The hotel is a good spot to rest and enjoy the city views.
Stayed one night, we went to the Redwings Game in Detroit. This Hotel was close to the border, very clean and the staff was great. Breakfast in the morning was also great. Would stay here again.
Parking is an issue.
Would stay here again!
Clean, spacious, quiet. Service was super friendly, breakfast was early, but great!
Very nice hotel clean and spacious. Discreet location
Had a wonderful stay. Would recommend this hotel and wiuld stay here again.
Check in was easy and pre-check in communication was really good. Location is great to be walkable to many amenities in the downtown area and the river.
Amenities were great
Convenient location with nice rooms.
Great
.
Will come again for sure
The stay was good. Not happy with the breakfast, only eggs and sausage, rice offered for hot food. Would be great if there was anything else, other eggs, bacon, any additional selection. Parking is not ideal. Hotel parking was already booked up. Had to park across the street at a paid lot.
everythiung
Really nice hotel! The location is really convenient to the U.S. border. We came in from the states around midnight so we were tired and this location is just around the corner. The parking garage is across the street if they run out of parking but it’s a small side street. Felt safe to me at midnight. The area was well lit. The rooms are clean, spacious and provided everything we needed. There was a kitchen, but we did not use it. Well priced for how large the rooms are. The breakfast in the morning was pretty good too. Plenty of hot and cold items to choose from.
Clean, price was good for value. Breakfast bar was really good!
Perfect location for a trip to Detroit
It's pretty weird to stay at a hotel and there's no dresser to unpack my clothes. Literally no where to put socks and underwear. The hotel is fine but this is a significant oversight.
Room is good. Bed comfortable. Washroom is very nice and clean with good supplies of soap, shower gels, shampoo, conditioner. The room is right opposite to the elevator, so depending on other people, it can be noisy. Breakfast is good.
Short stay. Hotel was clean and updated. Breakfast was decent. Front desk staff were friendly and recommended stuff to do in the area.
Pay for parking that fills up fast and had to park off street
Cigar excursion
Quick check in...thank you
Great hotel!
beautiful location to get to the Riverfront walk. Receptionist was patient to our questions about where to eat
Our bikes were stolen off a locked bike rack on our car in the hotel parking lot. They used a bolt cutter. We were not warned that crime was prevalent in the area. Police were called but the crime could only be reported on the internet. There was an unusual portable standing a/c unit in the room which drew air from outside and drained condensing water into a bucket which needed to be emptied regularly. Breakfast was pretty good. Beds were comfortable. Good shower.
Comfy beds
Nice clean quiet hotel. Parking situation a little weird. But overall great!
The staff is courteous, the breakfast is amazing and our room is great.
We stayed here to attend a concert in Detroit. It was very convenient, parking was close and inexpensive.
Would think for 300 dollars a night it would have more than a window AC was pretty warm but besides that nice place
Needs more and bigger parking lot
Beautiful hotel with lots of amenities
Great place to stay in Windsor
It was an excellent hotel to stay in for my Windsor trip. Espicially with the quality breakfast served every morning, I hope everybody gives this hotel a chance.
CONVENIENT TO WALK TO THR RIVER THAT DIVIDES CANADA WITH USA- ARE CLEAN AND QUITE
Excellent place for families.
perfect with fair price
Nice Hotel
Nice hotel. Clean room and the front desk personnel were great. I mentioned to them when we keft that the bathroom sink did not drain vwry well. Close to restaurants and fireworks.
Everything was great
Ok
Good stay
Parking
We tried to park in the Hotel parking lot and there was an intercom there that was not working properly so we could not understand what the staff was trying to tell us via intercom. When we arrived at the hotel desk, we found out that there was no available parking from the hotel, but we were able to park in a convenient public lot
Clean
Great hotel, super clean, excellent staff, nice patio outside, convenient location, will stay there again.
Continental breakfast was excellent!
The employees were great. Because of problems with the plane we didn’t arrive into 2 am. Very nice reception from everyone
Speaker at park entrance
Amazing except for car park issue since we were not sure the speaker was functioning or not .
Nothing
Great long term option!!
This hotel is amazing as a long term rental. The management is excellent. Very convenient owner to great local eats.
Great location. Close to restaurants. Clean large rooms plus decent breakfast.
Young lady at reception when I checked in was great.
clean and quiet
I didn’t like neighborhood
single traveler
Traveling as a single lady, was told to park 3 blocks away in a sketchy area, had to walk in the dark back to the hotel and decided to leave and go back to the US and use my phone to book another , had no cell service due to being in Canada (not the hotels part) and was not allowed the option to move locations back to the USA.
Best choice for downtown Windsor
Great rooms! Clean and well maintained. My first choice in downtown Windsor, unless you have your heart set on a riverfront room somewhere else. Even then, the rooms here are nicer.
We enjoyed our brief stay here. The staff was extremely helpful and pleasant. Our accomodations were clean and the view of the Ambassador Bridge was excellent in fact we could see traffic moving across it. Parking was convenient too.
Property can use some new sheets and furniture. It’s all outdated.
We didn't like the parking situation.
Friendly staff
The suite has a well equipped kitchen. Pleasantly surprised by the size of the room.
My second stay here. I love the proximity to the downtown, and in particular to the "natatorium" a wonderful aquatic complex literally two minutes walk away. The front desk and housekeeping staff are very friendly. My one concern, and it only applied to my second stay, was that the bathroom facilities needed light maintenance. The shower head was dangling loosely. The toilet seat had a slippage issue. Beyond these issues I found the overall stay very good.
If I didn't have luggage, I'd walk to the train station, but it's just a 3-5 min Uber or taxi ride. The bus terminal is across the street. There are tons of restaurants within a few blocks, so I don't have to order in (or if I feel like cooking, I can pick up ingredients at a store!). The bed and pillows are so soft and clean. The bathroom is well-lit and very shiny, with good water pressure. That free breakfast from 6-9am is WORTH IT.
The property is nice…a little dated. I did not like that I had to pay for parking in a lot across the street.
Location, staff and property
Great location
Great hotel. Room was good, clean. The fan from the air kept us awake everytime it kicked in but not sure if you could do anything about it. But overall a good hotel. Close to the Windsor Detroit border. Easy to access and good area. Close to the bus terminal.
Nice
room is fully equipped and clean and the staff is friendly
Thin walls, no hot water, noisey outside. Homeless roaming like zombies all around the outside. No restaurant or room service.
Close to the downtown
The breakfast is amazing! Great selections!
Great hotel nice kitchen in room and very friendly staff
the room is so nice and convinient
breakfast was expected to have more variety but it was very less and refilling was very bad guests were waiting for the pancakes and maple syrup and they were out of it for that day
We like the hotel room. Very clean and convenient.
Location was great for us and pet friendly service.
Average hotel. No river views. Parking is a bit of an issue. Room was clean and well supplied. Convenient location. Nice hotel; definitely over priced, given the surrounding hotels.
Thanks
Did not give me a parking spot on site. Had to pay for parking around the area. Told me it was full, and when I checked it out, only 5 cars were there out of the 30 spots. Next day, they were giving spots out like candy. Rooms were nice as I had purchased 3 for a night, but still not cool.
toilet is small
The pullout sofa mattress was really bad. It was a wire frame covered with a cloth. A horrible night of not much sleep.
Check-in was quick and easy. The staff were SUPER curteous.
Excellent! Will be my choice for my next Windsor trip!
Great !!!
Great location and hotel
Very nice hotel, spacious rooms with many amenities. Location near the Detroit Windsor Tunnel is very convenient if traveling back and forth to US.
Nice hotel, clean and well equipped. Comfortable bed and pillows, nice shower. Our room faced the parking and was very quiet overnight. However, the breakfast hours don’t work. Breakfast is served until 9:00 am on weekdays, this is way too early for people on vacation (most hotels serve breakfast until 10:00 am). Also, the hotel parking gets full quickly so you have to park in the street or in the parking lot across the hotel. Although it costs only $5 for 12 hours, it’s open and anyone could break into your car - The area around the hotel did not feel safe to me, lots of empty lots, deserted streets, strange people walking by (there was a crazy woman nude from waist down walking around the hotel looking high this morning, and some people looking homeless near by, fire trucks going by last night). As a single woman, I’m not sure I would stay there again because of that.
I liked having the kitchenette. The room was spacious and well laid out with sofa, ottoman and a large bathroom. Beds and pillows were excellent, towels were plentiful. A very cozy stay for us. It was so nice to stay in a hotel with higher standards than the norm.
Furniture was dirty and well worn. No parking available at the hotel and the front desk did not give us a parking pass for the paid parking across the street when checking in.
My arrival was pretty late (after midnight) when i arrived, my keys were pretty much ready to go, there was no waiting. The staff was kind and helpful, rooms are spacious and clean. Breakfast was a little more than basic but good to start the day. Parking was a bit iffy but i was always able to find a spot in the lot across the street. Overall it was a good experience at this property.
Clean room, great view, friendly staff. Couldn’t ask for a better hotel stay
The hotel and staff are amazing. We enjoyed our stay very much.. parking is not easy to find and is only for 12 hours. Rooms are spacious beds are comfy. Would stay here again.
Great for the price
Check in/ checkout was a breeze. In and outs for parking was easy. The 15$ a day for parking is annoying but is what it is. Thanks!
This hotel met our needs perfectly. The bed was very comfortable, the room was in excellent condition and the kitchenette was very handy. It was a short walk to everything we needed in down town. I would recommend for sure.
Nice hotel… city itself wasn’t so great
The tv remote needed new batteries. Staff did fix quickly. Keurig machine didn't work - parts missing. Breakfast was typical but the eggs and sausage and pastries were old and stale.
The staff were good, the suite was clean and very nice, the parking across the street even at $15.00 was great and convenient . Thank you . I would stay at this place again.
clean and staff very pleasant. room was very loud from washroom running and other rooms
Great hotel choice
Pleasant stay. Clean large suite. Breakfast buffet was good. Lots of choices to eat.
