While the hotel does not have star rated facilities, it is a great economical option as accommodation. 1 minute walk from Tsukuba Express Misato-chou station. From Misato-chou station can easily get to Akihabara station to transit to other route (including monorail to Haneda).

The same experience with other Toyoko Inn with a little better breakfast compared to the onces in Shinjuku area. Things to further improve include better choice of pillows and bed (it's hard and not so comfortable) and more protein choice in breakfast menu.
