2nd time here. Love the staff most of all!
Nice hotel, but not worth the money
We had a family room with one bedroom and living room with sofa. There are no lifts, so you need to think if you have small kids and strollers. The reception is not working 24 hours and there is a backup that assists the guests, but he don’t speak English… so we communicated with him via google translate. He really tried to help and he was really nice, but when you pay a lot of money for this resort, you should expect for more. For 2 days, the house keeping lady did not bring enough towels and no paper toilet, so we need to ask the reception to bring it on the evening. Again, this is not the best service. The restaurant in the hotel is ok, we ate just once and rest of the nights we ate outside. In general, the hotel is nice, but I wouldn’t stay there again.
Nice hotel in Bayahibe
The hotel has a lot of public surfaces, which is good. The room we had was big enough for our luggage. There are no lifts, so if you have strollers, ask for 1st floor. The stuff is helpful, but not all of them speak English, which can be an issue if you are not speaking Spanish. The hotel restaurant has various food options to choose from, but it is expensive. The prices on the menu are excluding taxes , so pay attention. I would definitely comeback.
We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Tracadero Beach Resort. A gem of a place.
Property is beautiful at the resort office, restaurant and beach. The water is gorgeous but it's mostly saltwater pools. No direct access to the beach from the resort but still amazing views of the water. The restaurant food is pretty good just a little pricier than the other food options nearby. The villa was gorgeous inside and out. Gated and totally private. The lights in the backyard and pool weren't working - called the front office and someone came out to try to fix it but he couldn't so he said maintenance would come the next day but no one ever came by or called us about the issue...not a big deal but definitely a bummer. We were also told that our private pool and jacuzzi didn't have a heating element so that was a bummer as well. Overall staff were patient and kind. "Room service" came every day to clean the villa and leave bottled water. We weren't told there would be so much construction and renovation going on. Workers could be heard every morning in the back and front of the villa and the views around the property were rubble and construction. Still a great trip and awesome property. Can't beat the views!
Nice property despite some works. Terrible surroundings with no platform for walkers, broken and flooded streets… Friendly staff but a bit slow, a small negative mention for Ricardo who asked us for a "rent" for snorkeling old masks:). Expensive but beautiful place & restaurant
*
Property was nice rooms had little water no air in the living room
Excellent place
The best like always!
A great place to relax
Everything was amazing - service, the property itself, the cleanliness, the views . Spectacular. I gave only 4 stars for the areas around because there was a lot of construction going on and the noise was not the best . But other than that definitely recommend and will come back !
I recently stayed at this resort and was extremely disappointed with the overall experience. Despite booking the penthouse, I encountered several unacceptable issues that made my stay far from enjoyable. First and foremost, the service was poor. From check-in to check-out, the staff seemed disinterested and unhelpful. Upon entering the penthouse, I discovered there was no soap provided, which is a basic necessity that should never be overlooked. Additionally, there was mold in the shower, which is both unsanitary and unpleasant. The rooms had a musty odor that made it uncomfortable to stay in, and to make matters worse, there were dead roaches scattered all over the floor. This level of cleanliness is unacceptable for any hotel, let alone one that is supposed to offer a luxurious experience. While the restaurant food was just okay, the wait time was ridiculous. It took over an hour for our meals to arrive, which is far too long, especially when the food is only mediocre at best. Overall, I would not recommend this resort to anyone. The numerous issues I encountered during my stay indicate a severe lack of attention to detail and poor management. Save your money and find a better place to stay.
Beautiful hotel and friendly staff, restaurants and bar good but high prices!
We arrived at 3:30 pm to check in and they told us our room was not ready. They did not explain anything about the hotel, restaurant hours. They did not gave us a tour or explanation of the facilities. They just asked for our IDs and for a 500 dollar deposit, gave us towels and told us to wait at the pool. At 8:00 pm they took us to a villa that was not ready. It was terrible since we made restaurant reservations for 9 pm. The hotel had a concert that night and we were told we had to purchase a table. So we had to pay for the concert. The menu was limited, the last plate arrived an hour and a half after the first one so out party did not eat at the same time. The waiters forgot about 3 plates. Service was not good. We asked for a cake to celebrate a birthday and they forgot about it. The water pressure at the villa was terrible. The staff at the reception did not helped us at all. It was until Elizabeth (manager) arrived that they took us to the villa that wasn’t even ready.
The property deposit was too high. Everything was good beside that.
Security can be improved to be better protected
El personal es simplemente único! Y la atención de Luz que nos esperó hasta las 11 pm para hacer el check in y llevarnos a la habitación, no tiene precio!! Atención 1A 10/10.
Good
Wonderful hotel with friendly staff. I enjoyed the pools and beautiful view of the sunset. Great place to relax and unwind. Food is good and service is great♥️
Beautiful and peaceful resort with stunning sunsets!
The property is absolutely stunning! Very beautiful, safe and super relaxing. The staff was great and the price was even better. Highly recommended.
Enjoyed our short stay! Beautiful place and views !
Complaints: There is no beach access from the property. Instead they have made a "beach" by putting sand in one of the infinity pools and on the surrounding terraces. Also we had no hot water for most of our one-night stay. They fixed it just before we left, which we appreciated. The area around the hotel suffers from the lack of beach access due to the giant resorts hogging the coast and walling it off behind an ugly 3 story facade . I guess a lot of Punta Cana may be like this, but it is very different from other areas we visited such as the north coast and Samana. Also, there is a lot of construction going on which makes it hard to find your way around. Having said all that, the facilities were very nice and staff was helpful and courteous. We had a large apartment for a good price. If you just want to hang out at a really nice set of swimming pools, this could be a great spot.
Such a great find! Friendly staff who go above and beyond and can speak multiple languages. Always felt safe as a women traveler.
Great location!
This is a great location and great property. We loved all the natural pools and quick access to the ocean. There are ladders that lead down to the ocean for swimming. The poolside service was great. Very friendly staff. The hotel rooms were very high-end. Large living space And good sized bedroom. Everything was high end.
Deben mejorar el proceso de check out, hacen esperar sobre 10 minutos a los huéspedes para el reembolso.
Great customer service!!! I was please with everyone’s attitude and attention
This Hotel is so beautiful, i recommended to all my friends and family.
From the moment we got there, there was no air conditioning at reception. We also spend the night with no air-conditioning. I am being woken up to construction at 6:30 in the morning just an awful experience the staff was amazing. The facility was clean, but we will never ever in this lifetime or the next travel there.Jg new jersey
Great place!
Muy bueno
Un lugar con unas vistas increíbles.
Great place to stay!
it is beautiful and very quiet. Perfect place to enjoy with your partner. I would like them to add the all-inclusive. super clean, very friendly staff and always willing to answer all your questions.
Beautiful property. No sandy beach but they make the pool area look like one. Con: The property gets used plenty via Day Passes where you pay for using the property and have a minimum spend on drinks/food. These guests have the attention of the waitstaff near the pools. The people who are staying at the resort do not get the attention of the wait staff. This apparently is policy
Just perfect!!!
Tracadero is beautiful, good attention from the first day to the last day. The restaurant has delicious dishes to delight its beaches and pool are spectacular. I am already planning my next vacation at this wonderful Tracadero Beach hotel
The staff are not properly trained. The property air conditioner were not working. For the second time, they didn’t give me the room I paid for. They are very unresponsible. I will never stay here again. The place is beautiful but need all these improvements.
Nice resort great staff
It is an excellent place, with very good services, nice atmosphere and very cordial staff.
Excellent place to relax and amazing view for sunset lovers
Excellent
Amazing place beautiful view of the ocean
One of the most beautiful locations I’ve ever been to! Loved everything about it.

Tracadero is a rare and amazing experience Food , service music and vibe - views and pools - not sure what to say except go there and enjoy. If you love to swim in the sea then not perfect but if you love to be at th sea and enjoy the best of the best and prefer pools this is THE place 👍🙏
Loved that it was very quiet the 9 pools were amazing and the staff were very professional and helpful.
Amazing hotel, location, restaurant
Amazing location. Staff very friendly. Hotel restaurants food was the best we had in DR. Sunset incredible, loved it
Everything ok but The resection has to improve
staff and food execelant-3br for 700/night ridiculous, no TV in any of 3 tiny arms w/ sj\hitty small kids beds-no dining room table or even end table in. useless lr-eat outside? no thanks, under air pls-just a total joke, no tv work, no one front desk?? crap2 1/2 star mAX!!
food, staff, service all excellent-rooms substandard for the price
Does not communicate nor read reservations I had breakfast included in my reservation and it was compleatly ignored.
Beautiful location and very peaceful. Great staff
The hotel was beautiful . Everything just as the pictures rooms were big everything was clean . Beautiful view will definitely go back
Great resort
Very nice resort, People are friendly, it is clean and has several pools. I can recommend it.
Definitely the most breath taking place I’ve been to in DR it’s very unique nothing like I’ve seen before. Good service, very clean and the amenities are well kept The food: HORRIBLE!!!! Definitely no good there and it’s SO EXPENSIVE I dont mind paying for food but at least make it enjoyable. I ordered a fried fish and it was rotten it smelled so bad. I was able to return it. Then for dinner the pasta was not even cooked it felt like they took it out the box and added the sauce. The food needs major improvement given that this is not an all inclusive However I will return and figure out the food situation just because thebplace is beautiful and the attention is amazing
Buenas tardes !
I love everything about this place ,I will keep going back
xcellent stay, great, friendly staff
Very clean and well maintained
Beautiful grounds let down by a few minor issues
Truly spectacular gardens grounds and pools. Probably the best of any hotel. Really relaxing. Hotel was quiet. We stayed in an apartment which was large clean and modern. Shower and barhroom was excellent great water pressure. Food and drink prices on site were reasonable compared to outside and quality and atmosphere and service far superior. Outside hotel felt like i was constantly being on my guard not to be ripped off. So a few minor gripes. The room was rather unfurnished for such a large apartment. Only a bed sofa and coffee table. Some random kitchen stuff so coffee making facilities but no milk 2 spoons 4 forks no knives and no plates why ? Only got 1 small piece of soap for the 4 days we were there. Beach towels where supplied on arrival but where removed when used but not replaced. So really minor stuff to make place more professional. Amazing pools 8 in all with amazing views but not really serious swimming pools mainly sitting and watching the scenery type infinity pools.
The options of salted pools , rooms are big and clean, only issue is the service at the restaurant and beach is slow.
Beautiful stay! Everything was beautiful & clean! I felt so safe in the premises. Definitely will go again.
We just spent 2 weeks at Tracadero Beach Resort with my family and had a brilliant time. We had a three bedroom penthouse with ocean views. The apartment facilities were great, three en-suites so no fighting over the toilets 😀. The swimming pool/beach area was very beautiful and clean with plenty of staff around to deal with any safety issues, food and drinks you require served to your deckchair. Reception staff were excellent, very helpful and polite, big thanks goes to the reception manager Giulia who made sure everything was ok during our stay. As part of our stay we had breakfast in the restaurant overlooking the sea every morning and was usually greeted by the happy Johnny who made sure we well served. Breakfast choice was limited but very nice especially the choice of freshly prepared juices made to order. The restaurant dinner menu was of good quality and can see why people visit the restaurant from outside. The choice of salt water swimming pools was great, kept my boys busy. I especially enjoyed jumping into the sea from various points on the complex. The resort wasn’t very busy at this time of the month so there were plenty of sun beds available and on many occasions had the many swimming pools to ourselves. This resort is close to the village with a number of Mini supermarkets selling the basics, and a few restaurants, recommend Ombelico del Mondo run by a friendly Italian lady. Would highly recommend Tracadero Beach Resort to others.
This is one of the unique properties in the Dominican Republic where we can eat well.
Best hotel in Bayahibe/Dominicus hands down!
The hotel itself is amazing and best property in Bayahibe and Dominicus. Spacious clean apartments with living room, terrace and balcony, very quiet, good restaurant, lots of seafront space and amazing service! The owner is Italian so you can really feel the good taste and detail in everything! The area around is still being developed but you don’t really need to go anywhere from the hotel which is massive unless you plan excursions etc.
“Virtual Tranquility“ If you’re ideal getaway is a pristine, modern, well situated resort with creative delicious cuisine and a staff that will make your family feel like royalty!! Then Tracadero Is your place.to be ... La Familia— A73
Tracadero in a few words “ Heaven on Earth “ , tracadero is one of the most beautiful places in DR.
This place is unique and original. I love it. This is one of the most beautiful hitel i have ever been.
Nice, tidy suites. The food was pretty darn good, as was the service. It’s a bit of an oasis next to a strip of gift shops. We were busy most of the trip, but it was a comfortable place to stay, and I would stay there again.
The property was too expensive for non exclusive and not in line with the competitors. The amenities included did not match up to the price. I was definitely ropped and swindle from 450 a night
Overall Excellent
We stayed at Tracadero for 3 nights over New Years Eve. Our apartment was spacious and clean and I appreciated the extra amenities in the kitchen and there was a huge dressing area in the room for our suitcases. The food at the restaurant is excellent! The cocktails are also amazing. We did feel like the service in the restaurant in the evenings was slow and it almost felt like they didn’t want to serve sometimes, or they were overwhelmed. This was the only damper on our experience. The pools and views were amazing! We stayed as a family with our 7 year old son. We will definitely come back and would love to bring our extended family here to enjoy the bigger apartments.
