restaurant but its totally safe for hotel guests. the room is new decorated and clean. Small but have everything you needed. The location is good. You can walk to BinThann Market within 5 mins and to PhamNguLao within 10 mins. The breakfast is traditional vietnamese food, sooooo yummy. Very satisfied with the stay. I will definitely choose tripple e again for next trip to HochiMinh.

Saigon's hip hotel

Triple E is a fairly new hotel in Saigon...Very friendly and helpful team of young staff.The rooms are modern and clean and located directly opposite the hotel is the art museum.The hotel is just on the fringe of the main commercial area so you get the best of how the locals live and a stone's throw from the main shopping area.
