Strange industrial area, but awesome hotel

Clean property

Nice comfortable bed. Easy to park. Breakfast needs improvement.

The room and hallway are really starting to see wear. Wall paper and baseboards were lifted right outside my room. Common area and entrance is fine. Has a very private parking area which is convenient. I’ve stayed here multiple times, for the price vs. quality, it maybe my last.

This hotel has two Tesla chargers, but one of them is situated in the handicapped parking spot. If you’re looking for a hotel that offers convenient Tesla charging, you might need to search for a supercharger nearby.

Great place and area. Smoke detector had an annoying strobe light affect while trying to sleep. Kind of kills the idea of blackout curtains. Great service from all. Say hi to Danny for me!

Convenient location. Staff friendly and helpful. Clean and modern. We go to Austin a few times each year and stay here most of the time. Highly recommend.

Every person i came in contact with was polite, smiling and professional. I loved it and this was my first time at this property.

Perfect except for the shower flooding the room!

This hotel was amazing except for one very big problem. The shower flooded the bathroom and the water did not go to the drain, but rather to broken brick in the kitchen, and it would take multiple towels to clean up the mess. If not for that major inconvenience, it would have been rated 5 out of 5.

We really enjoyed our stay. It’s literally a 2 min drive to grab a bite to eat and all the entertainment. We also loved the quick access to the elevator from the parking garage that takes you straight to your floor. Will be staying at this hotel again soon.

The property is very clean. The room is very well kept. The staff is courteous and friendly. Tremendous value for the price. It is about 15 minutes from downtown Austin so perfect if you have a vehicle.

Airbnb/Host left us hanging for the F1race. We had to find last minute accommodations for 6 and with a fridge because we had all our groceries with us for the weekend. This suite was perfect and not expensive for a Thursday night. Also more importantly, the manager helped us out greatly with taking care of our groceries til we found a place again instead of booking a room just for groceries. A kindness we won’t forget!

Very clean place, breakfast good. Close to Q2 Stadium, walking about 12 minutes. Friendly staff, Amanda is the best, very helpful , resources. She was at the front desk at night , and we love her Thanks Amanda and the rest of the staff that made very pleasant our stay

The hotel and staff were beyond amazing! Everyone seems so happy which was refreshing! The coffee was AMAZING (I can’t even believe how good) and the breakfast situation was OVER THE TOP. I’m a local and I’ll stay again!!!! Soo so so good!

Extremely Friendly Staff

Staff was friendly, especially at breakfast. Was very impressed that she came over and asked how everything was and if we needed anything. That’s never happened before anywhere else we’ve stayed at.

The best Hotel , for a Q2 event

I had to extend our stay two times and Alexis was fantastic in helping our family. The pool area was nice with an outside grilling area. Plenty of parking including electric cars. Breakfast is a very nice compliment to our mornings and had great options and cooked well. Free WiFi along with a nice lobby area to sit and relax.

Great location. We stayed here for a game at the Q2 Stadium, and it was just a 15-minute walk or less, making it very convenient.

Excellent location If you are planing to go to Q stadium this is the hotel I just realized this by accident

The property itself is clean and the staff is courteous. The parking situation is not that great. The property is within an area surrounded by industrial offices. We had to drive through the backside of these offices to get to the hotel. But most of all, their hallways and elevators barely seem to have air condition.

The place was amazing, the only drawback was they have a pool, but they don’t clean it.

Everything was great only problem was there was s three week hold from incidentals that seems excessive so beware of that other than that the stay was awesome!

We recently stayed here, and unfortunately, my experience during breakfast was very disappointing. The hotel was not prepared for guests at breakfast time. Many of the food items were finished, and the staff repeatedly said, "We're out" throughout the couple of days that we stayed. Additionally, the area designated for breakfast was far too small to accommodate all the guests. This resulted in long lines, only to find empty serving dishes once reaching the front. I hope the hotel can improve its breakfast service to better meet the needs of its guests in the future.

Terrible Hotel

Terrible hotel, the bath tub does not drain and after a shower the entire room was flooded! After complaining about this, they did not even offer another room and said it is what it is and they do not have any other room to switch (which I have a hard time to digest it)

This is a hidden gem. Most cleanest place that I’ve been in a while! I love it. Comfy beds, great staff and good options for breakfast! Definitely my first option next time.

The hotel is in a remote area, with few options A walkable distance.

The suite was well equipped for a night or a month stay. The beds were comfortable. The only negative at this location is the soft water. It is hard to rinse off and makes the tub/shower floor very slippery. The staff was friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay there again but bring a shower mat! :-)

It is a ok hotel nothing exceptional

I booked this hotel because people were saying exceptional. There is nothing exceptional about this hotel. Breakfast is ok. Scramble eggs, sausage or ham and potato every morning. Front desk is not friendly. They do the job and thats it. Bed was not comfortable. Room was good for myself but it would a bit small for two. They said pool was heated but it was not. No Jacuzzi here. So nothing special. I would not stay again.

It's was very nice and clean

I have stayed there numerous times and this time, unfortunately, the room smelled. The staff was great in trying to help remove the smell.

Nice and comfortable. Beds were amazing. A lot of attention to detail especially with the little lady who took care of breakfast. Very easily accessible to our car from hotel elevator.

We had a late flight and arrived at our hotel around midnight to learn that they had overbooked rooms and cancelled our reservation. They said they contacted us to let us know, but that was by email just two hours before we arrived (so the email was sent when we were on our flight and didn't see it). The hotel staff was not very helpful, nor did they have much information about why a room I pre-paid for 6 months in advance was not available. The attitude was like "oh well - too bad!". After much back and forth, they sent us to a "sister property" (a Fairfield Inn) miles away on the side of the freeway, in a smaller room and we had to pay for the room AGAIN out of pocket, and they charged us $60 more than what I had paid for my original room reservation. By that time it was 2am and we were just desperate to get some rest as we were traveling as a family with kids. The next day, Expedia did issue me a refund for my original reservation (but not the one night I paid for the Fairfield Inn). We moved to a different hotel for the rest of our stay (not a Marriott!) as we were so put off by the experience with the front desk staff at TownePlace Suites by Marriott Austin Northwest.

It is a very nice and high-quality property at very reasonable price in Austin. The location is not very convenient. But it won't matter if you dirve a car. Breakfast is kind of simple/typical. But its quality is OK. I highly recommend it and likely will stay there again in the future.

Everything about his hotel is effortless and comfortable. The room is beautiful, has a full kitchen (including cooktop) super comfy bed and big walk in shower. Delicious breakfast. Well equipped gym. Easy access location. It is a great deal

One night

This was such a great hotel! It was very clean, quiet, well sized and adjusting the temperature was easy. It came with a large fridge, dishwasher, iron, table/desk, couch TV and walk in shower. The bed was also comfortable! Oh and the free breakfast was great, tons of food options! Next time we stay in Austin we'll definitely come back here!

Came for a quick turn around business trip and had a very pleasant one night stay. Staff was kind and helpful. Breakfast was included and had all the basics you needed. Nice and clean little gym a laundry room available as well. Will be back for future work trips.

Comfortable and Clean Hotel

We stayed here after previously being booked elsewhere and the hotel was not up to standard. Fortunately this hotel had availability and we were able to book right away. The hotel is new and very clean. The location is great. You are right across one main street from the Domain however far enough where there isnt a lot of unnecessary foot traffic. The staff was very friendly and we had no issues. We felt completely comfortable staying here and would highly recommend here for families especially with younger children. There breakfast was great and the coffee was good. If I were in the area again i wouldnt hesitate staying here.

Excellent customer service from everyone I encountered from the front desk to the cleaning ladies. However, I did notice the walls are quite thin in the hotel. I was disturbed by my next door neighbor. He turned on his TV so loud the wall was vibrating and I was unable to sleep. Staff was 10/10. Walls were 0/10.

Overall the room was very clean, the bathroom was the cleanest, the kitchen was a plus, breakfast included ( basic continental) fresh coffee and the employees were friendly
