An sich sehr schön aber nicht im besten Zustand. Man kann gut kochen und es gibt auch einen Kühlschrank - und auch eine Waschmaschine. Der Balkon ist sehr klein, aber auch sehr süß. Leider ist es in der Wohnung von Natur aus sehr kalt, aber es gibt eine Klimaanlage auf jedem Stockwerk zum heizen.
