There is only a TV in one of the rooms and the breakfast is terrible. Staff was friendly!

nice place

There was only a $20.00 deposit! Room was very clean, modern, stove, refrigerator, microwave, cabinets, cookware, small walk-in closet basically a modern studio apartment . Bed was very clean and comfortable even the breakfast was great (bacon &eggs). Only 17 minutes from downtown Fayetteville. Location was great not a lot of traffic.

Jimmy Dean breakfast biscuits were yummy!! Muffins were excellent!! Trying to grab food and drinks for a party of 4 with two hands can be a challenge. The lady handling the breakfast offered my a small tray which was soo sweet!! Shout out to this employee and fellow mom!!

Very clean. Suites have everything you could need. Great floor plans, well thought out. Comfortable king bed. 2 elevators, close-in parking, very friendly staff, excellent dining and mall shopping nearby, residential setting, scenic area. Was going to stay for one night but decided to stay longer since it is so nice and comfortable here.

There had been a recent significant snow storm just prior to our stay in an area that doesn’t usually get such storms so the parking was a little tight and there was still snow on the walkways and the lobby floor was salt stained. All this was understandable though and fine.

The location was perfect. I was really excited about staying here. The front desk staff was very friendly. Two drawbacks- the bed was not comfy at all, also, we stayed for 3 nights and never saw housekeeping. After the first night, I went to the desk and asked for more towels. When I mentioned I hadn’t seen housekeeping, I was told they were super busy and didn’t get to all the stay over rooms but they would come the next day. They did not. When I inquired upon checkout, I was told they only come upon request since Covid- which would have been fine if we had been told that at check in or when I inquired- but we weren’t. In fact, there was a sign in the bathroom to hang towels if you wanted to reuse them otherwise leave them on the floor for housekeeping to replace. Idk- it was odd. The hotel itself was fine- a little older but very quiet.

The hotel was older the rooms needed updated.

The area was close to the interstate but it was not loud at all. Parking was convenient and well lit. Clean approach.

Wonderful extended stay

My family and I were here for unfortunate circumstances, but the comfort and services of this hotel made our stay easier. The staff were courteous and helpful. The breakfast was excellent compared to what we have had elsewhere. The rooms are larges and well set up, including a small kitchen area. The hotel was clean. The only recommendation I would have would be to upgrade mattresses where needed. Mine was a bit lumpy, but otherwise, this was an excellent place to stay.

Staff were so friendly, rooms were very clean and really nice. It was pouring when we showed up to the hotel and staff came out with big umbrellas to help us each out of the car. They were soaked after helping three ladies out of the car. So very sweet.

Property not well kept. Pool was very dirty. Dust ruffle was hanging off bed. Bed spreads were wrinkled. Breakfast was inadequate. All around overpriced for the condition of property. Definitely will not return.

Located in Johnson - about halfway between Springdale and Fayetteville - this super new, clean and convenient hotel is a gem. Pricing fluctuates based on demand, but we got it on a great week - so the value was superb.

Only stayed one night but clean, friendly staff and quiet

Upon check in - First room had ants. Moved to second room, also ants. Moved to 3rd room, no ants, but a giant pee stain on the mattress that was practically glowing through the sheets. 4th room no ants or pee stains so we stayed (the furniture looks like something someone would leave on the curb.. stained.. old). Bed was a Queen in that room (we paid for King) but I was happy to have a half way decent room so we stayed in that one. Curtains were stained, appliance looked very old etc.. This place is in desperate need of updating. The staff was great though. They expressed embarrassment at the room situation which we appreciated. Breakfast was great. High points for the staff.. low points for the actual hotel. I didn't feel unsafe so that's also a plus. Maybe we just had bad luck but based on the other reviews we were surprised at the state of this place.

Pleasant stay

Staff was helpful and very friendly. I took my dogs with me and was not made aware of the fee of $75, but that was on booking not the hotel. I also did not get the room I requested because they had been overbooked by the booking agency. Once again, not the hotels fault. The hotel was clean and the room I got was clean and nice and fit what we needed. Overall it was a pleasant stay. Easy access to the back door for my puppies!

Fayetteville AR trip

The location is convenient to the University of Arkansas. Several nearby restaurants too. It's definitely worth staying at again.

Disappointed in my favorite hotel

This is my favorite hotel when I’m in NWA, so to give it less than perfect is tough. Unfortunately, there were some hiccups this time. TV not working and when I reported it, I basically got a shrug…like oh well! No offer to change rooms or anything. There were lightbulbs out in bedside lights. Barking dogs and screaming kids after midnight. Maybe things will improve.

Right Place

I really enjoyed my stay. We were only there for one night for the Razorback game, but it was very pleasant and conveniently located. The staff was also very nice. I most definitely would stay again.

The day staff was so amazing!!!! The pool was a lot smaller than I imagined. The rooms were very clean.

Family Stay

We had an amazing stay at TownePlace Suites. Every single employee that we encountered was very friendly and seemed happy to see us, from the front desk employees to the cleaning staff. The hotel was clean and pleasant and had many amenities available for our use.

The staff was incredibly friendly and checked in throughout the stay to see how we were doing.

The hallway from the elevator to the room on second floor, has an unpleasant strong smell. Climate unit is a bit on the loud side. Otherwise, comfortable stay and great staff.

Fabulous stay. Made you feel like welcome family

The night manager Zach was beyond amazing! Probably the best interaction I've ever had with a hotel employee. You could tell he truly enjoyed his job and wanted to help. He laughed and joked with me and my daughter. The lobby was clean and welcoming. It felt like you were going to stay at a friend's house in the best possible way.

The staff were top notch, friendly, eager to help, could not have been better. The beds were comfortable. I would stay here again.

We needed the two room suites for our party of 7, and they accommodated us by putting them next door. Very handy with kids!

The staff were very helpful and genuinely cared about helping me have a pleasant stay. Everything was clean and the room was very comfortable.

Overall a good stay

Our bathroom wasn’t cleaned. Clumps of hair on shower, toilet covered in urine and poop and old food found on bathroom floor. Air wasn’t working and it was hot;although the manager brought us a fan. It was disgusting

We loved the bed and pillows. Everything was very nice. We had our dog with - pet friendly and non-smoking facility. Unfortunately, there are always people who "sneak" their smokes. I have migraines and cigarette smoke is a trigger. Horrible night - caused by inconsiderate guests. Also, not surprised at check-in that the Pet coverage was $75!!! We expected $25 - $50. That was too much.

Poor service and location

The hotel was situated in the middle of nowhere, far from the city, and there was no place to walk around. No walkway leading out from the hotel. Housekeeping staff stole money from the wallet and did not come regularly. Room was dirty and had insects, including houseflies and ants crawling around. Staff did nothing about the issues despite several complaints. Breakfast was the same every morning. Many items like fruit, oat milk and omelettes were missing on many days.

This was the perfect place to stay while my wife and I were visiting Fayetteville for the cycling world championships. Loved the large refrigerator, stove microwave dishwasher and garbage disposal! We were not expecting that and it made us very comfortable.

This property provides all of the essentials-clean facility, comfy room/bed, relatively quiet even though next to a freeway, friendly staff. The exercise room is small but useful to get some movement if staying here. The only knock I have is the quality of the breakfast. There seemed to be only prepackaged, frozen food options - but nothing fresh, not even fresh fruit or eggs. So, this place is a good quality stay, I just wouldn't plan to eat a nutritious breakfast here.

The staff while we'r were checking in and out were extremely friendly. The room itself was clean and spacious. They are pet friendly with a nonrefundable cleaning free.

Not the room we purchased

The room selection we had purchased (2 queen beds) was not available when we arrived. We were given a room with a king and a pullout couch (full). There were no linens or pillows in the room for the pullout, and it was not comfortable. One person resorted to sleeping on the floor. The clerk did his best to accommodate us, but it was not what we paid for.

horrible stay

The staff was very friendly upon arrival. The bathroom in our room had holes in the wall, the soap in the shower was completely out and the bathroom floor was sticky. The sofa bed that my 12 year old was to sleep in was so poor quality that he could feel all the springs and the bars from the frame so he ended up sleeping more comfortably on the floor. There wasn't a complete set of sheets for the sofa bed. The main bed was very lumpy and uneven, nobody slept well. We will never stay at this location again.

This place was more than i expected. The customer service was above and beyond. Summer took care of all of my concerns and very thankful for the upgrade. Awesome in every way. With the minor exception of the slippery bathtub. I would think that Hilton would replace the tubs with walk in showers. The risk of falling is a real concern. Thank you again Summer, what a pleasure working with you. 10+++

I made this resevation in April. When I arrived (in September), I was told they could not accommodate our reservation due to a maintenance issue. They said they contacted me, but they did not. They were planning to "walk" us to a different hotel much farther away than where we needed to be. The other hotal could not find our reservation and had no availability. It was parent's weekend and all hotels were booked. We ended up staying at this hotel in a room that was not prepared to be rented, as it was missing light fixtures. The bedding had dried blood stains and there was a slug on the sofa. They did end up not charging us for the room and did attempt to help, but it was not a good experience.

We booked here because we had a granddaughter with us and wanted an outdoor pool. She got in it one time and when the lights came on you could see how dirty the water was. In 3 days only used the pool the 1 time. The towels in the bathroom had a musty smell to them. Ran out of body wash after the first use.

Impressed by warm and nice staff, Summer sent me welcome message right after we checked in. I also borrowed a umbrella from the front desk through text inquire with Summer. The suit has everything we needed, especially a very big refrigerator and all other kitchen stuff

Staff was super friendly, place was clean and room was perfect. Stayed here because my son had a tournament at the blessings golf club. It was real close and again can’t say enough about the staff. Great experience

Nice place. Need to be able to cool down the workout room. Way too hot in there. Also no towels or disinfectant to wipe down equipment.
