Very friendly staff. Perfect location.

Well-located and friendly employees

This hotel is very well kept. My room was very sound proof and quiet. The bathroom was ample. The room had plenty of space with amazing ocean views. Breakfast is excellent. They have 4 elevators don't have to wait long for an elevator. The hotel feels quite luxe for the price it's good value for money.

Trans America 3 week stay

Hotel is nice, location is great but service is off. Service is slow and they forget easily. I would have to order water 3 different times until they finally bring it up 3 hours later. Same for bath towels. Also, bed sheets are stained/burned… I asked them to change it twice during my 3 week stay but they never did. They just make the bed and leave these ugly dirty sheets.

Gostei muito do hotel. Os funcionários são gentis e atenciosos. A cama é muito boa, o banheiro é grande e confortável. O serviço de limpeza do quarto é bom, embora tenha acontecido sempre quase no final da tarde. Tive problemas com o acesso ao canal Youtube na tv, liguei para a recepção e, mesmo sendo quase meia noite, o técnico veio rapidamente e resolveu. O hotel tem estacionamento mas não informa que é terceirizado e pago. Quando chegamos fomos informados que é pago, que tem serviço de manobrista e a diária custa R$ 25,00. Mas o serviço é muito bom.

Love the location, shopping mall is just a 10 - 15 ride away. Most of all love that I can walk across the street and be on the beach in 5 minutes.

Limpeza péssima

O quarto disponibilizado estava num andar em reforma. Andar (piso, portas) extremamente sujo, quarto muito empoeirado com um buraco no teto fechado apenas por fita adesiva... lamentável. Nao tinha toalhas para a qtd de hospedes e tbem nao tinha sabonete líquido (compartimentos vazios), srndo necessario solicitar.

For the price paid and cathegory showed, I did expect a higher class hotel!! The hotel is already showing the age, and the bathroom had a very bad smell!

My accommodation was wonderful, everything was perfect, services, breakfast and room cleaning!

The staff are friendly but service is poor and the property needs refurbishment. Also, I felt a bit unsafe in the area.

It was perfect . Good location, good breakfast parking avaliable.

The bed and room are large and very comfortable. The wind shook the doors to the balcony and it made it difficult to sleep. But overall, a nice property.

The staff is friendly and responsive. The hotel is well located. However, the facilities are generally in poor condition. In addition, little care is applied in ensuring that the rooms are ready to receive guests. Two out of the three rooms our group rented had a defective safe or no safe at all, two had non-working AC units, and one had a very noisy mini fridge. Very disappointing for a four-star hotel.

Used to be a good option in Recife

The hotel is relatively new but throughout the year with poor maintenance , lack of management and no training became a terrible place to stay

My stay at this hotel was not the way I expected to be …the good news I only paid for one night stay !

Location is excellent, valet parking is very inexpensive with great service. Only dislike, with lobby lounge was bigger and better, other than that I would definitely return.

Nice hotel

Very good stay and the staff was friendly. Breakfast was amazing only issue was problem with bathroom toilet that occurred one evening and had to wait until next morning to be fixed.

Enjoyed Stay

This is a 35-story tower building. I stayed on the 24th floor in a nice suite with a balcony and a beautiful view of the beach and ocean. The room is large, modern and spacey room. The bed was comfortable and extra large with ample space for me and my wife. The bathroom is spacey with a nice shower with plenty of water both hot and cold water. The breakfast was very good with both hot and cold items. And it is served in a ample restaurant room on ground floor. Our stay was great, and I would stay again. The only bad side was the elevator that required a cardkey to unlock it, and sometimes the card would not work. Also, if you have kids beware that the patio does not have protection.

Nice size rooms. Staff is very friendly. Had a problem with my safe and they fixed it right away. Breakfast was good.

Great location, poor internet

Great location, very close to the beach. The internet was not very good, though.

Comfortable stay and excelent for city centre

Hotel staff very friendly and accommodated our requests for rooms with view of the city on higher floors. Although basic, the bedroom was separated from small lounge/kitchen area which meant one could stay working while my partner slept. Breakfast had a good selection of fresh fruit. Location was excellent for access to the private hospitals and healthcare clinics of Boa Vista and Derby. Better venues if interested in a beach location.

Hotel is nice enough and onsite restaurant is good, but it’s starting to feel a little dated. Price wise for the same money there are better hotels in Recife in my opinion.

Beach holiday break

the weather was amazing from 8 days I was in Pernambuco only Saturday was thunder storm heavy rain, the room was amazing on 28 floor, the views was so good, the recife taxi drivers situated near hotel, sundays taxi drivers take day off, the breakfast was good, The hotel costumers mostly have bussines persons for Brazilian companies, have some tourists from USA,Rio de na Janeiro, SanPaulu, Minas Gerais, from Europe few.

Chris at front desk was very attentive we checked in the early and was able to get us set up on WiFi when we had trouble logging in.

Disappointed

It's a mixed property, hotel and local owners in the same building. I would qualified as a solid 3* ... that's about it ... last but not least the Fitness Center is a complete joke for the size of the building.

Nice hotel, location isn't as nice.

Had a nice stay. Good view of the ocean. Good breakfast and WiFi. The area is a bit dangerous. Not a lot close by to walk to.

Great beach front location. Near restaurants, supermarkets and area attractions. The breakfast buffet is very good (even with a fresh tapioca station!). The staff is very friendly and helpful. Overall, an excellent value.

Confortable hotel to bussiness,not to beach class

We book this hotel because it are close to the beach (Boa Viagem), but when we arrived there, we can't swim in the beach because it is infested of sharks. So, we tried to go to swim in the hotel pool but the water was cold because the pool is under shadow all day (shadows from anothers buildings or from transamerica itself). Another down point is the area, many people said that was not safe to walk in the nigth (inclusive a few blocks close). And the front desk services is very slow too. At the end, call this hotel a "Beach Class Hotel" isn't realistic.

Love this Hotel!

If you are looking to relax and wake up to amazing views of sunrise, yet be in a central location, minutes to local attractions, this is the hotel for you! Hotel staff was very helpful and friendly and the variety of menu choices at the buffet breakfast was great. I will definitely choose this hotel again for a cozy vacation!

Great Recife hotel on the beach.

I travel to Recife for business quite often (twice a year) and this hotel has become my place to stay. I feel very at home here - the rooms are huge, they have spectacular views of the ocean, and, typical of many Brazilian hotels, the hotel has a great breakfast buffet. This trip I had a few minor problems with the room: the safe broke down on me (turned out to be low on batteries), and the toilet flush malfunctioned. (This was not typical of my previous stays, by the way.) But, in any case, on calling down to reception, they sent somebody up to fix both issues within 10 minutes. In my experience, this is exceptional service (I once waited 2 hours in a 4-star NY hotel to get my wallet and cell-phone out of a safe so that I could go to a meeting!) If you are here for leisure, it's right on the beach, and there are great places to eat nearby. Also, a nice coffee shop has opened, almost right next door, since my last visit. All in all, highly recommended.

Bom, mas perdeu muita qualidade nos últimos anos.

O edifício é novo, muito bem localizado, mas o hotel está precisando de uma renovação. Camas velhas, cortinas blackout que não funcionam, acordamos às 5h da manhã com o sol no rosto no primeiro dia de estadia, a solução foi passar fita adesiva nas laterais... O café da manhã também deixou a desejar, limpeza lenta das mesas, apenas uma pessoa fazendo tapiocas e omeletes e fila enorme para pedidos. Eles têm tudo para serem excelentes, mas a administração precisa investir mais... já há hotéis melhores em recife.

Transamérica Recife

O hotel tem excelente atendimento no check in, no serviço de quarto, no restaurante. O único inconveniente foi causado por hóspedes ruidosos com crianças correndo, gritando e batendo portas durante a noite e no fim de semana em um apartamento vizinho. Fato que nem mesmo o antirruído poderia resolver.

Um hotel confortável

Muito agradável, limpo, confortável. Só o café da manhã que achei muito básico, a academia é básica também e não tem brinquedoteca.

Hotel ótimo mas sem carregador veicular

Hotel muito bom, localização perto de dois restaurantes que gosto: tasquinha do tio ( comida portuguesa) e o entre amigos ( rest e bar). Parte negativa que não tem o carregador veicular. Em frente ao hotel tem público, porém não funciona!!!

A localização do hotel é excelente, perto do centro e na praia de Boa Viagem. O café da manhã é muito bom e o restaurante bastante agradável. Achei o quarto muito amplo, nos dando uma sensação de bem estar, sem aquela neura de quartos claustrofóbicos. Muito agradável estadia e com certeza voltaremos.

Hotel precisa de reforma, os quartos são amplos mas já precisam de reforma. O local que serve o café da manhã, a limpeza é péssima. O café da manhã é horrível, ás comidas dá impressão que são feitas de qualquer jeito. Tinha carne molho que nadava na gordura, sem variedade. Não indico.

Hotel antigo precisando de reforma. Quarto amplo, porém velho, escuro e sem tomadas suficientes. Sem comando de interruptor na cabeceira da cama. Chuveiro velho. Cobra-se R$25,00 de diária de estacionamento com manobrista e o serviço é demorado, ou seja, cobra-se por um serviço mal prestado.

Como sempre estadia maravilhosa , funcionários muito cordiais , café da manhã excepcional !😉
