A pasos de la Fontana de Trevi y cerca de todo. El Staff encantador. De los mejores desayunos que he tenido en hotel. La próxima vez, de seguro me vuelvo a quedar ahí.
I didn´t like the heater, it was very very noisy and there were many problems with the WiFi
I enjoyed the property. It was just a one-minute walk from the Trevi Fountain.
Excellent service. Lucca was very helpful and knowledgeable.
Great location. All the staff willing to help you resolve your issues. Room was clean. Ac working fine. Had a great Time
High ceiling. Walking distance to Trevi fountain. Front desk Luca was friendly and nice. Little noisy but dies down at night. Breakfast was great.
I like the property because it was easy access to little shops or little coffee houses and it was fun to watch the people and it was close to Trevi fountain.
Staff were amazing. Area was amazing. Staff helped with all transport and options for dinner etc
My husband and I had nothing but a wonderful experience. The staff were very helpful and welcoming. Housekeeping did an amazing job. We booked the presidential suite and loved it. Would highly recommend!
Really nice and clean place. Convenience to walk everywhere. Our rooms is so big. Highly recommended
Love the Trevi Palace
The location was excellent. Staff was excellent and amazing always available to help!
I booked the presidential suite, very expensive and the ac on the main bedroom never works, also the bathroom with dirty and the shower with mold. I reported to the management when I did the check In that the ax was not working but nobody fixed I they didn’t give me a solution, I had to sleep with the doors open and the heat was terrible. I don’t consider the should sell the hotel as luxury because if the presidential suite has these issues I am can’t imagine a regular room
Great staff. Super conenient location.
Lovely little hotel with friendly and helpful staff but the coffee machine in the rooms needs to be cleaned and guests should be reminded to be mindful of noise as the sound carries - I was Kro awake when my Nextdoor neighbor’s stayed up talking late into the night. Great location and I loved my first visit to Rome!
Location was great, close to everything. The room was large but dark with only one window it required more lighting. The bathroom lighting was extremely poor. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful.
Great location, excellent services
The staff was lovely and helpful. Central location, so a bit loud given proximity to Trevi fountain but very central.
The property is very well located but it looks ran down. It's not well-kept. It has the potential to be a very nice boutique hotel but it's not in maintained well. It was also superficially cleaned when our room was given to us.
I really enjoyed my stay at the trevi palace inn. Location: i don't speak Italian so being able to tell a cab driver to drop me off at the trevi fountain is super easy plus many signs pointing me to this site made getting around super easy. Obviously, trevi fountain is very very very close. Colosseum and pantheon are 15 mins away. Easy walk. Good selection of eating locations after you walk 2 minutes away from the hotel in any direction. Breakfast: the hotel breakfast was great. I enjoyed the selection of cheese. My favorite was the ricotta on the side of cherry tomatoes. They had a wide variety of pastries but my favorite was the cappuccino the witness would prepare for me each morning. Front desk: so helpful! They helped order a taxi to the airport and even went as far as to write the license plate for me so i knew i was entering the correct taxi. They were friendly and helpful. Air conditioning: yes, this gets their own section. I am American, yes, i like it cold. This was so cold that i actually raised the temperature to a warmer setting because i was getting cold while sleeping. An amazing treat after a day of sightseeing. Bathroom: this was a deep tub. Bath tubs are Very important for my sore feet from a day of sightseeing. Yes, rome, your feet will hurt. Tv: had a few English speaking channels. Not important, but nice while getting ready for bed. This was a fantastic location with a cool comfortable room.
In a busy area close to the attractions staff were really good the guy who checked us in gave us so many recommendations on were to go for food and the best way of seeing the area
Amazing hotel . Will definitely go back and stay longer
Good location to a lot of restaurants, sights, and shopping.
We stayed at this property for 3 Nights and we absolutely loved our stay, our room was clean and modern, my two small daughters loved getting back to the comfort of our room every time we had been out. Totally recommend this Hotel I am going back next month but unfortunately Hotel is sold out 😩 or I would totally book again.
Location is fantastic. Walking distance to trevi fountain, piazza Navona, Spanish steps, and barberini metro stop. Staff very nice and helpful.
Loved Trevi Luxury Inn. Staff were great and the best capacity o in morning I have ever had.
Ok.... so..... in this area which is obe of tge busiest you are going to get all the vibrancy of an Italian neighborhood that starts a great vacation. There are several hotels in this area which is just steps away from the Trevi fountain. You are in walking distance to several tourist sights.... frankly... nothing is really far for people who can walk. The Vatican or coliseum or Trasteverde neighborhood....... the energy and options are great in this area. The Trevi Palace....which is a stretch for the name Palace has decent options for rooms with space bigger than many other offerings in the area. Downside is.... noise...... the noise is constant until about 11 pm. Not terrible but if you have kids.... not great. Also..... if you're on the ground floor in the "Loft" room there are street lamps shining in the room requiring the blackout curtains but theres also a lineup of people right out your window and glass door who are waiting fir a popular restaurant..... and talking loudly just three feet away from your toilet! Fun. Another thing.... a persistent smell of both the sewer and the newly installed vinyl headboard was...well..... gag worthy. Very strong. I suspect the vinyl smell will dissipate but the sewer smell was not so on the upper floors. Breakfast included was lovely and the staff were super helpful!
Staff very rude. No ac in our room it was over 90 degrees didn’t sleep at all kids up whining all night. Asked for new room they said no. Asked for a fan they gave one tiny fan that blew no air. Asked for another one they said they would bring it and never did. Outside the hotel tons of people trying to sell stuff. They would put it in your hand and then ask for money. They even approached us 3 times while dining outside at outdoor restaurants. Would not recommend.
I requested twin beds (separate) not together Hotel sent me an email to confirm that I was getting twin beds but they did not forfill that promise. Place was very hot. They contol the air conditioner but did not make it cooler as promised. Good location not far from termini. And I did appreciate that they allowed me to check in earlier.
Nice room, good location.
The place was in a great location and very clean. The bed was extremely hard. And it was a bit noisy in the streets. The staff was excellent and very friendly.
Great place, rooms were clean and amenities was great. Staff were very friendly and they cleaned the rooms daily which is great. Great location and very near the trevi fountain, restaurants and other tourist attraction. Will recommend this place to anyone
Good location but very noisy at night.
Perfect location
Nice room and space. Bathroom a bit small but overall nice space. Reception and check in was great and location is fantastic except that it's very hard for a taxi to get there (but still possible). We enjoyed our stay very much!
Great location
This hotel is located in the heart of the area around Trevi Fountain. It is extremely walkable to restaurants, gelato and most of the attractions around Rome. However, the area is very crowded and noisy so be prepared. Our room was clean and it had the necessities.
Lovely staff, great location, very clean and modern room. Tiny bit noisy, but it's to be expected in the heart of Rome!
Very clean very quiet in the heart of Rome
A lovely hotel, well appointed, close to all
The rooms are lux and well appointed. The area is incredibly close to the fountain and lovely food. Bathrooms and large and additional facilities are good quality. Staff are friendly and helpful.
Room layout was really good, amenities were good & staff was very friendly and helpful. Call for something and they would bring it up within 2 mins! That said, there were issues - AC wasn't working well & we couldn't get hot water one early morning. Wifi was poor. It only sustained connection in one area of the room. Overall, we had a good experience. The location is very good, just don't bring a car
Roon not clean and Ac is not working
Very accomadating to our needs. The staff was pleasurable and very helpful in obtaining transportation, etc. Good for kids as well!
Had a great 2 nights here and would stay again. We had the presidential suite with roof top terrace and jacuzzi. Such a nice place to unwind after a busy day site seeing.
Honeymoon trip
Absolutely amazing location and an incredible room
Hotel Room
My friends and I stayed just 2 nights. It was just what we needed for our stay as we toured throughout Rome. Two beds and a pull out couch bed. We all enjoyed our room and we had a great night sleep!!
great location
great location nice room
This property was amazing not mention the staff , last day we stay there the guy I wish I can remember his name was amazing he help us finding a pharmacy for our COVID yes he even call because there were about to close and told there we were guess at there hotel, another thing I like was I was steps away from Trevi fountain and lost of restaurant , room was pretty big . We really enjoyed this property and ones again the staff was amazing we will definitely come back
Excellent location, good service, very professional, room clean.
Overpriced rip-off hotel chain.Nothing like photos
This hotel grossly misrepresents the suite that you are given -there are 2. We were told this was a luxury suite & thus paid the price for this. This was not what we experienced. The air conditioning does not work in this hotel chain, going back to reviews from 2019 this appears to never have worked. The hotel pretends it is a temporary problem & will be fixed that day & course this never happens because it has never worked! The double sofa bed had a mattress as thin as a flip flop, with springs digging in your back. The single luxury bed was a mattress on the floor! The 'private terrace' was a grotty little square with 2 dirty chairs right next to the industrial kitchen vents & air conditioning units for the hotel. There is a creche right opposite you, 15 meters approx. with school children screaming from early morning & on their breaks staring at you from their balcony. The room next to you at a right angle has their windows opening on to your "private terrace". You cannot be in the lounge or bedroom without being overlooked by a number of windows directly opposite you 10 meters away. Had to ask for coffee, sugar etc. There were not enough glasses for the number of guests, neither was there a dining table with the number of seats represented in the picture. We were a family of 5 traveling together. The lock on the door was broken and was held together by a flimsy piece of metal. When we raised our disappointment about our suite we were laughed at. Do not stay here!
Great location, right on a busy street with restaurants and shops. Our ventilation system wasn't working so we had to sleep with the window open which was quite loud. And the hair dryer didn't work either.
The staff here was incredible and so, so accommodating. The AC in our room was out on our first night and we did not sleep at all. We tried cracking the window, but because of its location it was VERY loud out, so that didn't work either. The next morning, they very kindly moved us to a new room despite all their bookings. 10/10 for the staff! Even beyond helping us with the room switch, they were just amazingly helpful with everything. The location was a stones throw from Trevi Fountain. For us, it was a little too 'happenin' but for others I imagine it is a perfect location. Right next to lots of food and gelato as well. So, if you like being in the heart of things this place is exactly right for you!
the master suite itself apart from a few cleanliness issues was great and very well located
Great location steps from the Trevi Fountain. Very clean And room was surprisingly quiet considering its busy location. No complaints will definitely stay here on our next trip to Rome.
The only good thing with this hotel is, it’s within 1 min from Trevi. Room was cold because heater was broken. I’ve seen dust on bed frame and garbage of previous guest. Room floor was not so clean. Furnitures looked like IKEA stuff.
Bathroom not working,no curtain ,no door Completely disaster
Everything was excellent except the air conditioning. The location, cleanness, amnesties, the staff - absolutely great. but the air conditioning was broken, and was boiling us alive - the repair man tried to fix it twice, but it got broken again after a few hours. Anyways, we slept naked with no blanket as it was nearly 30c in the room every night :/
nice hotel . Maintenance should be improved.
Hotel room is fine si was the service. Excellent location. However we suffered few fault; As we arrived there was not warm water ad later the elevators did not work.
Great spot
Nice hotel in a great location. Clean and comfortable bed
Very central and close to a number of attractions. Plenty food options around and easy place to get around town. The WiFi was good, the room was spacious and well decorated. The aircon was loud and it didn't seem like you could turn it off. The room was quite cold and took ages to warm up. Due to its location there was some outside noise in the early hours of the morning.
Nice location very good staff excellent cleaning bed and bathroom
Location of the hotel is perfect, within walking distance to every place we wanted to visit.
Great location. Easy access to most major attractions. Walkable. Rooms have been updated.
The location and staff were great. The hotel is located a 30 second walk to the Trevi Fountain. The room itself was a little strange. The bed was comfortable (two twin beds pushed together). The bathroom didn't have anywhere to hang up your towels, and there were just some minor things that were a little off. But overall this was a good experience. You definitely are paying for the location.
The location was great! You can walk to most major attractions.
Requested late check out - received it - this was brilliant. Very poor communication from staff members to other staff members because upon returning to the Inn we were not able to shower and rest downstairs as per previous staff instructions - very disappointing stay considering the amount of money that we paid.
The location is perfect, right next to Trevi Fountain, tons of restaurants, and easy access to most attractions.
Location was a 2 minute walk to Trevi Fountain. The Staff was Excellent. The Breakfast was good.
Lovely hotel situated right beside the Trevi fountain and within walking distance of main tourist attractions. There were lots of lovely restaurants, shops and cafes beside us which was very convenient. Despite being on such a busy noisy street the room was nice and quiet once the windows were closed. The room was lovely and comfortable with great air conditioning and very clean, I would definitely stay here again.
It was vert lose the the Trevi Fountain,. There were food outlets very close to the hotel. The hotel staff were extremely helpful and accommodating for our needs. And as we met my brother and his family there they had.lost there luggage, the staff made numerous calls to help locate it..highly recommend thr Trevi Palace Luxury Inn..10/10.
Great Place. Great Location.
I'm close to the Trevi fountain you can throw the cojn from the bed. The hotel is positioned in the heart of the tourist mecca, but inside of you room it feels like a quiet sanctuary. The breakfast is fantastic, rooms spacious and clean. All attractions are within walking distance midpoint between Vatican and Colosseum.
The location of this hotel is perfect for a stay in Rome. The staff are friendly and helpful which made our stay perfect
Everything was good, there was always someone at the front desk to assist. Hotel was in a good prime location
Good location with walking distance to Spanish steps. But didn’t like how everything is so tiny
Free upgrade helpful staff fabulous location plentybof food restaurants
Convenient location, comfortable room
Hotel rooms were clean and comfortable. However, if you’re looking for personal recommendations and exemplary hospitality, this is not the hotel for you. It was in a central location, but was very loud because of its proximity to Trevi Fountain.
Great spot in Rome! Clean facilities as well as very friendly and helpful staff!!
Good location and great staff
Great staff, nice hotel, good location. Make sure you get a room with access via elevator and not stairs.
Excellent hotel staff service from the moment we checked in. Room was clean and the breakfast well above average. Internet is slow, but not unlike most hotel internet services. The hotel is just outside Victoria station, making the Gatwick Express connection to Gatwick Airport a breeze. Helpful for morning departures. Victoria station is an easy place to start one’s sightseeing day as well, just a fairly short walk to many popular tourist spots.
Location was great. The staff was friendly. The mattress was too soft. The coffee machine broke down twice. The room was very small.
ROOF TOP SUITE WAS AMAZING LOCATION IS GREAT
Good place and it’s near trivia fountain. I’m happy and like it. It’s expensive compared to other accommodations around. Expedia customers should get a better price than regular
Very good but noisy
Excellent location and a great room but noisy!
Rome business trip
Beautiful hotel that also is a condo or guest house. The room was fantastic - modern but comfortable with a surprise balcony which not all the rooms have. Only one issue - no room service - but Roma stays out late so there's always a place to eat and get a glass of wine. A few hundred yards from beautiful Trevi fountain and walking distance to Pantheon and Spanish Steps.
This hotel is really cute and perfectly situated near Trevi Fountain and within walking distance to a lot of sites. Buffet breakfast was really good. Only problem - and it was a major one - is that they use a ton of very, very strong fragrance spray everywhere. It was really overpowering - I opened windows and had fans on but it didn’t help much. The scent permeated everything in my luggage. The staff weren’t very helpful.
Favorite hotel
Great location and great breakfast! I've stayed there twice now and loved it each time.
Quiet hotel near the Trevi Fountain
Great hotel. Very friendly staff and excellent breakfast. The hotel is brilliantly located in terms of restaurants and you are in one of the main tourist streets. Given its location the room was very quiet. The only problem was the air conditioning was not working and the room was vey hot at night and we did not sleep well (no fans were available). Other than this, I would definitely go back.
Great for access to major attractions
Great location for all of Rome’s amenities. Would recommend to other visitors.
Enjoyed the room. The ceiling was low (luckily we are short). All the rooms we saw looked updated and modern. There was some mold in the bathroom and no actual windows in the room. I would probably stay their again, but ask for a different room. We only stayed one night because it was our last day of our vacation before flying home.
excellent location nice rooms and good breakfast. avoid rooms ground floor too noisi
Don’t stay here!
It was a small room not an apartment. AC was turned off, 24 to 27!degrees. Sweaty and room had a smell of old sweat. Reception staff arrogant and ineffectual lied on four occasions when asked to cool room. Door into shower 60cm wide leading onto steep 3 steps down, ridiculously dangerous.
Great location
We were upgraded to a great room. Two decks, and even a rooftop deck with a hot tub. What a great treat! The breakfast was typical of most Italian hotels. Some scrambled eggs, sausage, lots of fruit and pastries, etc.
Fantastic!
We had a fantastic stay at the Trevi Palace Luxury Apartments. The staff are very helpful and accommodating.
Nice hotel close to Trevino fountain
Hotel is nice but has limited amenities. My husband was bitten by ants in the bed on 2 different nights. The location is great though. It is very close to the Trevi fountain. Staff are helpful.
Great hotel close to Trevi fountain
Very nice hotel with great room and staff. The breakfast was exceptional as well. I would highly recommend it.
Perfect for a city break
We booked for 4 nights room was well appointed had a seperate sitting room with a TV and small kitchenette. Mini bar was restocked everyday no charge.room also serviced everyday. Staff were very informative and goog local tips on seeing the sights. Hotel is only a few hundred yards from the trevi fountain so can get very busy and noisey outside but it is the city centre so we expected that. Breakfast was a good choice hot and cold selection a great start to the busy days
Great location
Loved our stay at Trevi Palace, great location within walking distance to Trevi fountain and fantastic restaurants. Staff very helpful and lovely breakfast. Loft apartment was very roomy and comfortable. Thank you for our first experience in Rome.
Close to Trevi Fountain and lots of restaurants
Excellent service, lovely breakfast and lovely room. Right in the hub so don't stay here if you want to be far from the action. Lots of restaurants close by and tourist shops. Managed to find our way around quite easily. Front room was a little noisy until 11.00 pm but we were still out in the action then anyway. On the positive side however it was great to look out the window and watch the passers by.Staff were lovely, very polite and most helpful.
Great Trevi Fountain location
Great Trevi Fountain location. Enjoyed our stay. Friendly staff.
A trip to Rome
We stayed at the hotel for 4 nights in a junior suite. The room was not at all like the ones shown on the web site, not apartments as you would expect, just a normal hotel room. Kitchenettes don’t consist of anything useable and there wasn’t even a bottle opener for the minibar! The room was dark and dingy and smelt musty. It was located on the ground floor and the only window was next to a small alley so we were unable to open it as passes by would see in. The glass was also frosted so we couldn’t see out. There were also steel bars on the outside. It was also extremely noisy, people & scooters going past at 3am, noise from reception and rumbling air ducting. Even after several complaints , no attempt made to address or resolve the issues.

Super close to the main attractions
