We loved this hotel! Would come back in a heartbeat! We stayed prior to a cruise and Valentina was so helpful. We were able to book airport pickup and transportation to and from the Cruise port with ease. Messaging Valentina through the Expedia platform was easy! We also got a fixed rate on transportation due to their work with a particular company! Everything was amazing we stayed one night and it’s all we needed to know this place is the place to stay. So close to the trevi and everything is walkable!

The staff was great they helped me I came in very early and I was able to check in a little bit earlier, they were able to get my room ready a little bit before check in. Great staff great breakfast, super great location

Friendly staff , great breakfast , beautiful clean rooms and great location.

Everting went good and met our needs but nothing spectacular. The rooms could use a little work but nothing crazy. There was a stain on one of our decorative pillows that was a little off putting. Staff was excellent and so helpful.

No elevator

Place is great! Super close to everything definitely a touristy place and about 1 min walk from the Trevi fountain. Multiple restaurants and gelato steps away. Room was really nice and could not hear noise from busy area. Also service was incredible! Thanks again will definitely visit again :)

Very charming! The location is the absolute best!! The staff were very accommodating and extremely helpful. The smaller basic room is great gif one but very tight for two… go for the slightly bigger room or suite. We loved it!! No elevator and lots of steps but the location is worth it.

This was the perfect spot for our trip to Rome. The hotel was spotless, the beds were huge and comfortable, and the location was amazing. It felt like our own oasis hidden back behind the restaurant.. Sites and dining were all so close, I couldn't imagine a better spot to stay in Rome.

The location is the only good thing, staff was HORRIBLE!!! So rude since we came in. You can walk to most iconic monuments tho. Lost of stairs and is kinda of a maize to get to your room. Bathroom in room and overall clean. Just for the staff being this terrible tho I couldn’t stay here again.

Thank you staff of the Trevi! Our room was cleaned, new towels and refreshed daily. Breakfast was fabulous. Front desk staff so helpful! Airport departure seemless. We stay twice here and loved every minute of our stay in Rome!

Great hotel right near Trevi Fountain. We loved staying here. Room and bathroom were lovely. Comfortable bed. Staff friendly and helpful. Great location with lots of restaurants and stores close by. Walking distance to all the attractions. Would definitely stay again.

Valentina, the front desk clerk, was unbelievable, so wonderful, helpful and genuinely caring about how our stay was from the moment we checked in until we checked out. The hotel was so close to Trevi Fountain, we walked by it every day. The restaurants around the hotel were fabulous. My wife and I highly recommend the hotel.

This was a really cute property! the staff was so kind and respectful. They arranged transportation from port to hotel and hotel to airport that arrived on time. The breakfast was good with many options and price was good. I would definitely stay again. There are no lifts or elevators for property (which is common) so pack light.

The hotel was nice, but sadly the location was not great. Yes it’s is close to the Trevi fountain but that also means it is very very busy! Not the hotels fault but something to note the only other negative we had besides the location was the smoking! The staff and restaurant patrons sit at the bench right at the front door of the hotel and smoke. When the door is open(which was most days) we could smell the smoke smell in our room :( and walking into a cloud of smoke just to get into the hotel was not ideal. The crowds also prevent taxi from coming close to the hotel unless early morning. When we were dropped it was a bit of a whirlwind trying to get to our hotel through the wall of people while rolling luggage on cobble streets. The hotel staff was amazing and helpful. The shower was fantastic! The rooms were clean and the bed was comfortable. The large windows with shutters was very pretty. The noise from the crowd and restaurant below didn’t bother us as long as we closed our bathroom door. We enjoyed our stay. It was our first time to Rome so we were not aware just how crazy busy this area was. If you like that sort of thing then it’s the perfect hotel. For us the hotel itself was PERFECT it was just those few minor things that I mentioned.

Trevi Fountain is literally a one minute walk from this hotel. Perfect location, as we walked either to or from most landmark sites! A little noisy as we were in the front just above the restaurant, but l would definitely stay again!

Very close to Trevi fountain! Area offers a variety of dining and shopping options. Great location for accessing sites such as Spanish Steps, Pantheon, and Colosseum. Staff was very responsive to requests!

Great stay!

This hotel is located in a very busy area right next to the trevi fountain so it was pretty loud at night. The walls are paper thin, too, so I’d recommend ear plugs if you are staying here. Otherwise, the property was very clean and the breakfast was only 7 euros and it was delicious! The staff is very nice, too. The room and shower were a bit small but I think that is common for most hotels in Rome. I would recommend this property for how conveniently located it is regarding nearby sights and restaurants.

Very convenient location, a little hard to find at first. We had a night with no power as the whole area lost electricity (no fault of the hotel), but they handled it well. Very friendly staff and great location. Overall would recommend!

Claudio was exceptionally attentive and the facilities are top notch. Would absolutely stay again! Despite being in the center of all of the action, room was very quiet and peaceful.

We wanted a hotel in the middle of everything, and we got it! Valentina was excellent help from day 1 of booking our hotel, informing us of closest laundry mat, arranging transportation from the airport to the hotel and then to the port for our cruise, and any other questions we had. All staff we interacted with were very nice and helpful. The power did go out off and on the last 2 days and nights of our stay, however this was of no fault of the hotel. Power outage was all around the area because of city problems with the electric. The hotel staff accomodated us as best they could in these circumstances. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was very good. We loved having one of Rome’s 2000 water fountains right outside our hotel door to refill our water bottles. Be prepared to carry your suitcases up steep stairs to your rooms, as is the case with many B&B hotels.

Cute, cozy, and exceptional service!

Although we were only here for one night, we had a wonderful stay! I can’t say enough about the service, especially Valentina at the reception desk. She helped us book a transfer to the hotel, flagged down our driver as we were leaving for our cruise, and even gave restaurant recommendations. The room was cozy, air conditioned, and a perfect blend of modern with old Roman charm. We will absolutely be back for longer next time!

Wonderful hotel right near the Trevi Fountain. Close to everything. Large. Clean rooms and the hotel is quiet. Fantastic breakfast too!!

Great location. Excellent staff support. Very friendly. Mini shampoos, mini soaps and the slippers were a very nice touch. Perfect room for two families. Airport limo available through the hotel for a decent price and excellent service was provided both times used. Many stairs. Carrying the luggage was rough.

Booked the suite and it was amazing, we booked ahead and it was very reasonably priced 2 bedroom steps away from Trevi fountain. Although in a very busy area, no problem sleeping. Helpful staff. Would book again.

This lovely hotel is located in the heart of Rome steps away from the Trevi fountain and minutes away from other popular attractions. The staff are extremely nice and helpful and made the stay significantly more comfortable. The staff are also very quick to respond to any queries sent via the app or email.

Excellent stay

Trevi Beau Boutique was a great find for our family of 5. The suite was clean, spacious and comfortable. Claudio and Valentina were super responsive and attentive to our needs prior to and during the stay and all levels of service were excellent! The breakfast was perfect, as was the service. They even packed a to go breakfast for us to leave for the airport prior to the dining room opening. While the location is great for easy access to Trevi, the Pantheon, Spanish Steps and many other central highlights, we did find the chaos of peak season crowds to be a bit much for the area. Would certainly stay here again, but off peak. A great spot!

The staff are very nice and hospitable. They will take a lot of care of your stay and will assist you where they can. The hotel itself is great and clean. The location is awesome!

There are not enough great things to say about this hidden treasure. Super cute property, clean, friendly/helpful staff, and located in a far better location than we even thought. We were maybe 1 minute from the Trevi Fountain, and short walking distance to several very cute sidewalk restaurants with amazing food. For the more adventurous, we were walking distance to the Barberini metro which took us up to the Vatican Musuems, and back down to the Colossuem (with one easy switch to B line) which exits right outside the entrance of the Colosseum. We love to experience the local transportation of other places we visit, and Italy’s metro and train system are fire.

Lovely hotel with updated and atmospheric room in an ancient building steps from Trevi Fountain. When arriving look for Il Chianti restaurant. The hotel front door is somewhat hidden in the corner. Great view from 4th floor room. Shower has hot water, key works, big bed and good ac. Very helpful staff will book transport. No elevator. Would stay again.

This property was so close to the Trevi Fountain, like literally a minute walk, close to a train station (about an 8-minute walk). All the major attractions or close or walkable from this hotel. The room was clean, bed was comfortable. We rarely stayed in the room as we were usually out. The staff are so nice and helpful. It’s a bit tricky to find through google maps, but the main entrance is beside the restaurant close to it, and the hotel name is a bit faded. The hotel had no elevator, and we were on the third floor so something to keep in mind if you have young kids, or maybe request a lower floor. They said ecomomy rooms are on the third floor. They also can help arrange a taxi to and from the airport. We came from Florence so we didn’t book through them when we arrived, but we did when we checked out, as we went to the airport after staying here. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. The location is so good. During times of the day where it was pretty warm, it was easy to go back to the hotel and rest for a few hours before continuing with sightseeing. That’s how convenient the location is. We will stay here again the next time we go to Rome.

Wonderful people at the front desk and a surprisingly spacious room with individual AC unit that was effective!! Would stay again, mere steps away from Trevi Fountain.

Great stay, clean, great location!

For a hotel situated right by the Trevi fountain, so an ideal location in the thick of the action, it was surprisingly quiet. The thoughtful design of the small space was great too. Staff were super nice. And it wasn’t as hard to find (for us) as other reviews suggested. The only complaint - super thick and dense pillows that didn’t work for me or my partner.

Claudio was so excellent. He made us feel right at home. Alvin was also great. The cook was wonderful and her pastries were outstanding! Great location for souvenirs, and restaurants.

Challenging property

If you want to be steps away from the Trevi fountain it’s a great location and once in the room, the room is clean and really nice. However, The hotel is hard to find, not easily accessible by Uber or taxi, and the front desk has limited hours. There are no elevators, which makes hauling luggage up several flights of stairs a challenge. Also, the room key is big/heavy and the door to our room was difficult to open and lock. The

This little boutique is spectacular! It truly is a "hidden" little gem. Our room was the epitome of quite, we sometimes forgot about how crazy busy it was outside. The staff, just amazing and so welcoming and friendly. I don't want to call this a downside, because I truly don't think there is one at this location, however there is no elevator. The first floor is truly the second floor and the second floor the third, so there is quite a bit of stairs. If you travel light this shouldn't be too much of an issue. I would absolutely stay here again, it's just steps from the Trevi fountain and being so close to everything it's really nice to be able to pop in to rest or to drop of any shopping stuff we had picked up and then head out again. Also, one of Rome's famous little fountain's is just right out front, so convenient!!! Thanks for the great stay?

Wonderful staff, excellent location! A real gem. We will stay here again!

We knew in advance that there was no elevator and had to carry our luggage. The host did offer to help and was very helpful with how to get to the tourist areas. We had a tower room and that was several stairs including one that was three flights up, and I managed to bring my luggage one at a time up and down with no problems. If you are not able to carry your luggage or have mobility issues look for another hotel. The hotel is next to a very good restaurant and my wife and I are there for several dinners and enjoyed our food.

The hotel staff was very kind and accommodating. There was an issue with our rooms cleanliness at a point during our stay, and there were able to provide us with a new room the following morning. Breakfast was convenient and tasty. Hotel felt very safe bc there front doors lock and close after a certain time and only guests and staff can get in.

A one minute walk to one of the most impressive and iconic of Rome’s fountains, Trevi. Clean, comfortable rooms and the adjoining restaurant was wonderful.

Great location!

Excellent location to be in a walkable distance for some of the main attractions. Due to its location, the volume of people coming to see the Trevi Fountain, and the restaurant below, means it can be noisy but that didn’t really worry us, but if you are light sleepers it could be a problem. This staff were really friendly, approachable, and helpful, positive interactions with all, particularly with reception, we couldn’t fault anything.

Lovely property! Not easy to find though. Look for the heavy door to the right of the entrance of restaurant Il Chianti and you’ll have found the hotel! Not good signage! Small room, 101 but comfy bed.

Great place to stay, helpful staff, centrally located. Trevi Fountain is a short walk from the hotel. The breakfast is wonderful. Comfortable accommodations. We walked to most locations except the Vatican for which there is a subway nearby to use. We stayed in the double room on the third floor. It’s a charming older building with no elevator. We would stay again.

Great location

Such a cute little hotel in the heart of Rome. We really can’t complain about the location - walking distance to all tourist spots. Because it’s so central, it was quite noisy at night but after a full day of walking you fall asleep quite quickly anyways :) It was very clean, a good size room and very comfy bed. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

This is a great hotel for anyone looking to stay right next to the Trevi Fountain. With that also comes a big crowd outside your door at most hours of the day, but our room did not have any outside noise from the crowd. The room seemed more modern than most we stayed in Italy and very clean, the staff was friendly and let us check in early/store our luggage after we checked out/arranged transport to the airport for us. We enjoyed staying here because it is in walking distance of a lot of popular sites and we could wake up early to go to the Trevi Fountain before the crowd arrived.

We had a hard time locating this place, It would help if it would specify in the email that is behind the restaurants, People help where Google stopped but still can’t find it, someone directed us to the other hotel similar name, and he called this hotel for us, room was clean and good location. Staff was helpful.

We had an amazing week stayed here!! The staff was so friendly and accommodating. Valentina was exceptionally helpful. She always had a smile on her face. Looking forward to someday returning to Rome and will definitely stay at Trevi B&B Hotel.

Good property close to many restaurants and the Trevi Fountain. Very busy area but perfect if you want to be in the thick of it. The hotel is older but very unique which we really liked. No good for anyone with mobility issues due to the stairs. The only downfall for me was the fridge was not very cold and I needed it to store medication. The staff were very helpful in keeping it in the kitchen for me but this was a little inconvenient. Would definitely stay again if we ever make it back to Rome.

This hotel is in a great location--next to the Trevi fountain and close to most major attractions. The staff are very friendly and helpful--and the continental breakfast had a good selection of food to choose from. The room was clean and comfortable but could be a challenge for some as there are no elevators. I would definitely stay here again--but maybe on a lower floor.

The location of this hotel is PRIME. I loved the area it was around being only a few steps to the Trevi. The breakfast was great and the staff overall was accommodating. We arrived from our flight early before check in and were able to wash up, change, and leave our luggage while they finished preparing our room. Two issues to be aware of 1. The rooms are SMALL - this did not bother me because I wasn’t planning to spend much time in the room. 2. The blow dryer only worked on low and would go out if you put it on high.

Claudia the host went above and beyond and was the kindest!! We took a private water taxi straight to the room and they unloaded our bags right there which was amazing! No luggage on cobblestone streets was a huge plus. The view is perfection and it’s super clean and spacious.

This hotel was very comfortable and right in the centre of it all. Only 50m to Trevi Fountain. They have a tratattoria right outside the front door. Sorry we were only staying overnight. Highly recommend it.

As a woman traveling alone in Rome for the first time, I found Trevi Beau to be the perfect place to rest and cool down in the middle of the tourist madness by Trevi Fountain. I was greeted by the very charming Claudio who helped get my bags up three stories and gave me some excellent tourism advice of the city and map! His welcoming cheer put my mind at ease that this was a truly hospitable and enjoyable place to stay so far from home. Thank you wonderful kind and friendly staff!!! 10/10 would stay here again!

Property is in a good location as it is close to the Trevi fountain. Lots of shops and restaurants within walking distance. The staff was warm and welcoming and very helpful. Would definitely stay again.

Beautiful boutique hotel amazing we loved it. The only criticism I have is I would of loved to have know about the steps we travelled with a friend that recently had a knee operation and he struggled with carrying his suitcase up and down. We also had trouble trying to find the hotel as our transfer dropped us off at the wrong hotel. The lady at reception explained the reason why there was no signage to highlight the hotel name. So my advise is number 83 was the key to us finding the hotel. Apart from this amazing experience staying in this beautiful hotel right in the heart of Rome walking distance to most of the attractions. This hotel comes highly recommended.

Right in the heart of it all. Steps from Trevi Fountain, and walkable to Pantheon and many other sites to see. Best ever gelato right at the front door of this hotel by the Chianti restaurant. Will defo stay bere again. It is a true gem!

Wonderful hotel for a stay in Rome

Very nice hotel, convenient location. short walk from the Barberini train station. The restaurant down stairs from the hotel is owned by the same family and we had a very nice authentic Italian dinner with them. Valentina and Caterina who were are hosts at the hotel were very nice. The breakfast provided at the hotel was absolutely wonderful. American hotels who have cut back or serve a stale doughnut for breakfast in their hotels even though they still advertise having full breakfast could take a lesson from these folks. They served a really good breakfast. Price was right for the location and the room was quiet and comfortable. They made sure we had a taxi that was on time on the morning we left to take us to the airport for an early morning flight back to the USA. I may never be in Rome again in this life but I would stay here again if I did. No complaints.

A Gem of a find

A wonderful place to stay in a great location for seeing the sights. Very friendly staff and a clean hotel. The il Chianti restaurant right next door is a must.

Trevi Beau - a Gem!

Great hotel! Service is very personable, initial welcome was warm, and continued to be each time we walked in or out. Great breakfast, with variety for everyone - and wonderful coffee - again, great service. Room was spacious and comfortable - we asked for a quiet room, so not on the street, and yes, it was amazingly quiet. But the best part was the location - just a few feet away from the Trevi Fountain, and on a street full of shops and decent restaurants, one of them being owned by the same org as the hotel, but we were unable to get a table as it is so popular! In summary: we'd stay at the Trevi Beau again with great anticipation!

We had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The room was comfortable and clean. Breakfast was delicious every morning. All of the staff were very nice and helpful. We would definitely stay here again!
