Noisy

A lot of noise in room from other guests. Fan in room very noisy and kept turning on. No sleep. Restaurant was food terrible. Breakfast subpar. Disappointed.

Very welcoming staff. Great amenities - large pool with water slide, hot tub, fitness room, great breakfast, and options for snacks in the evening in the breakfast buffet area. Also offered: well priced Barista coffees/lattes/etc. in the mornings, and alcoholic beverages in the evening. Very impressed with kitchenettes - full fridge, 2 burner stovetop and all the utensils etc. for cooking. Even a bbq area to grill your own food. We will definitely be back!

Easy access and parking

It was a nice stay. Comfortable room. I could tell there han been a water issue in the past. The room smelled a bit musty. Only issue I had was in the fitness room. One treadmill was non functional and the other was in need of maintenance.

When got to our room a bottle of wine dessert and the rose peddles were a very nice touch

Spent 2 nights here with my husband & 4mth old baby. Upon arrival we were delighted to receive an upgraded suite on the top floor which allowed for more room which was very handy with our baby. They had a pack n’ play all set up for us which was a bonus so we didn’t have to source one. The room (and hotel in general) was very clean, and we had a view of the lake and parking lot which was nice to be able to view our vehicle. They had a nice pool and fitness room, and they offer complimentary breakfast. Lots of options from pancakes & waffles, to hot items like egg and sausages. Also basics like cereal, oatmeal, toast/bagels, and fruit. Coffee & tea are also included but they have a bar where you can order specialty drinks for an up charge. The hotel is near many necessities like groceries and shopping, fairly walkable as well although it was quite cold when we visited. I highly recommend and would stay again.

Solid room, lobby smelled like smoke

Smoking outside the entrance door constantly, smoke wafted into the lobby and elevator.

Great value and comfort

Great central location for visiting West Kelowna. Rooms were spacious and comfortable and very well equipped. Gorgeous view of the valley and mountains. Staff were friendly and helpful. We enjoyed both dinner and breakfast at the property as well as a swim in the indoor pool. I would highly recommend this hotel to friends and we will stay here again if we’re in the area.

Our stay was excellent overall. The bed was comfortable, all aspects of room were clean and relaxing. All amenties and breakfast thoroughly enjoyed. Staff very friendly and accommodating. Would stay again and recommend to family and friends.

Enjoyed the room, gym and pool. Wish more dining options were available so you don’t have to leave the hotel when tired. In addition, the 4pm late check in time is very inconvenient, especially for early morning arrivals from airport.

Best Stay Ever

The room was spacious and so bright and clean as well as laid out thoughtfully. Kathy at the dinning room was one of the kindest and most genuine people I have ever met! The entire property was welcoming and beautiful, the complimentary breast was a complete buffet, the staff were all friendly and helpful and the price was beyond reasonable. This will be my go to location every time I return to the Okanagan! Thank you for you hospitality and see you soon :)

We had a great first stay at TownePlace. Their staff were friendly and welcoming upon arrival and departure. The hotel is clean and modern with a well thought out layout. The dining room had plenty of seating with a nice little bar. We didn’t use the pool but it appeared nice and had a water slide. The breakfast was better than most hotels with a good variety of items. Overall, it was a great stay and we would certainly be back when visiting Kelowna and fully recommend anyone to stay here.

We have stayed at this property several times and look forward to staying there again. The property and rooms a clean and neat, the staff are very polite and engaging and the parking is exceptional.

Really enjoyed our stay. Lovely property. Our room was very cute and loved having the little kitchen. Parking was easy and having breakfast on site was nice.

Overall good value

The hotel was clean and the staff were friendly. The room was a good value but there were a few drawbacks. The room was far too warm. I set the stat at 19 when we went to bed and woke up sweating with it at 20.5. The bed was far too soft. It sounded like there was construction happening in the room above ours until at least 11.

Well maintained

The bed was very uncomfortable, and trying to sleep on the couch was even worse. They neeed to upgrade their beds and couches at least in my room. The breakfast was good and offered more than the ususal continental breakfast offering.the coffee was good and plentiful and i enjoyed taking a few cups up to enjoy in my room. The tv remote sucked and i had to stand within a few feet. But i would stay here again no problem. Id just hope for a better bed.

If you’re looking for a quiet place with beautiful views, here is where you have to stay. Nice and friendly staff and clean facilities.

My suite was clean comfortable spacious. The bed was comfy. The room and living had big windows for beautiful city view outside. Definitely my first choice to stay whenever I will come again to Kelowna. Highly recommended

The only thing I didn’t like was the noise coming from the rooms near mine. Heavy footsteps, doors slamming shut, and voices. I felt the suites should be better insulated to prevent noise from neighbouring rooms.

Overall, I was satisfied with everything, but they forgot to empty the previous guest’s trash, and the bin was full.

Amazing hotel with great staff!

We had an amazing stay here. Pool and hot tub was really clean and wonderful. Beds are comfortable and service was great. Kathy at breakfast even helped us with our scrabble game!

Check in was easy and quick. Nice room , clean, nice lake view. Cute little kitchen in room.

Hotel was nicely furnished. Separate sitting area off the lobby was good for group visits. A BBQ & propane fire pit in outside patio for all to use. A variety of different size suites with kitchenettes with full size fridge. Some with separate bedroom with separate temperature control from main area. Beds were comfortable. Good hot & cold breakfasts with many choices.

Excellent stay with new and clean rooms.

I only took a star off because they still charge a fee per night per animal even though kids don't get charged that make a much worse mess than animals 99 percent of the time. this charge prices this hotel out of a range of staying longer if you have pets. Other than that I like this place

Good location, near wineries

Absolutely friendly staff! Accommodating to an early check in, all areas clean, pool area lobby and restaurant. Our room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. Also the Continental breakfast that’s included is very delicious and it was different for the two days that we spent there. The only I would suggest is the toilet in our room was low to the ground, higher would be more comfortable.

Couple vacation

Beautiful hotel, well situated..close to restaurants, shopping and wineries! Great welcome and bonus two $30 credits for food or beverage. Onsite bar and bistro. 2 barbecues onsite for cooking and they supply all needed equipment. Rooms are very modern and fully equipped with kitchen and everything needed. Very great 2 night stay! Even seen 2 deer on next property. Definitely recommend.
