It is clean and personel are very professional

Great stay!

Location is perfect as Village market has everything you need, and great mall to stroll, enjoy a coffee and refreshments, dine and shop. We found this really handy. The hotel had great service, everyone was very pleasant. We had some issue with the wifi in the room, and we were provided with a dongle quickly. The hairdryer was not working but that was replaced immediately too. All and all great service. Breakfast was great and we even had dinner at the harvest restaurant and it was delicious. Thank you, we really enjoyed our stay

Extremely happy with the hotel and the staff. We were treated so kindly at check-in by Ms. Esther and helped by everyone else with all kinds of questions and needs we have. The location can't be beat. So convenient to stay at the mall, especially if you have children. Just spend the extra money and stay here, you will not regret it.

My only complaint is the room shower is not private and the toilet door is frosted glass. this made sharing a room with a friend awkward. I will be returning to this hotel in the future with my husband. The staff are very friendly and helpful. They go above and beyond to help with anything I needed or just to chat about the hotel, excursions and info about Nairobi.

It was a great stay at the Trademark hotel

Great hotel but WiFi is horrible

I have stayed at Trademark a few times now and I love the hotel. The staff are excellent and very helpful. The hotel is always clean, the breakfast is excellent and the location is great with Village Market next door. HOWEVER- on this last trip the WiFi kept kicking me out and was completely unreliable for my 4 day stay. I could not do my work and hosting Zooms was not possible. For this reason and this reason alone/ I will not return to Tradmark as I spent 4 days struggling with the WiFi. I am in Nairobi all the time now and was hoping to have Trademark as my "home base" but for business travelers, I would recommend another hotel, maybe Radission or Pullman. I've stayed at both and never had issues with WiFi. For tourists this will not be a concern but for a business traveler, it is a huge issue.

Great place!

The Trademark Hotel was fantastic. The staff was so nice and helpful, the room was great, and the location is very convenient. I really enjoyed my stay and hope to be back soon.

Clean property inside a mall. Safe. Gym is too far inside the mall. The rooms are relatively small.

The perfect hotel for your stay in Nairobi, seamlessly connected to the Village Market mall, offering a plethora of restaurant options to suit every palate. The hotel staff were exemplary, friendly, and ever-helpful, going above and beyond by granting a late checkout to match our late flight schedule. The pool area was a serene oasis, featuring a variety of comfortable seating arrangements. Breakfast at the Harvest restaurant was a delightful experience, with a diverse selection of food and outstanding service.

The hotel is in situated in the Village market - shopping mall and many restaurants. Great faclitilities, great breakfast, comfy beds, friendly staff.

New property is a great place to stay

When I arrived, I was given an upgrade and taken to their new Enaki Suites property, about a five to ten minute drive away. The new property has spacious and modern suites with fully equipped kitchens, luxury bathrooms and comfortable king sized beds. The appliances are new and I was able to cook some nice comfort food for myself. Having said this, the breakfast, served in their rooftop restaurant, was good! I had excellent lattes and eggs cooked to request and fresh fruit and juice each day. The staff was outstanding. They remembered my name from the first morning and were prompt to help me, to correct any little glitches, and just generally make my stay comfortable. All of this was the case even while the property is putting the finishing touches on everything. I highly recommend this place! The manager, Rachel and her team are just super!

The personnel were calm, courteous, helpful, caring and competent at their jobs. We felt completely safe and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Everything we needed was right there. The staff made us feel so comfortable. The food at the Harvest Restaurant was excellent as well as BangBang. Shopping was marvelous. Nowhere else in the world did we find people who were soft in speech and never shouting. Definitely would stay here again. We used the laundry service twice and all perfect.

For years I have visited Nairobi on business and I have to say this is probably the best hotel in the city. I spent one week here and I did not want to leave. Facilities are modern, clean and comfortable, food is absolutely delicious but most importantly, every single member of the staff is there to help, to greet you with a smile and to make your day better. A true example of Kenyan hospitality. From the moment you are picked up at the airport, to the moment you are dropped off again, there is always someone ready to help. I will come back.

Lovely Stay at Trademark

I was in Nairobi for work and Trademark was very comfortable and the staff incredibly friendly and helpful in every way. Also, I asked for a quiet room and they were very accommodating.

The breakfast buffet is outstanding and the staff is very professional. The location adjoining the Village Market provides great dining options and a safe place to kill time. The only downside of this hotel is location to other areas of Nairobi can be difficult with heavy traffic. For me, it’s a perfect place and location for what I am doing.

Property located within proximity of all amenities

Nice hotel and it’s great that it’s attached to Village Market. Small issues - Think I got a bad room on floor four. My window didn’t shut fully and I had a generator outside the window which was loud. Other issue was the pool had a lot of outside guests (tonnes of children) which made it impossible to relax.

Close to everything that we like

Although I was said to have VIP status, there was nothing afforded to me, not even an upgraded room. I was also supposed to receive a $10 room voucher which I never receive even after asking for it. Also for an additional stay, it cost me $22 more booking directly with the hotel. Sad

The staff at the hotel were welcoming and very helpful to this jet-lagged traveler. The room was spacious and the location perfect for an easy transition to a new country. All the things that I had forgotten to bring were just steps away in the Village Market shopping mall.

Really enjoyed my working stay at the hotel. Really friendly helpful staff, breakfast and evening meal was ideal and there was a brilliant gym within the complex. Comfortable clean hotel room. I would highly recommend it.

Love the Trademark

I always love staying at this hotel. It’s very modern, clean, and connected to the Village Market Mall with dozens of eateries and shops. The staff are friendly and helpful, and on my most recent visit I used the airport shuttle which was great.

This is a great Marriott property attached to a very well maintained shopping mall with tons of dining options. We were told nairobi is otherwise unsafe for tourists so it was great to have the option of the mall next door to help stretch our legs after the long flight. Staff was all great and rooms clean and modern!

As per usual, there is excellent staff and very good service, and I definitely will go back there again.

Great option in the area! Everyone is so kind and welcoming. There is a wonderful restaurant and bar in the hotel as well as a gorgeous rooftop pool.

I thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast buffet and friendliness of staff. However, the rooms were very bare without decorations and ambiance.

The hotel is located at one of the ends of Tribe Village Market, a beautiful mall area, with many shops and restaurants. One of few areas in Nairobi where you can walk even late at night safely. The hotel upgraded my room to one with an outdoor terrace: very enjoyable. Service was at all times excellent. Very near the UN regional centre. Highly recommended.

Beautiful space for sleeping!!

Loved the driver Joe, he was a great member of staff. However, left some property at the hotel, contacted them to offer a reward/post it back to me but no word since initial contact.

What I liked about the Trademark Hotel was the kindness of the Kenyan staff and thier availability.

I have stayed at Trademark hotel several times. It provides excellent accommodations and easy access to the Village Market mall.

It’s a nice place to stay right in the middle of a popular mall with many banks, restaurants and taxi services at your service. Staff is quite friendly too.

The hotel and the room was extremely poor - the side tables had weird sticky stuff on it - nor did I get a resort credit or a room upgrade

Breakfast was VERY expensive. Pool was closed for two days and I wasn’t reimbursed for this (most of the reason I chose the hotel was because it had a pool!). Staff were lovely though.

Great Hotel!

I really enjoyed my stay! The location is GREAT!! Everything you could possibly think you need will be in the village market that’s attached. It’s a HUGE mall. The pool is great, service is great, very clean hotel. Would definitely recommend. Staff very friendly and helpful.
