Nice place

Shower is leaking. No hangers in the closet and the baggage placer is dirty. Bathrooms door not closing properly.

The property is old. Rooms are are old and not safe. They need to redo everything

Our quick short stay

It’s was clean and quite, security makes me feel way better about staying there, seen him walking property. Nice and quite. Clean.

The person asking if I had a reservation did not welcome me, did not make me feel welcomed, did not even say “Good Evening” just asked for my reservation. Did not say ANYTHING other than give me my room number. Will never stay there again. In the middle of the night I had to use the bathroom n I encountered a small roach… lost it but encountered another small roach heading back to the room… got that one on video — UGH!!!

The pictures do not match up at all do not stay there. It’s roach infested, gross, gross gross.

Nothing like the picture. Mattresses stacked up in lobby and not accessible but for front desk. Bedding is nothing like picture hole in bathroom from previous leak. The front lobby stinks and is like an Indian temple.

Horrible experience. Key did not work until the last night there. They also charged my card TWICE. I stopped staying there after the first night, but my friends decided to stay in the room. Reported seeing multiple roaches. Never again.

Horrible place full of cockroach

Roches in the room, key pad on door wouldnt work soninhad to be let in and told i coupd t leave my room and close the door cuz it woildnt be fixed til bext day. I k ow its october but the piol was the darkest green ive ever seen, itbhas not been cared for at all. Bed was alright, pillows were flat in no time. Mostly the roaches is what made me rate this a 2.

Roaches, zero hot water, criminal activity, should be investigated and close down. It’s a danger to the area.

This was the most horrible hotel Ive ever stayed. Huge chunks of paint peeling in the bathtub and tile walls. Filthy stained towels. Everything is broken with wires hanging out. Cobwebs streaming down from ceiling. Lots of very questionable people from Hurricane Beryl that FEMA is housing there. When I got to my room I was checking the door lock that seperates you from the room next to me to make sure it locked and NO IT DID NOT LOCK! So I managed to lock it half way and push the refridge and chair against it whenALL OF A SUDDEN THERE WAS SOMEONE BANGING ON MY DOOR! IT WAS THE NEXT DOOR MAN A VERY BIG SCARY MAN AS I TALKED TO HIM THROUGH MY WINDOW HE SAID TO ME WHY ARE YOU TRYING TO GET IN MY ROOM? I TRIED TO EXPLAIN TO HIM I WAS checking my door lock and had not even touched his door!! Then he started threatening me saying "YOU DONT WANT TO COME ON THE OTHER SIDE OF THAT DOOR ILL HAVE SOMETHING READY FOR YOU. ALL I was doing was checking for my own safety being a 58 year old womAn staying BY MYSELF. THIs hotel IS ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING, TERRIFYING,LOUD MUSIC COMING FROM SOMEWHERE INSIDE UNTIL AFTER MIDNIGHT, Horrible bad area!!! The people staying there are terrible letting their kids RUN UP AND DOWN THE HALLS IN FRONT OF ROOMS SCREAMING AND YELLING TILL LATE NIGHT HOURS. BROKEN GLASS ALL OVER YOUR PARKING SPACE , THE VERY WORST OF WORST OEOPLE ARE STAYING HERE AND IT IS TERRIFYING. IF ONLY I READ THE REVIEWS

There were roaches, alive and dead in the room. Stains on the pillow cases. Absolutely disgusting room and outside of the room. Do not stay here.

Lady in lobby making sexual dates on her phone everyone could hear! Walked into door of room roaches all over the bed 6 that I counted! I did go back to office told them they refunded my Money but no apologies! Missed the wedding we traveled to had to return home! We aren’t picky but this is a very strange area not safe at all 😩 n black mold was all along the walls in bathroom area

This was the worse motel that I ever went into ,it was so horrible to the point me and my husband just turned around and let them have the money because it was Roach infected.i don't recommend no human being to stay for hours let along nights.

The property didn’t look bad from the photos on the app & it wasn’t too bad in person for the prose. The pool wasn’t that bad but one thing that was extremely disgusting is the roach infestation. I had to sleep in my car for After I saw at least 40 roaches. One or two wouldn’t have too bad but BABY!!!!! I canceled the remainder of my stay and was refunded for one day. I really feel like I should have been refunded for both for what I was put through with the main tenants( the roaches).

I felt like the cleanliness wasn’t there

The place looked like a homeless home, the receptionist was very rude looked like he didn’t know what he was doing trying to check in a guest in front of me. Took like 10 minutes beforehand he acknowledge me finally another person that looked like a bom came to help me but thanks god my credit card did not go through so i ended up canceling my stay. They also have some stained mattresses on the hallway. It was terrible the place smell like a dirty carpet too.

Roaches in the room

This is the worst place I ever stayed we had roaches and mold which led me to leave early because I am highly allergic and they refused to switch my room. If I would have rated 0 starts I would’ve.

The pictures online are not the place I stay at. First the pool was absolutely green. The steps had algae all over them. The lobby was a mess with a mattress and other stuff everywhere. My room had a bed, a chair and a nightstand. A small tv stuck one a wall with wires hanging down. And no furniture! I can’t believe Expedia and Wyndham hotels allow their name to be connect. Also, There were kids in the pool playing in the Greenwater that you could not see 1 foot through. I Can't believe that the place didn’t have it taped off and allowed children to be in it!!

Unclean and unsanitary

This place needs a cleaning overall and some serious pest control. My room had dead and live roaches in it. The towels look like they had mildew on them. I did notify the front desk staff to see if they could clean the room or at least give me a new room and they did not accommodate. Wish I had took pictures but I was so damn mad and tired, I forgot to take some. Will never be back here ever again.

The room had roaches, water would not shut off in bathtub. I would not even stand in the tub. I put down a hand towel to stand on to shower. I don’t see why they have a dining area in the front lobby, they don’t even serve coffee in the mornings. There was a fire extinguisher outside my door or should I say there was supposed to be one. All I saw was an empty coke can in it. The pool was disgusting. And last of all, do not go in the parking lot after dark. You had cars pulling up to party in the parking lot. Never again will I stay here.

RUN! Do NOT stay here

This room was filled with roaches and small flying bugs- the people in the room next to ours were screaming and yelling and cussing. There were very unfavorable people hanging around in the parking area, the pool was green and unoccupiable the management did not care about any of this. We had to stay with family the first night and re-booked another hotel for our second night. I will NEVER stay at this hotel again nor will i recommend it to anyone

Staff put me in a nasty room, door didn’t close all the way, there were bugs, shower and shower curtain was nasty. There were drug addicts and gang members outside walking around all night and staff was extremely rude

There was bugs and it was sketchy. It smelled weird and had a lot of water leaking in the rooms

Crackhead hotel

My stay at this "hotel" was one of my worst stays anywhere. Every time I wanted to enter my room the key cardS would not work so I had to go to the front office each time to get them to re-program my room keys. On the 3rd day of my stay the water was off for the entire day without warning so I was forced to leave my room to go elsewhere where there was running water and on the 5th night of my stay the power was out. It was a complete horrible experience. It may say Travelodge by Wyndham but the hotel is privately owned and owned by people that have no clue about customer service or hospitality. Even the the hotel cleaning staff set up a bar b que grill just feet away from my room, playing loud music and drinking beer, talking & laughing loud and got extremely offended when I asked for toilet paper!! I have no problem with the staff relaxing HOWEVER, what kind of establishment are they trying to run? A seedy motel or a upscale hotel? My room had roaches, spiders, and shady looking characters walking around at all hours of the night. There is a gas station nearby with a burned out vehicle state inspection building nearby that is full of crackheads. BEWARE!!! If i had the option to rent again I would rather pay $100 a night than the cheap price of these rooms. The photos are not of the actual hotel. The hotel is being remodeled and is under heavy construction. None of which they tell you before you book the room. Do not stay here just pay the extra money to stay somewhere else

Asked for a microwave an never received it also my room was infested with roaches. I would sleep in my car before going back to that hotel

No phone connection with the reception desk, bathroom wasn't clean, parking area was not clean, no plantations, constructions was no signs

First room was dirty had beer cans and mud. Next room had broken toilet. Staff was nice, but said there was no micro wave but second room had one so they were just lazy.

Roaches everywhere and dirty

Key cards didn’t work several times so I had to go back to the office several times. I’m handicapped so that sucked!! The AC in first room didn’t work. Towels replaced with rags. Ice machine in inconvenient place. Several street walkers seen going in and out of rooms or just walking around the parking lot.

I have stayed at many hotels. I found what I thought was a good deal, but it turned out to be bad. First, the room wasn't even clean upon arrival. The door to Room 328 was messed up it didnt even close properly. There was no latch to lock the top of the door.Secondly I found a used needle from I am assuming someone with diabetes. Hopefully drug activity wasn't going on. Thirdly, There was alot of activity going on behind the property at night time. I also saw the building had some rennovation going on. Fourth there weren't enough towels in the room. I happened to pull out the bed and the carpret was flithy. I will not be staying at this property again

My first time staying.

This time, they did offer WiFi, but it was registered to a different hotel so I’m not really sure if they have WiFi or not..

Overall… no.

They did not have wifi and until I got Expedia on the line they didn’t want to give me refund for the amenity they advertised online but could not provide. This was very upsetting because I’ve stayed at this location numerous times prior.

The room was a little dirty and some furniture were missing. One coworker talked to me and treated me with no respect. Twice told me very roughly to get out of the pool area.

You get what you pay for! The only issue I really had is the lack of being able to use a vending machine, or get ice since the ice machine is broke. No additional comment! ~J.L.Randall~♉

Not a pleasant stay

Room had a horrible smell and flies in the small refrigerator

It was nothing like the pictures. Amentites that were supposedly available upon request were either not there or we had to rent them. There were roaches and even bugs inside the plastic wrap around the cups when we arrived, on day 3/6 housekeeping knocked on our door and said we had to either pay or leave when we had already paid for 6 nights. We ended up leaving early because we couldnt deal with it anymore. If we could give a negative rating we would.

Great location if you are homeless or straight out of jail. I was happy that I brought my gun.

Roach and drug motel

Roaches and nats everywhere in the room, toilet didn't work, prostitution and drug activity going on outside! This place gets 2 thumbs down, I will never stay there again.

The pics online do not look like the rooms. The door is literally bent and no secondary lock on door. The curtain is hanging down on one left side. There was hair on the bed. It's overall a very very low quality room. The location is very unsafe as well. Complete let down.

Spend The Extra $20 At Another Hotel

Lobby Looks Outdated, My room smelt terrible , My room had roaches, mosquitoes, and some tiny fruit flies, that kept bugging me last night, I ate a couple of them on accident because there was sooo many flying around. Theses rooms are not quite, I heard the next door neighbor moaning, and screaming good thing i had a broken faucet that kept pouring water making soo much noise, for 55$ bucks i didn’t expect much, i should of spent the extra $15 down the road and could of been offered a fully loaded room with breakfast, gym, and a hot tub !!!

No Wi-fi don't cry. Rent somewhere else.

As far as the cleanliness I have no complaints but I went there on a business trip. And in doing so I expected to have Wi-Fi connection to work on my laptop but I was informed the Wi-Fi was not working after the fact of asking for the Wi-Fi code when I was checking in and was told there is no code you're automatically logged in when I got to the room I tried to log in and there was no Wi-Fi at all then I was told the Wi-Fi is down and it would come back up later on but it never did then I went back to the office the next morning and asked what was the deal with the Wi-Fi I was told it had been down for some time now. I asked the manager about the Wi-Fi and told him I was there on business and I needed Wi-Fi he said you're more than welcome to come up to the lounge and it works here I didn't rent the room to come up to the lounge and work on my things that I needed to work on on my laptop I needed my privacy and that's why I rented the room. So if you're going to go there on a business trip I would not go because there's no telling how long their Wi-Fi had been down cuz it looks like they're not keeping up with anything as far as when it comes to Renovations or anything else

Horrible experience ever

We actually did not stay. We felt unsafe and decided to forfeit our stay and appearly the promised refund. To be fair, the rooms were clean enough but were old and outdated. The rest of the property was out right scary. Staff was friendly enough but made the promise of a refund and then proceeded to avoid Expedia's calls to authorize said refund. Definitely not recommend for anyone traveling alone, females, or anyone with valuables that will have to be left in the car overnight. Although, they do have an impressive camera system and a security guard that looks like he belongs on the LA S.W.A.T. team, which leads to the question of "why do they need a security guard that heavily armed?"

I would definitely not recommend this property. This place is unsafe. The rooms does not look like the pictures at all. I would look at Google review and see how the place really looks like.

The door to my room had several large dents in it like a battering ram was used on it. There was no telephone in the room so if someone came back with that battering ram my only option would have been to beg for mercy. Elevator was broken the car was 6 inches below ground level and the doors were stuck half open. It gave people the opportunityto throw their trash in it. No outdoor vending and the alcove where machines used to exist had black mold in it, the pool looked like in had not been vacuumed in days, lots of dirt and leaves in it, one of the trees on the pool deck had fallen over and left to lie there, and water was dripping from a second floor landing and, even tho it was a 80 degree day, there was a puddle in the parking lot against the curb that did not evaporate. My reservation was for 4 nights but I checked out the next morning. I did not feel safe.

It was the worst experience there was blood outside in the parking lot and in the bathtub the bathroom counter was dirty the floor was dirty there was white stuff on the curtain there were roaches and we went to the office several times to complain and all they did was send maintenance to clean the tub they didnt offer to change rooms or any kind of refund it felt like they really.didnt seem to care too much and when i showed the guy at the front desk the pictures i took of the blood everywhere and the roaches on the walls and the dirty bloody tub and dirty sink and counter and floor all he said was oh house keeping must of lied about cleaning the room and just kind of brushed me off

I liked nothing about the property I checked in and check out within 5 minutes and I still haven’t received my refund

The nastiest

This is the nastiest hotel I’ve ever seen. It’s disgusting! They have roaches one bit me on the shoulder while I was laying in bed. Room appeared to be okay but it was obviously not. I booked 2 rooms one for myself and the other for my sister. We had to change rooms twice. The first room smelled of mildew and filth the appearance was fair but it smelled horrible so I went to get another one for her. The second room they gave me a key to a person was in the room. The third room also had roaches the bathroom was missing an entire shower wall just wood in sight DO NOT BOOK WITH THESE PPL!!!

No so clean and to much traffic

It did what I needed it to do AKA a place to sleep, but the door connecting into the next room wouldn’t even close - let alone lock. We ended up moving the chair in the room and the mini fridge in front of the door so we would wake up to the sound if someone tried to open the door. Also, housekeeping repeatedly knocked on the door at 9am while were asleep and when we did not open the door, the lady let herself inside and continued to come in for a bit while we were in the beds. Then, at 10am when we were getting ready to leave because checkout is at 11, a man (I assume he worked there), let himself in with a key without knocking and the only reason he did not see us getting dressed was the door latch. There was also a bunch of screaming outside and from other rooms all night.

New Jack city hotel

Room was as clean as it could be from what was there to work. Carpet was disgusting, tub and bathroom old worn out but clean. Bed was clean, fresh sheets, room smelt like smoke and marijuana but at least no roaches and bugs. Not too bad I guess with a cheap price but there are over hotels for not much more but way better and taken care of. It was pretty much the hoodeat hotel I’ve been to. Homeless people camped out on stairs, a guy was in the lobby showing off his semi-automatic gun tied to be sleek and his it under a towel. Flagged the barrel at a cleaning lady and me while I was waiting to check out. Another guy was tryna sell shoes that I’m guessing he had just stolen from Academy.

They have bed bugs and roaches everywhere and the staff is horrible did not go above and beyond and was talking back so yea.

The rooms were extremely dirty. The rooms smelled of urine, there was rusty water coming from the tub. Profanity written on the walls. The bathroom door was broken off, so they was no privacy while using the restroom or showering. In the morning the housekeeper didn’t change any sheets the next morning while we watched her clean other rooms. There was crackheads in the parking lot. I wouldn’t ever stay at Travelodge ever again

1st night, room was not very clean, had a couple of little roaches

Has bed bugs, roaches (real bad roaches), the staff if horrible and rude we asked for a refund and they said they refunded us but didn't. There is holes in the walls, stab marks in the chairs and the rooms smell horrible. Worst hotel I've ever been to. Dont stay here...stay at your own risk!!!!!

The rooms are not livable. They don’t pick up the phone the doors didn’t latch roaches bed bugs wholes in the walls the smell alone gives headaches ….smells like piss smoke and mildew/mold

Nightmare hotel

It had to be one of the worst hotels ive ever had to pay for in my entire life, there was blood splatters on the ɓathroom walls and large holes in the ceilings, windows and mirrors. The dressers where no even complete, as in entire drawers were missing and what was there was in such a decapitated state the room would be better off without it. Cockroaches were everywhere to top that off but thats probally due to the fact the room wrieked of urine.

Rooms are dirty, have bedbugs and roaches. No safelocks handles on door. Management unprofessional about these concerns. Bathtubs are very filthy. And the worse rooms smell like wet dog. Cigarette burns everywhere.

Grotesque

This hotel was completely disgusting. Door didn’t lock or close all the way, sheets smelled like they hadn’t been washed in weeks. Holes in the wall, not even the TV work.

The motel looked like a horror movie. There were holes in the walls, the bathtub looked like an art project/science experiment, there were bugs, the comforter had cigarette burns in it, the lamp was ripped straight out of the wall, I booked through Expedia and tried to get a refund through the hotel but they said they didn’t do refunds.

Ghetto looking rooms. Microwave was on a chair. Building and parking lot were run down.

I will never ever book at this hotel again. It was dirty, chair in room had what appeared to be stab marks, restroom had a hole in the roof and saw 3 dead roaches. Random people walking around the hotel and overall felt unsafe we ended up just leaving because we kept hearing people screaming/ things be thrown around us. At one point I thought someone was trying to open our door! Worst experience we have ever had staying at a hotel!

The staff was friendly

Nothing was working well in the hotel. The bathroom was not very clean( there was a bar of use soap on the tub) 😕. The tv did not work. There where holes in the walls. Not a very good night sleep at all. Then to top it off, there were people yelling and fighting in the hall, very early in the morning. Check out was at 11:00 am housekeeping came 10:30. I told her to please come back in a half hour. I should be gone by then. I felt a little rushed.

The first room I had smelled heavily of urine, had lots of roaches and the body of shower looked like the pavement outside. Second room was slightly better. Tub only slightly stained, roaches still heavy, but smelled cleaner.
